Big room size, clean, great for kids

The bed was comfortable, size of the room great. I only wish we had more time to try out the tub. It looked so inviting. The breakfast was yummy, specificity the eggs. They tasted real, lol

I really wanted to like this hotel, but the white noise in the room was way too loud. There was some constant noise coming from the wall between the rooms. The AC is a separate story, it's almost ridiculous how loud it was. We had to turn it off for the night, as it was waking us up every time it would start. Breakfast is terrible.

Breakfast woman was foul. Bad attitude. Breakfast was better during covid, way better than it is now. Lots of little comforts have been removed making this hotel generic rather than better than your Normal hotel chain. Also the hot tub has been on repair for years.

The elevator was not working properly, the breakfast was terrible compared to what we were used to in that same hotel. People in line waiting for basic things to be replenished such as bread, cereal, silverware, eggs, juice. There was only one staff member and she was non stop but she can’t do everything alone. They need to have more people and more food during breakfast. The second day we ended up having to eat breakfast somewhere else. In the past there used to be an omelette station, a waffle station, those were great and they got rid of it. We had invited a couple to stay at the same hotel and we were embarrassed.

Unfortunately the air-conditioning was not working. The front desk said that maintenance would look at it but they never did.

Could have used more trash can locations throughout hotel, only found one by the bottom floor elevator, maybe I didn’t look enough…

Location, bedroom and bathroom size was great. We had a very good stay.

Breakfast was quite basic and coffee mediocre, jacuzzi not working, no soap and shampoo next to the bathtub ( the shower in another corner of the bathroom).

Nothing about this Villa was likable . All the furniture had stains and was disgusting looking. It looked like there was vomit on the walls in the bathroom. There was dust debris and God knows what else in every corner of the Villa. There was dead bugs next to the bed. Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in . The whole villa screams I have bed bugs and should be condemned. The place obviously hasn't been cleaned since the day they remodeled. The bathroom floor was black or so I thought but when I wiped it with a sanitizer wipe it was actually a gray color a grayish blue. I would never stay there ever you couldn't pay me stay there again.

Everything I literally didn't like everything. I didn't like how dirty it was I didn't like the dead bugs everywhere. I don't like the fact that I'm afraid I may have brought those bugs home with me now. I don't like how they falsely advertised their facilities and all of their perks since they had none of them available. The entire description of this hotel is completely false and misleading

Wonderful stuff!. We had a nose problem due to room being right next to the ice machine and the reception was very kind and helpful and resolved this. Very spacious and clean rooms

Watch out for the rooms next to ice machines. Very disturbing noise!

We stayed for more than 10 days. On the first night after check-in, we discovered that the hair dryer was broken and was not even able to dry hair properly. We later requested a replacement, and a new hair dryer was provided. We stayed in a villa and were assigned the unit at the far end of the property. The window faced directly toward the parking lot, and there was a very strong odor in the room. It was difficult to identify the source of the smell, but it was unpleasant and made our stay uncomfortable. The housekeeping standards were very poor. Used towels were simply folded and put back instead of being replaced. When I noticed this, the towel was still damp. The housekeeping service was also poorly managed. We informed the front desk of our specific needs: because our baby takes a nap in the afternoon, we requested that the room be cleaned in the morning. However, this request was consistently ignored. Housekeeping often came while we were having meals or when our baby was sleeping in the afternoon to ask whether we wanted the room cleaned. As a result, we frequently had to decline the service.

Breakfast was not bad. That is the only good thing about this hotel.

Air conditioner was not working. The room was too hot. (78) all night. It was same for other rooms that my friends stayed. The keys were not working properly, either for room door or elevator. We had to wait and call front desk each time. The location where we go to our rooms was outside of the hotel which was confusing. One of the staff in front desk was not so kind. And she had communication problems. Check in process took longer than expected..

The TV channels have been reduced and you can’t watch any of the channels from 3-31, which includes all the local channels and all the news channels.

