Rien du tout, je n'ai pas couché la. Très sale, moisi dans la chambre. Le bain rouillé, cheveux dans les draps. Hôtel miteux.

Tout, en plus les photos des chambres ne reflètent aucunement le réel à l'arrivée.

L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione per visitare i vari luoghi di interesse della città ed è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici di trasporto. La camera era molto spaziosa, accogliente e attrezzata (a parte la doccia nella vasca, che considero in generale obsoleta, scomoda e pericolosa). È una buona struttura, ben organizzara; si capisce però che ha vissuto tempi migliori.

No es cierto que tenga aparcamiento en el alojamiento. Hay un parking público a 3 manzanas. Si lo pagas en el hotel , te cobran 30 $ y si lo pagas en el P son 17$

We checked in at around 6:00 p.m. on August 28. There was no one available at the reception, so we had to wait for about 30 minutes before we could get assistance. We also asked about parking, and we were told that parking was first come, first served. When we booked the hotel, it stated that free parking was available, so we were very surprised to find that there was no parking available when we arrived. We were simply directed to the nearest paid parking lot. To make matters worse, the bed linens were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned at all. We asked if we could have fresh sheets so we could change them ourselves. Although our request was acknowledged, no clean linens were ever provided. We waited until midnight, but still received nothing. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The service was poor, the parking information was misleading, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. In my opinion, this is a one-star hotel at best. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family.

Hotel bien situé pour des visites touristiques. Chambre propre. Couchages confortables (2 grands lits)

Hotel vieillissant avec beaucoup de choses abimées ou ne fonctionnant pas. (chasse d'eau que nous avons du réparer nous meme) Le tarif est pourtant assez elevé. Pas de petit dejeuner fourni, ni de bouilloire ou micro ondes dans la chambre Le personnel pourrait etre plus agréable. La garde des bagages est possible mais est facturée 4 dollars le bagage.

This is a base from which to explore Montreal without paying super high prices. The location is fantastic, and very convenient for the airport with the 747 bus stopping right outside. Makes everything very walkable and close to public transport too. Room came with a TV and fridge.

The window to the room was a bit small, the air conditioning was pretty loud overnight although it wasn't a problem for us and the bathroom could have been cleaner. But ultimately we were comfortable, we were happy with this as a base and would happily stay again.

No me gusto que nos cobraran por guardar las maletas, mientras esperábamos la habitación.

Cleanliness, size of room, refrigerator, pull out sofa, desk and chair and convenient location. The hotel is convenient to a few metro stations and easy to reach by public bus from the International airport.The airport bus stops in front of the hotel on one of the main east-west corridors in Montreal.

There is only housekeeping service every third day even though one can get clean towels and linens from the front desk. The windows in the room would not open, and the air conditioning was very loud. A few of the lamps in the room were broken and the lights needed to be replaced. In addition, the hotel charged $4 to store luggage. Maintenance needs to fix some of these basic issues!

The location was convenient. The toilet made a constant weird squeaking sound. The room had a funny smell, but the beds were comfy. If you're tight on cash, this place does provide a bed with clean sheets.

The room had been cleaned, at least...

The hotel claims they have onsite parking. This is a lie. It is paid parking around the corner in a public parking garage. The room we were given had a hole cut in the wall. There was a dangling power chord by the bed. Part of the water tap was broken off and missing. The floor wasn't carpeted like in the photos, it was cold, cheap laminate flooring. There was a broken lightbulb outside our door flickering the entirety of our stay. The hallway smelled terrible. The staff was rude.

L'absence de petit-déjeuner (pourtant annoncé dans le prix de la chambre), l'état général du bâtiment : sale et mal entretenu, l'humidité et la saleté dans la chambre (moquette humide et tachée, plafond tâché d'humidité), le bruit du climatiseur et de la VMC (impossible de les laisser en fonctionnement la nuit), les chambres faites aux 3 jours : d'un jour à l'autre les serviettes de toilette ne sèchent pas entre deux douches tellement la chambre est humide. L'absence de réponse de la direction lorsqu'on les sollicite sur ces questions. L'emplacement de l'hôtel, dans un quartier à l'abandon, accolé à un bâtiment en travaux.

The location was very good, very close to a lot of areas of interest, close to a lot of restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious. It was very accessible and the staff were very kind and available.

The restaurant was closed for renovations, so there was no breakfast option. It would have been nice to have either an electric kettle or somewhere to get boiled water for tea, etc.

It was perfect to walk to the old town and the latino quarter and the airport bus stopped right outside it!

The installations are a little old … especially the big air conditioning units which are very noisy.

Teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Handtücher so durchgewaschen, das man Zeitung hindurch lesen kann. Keine Möglichkeit, morgens einen Kaffee im Hotel zu trinken. 10 Minuten zu Tim H. Laufen. Bei uns wurde aufgrund eines technischen Problems zweimal die sichheitskaution mit Kreditkarte abgezogen. Mit den Angestellten vom Hotel gesprochen, konnten das Problem nicht lösen. Beim auschecken wurde die Summe mur einmal zurück erstattet. Auf dem Rest sitzen wir jetzt.

The location is great, very close to public transport to the airport, close to town and all the tourist spots. The room was good.

I found it amusing that the cleaner they use (mainly in the hallways) was butter chicken scented. I had no issue with this, it was just funny.

La ubicación es muy buena y cuenta con ascensor. En la puerta del hotel hay una parada del bus que te lleva al aeropuerto de Montreal (no hay metro ni tren, solo bus o coche)

Fueron muy antipáticos. Nos cobraron por hacer checkin 2 horas antes (a las 14 en lugar de las 16), nos cobraron por dejar las maletas al dia siguiente. No tenían nevera ni casi ningún servicio en la habitación ni zonas comunes Piden un depósito para poder darte la habitación, lo cual es un problema si es tu ultimo dia en el país y no eres Canadiense. Si volviera a Montreal, no me volvería a quedar en este hotel.

It was very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the fact that it was close to the metro station (10min walk).

- There was no ,,Please don't disturb" sign in the room and the cleaning member woke me up twice early in the morning, trying to open up the door. - They needed a 200 dollar damage deposit and the machine didn't accept my bank card. It was weird, because on the next day my same bank card was used to pay for the early check in.
