Отель потрясающий, очень чисто, хорошая территория, отличный ресторан, есть детская площадка, два бассейна. Ребята из ресторана просто офигенные и подскажут с блюдом и с местами куда поехать что посмотреть- очень хорошие ребята , чего не скажешь про ресепшен .

Самое большое разочарование и удивление это ресепшен отеля. Помощи и подсказок от них просто 0. Мы были первый раз в Индии и на Гоа , до этого у нас было большое путешествие по Индии , но с таким отношением к гостям мы встретились впервые. Банально где поменять деньги - идите прямо и на центральную улицу и что?! Если бы нам постоялец не сказал мы бы в жизни не нашли. Такси их попросить - это проблема. Честно оценка 9 именно из за ресепшена. Вам нужно людей из ресторана поставить на ресепшен.

Lovely place. I had a wonderful time with my family...It was our first visit to this beautiful resort.. Overall service at the restaurant, food, rooms, gym was excellent. Amazing service by Zavio Fernandes and Bikram at the restaurant. Keep up the great work. Great hospitality by the restaurant,front office, housekeeping staff as well as they were really helpful. The best part about this resort was the restaurant which was so close towards the beach side as the view was beautiful.

Everything was so perfect. There were lots of greenery to enjoy. Good food. Good staff. Beautiful stay.

It would be good if you can arrange the check-in procedure from the first reception itself. We had to roam around across the swimming pool and find out the 2nd reception for the actual check-in. This would be better when people come after long travel and just wanted to enter the room for taking rest.

Very nice location near to beach. The resort is nicely spread out with good landscaping. We visited in August during monsoon. Rooms are a bit away from beach, but restaurant is just right on beach. Beach is very much accessible from Hotel. Breakfast was very good. Good for families.

Family Room layout. The third bed is put right near washroom door. No electric point for charging near to third bed. Reception is far away from car parking entrance so you need to walk much to reach reception. It could have been near. Reception staff could have been more warm/hospitable. There are no great views from rooms. Food portions could have been better.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Chalston Beach Resort, Goa. It was a truly comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing experience with our family. The resort is well-maintained, with clean and neat rooms and beautiful, calm surroundings. Our family room was spacious and very comfortable. The food deserves a special mention—it was absolutely delicious and made our stay even more enjoyable. The beach is just a 2-minute walk from the resort, almost like having a private beach right next to the property. The location is excellent, especially for families looking for a peaceful beachside stay. Overall, it was a wonderful family experience and truly value for money. We had a great time at Chalston Beach Resort and would definitely love to visit again! ❤️🌴🌊

Entire location is great and well maintained. Staff is also quite accountable, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good except that in rainy season they do not provide umbrellas to customers and hence going from rooms to their inhouse beachside Reastaurant becomes uncomfortable as not everytime u want to get drenched

A Luxurious Oasis of Calm – Exceeded Every Single Expectation! ​I was looking for a break from the hustle and bustle to completely unwind and destress. My goal was simple: find a property right on the beach with excellent rooms and great food, so I wouldn’t feel any need to step foot outside the resort. When I came across the listing for Chalston Beach Resort, it seemed to tick every single box, so much so that looking at the photos and glowing reviews online, it honestly felt a bit too good to be true. ​I am incredibly happy to say I was proven completely wrong the moment I stepped onto the property. ​From the very beginning, the resort wraps you in lush greenery, positive vibes, and a beautiful ambience. The rooms are fantastic, the amenities are top-notch, and the beachside restaurant is nothing short of awesome. What was meant to be a simple relaxing break felt like a truly luxurious holiday destination, and time just absolutely flew by. ​The resort manages to strike a perfect balance for everyone; it’s incredibly family-friendly with dedicated parks and slides for children, while offering plenty of space and activities for adults to keep busy or just lounge. What stands out the most, though, is the exceptional hospitality. The staff goes above and beyond, consistently checking in just to ensure you are comfortable and having a great time. ​I am genuinely sad to leave, but this is definitely not my last visit. If I ever plan a trip to Goa again, I won't even think of staying anywhere else. That we had to come home

The service provided by the restaurant and housekeeping staff was excellent. They were highly attentive, responsive to accommodate all requests. The beach view was beautiful, and the lawns were well maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The beds were old, worn out, and noticeably sagging, affecting overall comfort. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and appeared to be throttled at times. Shower pressure was low The breakfast spread lacked variety, with the same offerings repeated each day. While the resort itself is pleasant, it is situated in a very busy part of Goa, and reaching the property can be challenging due to persistent traffic congestion on the surrounding roads. During evenings the beach tends to get loud with music from nearby shacks and there is a spill over of the tourist crowd from Calangute and Baga beach. The Spa is not located on the premises but a 10 min walk.

