בריכת ילדים נהדרת, חוף נחמד ממש אבל ללא ציליות ומיטות. אפשר להשכיר ב20 יורו ליום

מיושן מאוד, מעליות חורקות מאוד. חשוך בלילה חוסכים בחשמל, מיטות בגבהים שונים, החדר היה ממש לא משהו.

Гарна велика територія, привітний персонал та смачна кухня. Готель орієнтований на відпочинок біля басейну. Пляж повністю галька, зайти у воду нереально, там каміння. В описі готелю, нажаль, цієї інформації не має. Є тільки фото пляжу здалеку, поганої якості, з якого тяжко зрозуміти, в якому стані пляж. Але найнеприємніше, це те що фотографії номерів не співпадають з фактичним станом кімнат. Фото додаю. На ресепшені сказали що всі номери в них однакові( Де знаходяться ті номери, в яких гарний ремонт, що на фото не зрозуміло( В нас було три номери, всі в поганому стані. Вимушені були змінити місце проживання, зрозуміло, що кошти ніхто не повернув(

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avions choisi une chambre avec vue sur la mer et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Rhodes et découvrir l’île. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner proposent un choix varié et intéressant. Le personnel est souriant, disponible et à l’écoute. Nous étions présents début septembre et l’hôtel était encore bien animé, avec une ambiance très agréable.

Rien de particulier à signaler. Nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour. Hôtel dans son jus - climatisation un peu bruyante

Positive: We would like to thank Eleni at the reception for her warm smile, kindness, and courteous attitude during check-in.

Negative: ▪︎ The attitude of the reception staff, Andrea and Samuel, was rather unfriendly and, at times, noticeably tense and irritated. ▪︎ At around 3:00 a.m., a member of the reception staff entered our room and walked inside to check whether the room was vacant. Most concerningly, this was done without knocking on the door first. We found this highly inappropriate and disturbing. Overall: Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Ne yazık ki kötü bir hizmet. Asla hakedilmeyen bir ücret. Otel odaları fotoğrafta görünenlerden çok daha eski. Odalar da sabun vs. gibi şeyler yok. Konulması istedik tamam dediler koymadılar. Otel temizlik olarak çok kötü. Kapılarda , abajurlarda , duvarlarda ölmüş sinekler duruyor. Her yeri örümcek sarmış. Kahvaltı servisleri kirli. Temizlik görevlileri otel misafirlerinin rahatsız olucağını asla düşünmeden koridorda sürekli hoparlörden yüksek sesle konuşuyor. Odada eşyamı unutup geri döndüğümde kapı açıktı işi bitmesine rağmen kapı kapatılmamış girdiğimi bile farketmedi çok büyük bir güvenlik açığı vardı. Aşırı rahatsız oldum. Yataklar çok kötü , çift kişilik yatak sürekli ayrıldı ve oğlum araya düştü. Asansörler aşırı eski ve korkutucu. Denizi çok kötü. Asla verilen parayı haketmeyen bir otel.

Otelin pek çok imkanı mevcut, çalışanlar ilgili ve yemekleri oldukça çeşitliydi. Akşam yapılan otel aktiviteleri oldukca eğlenceliydi. Aynı şekilde Otelin kendine ait plajının olması büyük avantaj sağlamış.

Otel iskeleden biraz uzakta kalıyor ulaşım anlamında sadece yerel taksileri tercih edebiliyorsunuz. Rahatlıkla şehir merkezini gezeyim demeniz zor olabiliyor.

Sono stata in questa struttura solo per una notte a causa di un volo cancellato. Ho però scoperto un posto carino soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. C'è una grande piscina ed una per bambini piccoli con giochi ad acqua. Ho avuto anche la fortuna di stare in una camera con la piscina privata (una parte) Buona la colazione e la cena a buffet pagata 20 euro, bevande escluse.

Non c'è una vera e propria spiaggia. Il mare era molto mosso per via del vento, ma non credo che sia interessante. È un hotel più per coloro che amano la piscina.

Θα ήταν χρήσιμο μια απλώστρα στο μπαλκόνι για τα μαγιό και τις πετσέτες θαλάσσης.

