Mercure Dijon Centre Clemenceau

-

The room was fine. The food was excellent. The secure parking was excellent.

Nothing - we will definitely be returning - as we have done over many years.

zwembad is top

Hulpvaardigheid personeel , midden in de nacht tijdens alle franse bisbranden

Niks

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, zum Altstadt ca 10 min Gehweg. Wer mag kann Straßenbahn nehmen. Haltestelle direkt vom Hotel.

Alles!

Kamer was top, mooi badkamer en prima bed en kussens. Locatie was goed. 15-20 min.

Nichts

Lovely hotel Very clean

Nothing

Accueil adorable et chambre parfaitement propre et confortable

Lokalizacja

Śniadania mogłyby być lepsze, bardziej urozmaicone

Great location, nice and clean. Polite staff and very helpful. I didn't choose breakfast, so I can't say anything about it. They provide coffee, tea, and a kettle. For me, it was great.

Just stay for one night, I couldn't find anything bad.

Incredibly comfortable beds (and pillows.. we wanted to buy them!) - the hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was very well decorated and had a lovely pool area. Easy parking and a lovely walk into town. Perfect

Nothing

Ontbijt was uitstekend: veel keuze, lekker eten, kindvriendelijk

Alles was in orde!

The parking wasn’t very comfortable to navigate through.

Mooie schone kamer en uitgebreid ontbijt in gezellige ontbijtzaal.

Belle chambre avec wc séparé

Une climatisation poussive par temps de canicule. Résultat, une chambre qui en devient inconfortable. L'insonorisation est perfectible

Lag zentral in Dijon Parkhaus Zimmer

Excellent location. Lovely spacious rooms that were very confortable. Nice good size bathroom. The fact there is a pool, in a central location was great, it was also accessible friendly. Towles for the pool available free of charge also nice to have. Carpark, tight but great to have. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Overal, there wasn't alot not to like. With a more picky eye, the toilet was wall hanging and placed a little to high for the shorter person. The swimming pool was great, but little dirty as thw day went on with leaves etc. But, again, this is picking.

Moderne et propre

Chaleureux

We received a warm welcome, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was okay, I have a Vw Multivan and was able to park it at the Clémenceau secure underground parking 2 meter height a short walk from the hotel as per recommendation of the reception staff which was good. The heart of the town was just a 10 minutes walk away, very convenient. Thank you Louis

We received a warm welcome, the room was comfortable and clean. Thank you Louis

The breakfast selection could be better for the price.

La chambre top, spacieuse, chouette deco, petit bureau pr travailler.

Rien

Piscine, propreté, centre ville à proximité à pied

Rien de particulier

L établissement était super propre, piscine au top.

Everything was lovely for a city hotel

I emailed the hotel as advices by your customer service team. The response I received was extremely disappointing and very rude If you want a polite professional experience I would book elsewhere

Comfortabel, schoon, mooi ingericht, fijn zwembad, lekker ontbijt.

Weinig stoelen bij zwembad.

Restaurant dans l’hôtel. Certaines places de parking larges

Rien

Staff are very friendly and accommodating

Smoking. So much smoking.

Location parking at extra cast

Breakfast room good size

The bed was comfy and the room was nice.

I would like glasses not paper cups in the room

Het zwembad

Niet zo dicht van het centrum

Mooi ingericht, prima kamers.

Niets

Very clean, the staff were super helpful and everything just worked well in the hotel.

---

Ligging, mooie kamers, aangename bar, goede bedden, propere badkamer, nette gangen, prima ontbijt.

Eigenlijk niets

Location for centre of Dijon was perfect . The rooms were a good size and very comfortable

The bar was only staffed by one man who was worked off his feet. As a result cleaning up of dirties was very slow

Grote kamer met mooie badkamer

Mooie ruime kamer. Zwembad. Lekker ontbijt. Bar en restaurant. Auto kan geparkeerd worden onder het hotel. Op loopafstand van centrum.

Erg krappe bochten in parkeergarage.

We checked in late, and the staff were helpful. The hotel has very secure underground garage parking and is probably the cleanest and most modern hotel we’ve stayed in on this trip. The staff, particularly those at the bar, were friendly. The hotel is in a good location, and I found the room to be modern, clean, and well priced. The terrace outside is a lovely place to have a drink. Although we didn’t make use of it, the pool looked lovely. The soundproofing was also fantastic, especially considering the hotel was full. I would definitely stay here again.

Velmi příjemná klimatizace, výborná snídaně, luxusní jídlo i obsluha v restauraci

Nemam připomínek

We stay regularly at this hotel because it has a good standard of rooms. We usually eat in the restaurant as the food is good quality but wine prices are expensive. The bedroom overlooked the pool and the now that the air con has been switched on the rooms are very comfortable. There is secure parking on site.

The location, the room, the bed was very comfy, the secure parking.

We liked everything thank you

Parkeren

The restaurant was great. And the 20 EUR breakfast was really exceptional for the quality and range of food. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. We really liked that there was a pool.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. To be transparent I stayed here on the hottest day on record and the hotel did struggle with every room having their air con cranked to full, however I believe this was an extraordinary event and the hotel staff did everything they could to alleviate discomfort.

The only inherent structural negative thing I can say is that the car park is REALLY tight - be wary of brining big cars in. I struggled to find the perfect timing for breakfast too - it was always either too busy or the stations hadn’t been refilled. There was no inbetween.

Centre of town and close to the heritage quarter. Had a secure underground parking area.

Looks tatty on outside. It is not very inviting place to visit. Air conditioning in room is set way too hot and you cannot adjust it. The room was over 26 deg c all night. When complained Staff said it was to protect the environment that AC set so high

Schöne Zimmer, hilfreiches Personal und Parkgarage am Hotel

Alles ok

Rien
