Nos asignaron mal la Suite. Pagamos una de 4px y nos dieron una de 3px, nos cambiamos a los dos días, tuvimos que armar todas las valijas para hacer el cambio. No nos ofrecieron nada por en error y la molestias que nos ocasionaron. Pedimos hablar con el gerente y nunca apareció.

Nie oceniam pokoju. Tylko obsługę hotelu. Bo oprócz pomieszczenia istotna jest jakość obsługi. A tu jest dużo zastrzeżeń. Po długim locie prosiłem recepcję o 1 godzinę wcześniejszego zameldowania. Chciałem nawet za to dopłacić. Napisałem jedną wiadomość którą totalnie olali. Potem napisałem drugą, na którą po kilku godzinach ktoś odpisał, że w sumie to mogę przyjechać wcześniej, nawet od 12 a dodatkowa opłata jest niepotrzebna. Gdy pojechałem to jednak okazało się że nie. Dali mu pokój tylko 10 min szybciej. Siedziałem jak idiota w hall i czekałem nie wiadomo na co. A najgorsze jest to że w tym czasie przychodzili inni goście i dostawali pokój szybciej. Hotel nie był w pełni obłożony. Czysta złośliwość.

A reggeli bőséges volt, a szobák tágasak és tiszták, az ágyak kényelmesek. A recepción nagy várórész van, ahol az asztaloknál lehetett a telefonokat tölteni. A szálloda jó helyen van, a nevezetességek gyorsan megközelíthetőek, akár gyalog is. A recepciónál ahogy belépsz a szállodába nagyon kellemes illat fogad.

A reggelinél az étkezőben nagyon hideg van. Az egyik útitársunk beteg lett és a kifizetett reggelijét szerettük volna egy tányéron felvinni neki a szobába, de azt nem engedték.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y la habitación era grande, la cama muy cómoda y con una linda vista panorámica de la ciudad. El personal muy amable. Hacemos un reconocimiento especial a Yasmany en la recepción, quien fue muy amable, considerado y atento con nosotras, especialmente con mi madre.

No tengo nada negativo que decir del hotel.

Пока проходили регистрацию, украли сумку и спортивку и оставили без денег, охрана отеля для галочки, не следит. Прям внутри отеля, с дивана украли сумку. В комнате не было ни зубной пасты и щетки, на второго человека не халата, не тапочки. Все пришлось просить

Impecable la habitación y las instalaciones en general. Personal muy atento. Fue todo tal como se describía en la información de la reserva. Habitación con vistas muy espaciosa, cama extra grande y cama auxiliar muy cómoda. Muy bien situado.

Que la dutxa no tiràs aigua per fora, haguerem de posar tavalloles per terra. No hi havia cap complement, ni pinta, ni raspall de cabells ni de dents. Per ser un 4 estrelles podrien gastar un poc més. Vaig demanar tenir l'habitació una hora abans i no ens feren ni cas.

מלון נהדר. עבר שיפוץ כך שהמלון כחדש. חדרים מרווחים ונעימים. לקחנו שני חדרים באוגוסט למשך 4 לילות כולל ארוחת בוקר טובה יחסית.

המלון במרחק מה מהגראנד וייה. יש תחנת מטרו ממש ביצירה מהמלון כך שהמלון נגיש.

We had an excellent stay at the Madrid Marriott. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit different tastes. The hotel's location was another highlight—it's within comfortable walking distance of the city centre, making it easy to explore Madrid's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, it's an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great start to the day.

One area that could be improved was the communication with the hotel staff over the phone. On a few occasions, the staff were unable to understand English well enough to assist with simple requests. As Marriott is an international hotel brand, I expected a higher level of English communication. This led to unnecessary delays—for example, when basic toiletries had run out in the room, it was difficult to arrange a replacement over the phone, and I eventually had to collect them from reception myself. Improving English-language support for guest services would make the overall experience much smoother for international visitors.

Nos dejamos el IPad y además que han entrado no se han puesto en contacto con nosotros. Tiene email la Srta Irene García ( la gobernanza) desde el fin de semana sin contestarnos. Lo tenemos localizado en el hotel. Además y como saben me aseguraron que mi hija tendría cama y no fue así.

There was not enough/adequate water bottles in the room. The fridge was not properly working. The TV entertainment was not that good

I when you stay at a Marriott you know what your going to get, good service, comfortable surroundings and a decent room. Madrids is no exception, no extra frills it meets expectations, the one bonus was that the blackout curtains really do their job which ensured a very good nights sleep.

El AC del cuarto estaba muy caliente.

