L’etablissement offre un bon petit dej et aussi le calme totale, on n’entend que le son de l’eau à coté de rivière. C’est une belle expérience dans cet hotel .

EXCELLENT value for money if you can handle a very cold bedroom in February! There's a gas fire in the dining room, which you can sit in all evening. We had a great dinner for 2 at the hotel - harira, chicken/lamb tagines, fruit, soft drinks, tea & water for 250MAD

The location is great for Imlil if you are starting there prior to trekking. Right in the center and easy to reach walking paths, shops and restaurants. Nice breakfasts in the morning.

Itchy blankets with no top sheet as layer between them. We tried to use the Aircon as a heater as it was a very cold room, but it was temperamental at best.

We were well looked after. We were able to leave our gear when we trekked. We were able to switch our booking day and we had a great breakfast and got heating.

The shower pressure was low but we still got a hot shower

Lovely hotel in the heart of Imlil town. Features a spacious terraced garden and roof terrace, with stunning views of the mountains. Rooms are clean and do the job well, especially for this price point (very good value for money). Abundant hot water for showers, and towels/linen provided. Staff friendly and helpful, with included breakfast being good size and tasty.

For this price point, absolutely no complaints.

I love imlil. I was there about 20 times. It was my birthday for 4 nights in the village. We had a hope to spend nice time there. That is all positive about this place.

We booked and paid for a room with one double bed a week before. We arrived very late, about 11pm. After we moved in - we found that they do not have the room what we booked, we were offered a room with many single beds. After short conversation were asked to leave - that we cannot stay in this hotel and we had to leave to stay overnight in a car. They also declined refund for 4 nights !!! I know it is Morocco, no rules. ....

Great location to start hiking! About 200m from the Toubkal trek, with great views and large rooms - our stay in Imlil was very comfortable. Traditional breakfast with plenty left over for the first days walk.

This is the perfect place to stay before/after hiking Toubkal. Right in city center/ taxi stand which was very convenient. Hot showers, beautiful outdoor area. Staff was very kind!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Imlil. I was there with my bicycle... it was no problem to store it somewhere. The Owner and the rooms where very nice. I enjoyed my stay... breakfast was also incredible.

The staff was very friendly! The room was good the bed was very comfy and it was pitch dark at night we had some good sleep here! The breakfast was elaborate and delicous.

The water pressure was very low so there was almost no water out of the shower and it took very long to get a little warm.

Very central near Grand Tzxi and Bus stop. Lovely garden with scenic terrace. They let me check-in early and - as the towel was missing - check out late for a late shower- after providing for a towel.

When arriving there immediately came a man towards us asking us to pay for parking. Even though we already paid online. He was very unfriendly.

There were no sheets or towels which I expected in a hotel. The communication was slow.

Beautiful room and there is a lovely patio outside to sit next to the river. There are lovely indoor common areas too. There is heating in the room as well! The breakfast was great too

The showers were cold

Location great for exploring the local area, lots of nice hikes heathy and right next to where the taxi drop off is! Staff were very nice, breakfast was brilliant and a real treat on the patio in the late morning. Staff kindly brought us tea in the afternoon when we had sat out all day relaxing in the sun. On the last night we had dinner at the hotel and wished we had thought to do it sooner! The tagine was amazing! Definitely recommend eating dinner here too. The room was comfortable, some noise from other guests but that can’t be the hotels fault.

Room was cold, the controls for the heating weren’t in the room. Admittedly we should have asked for it as we were there for four nights and it was chilly, especially when getting out of the shower.

The location

My stay at this auberge was incredibly disappointing 👎👎👎. From the moment I arrived, the service was subpar. Unlike other auberges I've stayed at, there was no welcoming tea and cake upon check-in. The room itself was freezing, with temperatures hovering around 5 degrees Celsius at night and 9 degrees Celsius during the day. Despite having air conditioning, the owner inexplicably refused to provide me with the remote to warm up the room. Also if you're aiming to work or use the WI-FI it will be hard since the WI-FI is low signal even you can't watch a movie , you have to stay at the RDC near the router . Basic amenities were lacking. There was no toilet paper in the room, and I was not provided with any towels. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The food was unappetizing, and there was no coffee or orange juice available, unlike the delicious Berber soup offered at neighboring auberges. I booked for two nights( 7-9 January)but was so dissatisfied with the conditions that I decided to cancel the second night(8-9) see image of check out the second day 8th January. I requested a refund through Booking.com, which was approved and sent to the property for confirmation. However, the property refused to approve the refund, and I have yet to receive it. While the auberge boasts a good location, the poor service, inadequate amenities, and unacceptable room conditions make it an establishment I strongly advise against. I will certainly not be returning.

The first hot water I had in Morocco! Nice hot water in the showers and comfortable rooms with a beautiful view. Nice staff and good location.

The staff were incredible. We had a problem with our motorbike and they spent a considerable amount of time helping us fix it. Furthermore, when we asked for a late checkout they said we could with no extra charge. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Couldn’t ask for more for the price.

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at Hotel Soleil Imlil. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Every morning, they served a nice breakfast, which was a great start to our day. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful. During our visit, we encountered a group of very loud guests disrupting the peace of the hotel at 1 am in the morning. Their noise echoed throughout the premises, disturbing not only us but also other guests. However, we were immensely impressed by the swift and efficient response of the hotel staff. They handled the situation with professionalism and tact, ensuring that the disturbance was quickly addressed. Their efforts helped restore tranquility to the hotel, allowing everyone to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

Great place to stop before heading up to Toubkal. Very friendly staff - Hamza was very welcoming and helpful.

I sent my mom and brother for a short break and they loved it , everything was perfect View , clean , stuff, comfort everything literally was super good .. If you Wana feel home with some local vibe don't hesitate to stay here. And special thanks to Hamza especially for his kindness as well hassan they make their best to make you feel home and comfortable. Can't wait to visit the place myself and mom is already planning her next stay . Ps :breakfast was very tasty

We love the hospitality offered by Khaled, who was an exceptional support, throughout our stay. At the same time, Hamza also supported us despite not being there physically. They really make a difference and we fully recommend anyone looking for a quiet family outing outside the city.

Breakfast was of variable quality depending on who made it and this appeared to be the only meal available during a November stay. There are other places to eat. I think this place could be so much better......

The hotel is great located, next to the river with a mountain view. The staff is friendly and hotel has a nice, chill out vibe. Breakfast is the best in Morocco. The hotel owner let us leave our bags there outside ours booking hours and called for cheep taxi for us. Highly recommending the Hotel Soleil Imlil.

The place is just perfect, if you want to start hiking from here. Beautiful location, right next to a little river. The breakfast was definitely one of the best we ever had in Morocco. Despte the price we paid per night being one of the cheapest ever. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you !

A haven of serenity and calm, the rooms and shared areas superb, all with jaw dropping views of Atlas mountains. A Riverside terrace you can hardly bear to leave with the fresh air, views and running river sounds. Owner Khaled so kind.

Breakfast was delicious, staff were very calm and friendly. The hotel had a very peaceful feel and was a great place to rest and have a hot shower after the Mt Toubkal trek! The free mint tea on arrival was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel instantly welcome. It is located right next to the river and has lovely views of the mountains whilst also being in the centre of Imlil and close to everything. They also let us leave our bags there whilst we did the trek which was extremely helpful! Excellent value for money. We loved Hotel Soleil! Thank you!

The only thing is that the rooms were a little cold (being in the mountains it is to be expected!) but they provided very warm blankets which did the job and kept us very warm at night.
