The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Great lobby with welcome drinks, complimentary coffee & tea plus water fountain. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was always topped up and clean.

We used the sofa bed and that wasn't very comfortable.

The staff were welcoming and helpful . THe breakfast was satisfactory.

The room wasn’t well designed. The toilet cubicle was too small and I kept hitting my head on the door…I am only an average height. The door into the room clashed with the toilet door meaning you couldn’t open it fully. THe sign threatening a fine if I stole the soap was unnecessary and offensive.

Man muss beim Einchecken 50 Euro virtuell hinterlegen, auch wenn man die Rechnung sofort per Karte begleicht, es blieb trotz Nachfrage unklar, wofür.

Die Lage nah am See in einem großen Garten ist sehr schön. Die Gebäude sind zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber das passte alles für uns. Der Restaurantbereich ist einladend und der Service sehr gut. Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen und fühlten uns wohl. Gerne wieder.

Great location, 15 min walk to Annecy centre along a beautiful lake. Hotel was very modern and the complimentary drinks in reception are a great touch. The lobby and downstairs relaxing areas are very welcoming and staff were very friendly. Felt dog friendly too.

Room was very hot even with the air con turned on. Parking was not available when we arrived and we were recommended to use a private garage 5 mins away that we had to download an app for. Not ideal when arriving late. Later found out there is a garage downstairs under the hotel.

Zimmer hatte keinen Kleiderschrank, für einen kurzen Aufenthalte ok ansonsten zu klein und im Schlafbereich kaum Ablagemöglichkeit. Garage vorhanden und genutzt für größere Autos nicht empfehlenswert.

Clean and comfortable stay at a very convenient location in Annecy. Price was about right and staff was very polite and friendly. Free water refill and coffee was available on the ground floor. We were offered complimentary welcome drink upon our arrival. The AC worked perfectly fine and the bed was very comfortable. The toiletries provided were very nice. We enjoyed our stay here.

External window to our room was small. Toilet was split.

Os funcionários são todos jovens e simpáticos. Ao realizar o check-in foi cobrado um valor maior do que o que constava no app. Uma espécie de garantia. Depois, no check-out , nosso consumo no hotel, bem como a taxa da cidade, foram descontados deste valor. No geral, recomendo e voltaria.

Das Personal und das Ambiente war sehr nett. Es war perfekt für die Durchreise.

The hotel is located in a strange area, and it feels a bit scary once it gets dark. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around there alone at night. The room is very small and claustrophobic. The sink is outside the bathroom and there is no wardrobe. They put a €50 hold on my account because I was travelling with my dog, which I completely understand. What I don’t understand is why it took them more than a week to release the money. On top of that, when I emailed them about it, I found their response quite rude. They told me that the hold had already been released, which was not true, and they also tried to charge me another €15 for parking, taking it from the €50 hold, even though I had already paid the €15 at check-out. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but I didn’t think they handled the situation appropriately. They basically assumed that I was wrong about everything, when in fact, they were the ones who had made the mistakes. They didn’t even apologize.

Escolhemos o hotel pela localização e por uma resenha sobre a cidade que havíamos lido. Ficamos 2 noites. Talvez se encontre hotéis semelhantes com a mesma distância entre a estação de trem e o centro de Annecy, o que pode ser bom para uma pausa durante o dia. Estava muito calor.

Quanto pouco iluminado e com decoração "em excesso".

Hotel war sehr ordentlich. Lage zur wunderschönen Altstadt sehr gut. Zum Strand läuft man ca. eine halbe Stunde. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Zimmer waren groß. Bad und WC getrennt.

Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein und bissl aufgeräumter ( und das Rührei war Eiersatz), für den Preis den man zahlt wäre das drin

The facilities were great and very clean. We were given a complimentary drink at the bar. The walk into town was nice and short. Overall a great stay.

Insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Lage war gut, leicht erreichbar von der Autobahn und mit einem kurzen Spaziergang von 10 Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Alles war sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Ausziehsofa für unsere Kinder war einfach nur unbequem. Unser Sohn hat schlussendlich auf dem Boden geschlafen.

L'originalité du lieu

L'hotel dispone di ogni servizio necessario e anche di un area svago e un aria più professionale dove poter accedere a riunioni. l'area interna è confortevole e rilassante per letture,come l'area esterna. La colazione è ricca e abbondante. Posto tranquillo e ben servito e di facile accesso. Apprezzata l'area park su prenotazione al piano interrato. Consiglio per viaggi sia di svago che di lavoro.

Die Betten waren nicht gut (wie such schon in Düsseldorf). Toilettenzimmer extrem klein, auch bei mittlerer Statur. Man kann sich kaum umdrehen. Eines der teuersten Hotels auf unserer Reise mit über 10 Stopps, jedoch nicht in der oberen Hälfte zu finden.

Der Boden im Zimmer war dreckig. Auf dem Bett waren schwarze lange Haare (definitiv nicht von uns).

Il parcheggio dell'Hotel ha aree di manovra molto piccole. Per chi ha auto grandi meglio (forse) il posteggio esterno cui si viene indirizzati dall'hotel. Toilette tripartita (doccia e gabinetto ognuno in vani diversi) il lavello/lavandino direttamente in camera da letto. Area colazione affollatissima e mal organizzata. Mancava lo yogurt naturale. Non presenti frigobar e cassetta di sicurezza.

Nice and clean hotel, about a 15-minute walk from the center of Annecy. Unfortunately, we had some communication issues with the reception, including my card being charged without asking me first. On a positive note, the gentleman at reception on our last day was very helpful and accommodating.

We paid for a 300 euros family room with views of the mountains (for one night). There were little to no Mountain View’s and instead a view of a drab road - so sitting out on the balcony wasn’t an option. There was confusion about whether our stay had breakfast included - which we had paid for as part of our booking. They are a dog friendly hotel - and there was a couple staying in the room opposite us with an incredibly noisy dog who yapped loudly and kept us awake when we wanted to sleep and then woke us up or next morning too. Redeeming feature for us was the helpful staff.

Hotel decoration is fun and brings good vibe. It’s close from center (less than 10 minutes walk). It’s easy to park the car nearby. There are plenty of great places for food nearby (Corean, coffee, breakfast, dinner, tapas)

There is no place to put your clothes. The way the lights are set are practical : there is one light on the right on top of the sink making your left face in the shade !!! Stupid when you want to shave or for women to put make up on

Accueil plein de pep’s par un personnel charmant, l’hôtel est plein de vie et donne la pêche. Le lit était très confortable et le petit déjeuner excellent.

I like the fact you can have dogs to stay, as our friend stayed one night with her dog. It also much cheaper than staying in the old town of Annecy and it just a 15 min walk into town.

Be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, they had free facilities downstairs and iced water which was free though.

There’s a convenient covered car park next to the hotel. I don’t know why so many people say the entrance is narrow; perhaps you just need to drive in more slowly. My estate car is 4.95 metres long. I drove in without any trouble; there are plenty of spaces and it’s cheap per night. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is quite decent.

It took a very long time to check in at reception (she was obviously new); they changed my room twice, as each time they’d given me one that wasn’t next to the other. We’d asked for two rooms next to each other, as we’re a family with two children.

Es war eine tolle Lage. Die Zimmer ausreichend groß für ein Stadthotel und sehr sauber. Die Aufteilung war super komfortabel. In der Dusche waren Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner das ist sehr aufmerksam.

Eine 2. Möglichkeit einen Koffer abzulegen und noch eine 2. Sitzmöglichkeit wäre toll. Die Parkplätze direkt im Hotel fanden wir zu teuer.
