La piscina verde y con cosas blancas. Los ascensores estaban averiados. Y poner 10 euros por toallas en efectivo metálico, sin posibilidad de cargo a la habitación.

La ubicación. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia. Los colchones muy cómodos y cerca muchos bares y restaurantes.

Nothing everything was horrible. The sauna was not working. The towels was very dirty. The room floor was smelling very bad like sewer. Everything dirty with a bad smell in the whole hotel. Also, there was hair on the bed and my sheets were dirty.

La piscine au rooftop est un plus non négligeable, les chambres sont très correctes.

La piscine est petite et peu profondes et il n’y a pas de transats

Para el calor que había en Madrid. Que no funcionen bien los Aires acondicionados y que no se puedes ajustar de forma individual me parece faltal

Hôtel confortable situé juste en face d'un arrêt de métro (Moncloa) et assez proche de l'aéroport. Le centre-ville est à environ 20-30 minutes à pied. Le petit-déjeuner était assez varié.

Salle du petit-déjeuner assez petite pour la taille de l'hôtel. Même si la chambre était confortable, une légère odeur d'égouts se dégageait des toilettes de notre chambre, ce qui a rendu le séjour un peu moins agréable.

The Exe is in a perfect location for accessing the buses at Moncloa, Majadahonda and even walking into central Madrid if you don't mind a 30-minute walk. Only about 20-minutes to Plaza de España. The rooftop bar is a great spot for a last drink of the evening. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a great value for the money.

For the money I spent, I could not have asked for more!

Klimaanlage ging 2 Tage nicht. 2 von 3 Aufzügen fielen tagelang aus ohne dass wir (8.Stock) eine Kompensation bekamen . Wir mussten immer sehr lange warten . Das Frühstück war nicht gut.

Housekeeping Issues: On one of the days, I returned to find my personal items in the bathroom disturbed, and the new towel provided had a hair on it. However, I must give credit to the staff for their immediate and professional response in resolving the issue. ​Breakfast: The breakfast does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. It felt as though they lacked a proper kitchen setup—even basic items like vegetables were not sliced. I have stayed at many 4-star hotels with a much better selection and quality. ​Elevators: The elevators are quite outdated. Upon arrival, they were out of order, and throughout the stay, we had to wait for a long time due to slow service. ​Overall, while the staff and location are great, there are several operational details that need attention for a true 4-star experience.

Location of the hotel was excellent for exploring the city, right opposite the Moncloa metro station, and a reasonable walk to the tourist areas. The roof top area was lovely with a nice small pool for cooling off. Hotel was clean and staff were polite and helpful.

The aircon didn't work in our room, which although was fixed quickly we were offered a coupon for 3 free drinks at the hotel bar a compensation, however the bar was never open for the entire duration of our stay (which was over a weekend when it was meant to be open all day) which was disappointing. The other issue was that the lifts had a mind of their own in terms of which floors they would arrive at, and for most of the stay two out the three lifts were not working at all - not great for guests on higher floors. Breakfast hot buffet food was not very nice.

Pasamos una noche con mi familia, el hotel es algo oscuro en general, es un buen hotel pero quizás no para hacer turismo. El personal un 10. La ubicación no es tan buena, nos costo encontrar un buen restaurante cerca. Estuvimos muy pocas horas.

En la barra de la piscina la chica ignoró nuestro pedido pero la gerente muy amable lo solucionó y

Location, Cleanliness, Reception we're very helpful. Rooms were clean and the roof top terrace was vibrant and had a fantastic view.

The only small negative was the 2 male barstaff upstairs on the terrace, at times it seemed they were disinterested in serving but apart from that I have no complaints at all.

Roof top bar was a lovely surprise. Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. Clean and comfortable room. A good size..

The area around Moncloa is a bit dodgy. Three out of 4 lifts were working which meant a long wait. Bathroom needed some maintenance.

Very Clean, modern Hotel next to Metro Station and half an hours walk from city Center. Very friendly staff.

Voy al menos 4 o 5 veces al año, más en verano por la piscina, lastima que está vez el bar estaba cerrado durante el día y había que salir a comprar algo para beber con semejante calor.

La falta de personal en la terraza durante el día. Antes no era así

O hotel é bem localizado, logo em frente ao acesso ao metrô. O atendimento é muito bom e os funcionários são muito cordiais. A limpeza de todos os ambientes era impecável. Gostaria de ter ficado mais.

Location, safe to walk around the neighborhood, many places to eat, and close enough to take the metro. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and plenty space. Staff was very nice and attentive to our needs.

