The location was perfect ,beaches are walkable distance,the staff was really cooperative and humble.specially Bipasha,nishant,kin, Sourav, Binayak and Albin Rooms were clean Food was really good. overall it was a pleasant stay.

Check-in time is 3pm It can be a little early

The property has all the basic amenities that you need but the staff are exceptional. The little extras right from when you check in till you check out makes all the difference. A special shout out to Anil, Bipasha and Kin at the restaurant who were extremely helpful and made you feel special.

We had a fabulous and memorable stay at Ronil Goa, part of Hyatt, North Goa. The entire team, especially Kunal, Gungun, Rose, Sashi, Santanu, and Sara, provided exceptional service with warmth and professionalism. The restaurant, housekeeping, pool, and security staff were equally courteous and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and all the amenities were excellent. We truly felt at home and highly recommend this beautiful hotel, especially for families. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special

We had a wonderful stay at Ronil Goa – JDV by Hyatt. The hotel is beautifully designed, stylish and relaxing. After a day in the colorful chaos of Goa, coming back to Ronil felt like returning to a peaceful oasis. The staff made our stay especially memorable. Everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. They always checked that we enjoyed the food, even prepared special dishes for us, gave us great recommendations for places, restaurants and bars, and helped us arrange taxis at fair prices – even negotiating with drivers for us. A special thank you to Sara, Bipasha, Ishwary, Anil, Kin, Peter, Imti and Chef Gopal, and also to all the other team members whose names we don’t know – every staff member we met was lovely and provided excellent service. My daughter also really enjoyed her massage at the spa. Thank you to RD for the warm welcome and explanations, and to the excellent massage therapist. Highly recommended. We would happily come back! ❤️

Great location, clean and welcoming. Good facilities. The pool is great, as is the pool side bar.

Loud music late into the night make a pool-view room uncomfortable. And, as nice as the staff were, the service was often oppressive and over the top.

Most staff was very courteous, nice clean spa, great breakfast. Food service team is excellent!

Rooms are small in size and the first room given to us had musty smell in it, which was disappointing to get in the room at 10 pm and wait for a room change. but later changed to a better room and the next two days were fine.

The staff. From the front desk and the reception of the guests by the team and great customer service from Ms Roselyn. The staff at the bistro were exceptional. They are friendly and chirpy and demonstrated great care for all families and children. The team of Binayak, Bipasha, Isha, Imti, Saurav, Mukul and Anil were very friendly and hardworking. Never a frown on the face and great service delivered.

The room for my parents had a strong damp smell. The only reason we accepted the room was because my parents are old and they did not have to climb any steps. The swimming pool rules need to be stricter. Observed people enter I g the pool I. Their briefs and not using the right gear for the pool.

Like the view in balcony for the pool view. And also the theme and environment was good.

It is a small combo set up. Everything is available in fit for purpose size. Pool is good and food choices are excellent. Going to the restaurant for breakfast every morning and returning from tiring site seeing and taking a dip in swimming pool before going to restaurant for dinner was highlight of our trip. Kids liked the place very much and we would like to return to the place.

Cleanliness of the bathrooms (specially the shower area) was not upto the mark. It requires some attention to details and deep cleaning at corners and not so obvious places for bathroom to be perfectly clean. Such a cleaning was definitely missing.

The property was good but in size & facilities, its not a 5 star like property. I would say more a 3-4 star. The staff were extremely courteous & polite. They won our hearts. The housekeeping as well as Jagriti & her team at the resturant are fantastic. They go out of their way to serve their guests the best they can.

The location or area surrounding the property is mediocre and the property has limited entertainment options. People were jumping in the pool with their clothes on & at all times the pool was full of young stags who didn’t look as clean or decent that I felt like getting into it.

Ronil Goa is not living upto the brand Hayat. There was damp smell as soon as we enter the room. Breakfast is average. Some of the stuff like paw(bread) and crossieent are carry forwarded from previous days.

Very nice property close to the beaches. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have a very nice restaurant with buffet options. The staff was very courteous and welcoming.

Had a weird altercation with a staff member during morning swim which was handled by senior staff members but definitely made the vibes less...joyful. But I applaud their responsiveness to the situation.

Der Aufenthalt im Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel begann leider etwas enttäuschend. Das erste Zimmer, das uns angeboten wurde, war aus unserer Sicht nicht akzeptabel. Es lag im Erdgeschoss, wirkte sehr dunkel und hatte kaum Tageslicht – eher wie eine „Dunkelkammer“. Zudem war ein starker unangenehmer Geruch nach Abwasser und Fäkalien wahrnehmbar, sodass ein Aufenthalt in diesem Zimmer nicht möglich war. Auch der Blick vom kleinen Balkon war leider wenig ansprechend. Nach einer freundlichen Beschwerde beim Personal wurde uns jedoch ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Dieses befand sich im 2. Stock und war deutlich besser, sodass sich der Aufenthalt anschließend angenehmer gestaltete. Das Hotel richtet sich unserer Meinung nach eher an jüngere Gäste und Partygäste, die eine lebhafte Atmosphäre suchen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung erwartet, sollte dies bei der Wahl berücksichtigen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie das gute Frühstück mit einer schönen Auswahl. Insgesamt war der Service bemüht, auf Probleme einzugehen und Lösungen zu finden.