I appreciated Carla's professionalism and care for me because of a struggle I had. She was very helpful and thoughtful. It's a nice hotel. Very clean and spacious. I like their water service.

I wish the breakfast service started earlier.

breakfast was just ok and food items were not always stocked. Bar had liquor bottles displayed but kept no liquor. Most of the staff was great but there was one younger employee that was very rude to us. The elevator was problematic and the alarm kept going off.

The size of the room is decent, very clean and quiet. Plenty of parking.

The smell of the hallway, the bed frame is noisy with only slight movement, the bathroom latch doesn't click closed, most of the TV channels have no signal, the wifi is very weak, the breakfast is very simple and restocking is very slow.

Villa: nice size, comfortable; was special occasion so booked the larger space; breakfast was til 10:30 am and fine.

Villa was upstairs; would have been better on bottom floor. NO pictures or decorations on walls; very bare; no night lite in bright bathroom; room service only once at 5 pm just as we returned; in bathroom: container for soap and lotion...were both soup; i.e.. no lotion. Requested to have lotion twice at front desk; never had lotion.

The beds were comfortable, and bedding (sheets etc) was clean. Good enough location. Grounds were nice. Full size fridge. Microwave was handy as the tiny hob didn't provide much room to cook a full meal. Free parking was great. Didn't try the free breakfast. The short interactions we had with staff during check in and check out was very pleasant.

We stayed in one of the villas. It was not grand. It looked nothing like the photos on the hotel site. It needed a very deep clean. The room in general was very disappointing. Very dirty. Some parts of the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Vents were very dirty and had a lot of clogged dirt in them. Spider and cobwebs in the bathroom. The shower had low pressure. A couple of stained towels in the bathroom when we got there - looked like makeup (none of our group wears makeup) - but were replaced quickly when requested. Lots of dust along base boards. There were dirty socks under the bed, lots of loose dirt (bits of food, dust, etc) under the bed. There were 2 rugs on the floor under the sofa...one on top of the other. The top rug was filthy...lots of stains and just overall dirty. The rug underneath wasn't as dirty but the parts that were not covered by the rug on top were absolutely filthy...the difference between the "clean" part and the exposed part were very obvious. These rugs definitely haven't been cleaned in a long, long time. The gas fireplace didn't work. We switched it on and all that came out was gas...it didn't light. A lot of little flying bugs in the room when we got there. The cooking hob was tiny and very close to the refrigerator and not big enough to cook a full meal...could do with a bigger cooking surface/oven. We checked out before the end of our paid trip. Overall very disappointing and not worth the price we paid. We've stayed in 3 star places that were better. The room we stayed in should not be given to any more customers until everything is completely cleaned from top to bottom.

Great service at front desk, especially Mona who kindly helped with reservation changes I needed to do during my stay.

I liked the fact that there was enough parking when I arrived. And there wasn’t an extra fee for a parking space.

The receptionist needs to be a little bit more friendly. He was very serious and not that welcoming.

We had Happy Hour drinks one night and our Bartender was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our continental breakfast the two days we stayed, there was a decent variety, that fueled us up for our day.

Ice machine didnt work on main floor, so we had to use the ice machine on the 4th floor. No other concerns.

Good location and very good sized room. Bathroom was huge with separate standing shower and separate giant deep soaking tub.

The bed was not very comfortable. It was like sleeping on a slab.

Great location! It was so convenient to everywhere. But a little pricey.

Manager = Iiar and a scammer. Bathtubs and sinks has brown colored water coming out. Broken toilets. Broken pool and hottub. Broken air conditioner. Broken elevators. Breakfast was only for orientaI tourist group and not the other guests. Manager repeatedly told me a refund would be given and to call Expedia and he would approve. They called him and he denied all wrongdoing and refused refund. FiIthy hotel operated by a deceptive scamartist

Excellent service at the frontdesk. Great location and overall good value.