We had a wonderful stay at Kresten Palace and really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is comfortable, clean and very pleasant, with a relaxing atmosphere and everything we needed for a great vacation. The food was excellent, with a very good selection and plenty of tasty options every day. A special thank you to Margherita and Miranda from the restaurant, who were always incredibly kind, friendly and smiling. Their warm attitude and positive energy made every meal even more enjoyable and they really contributed to making us feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

The two waitresses Magarita & Miranda are always on point. They are doing such a wonderful job. Always kind, always handsome. I had a wonderful time at Kresten Palace and I will come back as soon as possible.

Great hotel, very clean rooms, friendly/helpful staff, great food inside and out, decent atmosphere, plenty of areas for children, ok night time entertainment and a very good sports bar. Good location for transfers only as it is close to airport but need to use public transport to get around as it is pretty secluded and in a quiet area, bus stop is right outside though which is good, very easy to use and much cheaper than taxis. The so called "gym" is rubbish and isn't open all the time so don't expect to get a decent workout if you are a gym person like myself. And the pool/bar/outside snack bar are only 10.00 - 18.00 (should be like 08.00 - 20.00) so no early swimming but there are plenty of beds so you don't have to rush to get up and find one. Lovely place though, i would go back and recommend it to anyone really so it's 8/10 from me. Thanks for a nice holiday!

Tout le reste Ménage mal fait Petit dej apparemment jusqu’à 10h30 mais à 10h ils remballent tout Hôtel sale et vétuste Nous avons dû changer de chambre car nous avons eu une invasion de fourmis Personnel exécrable (hormis la restauration et à l’animation) Le système pour les serviettes de piscine est nul (on peut les changer tous les 3 jours seulement) Nous avons détesté notre séjour dans cet hôtel

-The hotel's public areas were clean -pool area was great -location and connections to old town were good -the staff was mostly nice

-Room at 1st floor above the hotel’s bar was really loud and you could also hear noise from the road, didn’t sleep well during my visit -Poor selection at breakfast. There were also no signs showing food allergens -The standard of cleaning was poor, for example towels were not changed at all during the stay -No proper blanket and duvet cover, just a sheet with a bedspread on top -The bathroom had really worn surfaces and there were ants on the floor

The hotel overall is a mixed bag. The swimming pool is great especially for younger children. We could always get a sunbed. The poolside Bar is great and staff are really friendly. The Poolside restaurant food wasn’t great and the flies, wasps and cats made for an unpleasant lunch for us. Food in the main restaurant was okay we preferred breakfast to evening meals. The food was warm rather than hot. The location is a little way out from Rhodes town in a quiet location. There isn’t much in walking distance unless to want to walk a mile there and back. Your next option is getting a taxi. Taxis are hard to come by especially a peak times. You have to book at reception and wait. We waited an hour and then had to share (but still pay the whole fare) The family rooms are in an annex from the main hotel and we fine. We had a sea view which was lovely as are the views from all of the hotel. I was most annoyed with reception staff that told me the cash machine was working and then I tried to withdraw money the machine only gave me €40 and charged me €250. I asked if the ma home was working as it had an out of order sign on when we arrived. The machine clearly had a fault. I asked them to put and out of order sign on so that other users would have the same experience and they refused. The can point was out of service 2 days later. The monies have still not been returned to my account. Reception team didn’t see to care. Overall a good family holiday but the hotel is in need of some major updates and refurbishment to bring it up to a modern 4 star hotel. Some of reception team could do with going on a customer service course.

Location is perfect, 10 mins to Rhodes old town and 10 mins to faliraki. Kiko and the entire entertainment team are so good, they’re so good with people of all ages, always try to get you involved in the activities.

We saw lots of mixed reviews about Kresten Palace before we visited but we’re happy to say we had a lovely experience. The pool was clean and well maintained and we never had any trouble finding a sun lounger no matter what time we went to the pool. The rooms were also clean but some of the finishing touches were quite rough - e.g chipped tiles, and a cover missing from an electrical panel in the bathroom - however these were very minor and did not detract from the experience at all. We travelled with a 2 and 5 year old and thought the facilities for children were excellent. We only had one issue during our stay and that is when we checked out we saw charges for 2 nights worth of drinks from dinner when we’d only put one night on the room and had paid cash on the other night. The office staff showed me a signed receipt at this point stating that I wished to put the drinks on the room and asked me to confirm it was my signature, which it was not. The matter was cleared up quickly and I can only assume this was a case of staff being busy and overlooking the payment at the time however I did find it quite concerning that someone had signed a receipt on my behalf without my knowledge.

