The location was convenient and close to downtown Montreal.

Unfortunately, the room was extremely noisy. There were strange vibrations and noises happening every few minutes, which made it almost impossible to sleep on my first night. It seemed to be related to the pipes or equipment in the building. I reported it to the front desk, and although they partially addressed the issue, the noise continued. I asked about it a few times, and I really think I should have been offered a different room. The hotel also feels very dated. The equipment, carpets, rooms, and bathroom all looked quite old. While I wouldn’t necessarily describe the room as dirty, the overall condition made it difficult for it to feel clean and comfortable. There was also an unpleasant smell in the hallway on my floor.

Bien situé à proximité de la place des arts, proches de la vieille ville et des monuments ou transports en commun. Parking possible même si payant.

Relativement bruyant à cause de la route.

The property is more dated than expected and the rooms quite dark. I found the road noise a problem but to be fair, I'm a light sleeper.

Great accessibility to bus stop (straight outside) for easy commuting to and from the airport. Very handy to the port and Basilica as well. Staff were friendly and willing to problem solve issues.

Useful facilities for cooking but no table for eating at. Kids enjoyed the ability to eat while watching tv though!

The accommodations are notably spacious and comfortable. While the hotel’s proximity to the Old Port, Saint-Denis, Saint-Catherine, and Chinatown is advantageous, please anticipate a fair amount of walking.

One thing I did not appreciate about my stay was the experience I had when checking in on the first evening. The staff member who assisted me came across as rather cold and somewhat arrogant, and I did not feel particularly welcomed. When it was time to pay, I initially tried to place my card in the wrong area of the payment terminal. Instead of simply explaining where the card should go, the staff member grabbed my hand and said, “No, not there,” while directing my hand toward the correct slot. I found this very inappropriate and disrespectful. In my opinion, a staff member should not physically grab or guide a guest’s hand without permission, especially over something as simple as using a payment terminal. A polite verbal explanation would have been more than sufficient. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative first impression and made me feel uncomfortable at the beginning of my stay. I believe hotel guests should be welcomed with courtesy, patience, and respect, particularly during check-in.

We had a large suite, with kitchenette. A little tired, but clean & comfortable.

No kettle in the room. The concrete steps outside the hotel were cracked & uneven and felt unsafe.

The location was good.

The staff was barely friendly, our shower didn't work and the only compensation we received was free parking. We literally could not shower... but thankfully we spared a couple dollars on parking. We should have received much better compensation. The staff really need to work on how friendly they are...

The staff were really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was great, in between two major metro lines. The nearest metro station being a 5 min walk away. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped.

Our stay had a few flaws which kept it from being a great stay. The shower didn’t have a curtain when we checked in, we had to request this so the water didn’t go all over the floor. The window in the room was also screwed shut so we couldn’t get any fresh air into the room. The AC unit was good, but we couldn’t figure out how to change it to auto so had to keep turning it on and off. Luckily the temperature wasn’t too hot on our stay so we didn’t need it much. The rooms overall are in need of some maintenance, they are clean but old.

It is on a busy street but very close to old town and you do not hear street noise in the room. There is parking available at hotel. You can probably find cheaper via clicknpark but it is convenient. The room is a mini studio with kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. It is large and kitchen has basic stuff.

However big drawback for us is that it was really not clean. The carpet in living area and bedroom are extremely dirty and dusty. Even on kitchen and bathroom floor you can see many stains and dust packs everywhere. In the bathroom there was also some mold still okayish but just adding up to overall not clean feeling of the flat. It is cheaper but you really feel it.

2nde fois que nous venons et toujours très satisfaits. Très bon emplacement, tout est accessible à pied : proche du quartier des festivals, du vieux Montréal, du quartier chinois... Le confort d'un appartement et les avantages d'un hôtel.

Les appartements gagneraient à avoir un petit coup de "neuf"...mais peut-être que les prix augmenteraient significativement !

Περισσότερη καθαριότητα στους κοινόχρηστου χώρους. Τα δωμάτια μυριζαν κλεισούρα και παλιά., όπως και τα κλινοσκεπασματα. Και οι πετσέτες. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ανακαίνιση.

The location is near downtown.

The facilities seemed so old. The AC was not cold. There seems to be a smell on the hallway.

J'ai trouvé le logement confortable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

La posizione era ottima... proprio in centro con servizi metro vicini e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Negozi per comprare la colazione a 2 minuti. Vicinissimo al Quartiere Cinese.

