Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Molt ben situat. Davant del llac, on ens podíem banyar quan arribavem casats a la tarda. Té servei de restaurant per sopar, amb vins italians. Renovat i llits còmodes. Vam tenir una bona estada, sobretot perquè van ser uns dies molt calorosos i hi havia aire condicionat, cosa excepcional a Suïssa.
No tenia ascensor.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026We had a lovely stay in Room 25. The room was small but had enough space for us, was absolutely spotless, bright and extremely well soundproofed – we couldn’t hear any outside noise. The air conditioning was a massive bonus as temperatures reached around 37°C during our stay, and it was wonderful coming back to a nice, cool room. The bathroom and toiletries provided were also excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of choice from the cold buffet as well as eggs freshly prepared to your liking. Free parking was another great bonus. We mainly used public transport, taking the bus to Interlaken Ost and trains from there to explore the surrounding area. The hotel also provided a complimentary Panorama Card Thunersee (although we did have to ask for it), which gave us free bus travel and discounts at attractions such as St. Beatus Caves. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Hotel muy tranquilo, ambiente y trato familiar. Habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario. Cama cómoda, limpieza muy bien y aire acondicionado perfecto. Los productos del desayuno son muy buenos, aunque tal vez faltaba un poco más de variedad. La ubicación perfecta cerca del lago y que tenga parking propio es un puntazo!!!!!
Todo bien, cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Das familiengeführte Hotel ist ideal gelegen, ein schöner Spaziergang an der Aare entlang ins Zentrum von Thun und die Bushaltestelle erst noch vor dem Haus. Genügend Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind nicht gross geschnitten, modern und verfügen aber über alles Notwendige. Insbesondere die Klimaanlage haben wir bei diesen Hitzetagen sehr geschätzt (und wird wohl immer wichtiger). Das Besitzerpaar (Pascal und Karin) und das Personal sind ausserordenlich herzlich und kümmern sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Das Morgenessen ist reichhaltig (frischer Fruchtsalat, Eierspeisen etc.). Es empfiehlt sich zudem unbedingt (frühzeitig) für ein Dinner zu reservieren. Sie werden garantiert nicht enttäuscht. Herrliche italienische Küche, schöne italienische Weinkarte!

Chambre climatisée mais très très petite 12-14m2 mais avec une belle salle de bains douche Pas d’ascenseur avec un escalier assez étroit du 1er au 2eme étage Pas de balcon Carrefour automobile assez bruyant devant l’hôtel donc impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes mais il y’avait la climatisation heureusement Lit type nordique avec sur matelas en latex pas du tout confortable…. Il faut aimer…. Aussi l’oreiller pas confortable

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Extremely inflexible hotel with poor communication and an unfriendly guest policy We booked a double room and contacted the hotel in advance to ask whether my friend could stay with me in the room. The hotel did not respond for approximately three days, despite our request being time-sensitive. Booking.com was also involved and the request was ultimately considered acceptable from Booking.com’s side. Despite this, the hotel refused to allow the additional guest and would not accommodate our request. Even worse, because of their inflexible policy, we were not allowed to cancel the reservation, leaving us with no practical option except to book and pay for a second room at double the cost. We therefore had to stay in separate rooms.

Il n’y a pas vraiment de personnel dédié à l’hôtel, c’est donc assez impersonnel.

Leckeres Essen mit passendem Wein, wurde von Karin uns empfolen zusätzlich hazten wir eine tolle Bedienung und ein schönes Ambiente. Wir geniessen es jedes Jahr vor vor den Thunerfestspielen hier zu übernachten und zu essen.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Het is een net schoon hotel op een goede locatie. Op loopafstand een supermarkt en een meer waar je in kunt zwemmen.
Ik werd uitgenodigd mee te gaan naar Zwitserland. Degene die mij uitnodigde heeft geprobeerd zijn al bestaande boeking om te zetten naar 2 personen, eventueel tegen een meerprijs. Het hotel was zeer stug en ik heb uiteindelijk zelf een tweede eenpersoonskamer moeten boeken met een tweepersoonsbed voor een bedrag van 376 euro voor twee nachten. Bij aankomst was de houding laconiek en de medewerker wist direct dat wij twee aparte kamers hadden geboekt. Deze kamers bevonden zich ook nog eens direct tegenover elkaar. We hebben uiteindelijk samen op 1 kamer geslapen, omdat de airco luidrustig was zijn hebben we later nog van kamer gewisseld maar in de andere kamer was de airco even luid. Bij het uitchecken was het rommelig. De medewerker wilde drankjes rekenen die we niet hadden afgenomen en verwisselde mij met een andere gast. We hebben aan dit hotel een slecht gevoel over gehouden. De klantgerichtheid was ver te zoeken.