Das erste Zimmer war nicht akzeptabel.

Great staff and service. Food was delicious and restaurant staff was nice. Pool, bars, cocktails all good. Overall property was great for the price.

Rooms very pretty small in size for long stays. Overall accessibility wise Location is good but outside area is very congested, crowded, and not walkable at all. Calungate beach is filthy.

The room was much smaller than expected and very average. I had clearly requested interconnected or nearby rooms at the time of booking, and the hotel had confirmed this three days in advance. However, they failed to provide it and showed no concern for the customer’s requirement.

The location is excellent. A short walk through Tito's Lane takes you directly to Baga Beach. However, the lane tends to get quite crowded at night and may not feel very pleasant for everyone. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options, but the menu became somewhat repetitive during a longer stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. They were very helpful in arranging transportation and were always attentive to our needs. Whenever we requested assistance, they made a genuine effort to accommodate us and ensure we had a comfortable stay.

I booked a pool-view room but was unable to enjoy spending time on the veranda due to the excessive noise from the crowd. Most of the poolside area was occupied by groups smoking shisha, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Every bit value for money. The property is just amazing. The staff is just exceptional. The services were also very good. We took the couple’s massage. Really happy with it. Would like to really appreciate Sara and RD at the Spa. Highly recommended. The breakfast had quite a good variety and it was quite delicious. I would definitely revisit if I ever go to Goa again. I could just relax at the property for a week.

Because of the taxi mafia outside the hotel GoaMiles(cab service like uber) don’t accept rides to the airport as they don’t let the cabs near the property. You have to book a cab from the taxi guys outside for their said rates. Which I find a bit scamming.

У нас был очень ранний выезд, и отель, по нашей просьбе, собрал для нас завтрак с собой, предварительно уточнив, что бы мы хотели получить. 2. Доброжелательный, улыбчивый, вежливый персонал. Стараются максимально создать ощущение комфорта для гостей. 3. Номера небольшие, но уютные, чистые, бельё белоснежное. В день заезда в номере не было халатов, но по звонку нам в течение 5 минут их доставили. Любая просьба выполняется очень быстро. 4. У нас был включён еще и ужин по меню. Выбор большой, тоже всё прекрасно. Салат, суп, горячее, пицца, десерты, все вкусное и большие порции. 5.Большой '+" в том, что основной бассейн работает до 12 ночи, играет музыка, работает бар, подсветка, очень оживленно. Отель - просто оазис тишины, спокойствия, комфорта, особого мира. Стоит лишь выйти за пределы отеля и как суета улицы, поток транспорта просто поглощает. Рекомендую отель для всех категорий туристов. И для семей с детьми, и длятех, кто любит потусоваться, так как рядом улица с барами и клубам.

К отелю это не относится. К сожалению, ни разу не удалось искупаться на пляже Бага - высокие волны и красный флаг.

Except for one thing, everything about our stay was very good and enjoyable. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options and was fresh and satisfying each morning. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best parts of the hotel was the overall atmosphere and vibe. Another major advantage was the hotel’s location. It was conveniently within walking distance of both the beach and the local market area. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We booked a room with a balcony and a view of the main pool, exactly as shown in the booking photos and description. However, upon arriving late at night to check in, we were initially assigned a completely different room that had neither a balcony nor the advertised view. We had to spend nearly an hour at reception discussing the issue before the manager finally intervened and provided us with the room we had originally paid for and a suit. After a long journey, this experience was unnecessarily stressful and exhausting.

The late night service was bit disappointing and I was given burned burger. Very careless on the kitchen staff part to just send something like that just because it late night . The taste was good though.

What I didn’t like about the property was the lack of transparency in billing and inconsistent communication regarding charges.

It’s not in the nicest part of Goa - location is central and near to restaurants etc. but there are probably other parts of Goa with much nicer beaches. If you just want a party, then this is a good place to be.

Nice property just opposite Tito’s Street, the most happening place in North Goa. Check in and check out was pretty smooth and quick. Departure shots at the time of checkout was a nice gesture.

I recently stayed at Ronil JDV by Hyatt, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly stood out and made the experience enjoyable.

There are a couple of areas that need improvement. The food at the restaurant was not satisfying, in fact, it felt quite tasteless and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the airport transfer experience was disappointing. While the car provided (a BYD) was comfortable, the driver was not professional. He drove rashly, which made the journey uncomfortable and stressful. At one point, he was even shouting at a bus driver during the ride, which was not appropriate and affected the overall experience.