Rooms at main building are quite old, air conditioner is very very noisy (specially in room 330). Breakfast can be improved, for example adding some fresh vegetables (there’re none) or other fruits than bananas.

At first sight it’s wonderful, after realizing there were things not as it seems, felt I was overcharged. Mold on the shower curtains, balcony chair broken & collapsed under me having a near catastrophe, (I’m 71, broken bones no joke!) walls all bare of any art or decorations. No Bathroom exhaust & bar couldn’t come up with a lime for a cocktail, drink that was watered down and aweful. Not so Grand in my book.

This hotel was built in 2000 according to the desk person.the mattress we had felt like the oridinal matrress from 25 years ago!! It was so mushy my knee sunk in about 6 inches when crawling into bed!!! The air conditioner and outaid grounds wrre real loud. Breakfast was a joke !!

Terrible staff and service. They mentioned not having a microwave and then quoted me a $10/use charge. There was no spare cutlery. They also didn’t have dining kits available. The breakfast was same everyday and there wasn’t any hot food on the weekends

Bedsheet has hairs on it. Old hotel and parking has unknown cars sure surrounding. Doesn’t like the lobby and entry. Will not stay here anymore.

The air conditioning was broken so we moved rooms and that room also didn’t have working air. They did not offer to refund any of our costs.Very poor service.

Front desk staff were not very nice. Hot tub was broken. We asked for extra towels and when they delivered them, they opened the door with their own key to bring them into the room. I was shocked to see a strange man in my room with towels!! I'm not sure why they could not have knocked or left them outside of the door. It was really unnerving.

Evening staff is always respectful and helpful. Disappointing that the room didn't have a remote for the t.v.

I stayed in one of the ground level villas and while the space itself was decent, I was disappointed to find a few dead spiders inside upon arrival, which gave the impression that the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the noise levels were an issue, I could clearly hear the person above walking around, and there was a constant hum from the electrical room next door. These factors made it hard to fully relax during my stay.

The room was large and very nice decor . The bathroom had a nice jacuzzi tub but the shower door didn’t close . The pool was nice but the spa was closed. The free breakfast was nice. All in all we had a good stay .

This was the dirtiest hotel room we have ever experienced. It was supposed to be a VIP upgrade. We got a suite that appears to have been stayed in just minutes before we arrived. There was a dirty face towel full with make up. We ask the front desk to have to kitchen clean as it was filthy, but even after someone was sent to clean it, it looked no different. In addition, it was a scuffed up apt everywhere you looked, kitchen backsplash, base boards, dirty looking kitchen chairs, couch. Staff was apologetic and nice, but would recommend staying here, especially the villa.

Hotel was fine, but my room was pretty dirty. Hair in the shower, sticky surfaces in the room, hand prints on the windows, etc.

I don't know how I missed the reviews for this property! I booked an emergency trip with my 28- and 17-year-old daughters to help my bedridden sister and her family during her pregnancy. We had a very late check-in in and the overnight clerk looked like a mobster's henchman straight out of the movies (no jacket, open collar print shirt with gold chains, big rings on fingers). It gave really 'sketchy' vibes, and we did not feel safe. I was afraid that my daughters would be snatched and trafficked. While looking for our room, this random older woman appeared and asked what our room number was so she could help us find it. We believe she was a guest and was just outside for a smoke. But who knows, right? Apparently, because we booked a 'villa', we had to walk outside of the main building through the garden to another building to access our room on the 2nd floor with no elevator. It felt like we were being watched while staying in the slave quarters. The 'included breakfast' was toast, boiled eggs, cereal, and whole fruit. This was definitely a privately-owned hotel -- no apparent corporate oversight. We will not return. If you have other options for accommodations, please take them.

Nice experience

The property is clean, quiet, rooms are comfortable and spaciuos, king bed, access to food places across the street, down the street about a block, has a big mall, target, movies, about 5 min drive, convenient to the airport, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here.

AC didn't work in our room so wet had to change rooms in the middle of the night.
