Separat toalett utan handfat.

Gångavstånd till gamla staden Bra frukost

Mycket litet rum. Trångt. Balkong mot innergård 🫤

A nice clean hotel .the younge girl on front desk was very freindly and helpfull. She explained everything perfectly and showed us our garage .rooms were clean and had enough room .bathroom was very clean too breakfast was good with a nice selection.

Everything was good

Väldigt fint rum på 7 de våningen

Garaget, alldeles för mörkt och dåligt skyltat!

Good parking, great location, friendly staff.

Connected rooms for families

I am writing to make a formal complaint about our stay at ibis Styles Annecy Gare Centre in Annecy, France, booked through Booking.com, from 11 to 12 September 2026. Our experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The overall level of service was completely unacceptable and far below what we reasonably expected from a hotel booked through Booking.com. 1. Extremely poor reception service The reception service was extremely slow and disorganized. There were long queues and a large number of guests waiting to be assisted. The staff were unable to communicate properly in English, making it very difficult to obtain basic information or assistance. We repeatedly asked the reception staff where we could park our car, but nobody was able to provide clear or useful information or a practical solution. There are also no telephones in the hotel rooms, meaning that guests cannot contact reception directly from their rooms when they need assistance. 2. Serious parking problem The hotel’s parking was full. We were also told about the public parking opposite the hotel, but that parking was full as well. As a result, we were forced to park our car on a public street approximately three blocks away from the hotel. The reception staff were unable to provide us with an adequate alternative or assistance with this problem. 3. Unacceptable restaurant service We ordered two pizzas at the hotel restaurant. The staff burned three pizzas during the preparation process before finally preparing ours. We then had to wait approximately one hour to receive our two pizzas. When they finally arrived, one pizza was barely warm and the other was cold and still frozen in the centre. After waiting approximately one hour, receiving food in this condition is completely unacceptable. We expect a full refund of the restaurant charges. 4. Extremely slow response to a basic request We requested three additional pillows for our room.

Cleanliness with good spread of breakfast. 10-12 minutes walking distance from the old city. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a balcony where we could spend quiet time in evening. We could fill up cold water from the dining area all day.

The door to the room was difficult to open. The room looked a bit dated. There was no fridge or kettle in the room. We had to go downstairs for coffee and cold water. The bed mattress was lumpy hence ended with backpain in morning. Breakfast spread was limited

Chambre propre et moderne. Personnel très attentionné.

Struttura moderna e funzionale .

Localizacao otima

Nada.

Great price, awesome friendly helpful staff, location easily walkable to the old town. Excellent breakfast.

Staff, cleanliness, and breakfast were great. Parking on site was Very Tight, but doable. Room could have used more overhead light. Would stay here again.

Buona posizione in zona stazione.

Tutto. Posizione centralissima. Personale cortese, disponibile e simpatico. Camera pulitissima e luminosa. Lo consiglio.

Nulla

Colazione, parcheggio privato (a pagamento), camera confortevole, balcone

Posizione non centralissima

Muy caro.

La situació és bona. L'esmorzar està bé, sense ésser excepcional.

l'habitació és petita i necessita renovació..El preu és molt elevat,.

A szoba jó, a hallban bármikor rendelkezésre áll viz, kávé, tea, délután péksütemény is. A reggeli megfelelő. A személyzet segítőkész.

Dostępny czajnik i woda z cytryną do picia. Miły personel. Świetna lokalizacja.

A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Ottima e abbondante colazione e staff molto gentile. Camere spaziose e confortevoli.

Nulla

Comfortable and clean room, helpful personnel. Great breakfast.

A bit pricey for the level.

De locatie is goed.

De hygiëne in de badkamer. Liet erg te wensen over. We hadden om 1 tweepersoonsbed gevraagd, waren 2 lossen bedden.

Rien

Tout

The staff were very nice and hospitable. The breakfast was simple but nice, with everything you need for a good start to the day. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The room was not clean. There was a lot of dust under the bed, body hair on the bed and in the bathroom, and the shower drain was dirty. Overall, the cleanliness was very disappointing and needs significant improvement.

Personal amable, buena habitación y buen desayuno.

Staff were nice. Air con Good breakfast Comfy bed Quiet room

Shower - not powerful enough. And leaked on the floor because the glass panel is not big enough. Lighting & mirror in bathroom too basic. Room overall could have been cleaner. Quite dusty in places.

Habitacions familiars grans i còmodes. Instal.lacions molt noves. Esmorzar excel.lent.

Emplacement,personnel...

Orage à la mauvaise heure

I loved my room on the 7th floor and the view of gorgeous mountain hills from the vi dow. I loved helpful, smiling, hospitable hosts at this hotel: breakfast was very good, clean and comfortable hotel oriented to satisfy guests

Nothing to mention Little bit far from buss and for old people longer to go.

Helt okej hotell, liten bit utanför centrum. Parkeringsgarage, men väldigt trångt.

Perfetto, silenzioso.

Sauberkeit

alles viel goed mee, ontbijt was lekker service was goed

Parking is located underground and complicated to park the car.

Handy for the motorway

No food except breakfast which was good

Està aprop del casc antic.

La zona tot i estar aprop del centre està molt degradada. No recomanable a les nits.
