The hot tub, pool and sauna were so nice to use to relax.

The outdoor area is amazing and very well maintained! We really enjoyed the sauna, pool, hot tub, and the outdoor BBQ area with gazebos. The room overall was fine, and the bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the staff, who were very responsive, friendly, and answered our phone call immediately when we had an issue.

The bathroom condition was disappointing: dark/dirty water came out of the tap initially, the drain was clogged with hair and dirty, and the water didn't drain properly. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room. Additionally, parking is an issue: we had a designated spot assigned to our room number, but when we returned late one night, another car was parked there. The staff assigned us another spot right away, but it seems there aren't enough parking spaces for all rooms.

It was close to everything we walk a bit for the good pictures town is beautiful.

It’s a nice stay for the family getaway pool, hot tub was nice our family enjoyed it.

Great location to visit the nearby hot spring and park. We got a breakfast voucher for the Screamers restaurant nearby, that was a nice offer. We had one room with two queens and one room with a double and two single beds. The beds were good.

The ventilation unit was in the window, not the best solution.

Cleanliness of unit was not very good.

The new owner is very friendly and has done a lot of outdoor improvements to keep the pool area usable for guests. He has added 3 BBQ areas for guests which is nice. Our bed was comfortable and pillows were nice. It is a great option for families and one of the only motels with an outdoor pool. They also offer free breakfast at Screamers in town and it was very good.

I understand we booked a budget friendly motel and not a high end hotel. I've stayed here before over 15 years but did find our room not as clean as it should be. The floor was dirty and my feet were black after 5 minutes without shoes. There were old dirty finger prints on the walls especially surrounding the bunk beds. I also know the owner is working on renovations to rooms but ours was an original. The refrigerator needs replacing or at least defrosting. Unfortunately the pool heater broke and wasn't repaired until after our stay. Pool was cold as result.

Good central location; our room was a bit dated, however, it was clean and had everything we needed; the kids liked the pool; the owners were very friendly and helpful; I had some problems with the car rental company and the owner spent a lot of time helping me on the phone to sort things out; we received vouchers for breakfast in a nearby restaurant and breakfast was good

Rooms and some facilities could be renewed, e.g. the ventilator at the ceiling couldn't be controlled properly

Die Betten waren bequem.

Die Fotos der Pools und Holzterrassen sind sehr geschickt aufgenommen. Diese Anlagen wurden komplett durch die Großfamilie benutzt, so dass man sich als Gast dort absolut fehl am Platz fühlte. Alles ist unfachmännisch selbst gebaut und wirkt provisorisch. Nebenanlagen sind dreckig, verwahrlost und zum Teil kaputt. Die Lage ist sehr laut an der Hauptverkehrsstraße. Die Unterbringung in den Zimmern hat nichts zu tun mit Holzbau, sondern wirkt eher wie in ehemaligen Garagen. Das Frühstück war in ca. 500m zu Fuß in einem einfachen Eiscafe zu erhalten. Wir hatten Gutscheine für 5 $ -Frühstücksoptionen. Das Essen war sehr wenig und ohne Getränk.

I felt welcome and the amenities were adequate. The pool, hot tub and sauna was what made me choose this hotel over the others. The rustic look was achieved.

I don’t like that there was a dirty standing fan in my room. The cleaning is something easy that could be done. Also, there was no toilet brush in the room so guests could do self cleaning of the toilet bowl at their discretion.

Very quaint property snuggled in the mountains. I loved the rusticness of the swimming pool and hot tub. Great views, except for the smoke in the area. We had a patio that was nice to sit out on and look out at the mountains.

I thought we were going to have two beds, not one bed and two bunks. We were lucky the air temperature cooled off at night because there was no air conditioning. The property did provide a large fan to circulate the air from the patio screen door.

Das Motel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Radium Hot Springs und am Eingang zum Nationalpark Banff. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren, Rafting und sonstige Outdoor Aktivitäten. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Das Motel arbeitet mit einem kleinen Café in der Nähe zusammen. Alles war frisch zubereitet und es gab sowohl eine vegetarische als auch glutenfreie Option sowie unglaublich leckeren Kaffee. Auch die Poollandschaft haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The motel is maybe the coolest in Radium. Good view from the second floor rooms. The pool is nice and refreshing, and the hottub is huge and warm, and the sauna is a nice dry sauna. It's up a slight incline from "downtown" radium, and right under (south of ) the Hot Springs. The owners, Mary Jo, I think it was, and family, were hospitable and accommodating.

