La mia camera era un po’ datata, no frigo bar, bagno piccolo, odore di umido appena entrato. Prezzo non in linea con l’offerta ( 16/18 settembre).

Piaciuto tutto, personale gentilissimo, camere pulite, letto comodo, colazione buona ed varia Posizione comoda vicino al Tivoli, a pochi passi dalla metro e dalla stazione treni.

Bagno con vasca, avrei preferito doccia. Letto matrimoniale avrei preferito 2 singoli.

My room number is 110, above the hotel bar and facing to an external bar. The window is not noise-proof. I paid close to 450€ for 2 sleepless nights. The bass sound from the 2 bars is like the clock sound, small but consistent. Anyway you can ask the receptionist for ear plugs.

Perfect hotel for solo travel with the ability to stay in a small single room. It’s not opulent but it’s a comfy bed with every amenity for a couple of nights stay.

Das (weibliche) Personal war etwas distanziert aber freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt. Das Zimmer sehr sauber.

Das Zimmer sollte ein De Luxe sein, war aber im Vergleich zum Badezimmer eher klein. Das Hotel ist für meinen Geschmack etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht da es viel zu teuer war. Was aber extrem gestört hat war, dass wir jede Nacht durch die Altglasentsorgung oder andere Entsorgung geweckt wurden.

Hotel was old. Bathroom outdated. We were given the oldest room in the hotel. Check in was at 3:00 pm. Area was noisy. Church bells rang frequently and the loud club music. Noise of the carts down early every morning.The hotel signage was difficult to spot. We spent a long time pulling our luggage around while trying to find the hotel. Our room had no A/C so we had to ask them to open the windows for us because the windows were old and difficult to open. There was no ramp at the entrance for luggage. The lift we used was small, slow, and often busy. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom from the drains. They did not clean the room although I put the tag and I told them down in the reception and they said ok, but when we came back , room was not cleaned , they said I had to ( book ) for cleaning before 9:00 am ..

Die Lage zur Innenstadt. Letztere ist leicht und fußläufig zu erreichen.

**Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht** Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund eines früheren Aufenthalts vor acht Jahren erneut gebucht und waren diesmal leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer im Souterrain war sehr klein und dunkel. Für einen Preis von **286 Euro pro Nacht** hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Zum Vergleich: Vor acht Jahren haben wir für ein Zimmer noch **127 Euro pro Nacht** bezahlt. Auch die aktuellen Parkplatzkosten von **68,70 Euro pro Tag** empfinden wir als ausgesprochen hoch. Besonders störend war der Lärm durch einen Beatclub direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. An einen ruhigen und erholsamen Schlaf war dadurch leider nur eingeschränkt zu denken. Auch das Frühstück hat im Vergleich zu unserem früheren Aufenthalt deutlich nachgelassen. Teilweise wurde nicht ausreichend nachgefüllt, und der Kaffee kam lediglich aus einem Automaten. Insgesamt hatten wir hier mehr erwartet. Alles in allem vermittelt das Hotel nach außen einen guten Eindruck, konnte unsere Erwartungen diesmal jedoch nicht erfüllen. **Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht mehr. Wir werden dieses Hotel daher nicht noch einmal buchen.**

Beautiful hotel a short 6 min walk from the train station. Great location to explore the city on foot. Amazing breakfast included in our stay. Bar area was great to relax for a nightcap. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our visit. The room was comfortable and the hotel overall was very quiet, ideal for a restful sleep. Although early check-in isn't officially supported, the hotel offers a dedicated luggage storage room where you can leave your belongings until the room is ready, which is very convenient and lets you start exploring right away without any delay. The location is also very convenient, close to Tivoli and the town hall, with easy walking access to many attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, quiet stay in a great location.

Hotel wymaga remontu , pokoje stęchłe , wykładziny brudne , śniadanie słabe , musiałem zmienić pokuj bo śmierdział stęchlizną , zmiana na "lepszy" to 500 koron za noc . `umywalka w lepszym wielkości talerza do zupy , łazienki mikro.

