The host lied about the location being in fourways town, this place is in DIEPSLOOT which is in the township, we could see when we entered the area, it's not in the fourways suburbs. I was very uncomfortable throughout my stay because I know how diepsloot is like. I'm very disappointed that the host even sent me info about the location when I asked but the neighbours confirmed that we were at the township. I chose the place coz it was written fourways, if i wanted DIEPSLOOT is was going to book there.

Hot water has a time frame, washing machine wasn’t working, there’s no privacy. Lots of noise outside, the location was bad, lots of mosquitoes everywhere as well, unclean blankets.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025First may I talk about the host? Godfrey is so kind, so amazing, he makes sure that his guests are taken care of one hundred percent! We had a little problem with the water, he made sure all that was sorted out immediately. And we were compensated very well for that. He really took good care of us! The place? It looked so beautiful, so homey, we will definitely visit again. There was absolutely everything! Wine glasses, champagne glasses, cocktail glasses, etc! A big TV that had everything, WiFi works perfectly! More than enough blankets. Well working stove and oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. Wardrobe is very big and has space. There’s a fan, for hot summer days. There’s a DSTV, Netflix and Showmax. It’s a smart TV. In the bathroom there were body washes, shower gels, lotions, toothpaste, in case you forgot your own. Not to mention the safety of the place. Mall is closer, everything you’d need is easily accessible. We had our own keys including the gate remote, so we didn’t need to wake anybody up. Godfrey? Thank you so much!!!

Reviewed Jul 4, 2025That was a self-catering accommodation, us well equipped and the place was closer to the places we wanted to visit. The neighbourhood is not that busy and had some cool spots.
The fact that we had to alert the owner when we wanted to bath, considering the fact it’s winter the water was just warm and not hot. It’s difficult to wash dishes when you want to cause the geyser is only turned on per request.

Room is quite small. Fridge had remnants of someone’s food. Shower had someone else’s toiletries. Toilet not securely placed on floor and moves around when you’re seated on it. Exposed wires by Main switch are aesthetically unpleasant. No garden space. Parking space is very small. Our car was practically caught between the gate and the wall behind.