El servicio de recepción, tanto Gabi como la otra mujer que estaba en recepción fueron muy profesionales facilitando y haciendo muy agradable nuestra estancia.

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale e comodo per raggiungere la zona universitaria (bus diretto/metro di fronte all'hotel). Staff gentile e disponibile, camera grande e pulita, letto molto comodo. Rooftop con piscina e bar stupendo!

Passamos 1 noite no exe moncloa, foi uma agradável surpresa, quartos confortáveis, com localização perfeita para chegar rápido ao centro, um ponto positivo, piscina no último andar para aproveitar no final do dia.

Apenas 1 pessoa na receção , acaba por formar filas bastante grandes.

La piscina es muy pequeña y no es que no me gustara, solamente que en las fotos se ve mas grande de lo que es. La zona de solarium es agradable.

El personal de 10 está todo bonito pero el ascensor es un problema le falta variedad en el desayuno los huevos con azúcar me quedé en shock las almohadas y colchas olían a sudores

Lokalizacja z ogromną ilością restauracji i sklepów obok, ale hotel jest w mniejszej uliczce, więc jest zacisznie. Wnętrza bardzo czyste, duża łazienka z wyjątkowo przestronną strefą prysznicową. Możliwość wyjścia na dach - cudowna. Na dachu urocza strefa z dużą różnorodnością miejsc do siedzenia, leżenia. Dostępna strefa fitness w podziemiach. Sporo miłych akcentów wewnątrz np. dostępna lemoniada i jabłka w hallu. Przepyszne, różnorodne śniadanie.

Basen na fotografiach wydaje się większy niż jest w rzeczywistości.

L'accueil à l'hôtel. Ont nous a mis au 9 ème étage avec vue sur les immeubles d'en face, le parking de l'hôtel était pratiquement impossible d'aller en voiture et très compliqué de s'y rendre et l'hôtel était très difficile à trouver

Contraté el servicio de masaje para mi mujer que ofrecían en la web a las 18.00 horas. Lo solicité por teléfono y me lo confirmaron. Un día antes me llaman para cambiar la hora a las 17.00. Les digo que no podemos a esa hora y que intenten solucionarlo puesto que ya era un servicio contratado y confirmado con antelación. Cuando llegué al hotel pensando que se había solucionado se "escudaban" en que habían dejado un mensaje por booking. Seguían ofreciéndome la hora que yo no había contratado. Muy decepcionante el servicio. No volveré más.

Hotel completo, as amenidades superaram as expectativas, ótimo espaço do quarto e banheiro, travesseiro maravilhoso, possibilidade de regular a temperatura do quarto, localização perfeita, em frente a estação de metrô, voltarei mais vezes.

O colchão poderia ser um pouco mais confortável e o cheiro nos corredores faz lembrar creme dental o que pode incomodar pessoas sensíveis.

La cercanía que había tanto con la línea de metro justo enfrente del hotel y la línea de autobús delante también, el espacio muy limpio y el personal muy atento

Lo único que no nos gustó fue las almohadas eran demasiado blandas y te dolía al día siguiente el cuello, se te hundía la cabeza

The room was exceptionally clean & every day the beds were remade,tea coffee replenished ,lovely roof top area ,I would like to say a particular thanks to the two young ladies at reception who always greeted with a smile & particularly the lady that helped me when I had trouble with my contactless,so thankyou to you ,sorry I didn’t catch name.

Only thing was the lifts really ,so small & a bit awkward when others in,but really that’s nothing!

Falta limpiar mejor la piso o a tiene las paredes verdes

Emplacement exceptionnel, à côté du métro et de plusieurs lignes de bus, la chambre est très confortable et le personnel de l'hôtel arrangeant et agréable. Très pratique pour se rendre dans Madrid tout en restant dans un quartier calme.

Un peu de bruit le vendredi soir en fin de soirée.

El hotel , está venido a menos. No es el que conocí. No hay enchufes accesibles en las habitaciones . El agua de cortesía a la llegada a recepción en un día de calor máximo, parecía un caldito de puchero con hierbabuena. Qué detalle…

La atención del personal en todos los aspectos, recepción, terraza y las camareras de piso. Ubicación muy buena. Instalaciones. Cama cómoda. Amenities como botella de agua a diario. Tamaño de la habitación amplio.

Hacía muchísimo frío en las habitaciones incluso con el aire apagado, estaba a 18 grados. Estábamos en plena ola de calor y entiendo la refrigeración general, pero mi habitación era un frigorífico. Lo comenté en recepción y me dijeron que con el aire apagado, no debería de estar fría la habitación... La piscina era pequeña.