The room was old, like a motel from the 90s, and hasn't been updated much since then, with no AC during these hottest weeks of summer (although that probably doesn't matter outside July and August). The room was clean enough, but doesn't feel particularly clean with the older furniture and fixtures.

Nichts war richtig gut, nichts wirklich schlecht. Alles Mittelmaß. Swimmingpool, Jacuzzi und Sauna habe ich nicht benutzt, waren aber vorhanden und nutzbar.

Ein Ventilator diente als Klimaanlage. Der Kühlschrank kühlen sehr gut, ein zwischenzeitlichen Abtauen täte ihm gut.

Floor so filthy we had to wear shoes inside during our stay. Rotten banana found inside fridge and couldn’t use fridge from smell. Bathtub dirty and moldy so couldn’t bathe our kids. Sketchy pool deck.

This place is awesome! Deep pool, huge hot tub, so many bbqs and fire pits! The bed was comfy and theres a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Just booked our anniversary there we liked it so much!

De geur in de kamer was verre van fris. Oventje was vies, mijn vingers zaten direct vol der het vet. Vloer badkamer niet schoon. Vloerbedekking kamer en slaapkamer was niet fris. Bank eerst schoongemaakt met als de tafel. Ver wandelen naar je ontbijt.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tyrol in Radium Hot Springs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the mountain views made the stay even more enjoyable. Treehouse, swimming pool, Hot Tub and Sauna was an add on. You have barbecue spots if needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent—close to the hot springs, restaurants, and local attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Radium Hot Springs.

Friendly welcoming staff were quick to help when things broke. Beautiful view of the mountains.

No air conditioning which we knew but didnt expect the bedrooms to not have windows either so it was very warm. Beds hadn't been vacuumed under and could see quite a few repairs were needed.

The room didn't have air conditioning, so we had to use the fan, but it was too loud to sleep comfortably. The swimming pool was also disappointing. The water didn't look clean, and it seemed like it hadn't been properly filtered or changed. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it had a swimming pool, but in the end, we couldn't use it because of the water quality.

We were very happy with this place. The motel is not new but very clean which in my opinion is the most important factor. The room was very cozy.

Location was great, and I was impressed by the amenities (the pool/spa/sauna, bbq areas, and hammock exceeded my expectations). I loved sitting in the hammock and looking at the mountains. The rooms were clean and everything was functional. The breakfast was also delicious - you get a voucher for a meal at a nearby cafe. I thought Motel Tyrol was better than the surrounding motels. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Wonderful accommodations. The staff were super kind and helpful. The place really went above and beyond my expectations from how it was advertised and the price I paid.

We didn't have many lighting options besides the lamps and lights under the counter so it was quite dark. The driveway going to the parking spot was also a little uneven and steep.

For its age it’s been upgraded and well maintained, the hotel provided an experience with the pool, hot tub and hangout areas behind the hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were so clean! We will definitely be going back!

The fridge didn’t work in our room, we had to throw out all our food. Asked them to look at it, but it didn’t get fixed, tried to tell them about it the next morning but the door to the office was locked. The fans felt like they were going to come off the roof (very wobbly) And we couldn’t turn off the light but keep the fan going. The stand alone fans were very dirty and one of them didn’t work.

Great staff, great room, great bed, great location. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Motel Tyrol to anyone visiting Radium Hot Springs or passing through.

I love the place. I know it’s gonna be hot in the sun when there’s no air-conditioning but there’s a couple fans in the room and it seems safe enough that you could probably prop the door open. It’s such a sweet little Place.

They gave us free breakfast, but they put the menu in the lobby and it did not seem desirable. Some people might like that but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but again like I said some people might think it’s amazing breakfast. We never tried it so I can’t really be a critic about it.

Not much really it’s an older cheap hotel it’s not modern inside but it’s a roof over your head with a clean bed what else can you ask for. Loved the concept for breakfast being a smaller motel partnering with local business to provide guests breakfast but I think the location and options should be revised, the business owner at breakfast was not friendly and made us feel like we we’re cheapskates, and I don’t even want to mention the food.