This is one of the best hotels I have been to with kids. The hotel is big with lots of different areas to sit and relax. We used a card table most evenins to play cards on! We stayed in a swim up pool room and my goodness was it worth it - we could relax on our balcony and the kids could continue to jump in and out of the pool (which was a very comfortable temperature) - perfect for relaxing/reading etc and worked really well for our friends with their baby as she could nap in the room whilst we all chatted/relaxed. The room is a amazing size, we had plenty of space for all of us: a king sixed bed, two singles, a sofa and a taple with two chairs. There was also a small mini fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee. Space to hang clothes and also lots of floor space if you live out the suitcase. The bathroom is the weakest part of the room but it is still completely functional. The whole place, rooms, communal spaces, pools etc were very clean. The main pool is big and also a great temperature. The varying depths of it made it great for all of us. The kids spent hours jumping in and out of inflateables. The splash park is fab too (although water was chillier than the main pool). There are lots of sunloungers and the pool never felt overcrowded in the 9 days we were there. The restaurant is wonderful, lots of choice and constantly being refreshed so always plenty to choose from and warm - also appreciated that there was always plain pasta/chips and either tomato sauce/bolognaise which is helpful with fussy kids. The restaurant staff are lovely! We needed help with ice packs to keep baby milk cool and every evening they would freeze them for us so we could collect in the morning. The pool bar was brilliant with lovely staff, great variation on the menu and great drinks. All was reasonably priced and quick service. We opted for sharing a few dishes at lunchtime which worked well for us and mostly ate at our loungers. The beach attached to the hotel isnt great to sit at especially with kids however it is a great background for photos! The reception staff were also great to us everytime we interacted with them. The entertainment staff were wonderful and the kids enjoyed going with them in the day and playing mini golf. We did not utilise the kids club as much as we could of done but it had lots on! One of my children celebrated his birthday when we were there and i was really impressesed with the entertainment staff remembering and coming up to find him and wish him happy birthday, he also got a note and a few sweet treats delivered to him in the afternoon and then in the evening we had organised a cake and so many staff came over to sing to him which was lovely - the cake was delicious! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel - all 8 of us in our party had a brilliant holiday. It's the most relaxed I've felt on holiday and the pools being such a comfortable temp made a big difference!

Went here for a family trip the locations of the hotel is not too bad a bus stop is right outside the closest restaurant however is a 15 minute walk away and others around 25 minutes but it is a very connected place the beach can be seen very easily from the sea view rooms the atmosphere of the hotel was nice and friendly the people in reception were all so kind and lovely and willing to help the vibe of the hotel left a very good impression of the hotel on me as it is very welcoming the rooms are very nice but the bathrooms are a bit dated with certain parts which could use patching but the room really made up for it with spare pillows in the cupboard and lots of storage there are 3 English channels on the tv . In my opinion the hotel is quite value for money the hospitality is so good with a bell boy to help you to your room and show you parts of the hotel the hotel was very clean in all of the common areas and the room cleaned everyday with new towels the only downside was the rule about not being able to flush tissue down the toilet it is not the hotels fault just a thing to know about Greece the room was cleaned very nicely there was a bit of noise from the entertainment for some of the rooms but not others however the entertainment ended at 11pm so people could sleep the food was good with lots of selection however the breakfast was the same every morning but had lots of different things for all pallets the entertainment was not the greatest there was not a lot of seating which deterred some people away while we were there there was some form of fashion show on Tuesday Greek dance on Thursday in karaoke on Wednesday and bingo on Friday Kalithea springs are a 30 minute walk away but there are very nice views along the way the bus into Rhodes town is €2.50 per person however some do not allow ice cream on board

I opted for the deep tissue massage and my experience was way beyond excellent! From start to finish this was perfect as I really needed a massage. Would highly recommend . 5*+++

We had the most lovely stay as a family of 6 (children aged 8-15). The site is so spacious and gorgeous. The rooms we had were basic (swim up ones look fancier) but they were very clean and beds were super comfy. Food was varied and the delicious, and there was always something for everyone. The animations team were so friendly and really took the time to get to know everyone (special mention for Kiko who was great fun and always went the extra mile). We would definitely visit again (and we don’t say that often as we like to try new places!)

