Struttura essenziale, vicinissima alla metro Berri Uqam. In pratica abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale con uso cucina, attrezzatissima. Siamo rimaste solo una notte, perciò non abbiamo avuto bisogno di molto, ma alla camera non manca davvero nulla, a parte il sapone per la doccia (c'è però lo shampoo).

Es ist ein absolutes Standard Hotel, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Die Lage ist gut, das Frühstück gleicht allerdings einer Massenabfertigung, kein frisches Obst, kein Gemüse, trockene Bagels, kein Rührei/Omelette, etc. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, allerdings umgeben von vielen Obdachlosen. Sie lassen einen aber in Ruhe. Für ein bis zwei Nächte in Ordnung, länger würden wir aber nicht bleiben. Wir würden das nächste Mal eher mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und ein besseres Hotel buchen. Parkplätze gibt es nur bis einer Auto Höhe von 176cm. Die meisten Autos müssen woanders parken und man muss mit 25 Dollar pro Tag rechnen.

De tres secadoras, dos no funcionaban y la cisterna del WC se atascaba continuamente.

Le petit déjeuner est complet, tout y est pour tous les goûts. Proche du centre, café restaurant à 6min à pied. Vieux port de Montréal à 15min à pied.

A savoir pour le parking : premier arrivé premier servit, aucune possibilité de faire une réservation. Il faut revenir tout les jours à 12h pour savoir s’ils ont de la place…. Le quartier laisse à désirer. Le soir c’est mal fréquenté. C’est sale… et beaucoup de personnes drogués ou ivres. A noté !

The location is great. We could go walking to the city center. The kitchen facilities were very helpful, and the room was clean and organized. The breakfast was very helpful. It lacked a bit of variety, but it was good. The staff was very nice!

The hotel has parking, but it is paid (CAD 25/1 night) and subject to availability. Walking in Montreal's city center at night felt safe; we didn't have any problems, but there were lots of homeless people.

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war groß, man hätte sogar dort kochen können (Küchenzeile), es war äußerst sauber und das Frühstück war vielseitig. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentrumsnah und die Parkplätze sind zwar eng, aber mit einem durchschnittlichen Auto kommt man gut zurecht. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The room was air conditioned and had good light-blocking curtains. Breakfast was a decent-sized buffet. They have a secured room for luggage storage. Easy to reach from the airport, a short walk to the 747 bus, also close to a metro stop.

The location was perfect, super central to shops and cafes, and also the metro line Berri-UQAM is basically a one minute walk away. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast (7-10am) but I had a peak in one day and it looked like a full spread. It's a bit of an older hotel, but bedding and mattress was super comfortable and the showers looked recently renovated and clean. 2x Hot plates and mini fridge in the room (make sure you turn it on before putting items in the fridge). Air Conditioning Unit worked well.

There was no full length mirror, or mirror above the desk, only in the washroom which would've been nice to have. There is also only 2 small tiny bars of soap provided, no body wash, and no conditioner. Only a tiny bottle of shampoo. We went out to buy our own as we had forgotten to pack it. There is a $50 cleaning fee if you use the dishes and don't wash them which I found funny.

Zentrale Lage und gute Anbindung: sowohl Flughafenbus als auch Metro sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber.

Die Einrichtung wirkt teilweise recht zusammengewürfelt und abgewohnt. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich: frisches Gemüse, Naturjoghurt oder Müsli gibt es leider nicht.

Was very close to Gay village ! Literally on the street! Great location. Close to grocery stores and metro.

The front door was very slow to open and I almost walked into it a couple times. There was very loud construction in the lobby making it hard to hear the workers while I was checking in.

I arrived to a very clean room that looked exactly like all the photos, was well stocked with towels and supplies, and was nicely air conditioned. Staff were all very helpful. Two elevators helped bring guests up and down the building, with a staircase if you don't want to wait. The 7:00-10:00 continental breakfast (included in my booking; paid entry for some others) was much better than I anticipated. Hotel is in an excellent location down the street from the Metro and 747 airport bus.

Only downsides were that the bathroom sink water pressure was somewhere between a trickle and a weak stream, and the lobby ice maker didn't work. There is also a park nearby where there were DJ sets all weekend that can be heard from the hotel, but they shut it down by a reasonable hour each night.

Bagno piccolo, condizionatore molto rumoroso, poco spazio per appoggiare i panni e il parcheggio non è quasi mai libero e non è nemmeno possibile prenotarlo in anticipo. Nel complesso non è il massimo ma la sufficienza la merita comunque.

Posizione vicino alla metro. Camera spaziosa, senza la moquette. Colazione compresa ma da migliorare.

Colazione non invitante, è raro averla compresa nel prezzo, ma può essere migliorata. La zona, seppur centrale, di sera si riempie di homeless. Le lenzuola dei letti sono troppo piccole e il materasso si scopre continuamente.

Die Lage: zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt und die Umgebung der Métrostation Berri-UQAM ist gelinde gesagt versifft. Die Tiefgarage ist ein Albtraum.