Location is great, its a well established resort with many facilities. Breakfast is basic for the price per night.

Service is not great, getting your room cleaned is a major challenge, very little attention to making your stay memorable.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage , gelegen in einem wunderschönen tropischen Garten . Wir hatten ein großes komfortables Zimmer , im neuen Teil der Anlage . Das Personal war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit . Wir sind zum ersten Mal in Goa gewesen und waren begeistert.

Well maintained property with direct access to beach. Sea facing restaurant is an added attraction to this property. One can enjoy the evenings listening and watching live music while sipping your favorite beer or beverage.

The management can still improve the house keeping and room service. The area where they need to concentrate

Variety was lacking in the breakfast menu both Indian as well as continental. Food was overpriced considering the size of the serving.

Everything is perfect

Wunderschönes Resort, inmitten eines blühenden tropischen Gartens, direkt am Strand gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal, v.a. im Restaurant Bereich. Tolles Frühstücks-Buffet. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Es ist etwas teuer für 4 Sterne. Die Strandbars mit sehr lauter Musik links und rechts des Hotels am Strand, aber dafür kann das Chalston nichts. In den Zimmern ist davon zum Glück nichts zu hören.

The staff were very friendly, the facilities were fairly clean. The breakfast was ok.

The baga area and the surrounding beaches are of the most horrible places I have ever visited. Speaking to locals they later told us that Baga has become an extremely bad area to visit over the past 5-10 years. Everything is dirty and run down, the beach is disgusting - trash everywhere. If you want to stay in the north, our friends reccomended Morjim only Otherwise, all the nice beaches are south of Dabolim airport.

The Charlton was the perfect spot for us to decompress after working for 1 month in Hyderabad. The accomodation was superb and the restaurant looks right out at the sea. The food was beautiful and the facilities were great. The resort is beautifully kept and the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. The swimming pools were also lovely. Recommend having a drink and watching the sunset each night in the chairs out front of the restaurant.

The breakfast was almost the same every morning - but you could order things off the menu also, so we managed to make it more varied.

Our rooms were in the older wing. They were a bit rundown. The family rooms did not have AC near the extra bed and the wall fans were very dirty. Mini fridge in some rooms had rust which was a big turn-off. The privacy in balconies is bad. You should have concrete walls put in between.

We went as a large group, the hotel was very accommodating and had easy access to the beach (great for the kids and elderly!) The food was really good and they had a good selection to choose from. The staff were also super friendly

Die geräumigen Zimmer und die sehr gepflegte park ähnliche Anlage. Das Ressort ist etwas zurückgezogen, sodass man von den neon beleuchteten und musik beschallten Beachbars gut geschützt ist. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht und waren mit der Auswahl sehr zufrieden. Generell war es im Restaurant sehr gemütlich mit Blick auf das Meer. 4 Sterne absolut gerechtfertigt.

The location was the only good thing about this place.

It’s supposed to be no smoking. But they let people smoke on your little patio. The people next to me smoked like chimneys. So I could hardly use mine and could often smell it in my room. They have weird sheets that feel like plastic. The air conditioner blows right on the bed, so either you are sweating in the plastic sheets or freezing. The staff is not very friendly and decidedly unhelpful. Their list of rules makes you feel like you are in prison not at a resort.

From the moment you arrive, the resort feels like a classic Goan getaway. It’s wonderfully green with well-kept gardens, and its beachfront position means you’re never more than a few breaths of sea breeze from Calangute Beach. Perfect for both sunrise walks and evening sunsets with a cocktail in hand. Rooms here are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good air-conditioning — much needed in Goa’s tropical heat. The property also boasts two pool areas with a few places to relax. Although some rooms are a little dated compared to ultra-luxury properties, they nonetheless feel clean and welcoming. The beachfront restaurant is a definite charm — dining with your feet almost in the sand and views of the Arabian Sea make meals feel extra special. The menu offers a mix of Indian and international dishes and its opening hours mean you can always get a snack or meal throughout the day

Some facilities could be modernised compared to newer resorts. The two pool areas felt like they were almost an afterthought . The original pool area was to one side off the older rooms and felt as though could only be used by those guests. The other much newer pool was restricted for use of only the new section of rooms , so I felt I couldn't use it. The resort needs a much bigger general use pool more centrally located .

The grounds were like an oasis - a beautifully kept piece of paradise in a great beach front location.

No indoor dining area, apart from room, which was a problem when conditions favoured the local moths!

Need to sort out some new sunbeds at the beach front as some are broken and unsafe..The sun umbrella's also need some attention. The new pool area also needs some shade.or umbrella's.