Dejligt hotel, med super skønt personale, der virkelig kræser om dig (tak til især Niki (tjener i restauranten) der virkelig forstod at forkæle dig og som virkelig elskede sit job). Skøn pool, og privat pool. Lækker poolbar, og baren på hotellet var et hit. Morgen og aften buffet var helt i top. Vil sige helt i top.

Ulempen er stenstrand, og meget terræn. Men din kondition bliver kun bedre efter sådan en uge😉 Ligger langt ude, ikke meget indkøbs muligheder i nærheden, men fin butik på hotellet, der har åbent til sent aften.

The swim up pool outside the rooms was the only good thing about the property.

The most terrible customer service ever experienced. We had 3 rooms booked for a group of 13 of us, and our cash got stolen from 2 rooms and when we informed the reception desk about this, they completely dismissed us and showed no empathy nor tried to investigate it further.

Location was very good, 10 min to old town. The breakfast was also very good.

The reception staff was nit very friendly. I asked few hours late check-out but they refused it and told me that I need to oay for extra hours. Never experienced anything like that before.

It was in a great location! The swim out pool was the highlight for our kids. Buffet breakfast was great too!

The bathroom needs an update as it’s very outdated, and the facilities don’t work properly. Also, there was lots of noise from other guests at night. The building echoes a lot, and the walls are not noise-proof. We were up all hours of the night because of the loud noises.

Wir waren zu zweit dort, mein Mann und Ich. Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich mit vielen Kindern. Es gibt einen großen Pool, 2 Restaurants, Mini Market, Entertainment. Der Ausblick war zum Meer ausgerichtet, dafür haben wir extra bezahlt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit! Ich empfehle die Restaurants/Tavernas außerhalb des Hotels, insbesondere Kalamari Ρένη, Koskinou 851 00, Griechenland- Thunfisch Steak, sau lecker. Allgemein hatten wir nur Frühstück, und aßen immer außerhalb, das war köstlich!

Die Preis-Leistung Verhältnis, denn das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Worüber ich geschockt war ist die Tatsache, dass es keinen Strand direkt am Hotel gibt, sondern der kleine Strandbereich gehört zum Hotel nebenan. Wir haben uns zwar ein Platz gefunden unter den Liegen auf einer Fläche vorm Strand, aber durch die Bilderdarstellung auf der Website hatte ich das Hotel ganz anders wahrgenommen zuvor, als es tatsächlich war.

אהבנו מאוד את הדירה שבה שהינו- רחבת יידים, מטבח גדול ומקרר. הצוות היה מקסים ושירותי. ארוחת בוקר מפנקת ועשירה. בריכה נהדרת עם בר ומסעדה.

היו קלקולים קטנים, ברז שלא עבד, קיר לא יציב, כמה מנורות שלא עבדו. שהגישה לחוף היתה פחות נוחה.

Masser af plads, så man mærker ikke der er mange mennesker. Personalet er rare og ordentlige, så det er skønt at være på Kresten Palace.

Akustikken i restauranten er meget dårlig, så der er desværre meget larm. De burde måske montere akustikplader på søjler og i loftet. Deres wellness afdeling er skrabet og det ikke den bedste massage og ansigtsbehandling vi har fået- spring det over eller find noget et andet sted.

Всичко, настаниха ни в стая с личен басейн, храната беше уникална и разнообразна. Персоналът е страхотен.

I can’t fault Kreston Palace. We came as a group of six with two young kids and they didn’t miss a beat, the food was varied and top quality, especially considering it was a buffet format. The service was incredible, always going out of their way to make it special and cater for your needs. The animation team are also incredible, full of energy, activities all day and entertainment into the evening. We were stressed about coming away with the kids for the first time and I can honestly say it was the best holiday we have had! 5 stars all the way. Thank you Kreston Palace.

The hotel needs renovation. You expect more from a 4 star hotel. Too much noise during the night.

The hotel was brilliant. We had an issue with our original room and the staff moved us with no issues. All the staff are very good. Our kids (aged 10 and 14) had kids massages whilst here and they loved them. They loved them so much, they went back for a second one. Bus stop right outside and easy transfer to Rhodes town. Enough things to do in the day ( darts, mini golf, volleyball). Food was good. All in all an excellent holiday.

