Posizione perfetta per visitare San Francisco. Il quartiere è tranquillo, si arriva a piedi in molti punti di interesse (Pier 39, Pier 33 per tour di Alcatraz, Chinatown, Little Italy...) e ci sono varie fermate di tram e bus nelle vicinanze. Camere ampie e pulite. Colazione ottima e abbondante.

Great place to stay! Breakfast was always great! Beds were comfortable and we were close to all the cool places like Pier 39.

Overall we had a wonderful stay as we have before. The room was comfortable and clean, however the tub was not refinished well so you could see staining around the drain and the shower water pressure was pretty low. As always the breakfast was good and so convenient. The location is great proximity to the Wharf and to the City. Will stay again at this location next time in San Francisco.

The hotel is very nice and exceptionally clean. It is a few minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, and a trolley station.

The only negative comment I have is that the only parking option is valet parking for $74 per night.

Breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, yoghurt, pancakes, chocolate milk, every variety of milk, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, pasteries, toast, bagels, banana, apple, oranges. Breakfast served from 6.30am to 9.30am, very busy time as all guests are in dining area at this time, however, you were able to get breakfast to take back to your room. I loved the 24 hour availability of coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the dining area. We returned from a night out and had hot chocolate for children and coffee's in lounge before heading to our rooms. This was a nice relaxing area in the Hotel. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Did not miss this. Have microwave, fridge and ice buckets in room. We booked a family room suite - 2 king size beds and sofa bed. There were 5 of us, children aged 16, 14, 12 and 11. The room was very spacious for all our bags, did not feel cramped and beds were very comfortable. Couldn't hear any neighbors in other rooms. Hotel within 5 minutes walking to Pier 39 which is why I booked this. Able to walk around the area with ease. I also liked that check out was 12noon and Hotel stored our luggage until we came back at 6pm to travel to airport. This was at no extra cost to us. Staff were friendly and informative. At checkout we were asked if we needed transport arranged to the airport and provided estimate of costs of 3rd party transport companies.

Overnight parking charge was $74 USD which is quite steep.

We booked this hotel for the location - walking distance to all the touristy gems. We were truly impressed by how lovely the hotel turned out to be. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff was attentive...I was a little taken aback when the valets helped me out of my taxi. This hotel truly went above and beyond in so many ways.

My view left a bit to be desired. The main window faced the windows in the walkway near the elevators, so to get natural lighting, I had to give up my privacy to those waiting to go down to the lobby. The beds were also firmer than I am used to, but they were still pretty comfy.

Everything about the hotel, location to our destination beyond SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was not our thing so we can't comment.

Parking one night was almost $100.00, who travels to a hotel without a car or knowledge of parking off site of the hotel? Parking should have been included in the price of the room.

The elevator got stuck we were trapped in elevator.for quit some time. Dealeing with the maintenance company was difficult. They were hard to hear and asking questions that were irrelevant at the time. We almost didn't make it to the charter boat on time. Luckily we had other family members that were down stairs that notified staff at the hotel. Because even after hitting the alarm several time no one came.

Breakfast was great! The concierge desk was super helpful. Clean, convenient, great location! We found a really great food truck spot a block away called Tanguito (and Baked Bear ice cream is right next to it for an awesome ice cream sandwich) we would also recommend Cioppono’s for dinner which is only a few blocks away.

Proximity toFisherman's warf and the sea lions and cable cars. Very good buffet style breakfast. Especially appreciated the 24/7 coffee machine. Only negative was the banging sound from the floor above. Maybe the gym?

The location met my expectations. It was exactly what I was looking for. Most importantly, all the staff we interacted with at the front desk the valet housekeeping were incredibly helpful and friendly.

I usedbooking.com to reserve my room. I booked and was confirmed for a room with two queen beds as I was traveling with my teenage son. I was disappointed to find instead we had a room with just one bed. The front desk staff accommodated our request for a rollaway, though told us we were lucky to receive the last one. So initially the disappointment was not having two queens and then I was left wondering how do we not receive the last one what would have been the solution? Frankly, if we weren’t on a time sensitive schedule, I would have looked for accommodations elsewhere in the area as there are many to choose from that could’ve provided to queen beds.

The hotel's location on Fisherman's Wharf is ideal. It is centrally located to most tourist attractions, restaurants and shops on the Wharf. The breakfast every morning was sumptuous.

The cinnamon rolls every morning could be swapped with different kind of sweet buns. Bathrooms should have an extra bath mat.

I believe all hotels are over priced these days, but this hotels comfort, cleanliness and condition was superior to most comparably priced hotels. It perfectly met our needs. Offered a breakfast buffet and just a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf. What we liked most was the proximity to the cruise ship terminal at pier 27. About a 20min walk on level ground.

Price . Took a credit card deposit of $50 allegedly for “incidentals” and still hasn’t returned it to me 22 days after the stay.

Holiday Inn Express Fisherman’s wharf was in a great location, in easy walking distance to Pier 39 and Ghirardelli Square. Our room was very spacious and had a nice view of the city. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. I also felt like this was a safe area.

It was a bit more than we usually budget for hotels traveling as a family of 5, but most of the hotels in San Francisco are expensive.

