Comfortable unit in a great location. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was really convenient.

For the price, I would definitely expect a little more in terms of amenities and overall standard. Having only one towel per guest for a 7-night stay was disappointing, and we also ran out of toilet paper during our stay. Cleanliness was another issue. The unit would benefit from a proper deep clean rather than what appeared to be a basic tidy-up between guests. The unit itself is also starting to feel dated and would benefit from some renovation and general maintenance to bring it back up to a more modern standard.

The views were incredible and the proximity to town was great. Only about a mile into town with a few hills. The parking was in a garage which was great as well. We didn’t mind the stairs, but it might prove challenging for older folks.

It was a beautiful place but just a bit of wear and tear. Overall clean and comfortable but would be nice to have a few additional amenities like coffee, toiletries, etc.

It’s lovely views, fireplace and heating. Attractively furnished.

the carpet outside the bathroom near the kitchen were wet on arrival, there is no air conditioner as informed when I asked before booking, there only heater on the walls and inside the rooms it has no control of temperature only option on/off what makes the room way too hot in the middle of the night even if the door open we have to take the rubbish downstairs to not be charged old furniture in the garage walls extremely dirty no soap dispenser on shower only one bath tower per guest

Loved the location and views, apartment was well fitted out and warm. Worked well with two couples staying.

Would have loved more than one bath towel each - we could have paid for an additional set, and there were washing and drying facilities, but an extra towel would have been helpful. Other than that all was great!

Easy check in procedure, with all the instructions clearly communicated. The property was very clean, warm and comfortable with fabulous views and all the amenities we required.

A decent 10-15 min walk into town , including some hills and 4 flights of stairs up to our accomodation was challenging but not unexpected considering the geography of Queenstown. We also could not use the very small garage for our hire car but was able to find street parking.

It was warm and comfortable. Close to the town centre so we could walk. Double garage which fitted our 4wd hire car. Kitchen equipped, offered salt pepper and oil which came in handy cooking. Plus has clothes washing liquid, Linen and towels are all very nice quality. View amazing. And again, so warm and cosy with the fire place (gas).

The third bedroom is windowless and pokey. I think I knew it was windowless, but it looked bigger in pics. Just enough room for two single beds with minimal room for suitcases . Kids complained it was hot. It would be ok for little kids. The only other thing that I didn't like was it had this great space in the entry hall for hooks on walls but it didn't have any there. Would have been great to be able to hang all our bags and coats inside. It did have some hooks in garage fyi.

Clean and easily accessible apartment within a walking distance to the town centre and other places.

Not really many issues barring some additional crockery needed. Bowls were small, breakfast size so a set of pasta bowls would be a good suggestion. Also limited mugs. Only other item was the fire would go off, restrike and sometimes fail to come back on. We found if we blew as it was igniting it lit. The staff did come and check on it when we requested them to which was super efficient. All very minor items to an otherwise perfect place.

We stayed here for three nights and had a very comfortable experience. The main highlights of this large apartment were definitely the cosy gas fireplace in the living room and the heated floors in the bathrooms, which made the stay extra enjoyable, especially during colder weather. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were large and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing and added so much to the overall experience. The location was also excellent, just 5 min drive to main city area. A private carport was provided, which was very convenient, although it may be a little tight for larger vehicles. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to others.

One of the cleaners walked in one morning by accident, and for the amount we had to pay we shouldn’t have been expected to take out rubbish and clean all the dishes

Instructions not clear re gas bottle swap for gas fire. WiFi didn’t work for last day. Limited towels, for an apartment expect maybe extra couple of towels. But had washing facilities which was helpful.

Floors were badly damaged which didn't affect stay but they looked tired. Could do with an update.

We had a wonderful stay at Panorama Terrace! The location was excellent—close to downtown Queenstown and activities such as Skyline, yet in a very quiet area with a lovely neighborhood. Having access to laundry facilities was a big bonus and made our stay even more convenient. We also really appreciated the host’s quick assistance with a sink issue—communication was easy and responsive throughout. We would happily stay here again!

