L'accueil a été exceptionnel, tous les jours, nous avons eu droit à des bouteilles d'eau, Lavino et sont frères nos hôtes, nous ont beaucoup conseillés et nous aiguiller sur les endroits à faire à goa. On a même pu laver notre linge gratuitement la 1re fois, sachant qu'on n'avait pas de machine à laver. La location de scooter a été super et facile. Les espaces de l'appartement sont très grands, que ça soit chambre comme salle à manger, De la place pour mettre les valises. La clim marche très bien. Tous les deux jours ils proposent de faire le ménage à notre bon vouloir. Petites mentions pour Lavino qui avait le câble pour regarder la Ligue des Champions pour les footeux 😅😄 Nous avons pas utiliser ces options, mais il y a aussi une carte pour pouvoir commander à manger avec leur prix et quelque bières au frigo.

Mooi appartement met twee slaapkamers waar kan verpozen en genieten van de vogels in de tuin. Alles is aanwezig, en als je iets tekort komt gaan ze het voor je halen. Ben hier echt tot rust gekomen. En als je tien minuten wandelt kom je terug de drukte tegen in en rond het strand het zeetje.

I really liked the stay overall. However, due to a mistake in our booking, we had to extend our stay by one more day. It felt like we were charged a higher amount for the extra day, and unfortunately no discount was offered, which was a bit disappointing. Since we needed the accommodation, we went ahead and paid. The owner was also quite strict when it came to the payment.

Everything was perfect! The rooms were spacious, the views stunning and the place was very accessible. What we liked the best was that the room had wonderful amenities. We hardly wanted to leave as it was so cosy. Found a place we'll keep returning to.

We booked the ground floor. We got a gem of a deal with this one. It's basically a fully furnished 1bhk apartment kind of thing. Will definitely visit again.

This is the second time staying in this property. It's located in Baga which is too much of a tourist trap but this property is hidden away on a nice and quiet side street. Wonderful view and we could hear peacocks in the mornings. A good sized fridge, microwave oven, washing machine and gas burner is available. Very good communication with the owner Lavino and he manages the property very well. Krishna that was responsible for room cleaning and maintenance did a great job every time and was very polite. Couldn't ask for more. This property is lucky to have such good staff.

It's time for the property to update their inventory of pillows and bed linens as they were quite worn out. Better kitchen storage for utensils would make a huge difference for guests who use the kitchen for cooking.

It was a fabulous stay. I just felt like home. The apartment was spacious with a beautiful interior and a breath taking balcony giving me a perfect ambience. Each and every necessary equipment was available in the apartment and it was located near all the important locations. Thankyou casa margarida stays, so much for giving me a memorable goa trip. To be very honest I would like to stay here again if I ever visit goa again in future for sure. 😊

It was located very centre to all the prime locations. Lavino is very welcoming and made you feel home by explaining all the things. He even arranged us rental bike and has car options too.

I stayed in this apartment with my family. We were all girls.This place is really great and the owners are very cooperative as well. The location is perfect as baga beach is hardly 10 mins away. This place was very pretty. Highly recommended.

everything was tip top in order nice apartment with everything you need you can also cook your own meal there is a large fridge very clean and the cleaning boy is always ready to help if you need anything very quiet and within walking distance of the famous beach of Baga will definitely come back no negative comments

We recently stayed at Casa Margarida in the Calangute area of Goa for nearly a week, and it was a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful—small, cozy, and impeccably tidy, nestled in a serene neighborhood that perfectly matched our preference for calm and quiet. It felt just like how we would want our own home to be. The location was also excellent. There were four of us, and we had the entire floor to ourselves, ensuring complete privacy—definitely a 10/10 in that regard. Lavino, our host, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the absence of a washing machine in the apartment, which made doing laundry a bit challenging. Although there’s a laundry service just a minute away, it was closed each time we tried to use it. Adding a washing machine to the apartment would make it absolutely perfect. While Calangute and Baga beaches are often described as crowded, the experience really depends on where you choose to stay. Casa Margarida offered us the peace and quiet we were looking for, away from the hustle and bustle. Additionally, Vagator Beach is only a 10-15 minute drive away, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a lovely time and highly recommend this property for a comfortable and private stay in Goa.

Light was little dim ,that's it But I loved the whole property. If there'll be plan for goa for sure we'll make our stay at casa margarida again .

We absolutely loved staying in the apartment for 2 nights. Very convenient location and Lavino was a wonderful host. He is more than a host actually. He helped us in lot of ways and made our vacation in Goa wonderful. The Baga beach is in walkable distance. The apartment itself is big and clean. I liked the solar hot water facility.

The property is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from Baga Beach. It’s clean, well-maintained, and feels just like home.

Rooms and Property were as described and shown in the pictures. It was clean property and all amenties like kitchen cooking gas and equipments in apartment were provided. No unnecessary poking by the owner during the stay.

Casa Margarida is a beautiful place! Totally exceeded our expectations! The apartment is clean and spacious. Easy to find and not too far from the beach. We could walk to the beach and back at anytime of the day/evening. The host, Lavino, was welcoming and kind. He made our stay super comfortable. I recommend it!

The rooms were clean with proper amenities. Since we booked for 6 persons in a 2Bhk apartment, there were 6 sets for each cutlery available in the kitchen. The rooms were cleaned every 2nd day. All thanks to the owner Mr. Lavino for his hospitality.

Good location, about 15min walk to the beach. Around wine shop, restaurants, pharmacy .Very clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. 24h hot water ,big fridge, washing machine..Everyday we got a bottle of water. It's a family business and Lavino was very nice and helpful. You can contact he abd he will organise a taxi to/from airport.

Two soft armchairs instead of wide chairs would make the apartment ideal

Nothing as such beside a small glitch - mattress in one of the rooms not comfortable to sleep , may be end of its life or overused from one side . Lavino confirmed he is going to change it

The owner and staff were very warm and helpful and the apartment was very clean.

I booked an apartment on the ground floor however it was a basement apartment with a low ceiling and the windows could not be open given it was the basement and there was garbage on the side of the bedroom.

The location was perfect and the owner Lavino of this apartment was very nice person, who tried to fulfill all our needs. He even organised the taxi from airport and back at a very reasonable price and recommended a good and safe cafes, where for us Europeans was really tasty food. So, my suggestions is, just book this apartment and you will not be disappointed.

From our point of view, everything was very nice and perfect. Frankly speaking, I am writing comments in a very rare way, if it is very bad or very good. So this time it is up to you to decide which hotel or apartment you need to order in North Goa.

The apartment is situated between calangute & Baga, but don’t be put off by its location on the map. There is a short walk through to the main road, from which the beach & bars are close! The size & amenities in the apartment are impressive, and Lavino is readily on hand & will provide support & good advice, when required! Cleaning is provided regularly and the overall standard is excellent. Mine was only a short stay, but the quiet location of the apartment within a garden area would suit a longer stay. Many thanks Lavino, and look forward to getting back there soon 👍

This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment with great views from the terrace; however, it was the owner who really made our visit enjoyable. He could not do enough for us, and we were very appreciative.

We stayed there for almost a week and we enjoyed every bit of it. It was an amazing, comfortable stay. Home away from home. The host Lavino was always available for any needs. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was so soothing to sit on the swing with your cup of tea in the morning. Don't think twice...just go for it.
