For the cold weather, the place could do with an electric blanket.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Not much I can say about the apartment.
1.Pictures are deceiving. 2. Not a comfortable space. 3. The place look very old compared to the pictures. 4. WIFI box for the whole building is located behind the couch in the room I was placed at. Once the couch was pushed backwards, that was the end of WIFI for the whole building. 5. I stayed 1 night and decided to cancel the booking but have not been refunded for the other 2 days. 6. The seating room table is broken. 7. No study table. 8. Pool not clean to a state where one can swim in it. The place is not yet ready for BnB according to my standard.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Location. Safe off street parking. Clean. Comfortable. Value for money. Easy access. Ability to leave very early on day of departure. Owner was friendly and helpfu when I contacted her by phone. Anita at the premises was also friendly and helpful.
The pictures on Booking.com are a bit misleading in that it displays a really smart and upmarket apartment. The apartment we stayed in did not match the photos. Having said that, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026The hotel was very neat and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was also located in a very nice and affluent neighborhood of Johannesburg. Reviewed Jan 10, 2026The location was convenient.
What we expected to be an apartment as advertised was a small room with no cupboard or any other space to put your stuff except a desk. The TV had a hole around the frame and the remote had to be pressed at least 8-10 times before the TV responded, eventually we stopped trying. The fitted sheet had a hole in it, the shower door was missing one of the door handles. No bin in the room. The light in the bathroom had no switch and it took a while before the light turned itself off. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, the mattress needs to be changed, it is old and squeaky. We have booked apartments at that price range and got a full apartment with a full kitchen, lounge and separate bedroom. If you're going to call your establishment an apartment please make sure it's not a room with a shower.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026You guys provided anything we needed. Communicated and kept us up to date, such as the cleaning of the pool. Very welcoming, warm, easily approachable, and friendly. Thank you so much, looking forward to seeing you!
Didn't like the fact that the kitchen sink didn't have a stopper. We asked, and they didn't find one. We used a salad bowl as a makeshift zinc. Maybe you can incorporate uniform for future references so we can easily see who works there and who is a visitor

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026The room was neat and clean. Fan was given to us when we requested.
I got a 1 bedroom with a bathroom while I requested a unit with a kitchen area. The pool was dirty, they only cleaned it when we complained. The braai stand is old full of holes. Rooms are only cleaned after 2 days, you cannot request/ask for your room to be cleaned. .

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Prudence the lady we meet at the property was lovely, always willing to help the unit was extremely clean including the linen. They have solar for a few lights on during interruptions.
It would be convenient to have a covered BBQ area, at least 1 dish cloth and since the kitchen is equipped with gas stove to have lighter. The solar backup only worked for a few lights in the bedrooms we had interruption for our entire stay which made things extremely difficult for us especially for electronic gadgets such as our cellphones and laptops for correspondence if maybe they may consider this in the future.