Overall, the stay was good. One thing I noticed in New Zealand is that spaces such as driveways tend to be quite tight, so that may be something for future guests to keep in mind. The bed was soft, which guests who prefer softer mattresses would likely enjoy. If you’re planning to cook, I would suggest replacing the pans, as some were rusty.

予約時の写真には湖の展望が窓全面に見える部屋だったのに、実際には窓のど真ん中には向かいの黒い建物があり湖は端っこの少ししか見えずかなり残念でストレスフルな展望だった。宿泊施設の管理会社にその旨を連絡したが展望は保証されたものではないと記載しているとの回答のみ。しかし、それは小さい文字で予約画面にはそのことは書いていなかったので隅から隅まで読まなければ見つからない程度の記載だった。予約画面にもその注意書きを記載するべきだと思う。

A bit disappointed by the area in front of the apartment building used as a makeshift carpark by camper vans. They didn’t cause any problems but for the price point it was a shame and it ruined the outlook a bit. The third bedroom had no windows, was fine for us but something to be aware of . Quite a steep walk back from town for elderly or young kids but the lake view makes up for it.

Absence of any shelving in bedrooms made clothes storage awkward. No suitcase stand contributed to this. More than one tea towel would have been good.

The bedrooms were downstairs :( 2 beautiful bedrooms and the 3rd was actually super small and no windows and smelly. Shouldn't be advertised as a bedroom with 2 single beds. Lots of stairs for my mum who is old and had a painful leg.

The accommodation was excellent and well-described. All instructions were good, accurate and timely. The entire accommodation situation was comfortable and well kitted out. Everything was really clean.

My only concern was trying to get hold of someone to talk to. Answering of emails was scant. When I was able to eventually get hold of someone to speak to, one person was great and the other really not so.

It was great that board games and cards were made available for guests, thank you. All amenities were good.

Definately need to be advised of car size to fit into the garage before booking as ours was too big and didn’t fit we upset some residents as we had to park in front of the garage as parking was minimal on the street.

The apartment is old and needs refreshing and definitely needs new carpet. One of the bathroom basins didn't have a plug and there was a smell in the apartment upon arrival. The iron board did not have a cover.

Traveling as 3 couples and the Panorama was just perfect. From a fully functional kitchen to the beautiful view our stay was everything we had hoped for.

One of the rooms had no windows, just some kind of skylight which meant it was permanently lit in the early morning - consider this if you have young children and want them to lie in :-) Also, the gas was turned off when we got there but, so couldn't cook the meal we had planned, but the owners sorted it promptly

Fabulous property in a great location. Easy walk to town, bit of a challenge coming home, uphill! Very comfortable furniture and cosy bed. Great facilities anyone would want being away from home.

Our family loved staying here. The location was quiet and only a 10-15min into downtown Queenstown. There was tea, coffee, S&P, oil etc... which made cooking easier. Board games as well, which were great, as we had a couple of rainy days.

There isn't much not too like! We had a large SUV car and it just squeezed into the garage. The beds were quite soft, but acceptable for us. If you don't like walking hills, then you would probably prefer to drive or taxi to and from central Queenstown.

The garage was a bit small and narrow. Hard to fit a wide car. However there was plenty of street parking, so we parked there instead.

Location and set up were excellent, close to amenities and easy access to Queenstown CBD. Views were incredible and closed garage was well utilised. The bedrooms being downstairs was also a big plus. Overall, the stay was comfortable and very enjoyable.

The non stick frying pan coating was damaged, making it unusable during the stay. The 3rd bedroom with two singles bed not being a proper bedroom was also a downside, but at least a manageable one. The skylights in the 3rd bedroom not able to be closed made sleeping after dawn difficult too.

Central, great views, comfortable and like a home away from home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy access, location was awesome, very clean and amazing views. Highly recommend.