Restaurant on-site. 2 minutes walk to the lake for relaxing/swimming. Bus stop outside for old town trips. All staff were really friendly and helpful.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026The hotel offers modern, tastefully decorated, air-conditioned rooms that are fresh and impeccably clean. The breakfast is excellent, and the hospitality is exceptional. Its convenient location provides easy access to the lake and nearby supermarkets, while the complimentary local public transportation makes it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The rooms are on the smaller side and require climbing a few stairs, but that was not a problem for us, and we would definitely come back.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Een mooie locatie. Simpele kamer maar met goede airco en proper. Heel vriendelijk personeel en een gezellige binnenplaats beneden voor ontbijt en drankjes in de avond. Op 4 min lopen een prachtige zwemplek! Op 4 min rijden goede restaurants en bezienswaardigheden.
Geen kaart voor het drinken. Maar werd goed geholpen door de serveerster. Geen koelkastje op de kamer.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet, das Gartenrestaurant liegt inmitten von grossen Baumbeständen. Das Personal, vor allem das Wirtepaar, ist überaus freundlich, trotz der vielen Arbeit und Familie immer noch für ein entspanntes Gespräch bereit. Die Menüs sind kreativ, Zutaten werden unerwarteterweise zusammengestellt, alles schmeckt herrlich.
Die Zimmer sind klein, unsers war gegen die Strasse ausgerichtet, bei offenem Fenster hörte man den Autolärm der gleich vor dem Hotel durchführenden Hauptstrasse sehr gut.

L’emplacement, à 2 minutes à pied du lac (et quel lac !) et proche du centre de Thoune, les chambres propres et jolies, l’accueil bienveillant et la gentillesse de toute l’équipe au quotidien : tout était parfait. Quel régal chaque matin au petit-déjeuner, ainsi que les soirs où nous avons dîné au restaurant ! La carte est petite et propose d’excellents produits. Nous n’avons jamais été déçus, ni par un plat ni par un vin. Nous recommandons cet établissement à 2000 % si vous devez séjourner dans la région. Séjour avec chien accepté. Un grand merci !

Tausend Pluspunkte für den Gastgeber: waren zum Ironman da und er hat einfach alles perfekt angepasst (Frühstück ab 3:30 Uhr, Abends angepasste Speisen auf Wunsch, Shuttle kostenlos organisiert zum Start). Das war wirklich grossartig. Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
Einzig kleiner Abzug fürs Frühstück, was lecker war aber die Auswahl recht spärlich (kein Rührei, kein Frischkäse, leckeres Brot aber keine Brötchen). Sonst definitiv 10 Punkte Wert.

エレベーターがない為、大きい荷物の運搬が大変。部屋が広くないが、廻りの環境はトゥーン市街から徒歩て15分、静かで環境は良い。

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026We hadden een nette compacte kamer en badkamer, perfect met twee volwassenen en een baby. De airconditioning werkte goed, wat handig was met een hittegolf. Er is een gratis parkeerplek bij het hotel Je loopt vanaf het hotel een prachtige route langs het water naar het centrum van Thun, dit is ongeveer 20 min wandelen. Er vertrekt ook een bus tegenover het hotel die er in een paar minuten is. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en betrokken, ze toonden interesse in ons en onze vakantie, dat gaf een warm en welkom gevoel. Het ontbijt was inclusief bij het verblijf en lekker, goede variatie! Het restaurant wat bij het hotel hoort is ook erg goed, we hebben er twee keer gegeten van de drie avonden! Zeker een aanrader, ik zou hier nog eens verblijven

The room with air conditioning was something rare to find on our roadtrip, really needed on hot summer days. Plenty of parking space as well, a supermarket across the street, bus station 1 minute away, restaurant on site. We also appreciated the quality of breakfast, really delicious products. You can see the owners are paying attention to every detail to make the most comfortable stay for guests. Overall we felt like 5 days were not enough, loved it here. Thank you!
If you made the reservation via booking.com, you might not receive the Thun Panorama Card automatically on email before arrival (the card offering free public transport and other discounts in the area). It happened to us and only realised after 1 day. We asked at reception and it was solved instantly.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Gute Lage unweit vom See. Nach Thun Innenstadt waren wir zu Fuss am See entlang ca. 25 Minuten unterwegs. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Matratzen sind bequem. Das Highlight war aber ein wirklich super Frühstück, super leckere Brotsorten, sehr guter Kaffe, tolle und gehobene Käseauswahl, Eier auf Wunsch, Wurst, Marmelade und einiges mehr.
Unser Zimmer war leider etwas klein. Die Kopfkissen sind ein Hauch von Nichts, hier fehlts an Fülle. Leider ist die Straße direkt vorm Haus, dadurch abends und morgens ziemlich laut. Bei offenen Fenster schlafen geht nur spät Nachts ab ca. 24 Uhr bis früh morgens 5 Uhr.
