Great location and facilities like onsite store

Breakfast was good but a lot of restrictions on what you could order (such as coffee) plus they seemed to be out of a number of items every morning

Hotel bien sitié près du Port avec plein de magasins. L'Hotel dispose aussi d'un parking. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses mais a 4 adultes il faudra jouer un peu des coudes mais ca va. Le lit est confortable et la salle de bain assez spacieuse

Nous avons du demander de faire le ménage dz notre chambre une fois alors que nous avions bien quitté avant 11 heures mais le système de ménage aux US est un peu different comparé à l'Europe en général

Dogs barking at 5am and anytime anyone walked down the hallway, they were two rooms away and it was disappointing. Also room was next to a laundry and I could feel the wall vibrating when in bed from the spin so that was annoying

Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Man muss Schlange stehen, der Service war überfordert und das Essen war OK.

L'isolation des chambres on entendait beaucoup les voitures. Le petit déj où le thé et le cappuccino n'est pas compris dans la boisson chaude alors que le prix du thé à la carte est moins cher que le café par exemple.

Great location . Great breakfast but the main reason for 5 stars were the staff. At last minute i need to prepone my trip and I was allowed to. The hotel prorated my bill. That was unexpected.

Close to all activities. Hotel was beautiful . Small and quaint.

$65 dollars for parking was pretty high . But I’m sure it is equivalent to other nice hotels in the area.

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel à San Francisco. Le cadre est vraiment très agréable et le personnel professionnel et accueillant. Mention particulière pour le petit-déjeuner, que nous avons trouvé très qualitatif, avec de bons produits et un vrai choix. L’ensemble du séjour était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Une très bonne adresse qui mérite pour nous un 9/10.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut zum Touristen Hotspot Fisherman's Hafen.

Die Funktion mit den Aufzügen, in vergleich zu den vielen anderen Hotels die wir auf unserer Reise hatten, hat es hier am längsten gedauert vorallem wenn man Ein oder Aus- Checken möchte, dann hibtves nur einen Aufzug der direkt an der Rezeption hält.

Bella struttura in ottima posizione ma livello inferiore rispetto a quanto vorrebbero vantare. Colazione servita al tavolo con attese veramente lunghe. Per un a struttura di questo livello non adeguata. Se non compresa nel costo della stanza prezzi esagerati

Per il livello che dichiarano non sono all’altezza. Oltre alla colazione non sono riusciti in 4 giorni a lasciarci il numero corretto di asciugamani per 4 ospiti. Richiesto più volte ma senza successo

Vista fantastica sulla Coit Tower, letti molto comodi e camera molto accogliente e curata nell' arredamento. Bagno spazioso e perfettamente accessoriato. Comodo il servizio di parcheggio con valet. Colazione buona nel ristorante dell' hotel.

Peccato per l'idromassaggio e le scale mobili in manutenzione.

It was a beautiful place and nicely located near the wharf and pier 30.

The cost of parking and the sounds from the streets. We were on the 3rd floor and it was so loud all night. An inside room next time.

Great location - right round the corner from the trolley tram. And super close to fishermans wharf. We also hired the electric bikes from outside the hotel. You get one hour free and it’s $20 per hour after that (Aug 2026). So we got to Golden Gate Bridge, had a sit there, then got back after about 2 hours 15 mins. Favourite bit about the hotel was breakfast. Phenomenal food! If you get the chance to add breakfast do it. It was by far the best breakfast we had on our tour around the west coast. My advice would be to go early (before 830 in August) Lots of people were getting frustrated at having to queue up so I felt bad for the lovely guys working there.

A great location for exploring Fishermans Wharf and San Francisco.

Restaurant hours are limited. Breakfast is pricey and not great, there is a brilliant breakfast place across the road.

Room was at least 1.5 blocks away from elevators. Escalator to 1st floor lobby was out of order the 4 days we were there. Hot tub was lukewarm and filled with guests’ children.

Great location staff were very helpful. We visited from Australia with my family we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spacious very clean.

L'unica nota negativa è come spesso accade l'illuminazione della Camera. Una bella luce centrale avrebbe aiutato molto.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour ceux qui apprécient l'ambiance ça du Fisherman's warf et la proximité de l'océan. Les chambres et le confort correspondent à ce que l'on peut attendre de cette catégorie d'hôtel.