Χρεωθήκαμε 2 φορές για το δωμάτιο, μία με την καρτα που ειχε δηλωθεί στη booking και άλλη μία φορά με άλλη κάρτα κατα το check out. Προσπαθούμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με το ξενοδοχείο και δεν βρίσκουμε email να στειλουμε τα παρασταικα

El servicio en el restaurante junto a recepción es un poco lento y no con muy buena actitud

Deja mucho que desear el trato del personal, he llegado con la reserva ya pagada y me han tenido mas de 45 minutos en el check in, porque supuestamente no encontraban la selección de habitaciones que había elegido. Al final nos han puesto en edificios separados, una habitación para la pareja y otra para los niños pequeños y mi hija mayor. El restaurante, igual, no te hacen mucho caso y esperas una vida para que te atiendan.

Fantastic stay! Everything was perfect, clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

O Hotel é muito limpo, bem conservado

Iniciou no momento de nossa chegada chegamos um pouco antes da meia noite! Bastante cansados! O único recepcionista do hotel estava ao telefone resolvendo algum problema com algum hospede! Esperamos por mais de 30’, sempre aprendi que devemos atender a pessoa que está presencial no local, tentamos por muito tempo que ele nos atendesse, quando finalmente quase 60’ depois, foi nos atender, nos disse que tinha que resolver alguns problemas, enfim… que horror, ficamos inconformados. Estavamos com fome e não tinha nem um restaurante, bar para nos atender, tudo fechado! Um dia eu estava no banho e simplesmente a agua fria parou de sair da torneira, me queimei e não estava entendendo o que estava acontecendo ! Ligamos na recepção para entender o que estava acontecendo , ligamos varias vezes! Não conseguimos falar Quando finalmente conseguimos, nos informaram que como a recepção estava cheia no presencial, eles não poderiam nos atender ate nao terminarem o presencial… ai, é interessante! Chego super tarde para fazer checkin e nao me atendem para atenderem ao telefone! E quando o contrário acontece, não me atendem ao telefone para atenderem o presencial… sinceramente! O colchão estava muito afundado, bem ruim mesmo

This hotel was the first time I've stayed at a 4 star that actually was a 4 star. I chose it because I'd been traveling a long time and it was my last week. Madrid is hot and folks have different air conditioning standards there than what I am used to. I was satisfied with the air conditioning in this hotel and found my AC actually worked. Customer support was pretty good, there was more of a language barrier than I expected but when things like losing a room key came up they fixed it super fast without giving me a hard time.

I wish it was easier to see the menu for the restaurant in the lobby. I was nervous to use it the first few days because I didn't know how to find out what they were serving. But once I used it it was great! Also wish it was easier to get access to a pool with how hot it was. The hotel appears to be attached to a shopping center but I never found a way to access the tunnel to walk over. It looked like there was construction going on though.

An absolutely beautiful hotel, I would recommend anyone who is looking to go to Madrid to stay here. It is about a 25-30 min walk to the main city center. There is also a metro station an 2 min walk from the hotel. Around the hotel is super quiet. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I needed to get tickets to an attraction in town and they were eager and willing to help. The rooms were spacious and very nice. We had a room for three and there was more than enough room. Rooms are air conditioned which was great during the heat wave. Breakfast was also so nice and everything was fresh! We had a great experience here!

This is part of Marriott‘s luxury line listed as a four-star hotel. Experience did not measure up to other Marriotts in their luxury lineup. Very disappointing. We were there for two nights.

Excelente ubicación a pasos de estación Argüelles,Zara, y a unos 20 minutos de todo el centro principal, caminando, ubicado en una área urbana muy tranquila.

Lo invariable de la proteína en el desayuno! Y que te dejen la ventana abierta, cuando es requisito esté cerrado para un aire acondicionado adecuado.

Запит щодо особливого частування (фрукти в номер) написали що виконають безкоштовно, проте взагалі не виконали Відчувається що ремонт зроблений нещодавно, неякісно, криво встановлений унітаз Під час поселення все було дуже довго...

A lovely hotel in the heart of the city-nice rooms and lobby area and bar with an outside seating-adjacent to the mall and lots of restaurants round the corner-convenient bus stop across the road for a free shuttle to the grand via- we had an issue with one of the rooms and the same was sorted out by the team.

Good location but understaffed hotel. Conceirge and bell service. It available before 7 am and into the evening. Expect to handle luggage yourself as well as retrieve any stored luggage on your own. Alberto at the check in desk was very helpful and friendly and assistive otherwise most staff don't meet Marriott standards. Rooms are good sized but with poor views. Breakfast is very ordinary and no restaurant in the hotel other than the coffee shop.