Hotel in posizione centrale, comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni: c'è anche una fermata della metro proprio lì vicino e la fermata del bus per l'aeroporto a due passi. Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento/suite con angolo cottura, un salottino e una zona notte bella ampia, con due letti alla francese. Il bagno è comodo e ben fornito (c'è anche il ferro da stiro con asse), e la colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, è buona e ricca di scelta. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! In più ci hanno fatto entrare in camera in anticipo e, l'ultimo giorno, ci hanno tenuto le valigie in deposito per tutta la giornata. Lo consigliamo senz'altro!

For the price I paid....I did NOT expect to stay in a hostel! For a little extra I could have stayed at the Hyatt! For what we stayed in...it should have been $135 per night....not $300...which included $25 parking. Had to park outside because my mini van did not fit in their garage! 🤷

Esperienza purtroppo deludente. Nonostante avessi richiesto le pulizie giornaliere, la camera non è mai stata pulita, ho dovuto chiamare io la reception quanto meno per farmi cambiare gli asciugamani . La prima sera ho avuto un problema con lo scarico del bagno: non mi hanno cambiato stanza e hanno mandato un tecnico che, durante l’intervento, ha finito per allagare il bagno. Anche la colazione è molto basica e con poca scelta. Infine, la posizione si trova in un quartiere che non ho trovato particolarmente piacevole. Nel complesso, ci sono diversi aspetti da migliorare.

The location.

Overall, our stay was very disappointing. The hotel is very old, and the photos were not at all representative of reality. The entire building had an incredibly unpleasant smell, and the sheets smelled so bad that we didn’t even feel comfortable using them. The basic amenities were also lacking, e.g. a single small bar of soap for two people in 2026 is simply unacceptable, especially considering the price we paid. The breakfast was okay, but honestly, I would much rather have a clean, comfortable room than a complimentary breakfast. The only real positive is the location, which is very central and convenient. Unfortunately, this alone does not justify the price.

Es waren keine Parkplätze für „große“ Autos vorhanden (wir hatten einen Mini-Van). Wir wurden zu anderen Parkhäusern geschickt, die z.T. Geschlossen waren, bis wir endlich einen teuren Parkplatz in einem benachbarten Parkhaus bekommen haben. Wenn wir dies vorher gewusst hätten, hätten wir dieses Hotel nicht gebucht. Zimmerservice muss gebucht werden, kommt nicht immer zuverlässig.

Gewoon +/- goed hotel, niet echt modern maar ook niet ouderwets, kamers (laminaat parket) en badkamer allebei zeer groot, alles proper, enkel de siliconen rand van de douchedeur was vuil en zwart (zou makkelijk vervangen kunnen worden), de andere kamer had klein bad met proper douchegordijn, basic ontbijt (verse croissants, chocolade broodjes, bagels en toast, yochurt) in ongezellige ontbijtruimte. Hotel is wel super goed gelegen, op max 20 min wandelen van het oude stadscentrum, vlakbij grote winkelstraat in nieuwe stadscentrum, vlakbij metro en Cartier Latin, om de hoek is de Village met meerdere restaurants (aanrader: Italiaans restaurant La Piazzetta Sainte-Catherine). Gezien onze Chrysler Pacifica te hoog was voor de ondergrondse parkeergarage van hotel en de 6 bovengrondse plaatsen volzet waren (beiden kosten 23 CAD), moesten wij parkeren onder de bibliotheek, maar die was vlakbij én je betaalt gewoon per tijd en het was zeker niet duurder dan ergens anders.

Kamers roken echt muf bij aankomst. Gelukkig konden de dubbele ramen open en zijn er vliegenramen. Maar er was veel buiten lawaai door o.a. werken in de buurt, dus slapen met raam open is echt geen optie. Airco maakte niet al teveel lawaai, maar de ventilatie in de badkamers maakte heel veel lawaai.

Im Viertel hat es viele Homeless People, gehört wohl zu einer Grossstadt auch dazu, Badezimmer war etwas heruntergekommen (Dusche quitschte fast die ganze Zeit in einem lauten Ton und Toilette musste immerwieder repariert werden, dass das Wasser nicht die ganze Zeit läuft)

odeur de produit ménager désagréable dans les parties communes; hôtes peu arrangeants en cas d'imprévu: alors que nous avions besoin d'une nuit supplémentaire, ils nous ont proposé un tarif vraiment prohibitif pour cette dernière nuit alors même que notre chambre était tout à fait disponible. Nous avons donc quitté l'hôtel avec nos enfants et c'est seulement à ce moment-là qu'ils nous ont proposé un tarif finalement beaucoup moins élevé (mais c'était trop tard nous avions déjà trouvé un autre hôtel et avions plié les bagages).

Excelente relación calidad-precio y muy buena ubicación. Aunque el desayuno no tiene mucha variedad, todo está riquísimo. Además, contar con parking disponible es un gran punto a favor.
