Reviewed Dec 29, 2023It was the worst experience. The gave us three years expired tabasco sauce. Waited a hour for food to arrive. Was served cold raw breakfast sausage. Stale toast, list goes on.
The fact that we were asked to make another full payment as they have not received our payment on their side, when I made full payment three weeks prior and sent through POP. On the second day of our stay we were told about this. After refusing to pay the receptionist made some calls and will sort out their admin issue.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2023The hotel is a small ‘boutique style’ overlooking the marina. The view from the upstairs room was perfect for colourful sunrise and especially sunsets. The staff are so friendly and informative. Breakfast is not included but the restaurant has a lovely outside terrace. Food is excellent. We had Xmas Day lunch. Very nice. And plenty of it. The youngsters who work in the restaurant are very pleasant and work hard!

Reviewed Sep 26, 2023I didn't eat at the facility but my friends were happy with their breakfast........it was not serving breakfast on Monday, unfortunately for me as I was prepared to have my breakfast on Monday just before leaving Veldrif.......
Room number has a gap at the top of the balcony door and it let cold wind in and I don't like cold as I'm a summer baby.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2023Super friendly welcome, lovely location. The family room was quite spacious and quite pretty. You can see the owner has put a lot of effort into making the place feel welcoming and homely. Walking distance to the estuary, marina and the restaurant and brewery.