We were in SF for the WC soccer, the city was quite full of tourists including the hotel. The atmosphere was quite lively, soccer matches on tv and the whole city was in euphoria. The hotel presented a mini Aussie vibe, with specs of Paraguay supporters. The location is great if you are in SF for work or holidays, it’s bang on the Fisherman’s Wharf, walking distance to local attractions like the Piers and restaurants. But it’s quite far from the Levis stadium in Santa Clara, normally around 1-1.5 hours by uber, but took us 3 hours on match day. Even the DFW airport was a little over 60 mins. Saying that, every commute in Bay Area was over 60 mins, that’s SF for you. We stayed for 4 nights in a King Room. The rooms were slightly small, with typically Holiday Inn Express decor. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed were quite big and comfortable, we had asked for a roll on extra bed, it had a thin mattress but we couldn’t complain. The staff specially Chris were very attentive, always smiling and helpful. It was a pleasure interacting with them. The breakfast was good, though limited in number of items. It always overflowed with people, very hard to find a table to yourself if you go after 7:30am. The 4 days we stayed, we had scrambled eggs, potato bites every day and one protein kept changing, along with the staple thoroughfare like bread, oats, coffee/tea and waffles. They served cinnamon rolls, which we loved. Overall not bad, we enjoyed it but got bored with a couple of days.

I would genuinely recommend is to provide either an electric kettle or a microwave in the room. It’s actually standard on all Holiday Inns, was surprised and highly inconvenienced without one or the other.

Not sure if this is the norm, but paying almost $800 a night for a hotel and not getting basic amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, or even complimentary bottled water came as a complete shock to me. I travel regularly and have stayed in hotels across different countries around the world. Never did I expect this level of service from a hotel at this price point. Imagine checking into a hotel and being told drinks are not provided. I called the front desk and the lady on the phone told me, "Drinks are only provided for IHG members." I was surprised to hear that, but fortunately, and quite coincidentally, yours truly happens to be a premium IHG member. So I informed her that I was indeed an IHG member. She then told me to head down to the front desk to collect my complimentary drinks. When I arrived at the front desk, I spoke to a rude f*t lady with long dark hair and told her I was there to collect my complimentary drinks. Without asking any questions or checking anything, she immediately reprimanded me and said drinks were not provided, that I could use the water cooler if I was thirsty, and that there was a vending machine upstairs. At that point, I had to explain that I had literally just been told by the front desk to come down because I was entitled to complimentary drinks as an IHG member. Without saying a single word, she turned around, walked into the back room, grabbed two bottles, came back, and slammed them down in front of me. What the f***? Throughout my trip in the United States, I experienced instances that made me feel unwelcome as a Singaporean Chinese visitor, and this interaction certainly did not help. Whether it was racism or not, I cannot say for certain, but I definitely felt I was treated differently from other guests. No toothpaste. No toothbrush. No complimentary water unless you specifically ask and happen to have the right membership status. Yup, that's this hotel for you.

Pretty good location walkable to sites. Breakfast was OK (protein options could be better quality). 24/7 coffee was nice. Room was nice except for the loud A/C. Change the A/C it is way too loud and makes a loud startling noise when it kicks on and off which woke me up in the night. For breakfast, the protein options - eggs, sausages - were poor quality and just seemed gross. The price for the hotel was pretty high as well. WiFi was not good and pretty slow, I could not do my work meetings with video. Loud A/C noise. I was told to wear earplugs or open the window or don't use the A/C, none of which were acceptable.

I like how I was received. The hotel was clean,and the staff was friendly. Looking forward to coming again.

We heard loud noises from street traffic until 9:30 in the evening. Just around the block seems to be the main drag for revving, blasting loud music and showing off your car.

The hotel is in an excellent location for strolls to Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 36, cafes & Ghirardelli. We also were able to walk to Ferry Building and cable car stop. Bus service runs near-by and Ubers were quick to arrive. We were far enough from the Wharf that (except for temporary street construction) it was not noisy. We had a 2 queen suite on the 4th floor overlooking North Point Street with views of the city (tops of buildings) & the TransAm building. The room was a good size with adequate lighting, closet space, fridge, micro, desk, sink & counter space for coffee & comfortable beds. Good counter space in the bathroom though a light over shower and real shower head (instead of raincan (?) ) would have been improvements. Room was clean & housekeeping staff friendly. Needed a couple more outlets and a hotel and dining in the area guide book. Breakfast was fine with many choices and amazing cinnamon rolls. The push button & brew coffee machines required a lot of patience and either they need more or to add a regular coffee pot. Coffee was always available in the lobby (as well as the room). Breakfast seating was crowded and could be tricky if hotel were full. Particular shout outs to Jeff & Lawrence at the desk though everyone was accommodating and efficient.

Excellent! I discovered a weight scale available for public use. As a person on a serious weight loss journey, vacations and traveling can be harder to navigate. I so appreciated having that extra support.

The place was a 9 min walk pier 39, where the sea lions were when we had dinner and walked to see them after ! Family friendly ! The front desk was so nice and the hot chocolate station in the evening was a great way to wind down from the day adventuring ! Breakfast was good in the AM before we headed out ! Def would stay again !

The hours of the hotel breakfast were very convenient, and the food was really good! The service from staff was 10/10.

The only complaint that I had was that there was a rattling noise in my room. I think from the AC unit? It would shake randomly throughout the evening.

Location very good. Atmosphere very good. Rooms very good. Value not so good. They levy some Amenities charge which to me is unreasonable. Did not use any amenities as we were out from early morning until late night. And beware, Parking available means that you have to pay $65 per night. So after adding all these charges, this certainly was not value for money.