My stay at the Kresten Palace Hotel was fantastic. The hillside location overlooking the beautiful Kallithea beach offered stunning panoramic views that made every moment relaxing. The hospitality was exceptional, especially from the restaurant staff; Margarita and Miranda were incredibly warm and welcoming at every meal, making us feel like family. I also had a wonderful experience with the reception team, who were always kind and helpful with any questions or requests.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for the first time and had a very pleasant experience overall. We chose it because of the large pool and the positive reviews. With just a few improvements, our stay would have been a 10/10. Despite a few shortcomings, I would happily stay here again. LOCATION: The hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Rhodes Old Town. It's close to the sea, with several supermarkets just a 5-minute drive away (50% cheaper for essentials like sunscreen than in the hotel's mini-market). There wasn't much within walking distance; the nearest tavernas were about 20 minutes away. BREAKFAST: Breakfast offered a good variety of options that changed slightly each day. The dessert buffet and selection of Greek yogurts were excellent. The only downside was that the machine juices were always warm, which was disappointing. STAFF: The staff were exceptional throughout the hotel. They were genuinely friendly, clearly enjoyed working together, and created a welcoming atmosphere. Seeing them receive drawings and high-fives from children speaks for itself. POOL AREA: The pool area was spacious, clean, and never felt too crowded, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool bar had a good drinks selection, while the poolside restaurant offered friendly service but a rather limited menu. A pebble beach with easy sea access via steps was just a 5-minute walk away. HOTEL ATMOSPHERE & CLEANLINESS: The hotel was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with a calm, minimalist style. Rooms were cleaned daily, although towels were only replaced on request. The illuminated pool and palm trees created a stunning atmosphere at night. PARKING: There was a large car park, and we never had any trouble finding a space for our rental car.

POOLSIDE RESTAURANT: The hotel only had one poolside restaurant, and unfortunately its menu was limited for a hotel this size. Of course, this is partly a matter of personal preference, but for anyone who prefers chicken over red meat, there were very few options. For example, chicken gyros wasn't available at all, even though it's something you'll usually find almost everywhere in Greece. SHOWER FACILITIES AFTER CHECK-OUT: If you need to shower after checking out (for example before an evening flight) the facilities are rather outdated. There are separate men's and women's shower rooms on level -2, but for some reason the shower room door wouldn't close or lock properly. As a result, changing clothes and showering felt quite uncomfortable because the door to the corridor remained partially open the entire time. GYM & LUGGAGE STORAGE: The gym was quite small and felt rather disorganised for a hotel of this standard. The luggage storage arrangements could certainly be improved. Guests were asked to leave their suitcases in a small room that remained unlocked and accessible to everyone. We've stayed in lower-rated hotels where every suitcase was tagged before being stored, so this felt like an unexpected oversight. AIR CONDITIONING IN THE OLYMPIA RESTAURANT: Breakfast was served in the Olympia Restaurant, which surprisingly had no air conditioning. Every morning we found ourselves sweating while eating breakfast, which also affected our appetite. In such a large dining room the lack of proper ventilation was very noticeable. COCKTAIL BAR: The hotel's cocktail bar had a sports-themed design, which felt completely out of place compared to the hotel's otherwise elegant aesthetic. All the classic cocktails were available, but many of them were prepared with flavoured syrups, making them taste overly sweet and less premium than expected from a hotel this ”nice”.

We had a great experience. All staff were the most welcome and friendly possible. We had Breakfast and Dinner included and the food was so fresh and with so many options. Rafael and Raquel always looked after our table and they were so nice and professional. The housekeeper lady from the 4th floor close to the pool was so polite and helpful too. Our room had everything we needed and it was always clean. Facilities were 5 star with 2 swimming pools, spa, gym, pool bar, pool restaurant where we had several lunches ( really affordable) . Animation Team definitely 5 star. They were all so friendly and they always try to get us including the kids involved in the several activities such as Yoga which I did several times, darts , goof, volleyball, ping pong, gymnastics in the pool, kids disco and of course night entertainment such as shows, bingo, parades. We will definitely try to go back to Kresten Palace Hotel. We already had experience in a 5 star hotel in Rhodes and we have to stay that Kresten Palace still our favourite one.