La struttura era un appartamento. Non era prevista la colazione quindi ci siamo dovuti organizzare di conseguenza. Questi tipi di struttura hanno delle regole che purtroppo noi europei non conosciamo ... sarebbe utile avere in ogni appartamento un vademecum con le regole di gestione: dove buttare la spazzatura, quale tipo di spazzatura si può riciclare, ogni quanto tempo vengono cambiate lenzuola e asciugamani. Lenzuola e asciugamani mai venuto nessuno a cambiarli a meno che no si chiedeva alla reception. Per un costo cosi ci si aspetta qualche servizio in più.

Muy buena ubicación, se llega paseando en 10 min al viejo Montreal. La habitación limpia y muy amplia, cuenta con una pequeña cocina, la cama es grande y muy cómoda.

Mobiliario algo anticuado, pero tiene más de lo necesario para que sea una estancia agradable.

Localização. Tamanho do quarto. Atenderam nossos pedidos em relação ao quarto que queríamos ficar e melhoraram o sofá cama da sala, colocando outro colchão, pois só com um era desconfortável.

A limpeza do quarto ser apenas uma vez na semana. A entrada e a recepção do hotel com aspecto de velho, estão precisando de uma modernização.

The hotel is the central location! Very good for a short stay. If you are looking for a hotel with integrated kitchen & fridge - this is no doubt a place to stay! There’s a laundry room (free of charge!)

The room needs tremendous renovation ! The bathroom looks very old with cracks from the usures.. doesn’t inspire much confidence to take a shower. The cleanness is not a strong indicator here. The balcony wasn’t clean and had no separation from neighbors.. we didn’t use it at all…

The fitness center was very small and only had one treadmill so sometimes I had to wait a long time to use it or get up early in the morning. They're also understaffed - lots of times only one staff member at reception despite a lot of people queuing!

Great location. We walked almost everywhere and it’s close to the Metro station. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Although the room was very clean and comfortable it does need a bit of an update. Furniture and walls were chipped in places. Toilet and sink in bathroom were scratched and the bath drainage was poor. These were small things we noticed but we would stay there again due to the great staff and excellent location.

Nous avions demandé un lit bébé à notre arrivée. Il était 22h passé, avec un bébé, et le lit n'était pas prêt. On nous a fait attendre ½h avant le lit bébé. Nous avons eu un souci de clim (fuite laissant ainsi la moquette inondée à côté du lit). Nous avons demandé de faire le nécessaire, rien n'a été fait. Nous avons du réitérer notre demande pour finalement changer de chambre 4 jours plus tard. Enfin, tous les gros équipements (hotte, VMC et clim) faisaient un bruit monstre.

Location was close to Old Montreal. It was close to Basilica de Notre Dame,.Montreal Island to name a few, when going to see some great things in Montreal

I didn't particularly enjoy the surrounding area for a family.

Veldig sentralt. Hyggelig personale. Treningsrom og vaskerom passet godt for oss som bodde der i 8 dager.

Litt vanskelig å sove når det er varmt og aircondition må stå på. Den bråket en del.

It was at a great location, a very spacious and clean room with kitchen, and an iron too. You can also use the washing machine and dryer for free. Friendly stuff.

Others mentioned the weird smell - it is there, but much more prominent in the corridor (I suspect the trash storage). The room was fine after leaving the window open for a day. Mosquito net would be useful.

The location was amazing with easy bus and Metro links. It was also very walkable. The staff was attentive and helpful. The studio was more than adequate for a one week stay, and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

ATTENTION VOL DE BIENS !!! Pas de valeur (heureusement) mais j'ai oublié une peluche Pokémon (que j'avais ramené du Japon et qui ne se vend que là-bas) et elle n'a "mystérieusement" jamais été retrouvée... Donc n'amenez rien de sentimental qui puisse attiser les convoitises...

We were upgraded to a one bedroom. Clean and comfortable. Windows were well-insulated against noise. Kitchen was very helpful, and we ate breakfasts and some dinners there. Definitely would book again. Parking in the basement garage was very convenient.

Neighborhood on nearby St. Denis Boulevard was sketchy, but we learned to avoid it.

Hôtel avec un emplacement exceptionnel pour ceux qui souhaitent être à proximité du Vieux Montréal, du Centre-Ville et du Quartier des Spectacles. Proche de la station de métro Berri-UQAM, de la ligne de bus 747 qui va vers l’aéroport et du REM. La chambre était celle située au dernier étage et au fond du couloir mais au moins, c’était calme avec peu de mouvement dans notre couloir.

Hôtel un peu ancien. Besoin d’une réparation au niveau de la douche à l’arrivée.