Le problème de cet établissement et l'accueil et le service de très mauvaise qualité qui ne correspond pas à ce que l'on peut t'attendre de Hyatt. Être simplement salué ou croiser un sourire semble impossible. Notre chambre n'était pas prête et l'automne nous a attribué à une chambre de catégorie inférieure nous avertir. J'ai été réprimander car j'ai demandé une clé de rechange pour avoir oublié la mienne dans la voiture. Le service au petit déjeuner était catastrophique, le personnel en sous-effectif et stressé. Nous avons entendu plus de 20 minutes debout avant d'avoir une table et ceci à deux reprises (voir photo). Service de voiturier été convenable, mais les prix très excessifs.

I booked two rooms three months in advance for a family of five (two adults and three young children, including a two-year-old who required a crib). I specifically requested connecting rooms and received confirmation of this via chat at the time of booking. Upon check-in, the front desk informed us that connecting rooms were not available and that they are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. After some discussion, the hotel offered a compromise: we would be moved to connecting rooms the following day and received complimentary valet parking as a goodwill gesture. The next morning we were told the new rooms were not yet ready. Staff asked us to pack our belongings so they could transfer everything. We left the crib set up with the sheets, a sleeping bag, and my two-year-old daughter’s favorite teddy bear inside, assuming these items would be moved with the rest of our things. When we returned later that day after exploring the city, the crib had not been transferred. The sheets and sleeping bag were eventually returned, but the teddy bear was missing. Despite repeated requests at the front desk and a formal complaint to the manager (who did try to assist), the teddy bear was never located. To this day my daughter still asks why her teddy bear is not in her bed. We are certain we left it in the crib to be moved. During our stay we also overheard another couple reporting that two silver bracelets had gone missing. I have stayed in many hotels over the past three decades and have never experienced anything comparable. The loss of a young child’s comfort item under these circumstances is deeply upsetting and difficult to understand. Tip for future guests: Lock up or keep with you everything of value or personal importance — including soft toys and children’s comfort items.The hotel’s handling of both the confirmed connecting-room request and the subsequent loss of our child’s teddy bear left a lasting negative impression.

Nice clean and safe hotel in a fabulous location. Definitely would stay here again. Room was spacious, cafes, restaurants a site seeing places are a few blocks away from the hotel.

Fantastic hotel, stayed as a globalist and was very pleased with the staff and condition of the hotel. The hotel just completed a major renovation which I believe completed only a month or two ago so it felt like a brand new hotel. Spacious rooms, beautiful modern decor, fantastic experience. Also, breakfast was delicious.

Came with grandkids and family. Stayed in two rooms next to each other. Rooms with two queens and large bathroom. Beds were soft and needed flipping. Tv with many channels, heated pool and hot tub. Exercise room with many pieces of equipment. Inside rooms, valet parking is expensive $65 plus taxes. Wharf is about two blocks away. Trader Joe and Starbucks about the same. Gas station close by

It’s been a while since we’ve stayed at a centric but we were happy to have stayed here. The hotel is well kept and the rooms are nice. We liked the restaurant/bar vibe. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There might not have been enough workers because at times there would be a wait for anyone to show for the front desk or luggage. It was a busy time of year. We loved the location since we only needed to walk to the San Francisco Bay Area. There’s so much to see and do. The beds were comfortable too.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf from July 3–10 for our family’s first visit to San Francisco, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. At check-in, the staff kindly helped us switch to a room with two double beds and a sofa bed, which worked perfectly for our two teenagers. Our room was ready by 1:00 p.m., exactly as promised, and reception stored our luggage while we explored. The daily breakfast package was well worth it, making mornings easy and convenient. The location was excellent and provided a great home base for sightseeing and college visits.

Location is PERFECT! However, WiFi was very spotty, TV streaming would buffer and then stop. The Chromecast streaming option is nearly obsolete. No top sheets on our beds. One elevator was always out of order. Front desk employees could not explain at check-in the add-on fee of $364.80 which was not part of my reservation. It ended up being $41 per night “resort fee” plus a $200 balance in case I charged something to my room. Part of the resort fee was for premium WiFi, but the WiFi didn’t work for streaming. I ended up getting a refund, but only after I contacted corporate.

Close to Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39. Clean, comfortable and a washing machine and dryer which is great when travelling. The restaurant served very good breakfast and dinner with a bar as well.

In the heart of Fisherman's Whart this is a popular hotel stay for cruisers. Easy walking distance to all the Fisherman's Wharf attractions as well as Chinatown. Clean, well maintained hotel with a restaurant for breakfast and dinner with bar. Breakfast menu was good variety and sizable portions, though a bit pricey. Typically neat and well appointed Hyatt property with rennovations underway--- made for intermittent elevator operations. Room was comfortable except the television mounted on the wall was poorly located for the chair and couch, but fine for the bed. Couch uncomfortable. Bed comfortable. Price typical of the Fisherman's Wharf upscale hotels. Parking extra. No shuttle to airport.
