La climatisation était peu efficace, le lit pas confortable, la moquette au sol pas très hygiénique et le bruit des groupes extérieurs de climatisation était dérangent. De plus, il est impossible de se garer dans l’hôtel avec un break. Le 1er jour au petit déjeuné, il n'y avait pas de fruit frais, le serveur m'a tout de même proposé des rondelles d'orange sortis d'un seau en plastique. A 13.5€ le repas, j'espérais mieux !

De prijs kwaliteit van de kamer, ik kreeg ook niet de kamer die ik geboekt had. Je moest je ontbijt bestek zelf opruimen....en dit tegen 220 euro per nacht!

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026La chambre était plutôt confortable. Le prix n'est pas justifié. Notre précédente expérience dans un ibis budget avait été plus concluante et le rapport qualité prix était lui au rdv.
La pression de la douche manquait et peu (voire pas) d'espace de rangement. Le parking est un plus. Mais il est vrai que pas pratique du tout car les emplacements sont très petits. Mais La Direc avait été transparente dès le début

la stanza molto "basic" rispetto al prezzo pagato, NON abbiamo potuto usufruire del parcheggio perche' l'ingresso e' minuscolo e lo sconsiglio per auto di medie dimensioni, la zona colazione e' piccola e scomoda su piu' livelli, la colazione discreta ma mal disposta.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The rooms were too hot, in high summer and direct sunlight they need to be able to maximise the air conditioning but they said they couldn’t make it any colder - that it was locked at a certain temperature because of a French law.. but we had stayed in many other hotels in France that same trip and did not have the same problem. We got given a fan but this did not help. The rooms are also very small, one side of the bed is almost touching the wall. Breakfast was average. Dirty cutlery. Empty buffet. Under staffed, there was only one person working who was doing everything possible but there needed to be more people The parking entrance is also very narrow and ceiling is low, we managed to get the car inside but this should have been warned.

El tamaño de la habitación es algo justo, suficiente , pero justo. Además el parking es solo para coches pequeños, así que tienes que buscarte la vida por los alrededores..

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La habitación 412 era amplísima!! Había 5 camas (1 matrimonio y 3 camas individuales (sillón-cama)) y muchísimo espacio libre! La cama de matrimonio era cómoda, las individuales se notaba que era sillón-cama, un poco menos cómoda pero a mis hijas no les importaba. El desayuno estaba bien. No es una maravilla. Es buffet libre pero como no hay mucha oferta de restauración por la zona, no está mal. El hotel tiene ascensor y baja al parking privado. Hay que reservar con antelación porque no hay muchas plazas. La entrada del garaje es bastante estrecha con una curva, así q hay riesgo de rascar si no has con mucho cuidado. Nosotros íbamos con un Touran y cabía justito. Las plazas de minusválidos las puedes usar como libres si en recepción no te dicen que están ocupadas. Eso se agradece porque hay 4 plazas imposibles. Detrás del hotel hay un parque infantil que para niños pequeños está bastante bien. Hay mosquitos… El hotel está a 10min en coche del centro antiguo de Annecy. Hay que aparcar en el parking Hotel de Ville (cubierto) o Bonlieu (descubierto). Se llenan enseguida, pero con paciencia siempre hay movimiento de salida y entrada.
La ubicación del hotel está en un barrio que no tiene casi nada de restauración. Parece solo lugar dormitorio, por lo que hay que salir en coche a buscar restaurante para cenar o llegar ya cenado. Las plazas de parking no están asignadas por lo que si sales, al volver te puede tocar una plaza complicada de aparcar ya que no son muy amplias. Creo q hay 4 plazas muy complicadas por las columnas que hay que no las deben ofrecer, porque siempre estaban libres.

Nous avons attendu 20 min à notre arrivée pour être accueilli. Et nous avons été réveillé par quelqu’un qui tondait la pelouse à 7h30 du matin, ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais l’isolation n’est pas la meilleure.

Il parcheggio non era utilizzabile, troppo piccolo per la nostra auto. Avremmo apprezzato che ci fosse un ristorante in albergo in modo da poter cenare in struttura.

L’habitació i el lavabo eren molt petits i l’hotel està una mica allunyat del centre, a uns 20-30 minuts caminant.

Personne ne nous a indiqué qu'il fallait réserver le parking en plus. Le parking est très étroit et il est impossible de se garer avec une grosse voiture, au risque d'y laisser une aile ou de la rayer. La propreté n'était pas toujours au rendez-vous, avec des moutons sur la moquette et des draps laissés sales. La salle de bain est minuscule. Si vous êtes grand, oubliez la position confortable pour les toilettes, les genoux ne passent pas! Certains personnels n'étaient pas très agréables. À 170 € la chambre, on attend autre chose!

Quand nous réservons c’est marqué parking gratuit et quand nous arrivons on nous dit que nous devions réserver le parking. Le sèche cheveux a fonctionné un jour mais le lendemain ne fonctionne plus.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026La chambre correcte, mais la salle de bain, manque de lumière, de lieux de rangement pour déposer nos affaires de toilette, une serviette d'un client trouvé le jour de notre arrivée et surtout le moins acceptable, moisissures dans l'évier et dans la douche. Le petit déjeuner, petit espace, complet rapidement, bruyant et produits de qualité trés moyenne.
Le parking : trés étroit et rés difficile de garer nos véhicules sans prendre de risque. Le personnel aidant, mais peu accueillant.

Det var dyrt, aircondition larmede, værelset var meget fugtigt, det lignede en dårlig gør det selv makeover de hele havde fået. Hvis jeg skal til Annecy igen så jeg nok bruge lidt flere penge på et andet hotel.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The hotel is in a quiet location next to a park. It takes 30 min to reach the tourist centre by foot and only 10 min by bus. There is a nice bakery across from the hotel and also a large supermarket. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not cheap but best value hotel I could find in the area. I would definitely stay again.
The room was compact but it was ok for a 3 night stay. The AC was barely working with an outside temperarure of 35 degrees so it was quite hotel in the room! Not sure whether it was due to an energy saving measure or it was just an inefficient unit...

Il parcheggio non è adatto a macchine molto grandi: questa informazione non è stata chiarissima fin da subito invece andrebbe messa più in evidenza.