Location - the hotel is located very close to the sea with easy access to it. sunbeds were free. It was quite crowded around the hotel pool. Atmosphere - perfect Service - we are very grateful for the very kind staff in the restaurant. Our big thanks go to Margarita + Miranda, who took great care of us every morning at breakfast and especially at dinner during our entire stay! They advised us where to sit, what to drink and what to try from the local cuisine. They made our time here more enjoyable, comfortable And cheerfull the whole time. Thank you very much!!! Rooms - they are OK, we had rooms with a view of the sea and the pool. Cleanliness - The rooms were cleaned daily, the beds made, the trash taken out of the bins, the towels replaced with clean ones, and a small snack in the form of coffee was provided. You can made it or tea yourself at the room due to kettle in the room. If you need it, you could cold your drinks in the small fridge. And in the summer it was really good for next days.

I stayed at the Kristal Palace Hotel for a week. The atmosphere here was breathtaking, with the help of the team of animators. I want to refer in particular to KIKO, the team manager. He managed to keep the world going all day, with activities such as Darts, WhaterZumba. We would like to thank him for all his time, for his involvement and for his effort. Let's not forget about the evenings of team games, fun and the music he mixes. KIKO is not only an animator but also a friend who takes into account a lot (the jokes from the past evenings, names, nicknames, the country you come from). It is really appreciated that every evening he greeted us in Romanian, even though he did not know without Google Translate. We thank KIKO for all his time and effort. (besides him, Giorgio, Mr. Darts, Vallentina, were very helpful and friendly). Honestly, I would go back to the hotel once again just for KIKO's activities.

The pool isn’t accessible, its very far from the rooms. The most important thing to us was the cleanliness- it was below average. The rooms were not so clean, even after room cleaning we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper and we would have to wait a lot to get them. My bed sheets was dirty and they didn’t change it until I asked so. The staff was nice when we were still visitors of the hotel, but the moment we had to check out, they became so rude and started calling us to leave the rooms without any consideration that we have a baby. The policy of the pool towels is disgusting- you can only changer them every two or three days even though they are soaked in water and chlorine. The kids club isn’t available enough.

Однако при выселении деньги не вернули, объяснив это какими-то дополнительными услугами, о которых нас никто заранее не предупреждал. Создалось впечатление, что это просто способ взять с гостей дополнительные деньги. Внешне персонал очень приветливый и всегда улыбается, но, к сожалению, после нашего опыта сложилось совсем другое впечатление. Из-за такого отношения и уровня сервиса отдых был серьезно испорчен. Лично я не могу рекомендовать этот отель и больше сюда не вернусь.

The hotel design was fine and tne animation was fun. We had a snack for lunch at the pool that was good.

The breakfast was made of basic food (Aldi type or worst). The buffet evening dinner was also not good at all but hopefully we found excellent restaurants a few km away in Faliraki. The worst was the cleanliness, during a week, I dont think that the the exterior corridors were sweeped with birds nests, honeycombs, dead insects tree leaves and so on.

The hotel looked nice in the photos, but the reality was very different. The room felt dirty and poorly maintained, with damaged doors and a very unattractive bathroom. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the tiny pillow made it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was also incredibly slow, so we ended up using our mobile data instead. We only booked this hotel for one night because our flight was delayed by a day, and thankfully that was the case. I can't imagine staying there for an entire week. This was a very disappointing experience, and I certainly would not consider it a four-star hotel. Considering the price, I would definitely choose a different hotel next time.

Nice hotel area with enough of sunbeds, so everyone can enjoy. Although it is a big hotel, it felt comfortable. Pool is nice for small kids and bigger ones also as there is shallow water and on the otherside deeper water. Beautiful pool area and good lunch options.

The rooms are very basic some are very small some are very big depends how lucky you are when allocated. We were a family asking for 3 separate rooms to be located close together the person on their own got a massive room others were in different building. Staff did move us and were helpful but consideration when allocating rooms and room size is important especially a small room by a door that slams above entertainment with a baby ! We had a great stay! The beautiful views, plenty of activities, and spacious surroundings made it easy to relax and have fun. Our favorite part was the private swim-up pool. We also loved the easy access to the beach through the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the cocktails at Blu Pool Bar were excellent, and we really enjoyed the daily evening shows. We would definitely come back!