We booked the Deluxe Double Room for one night through Booking.com. The breakfast was tasty and varied, the hotel staff were friendly and polite, and the location of the hotel is excellent. The city centre and several sights can be reached within a maximum of 20 minutes on foot.

We specifically booked the Deluxe Room because it was advertised as the better room category. The description mentioned soundproofing, a safe, and a room with a view. However, we were given a basement room overlooking parked cars. The safe did not work, and the room was directly underneath the breakfast area. There was absolutely no soundproofing: we could hear every chair being moved upstairs while lying in bed. The safe was also not working. When we asked at reception, we were simply told that the information on Booking.com apparently differed from the way the hotel actually offers its Deluxe Rooms. Unfortunately, there was no apology for the misunderstanding. The bathroom was in need of cleaning. The showerhead was heavily limescaled and the door was very dirty. The carpet in the hallway was also no longer particularly inviting. For one night, it was okay.

The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Tivoli Gardens and the City Hall. Breakfast was very good, and the city itself was very comfortable to explore on foot.

I would have liked a bit more attention to cleanliness for a hotel of this level. A bigger issue was that the headboard fabric bled color onto the bed, which transferred onto my hair and pajamas.

Excellent location and interior design. Staff was super helpful, I had a special request and they were very accomodating.

We got the signature suite. Room was very nice but definitely not as large as we expected from the photos, especially the bathroom was super small, not very comfortable.

Hotel s 4 zvjezdice bi trebalo imati raznovrsniji doručak. U sobi bi se trebale nalaziti papuče i ogrtac. U kupaoni se nije dobio ručnik koji ide na pod kada se izlazi iz tusa. U kupaoni nema ni mjesta za odloziti stvari.

Sicuramente ottima posizione: vicino alla piazza del municipio da cui parte la metro e la via dello shopping(Stroget) e anche vicina a fermata treno e stazione centrale

Era un occasione importante, per cui ho prenotato una Suite: sono rimasta molto delusa dalla stanza, esteticamente niente di che, piccola, bagno minuscolo: o aprivo la porta della doccia o aprivo la porta del bagno (porta per altro in vetro fumè.. non so gli altri, ma io personalmente preferisco maggiore privacy e discrezione visto che la stanza è minuscola e dal water ero praticamente attaccata al letto!) unica nota plus (ovviamente per chi non ce l'ha già a casa come me) la vasca free stending accanto all'ingresso e il balconcino. Onestamente rispetto alle solite Superior dei Butique Hotel che prenoto per i miei viaggi l'ho trovata scadente per essere una suite aggiungo inoltre pulizie non esaustiva e un cattivo odore persistente ogni volta che entravamo a camera rifatta, credo a causa del tappeto\moquette sotto il letto colazione mediocre, con una scelta modesta e sempre identica nei 7 giorni di alloggio per quanto riguarda lo staff, praticamente invisibile. tranne i baristi, alla reception cordiali solo se chiedevo qualcosa, ma assolutamente freddi e distratti, quasi mai un saluto nei vari passaggi dalla lobby.. non so se si tratta di un modo di essere del nord Europa, o se semplicemente questi impiegati erano un po' refrattari a socializzare. In ogni caso per me non è un modo di fare adatto a una struttura ricettiva a 4 stelle.

Very convenient position in the centre of town, near the train station which was important for us as we were travelling by train. The main entrance to the hotel had a lot of character and original features. Our room was in the Wide section of the hotel (there are 4 parts to the hotel) which was a more modern building. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable and although we faced the main road there was triple glazing so when the windows were closed it was very quiet. In general it was very peaceful. A coffee machine in our room, a must for us! There was a safe, which we like to have when travelling. In general the staff were friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with our shower not draining, we spoke to staff and it was fixed by the time we returned to our room.

It was confusing on arrival as the hotel is a combination of 4 hotels all with different names. We had booked a room in the Ascot hotel, but we were actually placed in the Wide hotel, so the room did not match the description given when we booked. It would have been useful to know in advance that we might be placed in any of the 4 hotels. We received an e mail after we had already booked in explaining the set up of the hotel, but again, no explanation as to why our room was changed.

