Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Happy hour for wine and spirits later in evening. Excellent breakfast choice. Nice atmosphere. Bath as well as shower in our room. Helpful staff. Next to Vaekst restaurant which was excellent but do book a table ahead of time! Bakery nearby is also popular.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Nettes Design. Trotz Lage an der Straße sehr ruhig. Frühstück sehr schöne Auswahl mal anders umgesetzt. Direkter Zugang zu angeschlossenem Restaurants und Cocktailbar.
Zu beachten wäre nur, dass nicht barrierefrei. Zugang zum Frühstück z.B. nur über steile Treppe. Keine Parkplätze.

Only the ventilation in the bathroom was a challenge. No extraction to remove the steam from the area.

Had a few issues that unfortunately affected the overall experience: 1. My room wasn’t cleaned during my two-night stay. 2. The sink in the bathroom wasn’t fixed, although I reported the issue a couple of times. 3. At check-out, I was charged for something I had never ordered, and the hotel had to process a reimbursement. What was particularly disappointing was the way these issues were handled. The staff didn’t even apologise when I raised my concerns, which made the whole experience feel quite frustrating

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, auch die glutenfreien Optionen waren sehr gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können, für uns war es aber völlig in Ordnung. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Loved the neighborhood. Loved the complimentary happy hours. Vaekst restaurant was fabulous. Only negative was the first room we were booked into. Top floor with skylights. The AC could not keep up and it was HOT. After 2 nights we switched to the 2nd floor, and that room was a refrigerator. Seems their new AC system needs some tweaks. Staff was wonderful. We really did like the hotel and would stay there again.
See my note above re the AC. I'm sure that most of the year the AC is not even used, but it was warm during our stay in Copenhagen.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit every day and an excellent selection of cheese, cold meats and vegetables. They bring coffee and tea to your table and the breakfast staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is happy hour every day with free glasses of wine which is fun and a great idea for holiday makers. The location is also excellent - it's close to the centre and we walked to almost all the museums and palaces. The bed was comfortable too. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026La chambre est au bout d'un long couloir. Elle était bien, la déco était sympa, c'était au calme. On était là à 3 dans la chambre donc il n'y avait des masses de places pour circuler. La sdb était belle. Le petit-déjeuner était super bon. Large choix, personnel sympathique et efficace. Le café était bon, le pain aussi, ... Très réussi. Le bar/réception à l'accueil a un côté très cool. La zone détente est chouette mais nous n'avons malheureusement jamais eu la possibilité de nous y installer.
Manque de places de rangement pour les vêtements et les affaires. J'ai du bricoler. C'était bien dans l'ensemble et je n'ai rien à reprocher à l'hôtel - juste que c'est un poil cher pour ce que c'est. Mais j'imagine que ça s'inscrit dans le coût de la vie à CPH.

Personel her konuda yardımcı. Tek olumsuz eleştirim 3.katta kaldık, koridorda kötü bir koku vardı.2 gün boyunca hiç geçmedi. Koridorlar halı belki o nedenledir.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The location is excellent, especially if you need to be close to a train or metro station. Vesterport St, Norreport St and Radhuspladsen as well as Central Station are barely a 5 min walk away from the hotel. It's very close to Tivoli, Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, Stroget, Rundetaarn and lots of other places of interest. There is some gay nightlife in the area as well, and Orsted park is just around the corner. My room was cozy, very comfy bed, quiet with a view to the backyard, the bathroom was way bigger than what I had expected. The hotel organizes a free wine tasting every day from 5 to 6 pm, and a free spirits tasting from 10 to 11 pm.
Nothing really. There was no fridge in the room.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026La ubicación, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios de interés, el desayuno magnífico, variedad y todo casero, la habitación era agradable pero un poco pequeña, en las fotos parece más grande, el baño también muy justo, pero en general la estancia fue muy buena.
El pasillo de las habitaciones y la escalera no están a la altura de las habitaciones, parecía sucio y no olía bien.

Im Bad roch es aufgrund der Kanalisation ein wenig unangenehm.

Das Morgenessen. Fehlende Süssgebäcke und grössere Schüsseln für Müesli. Es gab zwar Früchte, diese wurden aber nicht fertig gerüstet (Melone war mit Schale und musste mühsam entfernt werden) Auch fehlten die Fruchtsäfte, z.B. Orangensaft.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The location was good. Room was well lit, bathroom was clean, they had hot water. Lift was functional.. reception lobby area was nice full of life. Adjacent restaurant Vaekst was awesome for a vegetarian like me.
My room didn’t have wifi network coverage and I am more than 100% sure that I wasn’t the first one to say that. The fact that they already knew the issue and didn’t already fix it was unethical on their part. They sat over it even when I highlighted and yday when i was in the middle of my sight seeing schedule they offered to change my room, not the same type or kind.. why would I do that. I used the wifi from reception area and lounged around there but its not ok to not deliver what is promised and be casual about it. Bathroom shower didn’t have enough water pressure.
