Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Merkeze cok yakın, metro ve otobüs ile ulaşım kolay, havalimanı ulaşımı da 5C otobüsüyle tek vesayet. Tivoli ye yakın, karşısında güzel bir mekanda vardı eğlenmek kafa dağıtmak adına, dj oluyor akşam 9 a kadar. Personel de güleryüzlüydü.
Tek sevmediğim şey, yastıklarda bir nem, rutubet kokusu vardı, geri kalan herşey güzeldi, kılıflar, örtüler temizdi ama yastıklar havalandırılmalı ya da ara ara değiştirilmeli. Bir de camlardan cok soğuk geliyordu kapalı olduğu halde, oda bazen dışarıdan daha soğuktu. Isıtmayı yapamadık, kalın giyinerek çözdük kimseye söyleme gereği duymadık.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026We were very appreciative of Brian, the gentleman who staffs the reception desk. He was very welcoming and helpful. During our four day stay, he offered us information on the history of the hotel and helped us plan some wonderful activities in and around Copenhagen. Thanks to his help, we were we were able to navigate the trains to go to Klampenborg where we had a totally amazing day bicycling in the Jaegersborg Dyrehave. We also loved that the hotel was within a short walk from the train station. The breakfasts were wonderful!

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The hotel has lots of character and is ideally situated to explore Copenhagen. The Tivoli gardens are only a short walk away. The car parking is very valuable. The receptionist was extremely helpful and booked us a good restaurant for the evening.

Winziges Zimmer mit überdimensionalem Bad. Man konnte kaum um das Bett laufen. Kleiderschrank ca. 20 cm breit. Zimmer zum Hinterhof, was ok gewesen wäre, wenn nicht morgens ab 6.00 Uhr ein Höllenlärm der Lieferanten gewesen wäre. Personal an der Lobby war eher gelangweilt/genervt denn serviceorientiert.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, ideal für einen Städtetrip. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist modern und unsere Penthouse Suite Signature war grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es jedoch mehrere Punkte, die für uns nicht zu einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel passen. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft: Die Badewanne war schlierig, im Schrank befand sich noch Wäsche eines vorherigen Gastes und auf verschiedenen Flächen war deutlich Staub zu erkennen. Auch der Service wirkte eher distanziert und wenig gastfreundlich. Hinweise zur Reinigung wurden zwar aufgenommen, ein Entgegenkommen oder Zimmerwechsel wurde jedoch nicht angeboten. Die Klimaanlage bzw. Lüftung ließ sich trotz ausgeschaltetem Bedienteil nicht vollständig abschalten. Sie rauschte auch nachts weiter und blies ständig kalte Luft ins Zimmer. Obwohl wir dies gemeldet hatten, wurde das Problem während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts nicht behoben. Das Frühstück war für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel sehr überschaubar und jeden Tag nahezu identisch. Die Obstauswahl war sehr gering, frisches Rührei gab es nicht und auch bei Joghurt und Müsli fehlte Abwechslung. Positiv war lediglich die gute Auswahl an Kaffeespezialitäten. Auch an der Bar hätten wir mehr Service erwartet. Selbst bei wenigen Gästen musste man den Barkeeper erst aktiv ansprechen, um bestellen zu können. Das TV-Angebot war ebenfalls sehr begrenzt: 13 Sender, davon funktionierten nur etwa zehn, kein einziger auf Deutsch. Sicher kein entscheidender Punkt, aber für eine Penthouse Suite dennoch etwas dürftig. Insgesamt: gute Lage und modernes Hotel, aber bei Sauberkeit, Service, Frühstück und Komfort besteht deutlich Luft nach oben. Für uns daher 3 von 5 Sternen.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The location was great, with easy access to everything we needed. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always cleaned thoroughly whenever we requested housekeeping.
The room was quite small. There is also a park right in front of the hotel where festivals and events with loud music and large crowds were held every evening during our stay. Although they usually ended by 10 p.m. at the latest, we still had to put up with the noise for a couple of hours each evening. I would probably not recommend this hotel to those who prefer a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. That said, the hotel staff and service were excellent, and we were very happy with the service overall.

Ho prenotato una Deluxe, che nel loro sito è descritta come "spacious, view to yard". Mi hanno assegnato una camera al primo piano piccola, con bagno minuscolo e lavandino in camera, un armadio per i vestiti interamente occupato da asse da stiro, ferro da stiro e ventilatore, vista strada, di fronte ad un locale estremamente rumoroso. Era molto diversa da quella prenotata su booking. Quando ho chiesto di verificare se fosse effettivamente una Deluxe, mi hanno detto che lo era e che comunque non c'erano camere libere (da Booking risultava il contrario). Il personale è stato estremamente scortese.