We returned to the Ascot at the end of our stay in Denmark so we understand the set up for this stay. On this occasion we were in the Ascot part of the hotel. This time we were in the lower basement. The room was a larger double and had a comfortable sofa as well as a small ground level balcony. The room had interesting original features as it was in the old part of the hotel. The bed was large and very comfortable. A coffee machine was again included. There was a mini bar but we didn't use it.

This part of the hotel was noisier than the Wide where we stayed before. We were below the dining room so heard music and chairs moving above from early morning, luckily we had to be up early for our flight so it didn't bother us too much, but if we had wanted a longer lie in bed we would have been disturbed. The safe was open but in a locked state so we couldn't use it. The instructions from the desk staff about how to locate our room were not correct, but we worked it out. We did stop to help other guests who were lost!

The staff was great, location was great, breakfast was great.

I could not sleep at all- the room faced the street with a bar and heavy metal playing for 3 days and the windows are not sound proof. There was also a blue light from the temperature controls that even with a towel over it still lit the whole room. Also the layout of the room made no sense with the overhanging walls that made you have to bend at a very bad angle to walk by, and the pillows were not good at all.

Well located in the city, courtesy umbrellas are always appreciated, rooms and common spaces are comfortable and clean, good breakfast service

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Direkt im Zentrum alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Bar. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Als Upgrade habe ich ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung erhalten. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross. Der Teppichboden hat mir nicht gefallen und das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Die Zimmer wurden leider auch nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Abstellfläche für Kleider ist auch sehr klein. Für 2-3 Tage reicht es. Das Frühstücksbuffet war viel zu teuer. Wir hätten uns einen besseren Kaffee gewünscht.

The bed and pillows were absolutely amazing! I have never slept so well in a hotel before. I slept almost 9.5 hours every night without waking up, which was incredible. The room was huge, and even though it was partially in the basement, it really didn’t bother me at all. It was very clean and comfortable, and I even had both a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choices for everyone. The staff were fabulous, and the location was excellent. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren nicht besonders groß, aber sauber. Die Lage ist mega. Und man kann auch Fahrräder direkt im Hotel ausleihen.

Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist sehr teuer, in 5 Minuten Entfernung gibt es aber ein öffentliches Parkhaus, das bezahlbar ist.

Badeværelset. Man kunne ikke lukke døren rigtigt til toilettet, det var en glas skydedør og håndvasken var ikke i forbindelse med toilettet. Håndvasken var i selve værelset ved døren til hotelværelset. Vi følte ikke det var et Deluxe dobbeltværelse. Denne Indretning af værelset var IKKE vist på billederne på Booking.com.

Très grande surface de la chambre appréciable et correctement aménagée : quelques marches, grande salle de bain, aménagement pour faire oublier le sous sol (fenêtres éclairées dans la salle de bain, rideaux partout (devant le mur)...

Chambre en sous sol : Une seule petite fenêtre donnait en demi niveau enterré donc très peu de lumière dans la chambre. Cela aurait pu être annoncé lors de la remise des clés. De plus, cette unique fenêtre était très sale.... Dommage! On entend aussi pas mal le bruit du couloir.

Very good location, good atmosphere, extremely comfortable bed and easy to adjust water temperature.

The room was generally very small and narrow. The lighting was inadequate. The bathroom was very small, the shower area was separated by only a curtain, there was no cabin or bathtub. There were yellowing and stains on the floor of the showered area. It didn’t feel hygienic. Since the building is wooden, we felt someone’s footsteps on our upper floor even though we were on the top floor. Late at night, we heard the wood squeak as someone walked and felt the wall we put our heads on shaking. There is 1 very old elevator. It works slowly and can take few people into it. Because people have been waiting a lot, you insist on riding now and you have to use it jammed.

Big room, lots of space. Washroom separated from the bedroom. Bed was comfortable, second sink was useful. Breakfast was good.

Needs to be renovated. Weird shower head swings sideways. Room felt hot and the fan provided made a really loud noise.
