The food can be better and our phone didnt work and was not fixed also we saw a rat outside our room.

​​Where do we even begin? This hotel falls completely short of 5-star standards in almost every category. ​Dining & Food Quality - ​Buffet & Food Quality: The buffet food was mediocre and unappealing. Worse, dining windows are extremely tight (lunch is only 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM), and staff routinely begin closing bars, buffets, and snack stations 15 to 30 minutes early. ​Specialty Restaurants: Booking a table at the themed restaurants is virtually impossible. Guests are forced to rely on customer relations, who simply assign whatever random reservation they feel like giving you. ​Coffee & Beverages: There is only one real espresso machine on the entire property at a bar that does not open until 10:00 AM. Everywhere else, you are served instant powder coffee. ​Lack of Room Service / Flexibility: On our first night, my wife had to stay in the room with our child and missed dinner. I asked several restaurant managers if I could bring a single plate back to our room, but I was repeatedly turned down. Eventually, a manager let me take a leftover plate from the buffet as it was closing at 9:30 PM. A very disappointing meal for a resort claiming to be "all-inclusive." ​Room & Accommodations - ​Bungalows: We stayed in the bungalow section, which felt dated, worn, and poorly maintained. ​Comfort & Amenities: The curtains failed to block out the sunlight, making early mornings difficult. The bed was extremely uncomfortable due to a ill-fitting foam topper that did not match the mattress size. ​Bathroom Setup: The shower lacked a rainfall head, and the handheld shower hose was so short that I had to bend over just to wash my hair. ​Service & Hospitality ​Arrival: Upon arrival, no staff were present to help us unload or carry our luggage to reception. ​Restaurant Management: Restaurant managers were noticeably rude and aggressive.

Loved the beach area and all the restaurants and staff around the beach The maid service was exceptional the reception staff were helpful and welcoming The entertainment was brilliant in the evenings and during the day at the beach The food quality was amazing in the Greek meze the Italian and both those restaurants during the day including the staff there especially the lovely waiter who greets you every morning with coffee and a smile at the beach breakfast restaurant The sea and the water sports were good and also plenty of sunbeds around all day long down at the beach. Also the lady who makes the cocktails at the bar in the main building was amazing and very accommodating making us a couple of drinks not in the menu and was so friendly and smiley. The gift shop is great and reasonably priced

We only stayed for 4 days luckily we had two restaurants booked for us in advance else we wouldn’t have got a look in as they were booked up fully for 6 nights in advance and then when we visited the restaurants they never seemed full at all. The staff around the bottom of the pool weren’t as friendly and my sons were actually turned away for drinks at one point. There did seem to be a different vibe around the pool where the sunbeds were reserved but not as bad as I’ve seen at other hotels and also expected around peak season.

Pool suite is excellent for the families with kids. We spent all day in our suite while our daugther enjoying the pool. there is a bar near the pool, we ate our lunch and breakfast easily. after 2 days the barman knew our taste if drinks and sent us our favourite drinks with a nice presentation :) ala carte restaurants were perfect with different menus and drinks. our suite is 5 minute walking distance to the sea. The sea was nice very clean there were a lot of fishes in the sea.

Standard of cleaning in the room was very poor, food other than the Peruvian restaurant was poor, shower in the bathroom was a shower attachment in a small bath and tv didn’t work the entire time we were there

Excellent beach with amazing water for swimming. Reception staff in particular were very helpful & cleaning staff kept our room clean. Spa staff came round to talk about services but weren't pushy. Entertainment team work an incredibly long day and do their best to offer something for everyone (we were regulars at the mini disco!) Alongside outside singers there was always something to do. Played mini golf one day which was a nice break & would also recommend the glass bottom boat that operates from the beach (not hotel affiliated) as a way to kill an hour. Easy to book a taxi to old town etc through reception. Swimming pool was also nice & even as a group of 6 we always got a space.

Food & drink!! None of the soft drinks taste right (too watered down) and the mocktails are all heavy on syrup. Alcohol drinks did fare a bit better. The buffet is standard fare, but the a la carte restaurants were a dissappointment. Would describe every meal as just fine & service varied wildly. Nothing unedible or anything like that, just didn't match with other reviews we have seen. After 7 nights we'd all had enough & ate off sight one night to get a break. Would say we felt we paid a lot for what we got. Bar service is also always slow & no waiter service. Top tip beds are rock hard ask for a topper!

Quartos não são modernos, muito pequenos para uma família com 4 pessoas. Nosso quarto estava com limpeza que deixou a desejar, inclusive tivemos 2 baratas em dois dias. Banheiro minúsculo, sem circulação de ar.

The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. Really exceptional service that made the holiday even better. The padel court is a great feature of the hotel and the number of restaurants meant that we didn’t tire of the food offerings.

The hotel could be improved if there was a premium drinks upgrade available. Some of the sports facilities were a bit tired e.g. the table tennis tables were not straight - didn’t stop us having fun though.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were great and we kindly got upgraded to pool view bungalow suites which made a massive difference to us today as this gave you access to a separate lounge bar and pool. Overall, the hotel was lovely with a huge number of restaurants. A top tip is to go to the à la carte restaurant for breakfast and lunch at the beach buffet rather than the main buffet. The drinks were also a really good variety definitely try the cocktails. Definitely go to the Peruvian restaurant and the Teppanyaki restaurant. We thought the grill restaurant wasn’t worth the time.

The room we were in had Aircon but not in the bedroom section which made the night quite hot. We were pleased to be upgraded very kindly by the staff at the hotel to the bungalow suites without this we think we would’ve struggled with the selection at the main buffet as that doesn’t have many options.

I just loved our stay here. The staff are really great! The bartenders in Amazonica are really nice! The location was also great since it was in the middle of the airport, old town and 1 hour from Lindos! Will definitely come back here! Foods and drinks were really really good! There were a lot of sports activities, gym, everything is there. Massage was also great!

Just the entertainment, it would have been nicer if the music are consistent in every part of the resort example the beach area, the bars. But overall, really perfect!

Hotel Facilities, Staff were extremely friendly and happy and food was delicious in all restaurants we tried, high standard of cleanliness in the hotel areas, we especially enjoyed the cocktail bar in the evening so much attention to detail was made by the lady making them

We stayed in a bungalow and was a bit disappointed wishing we had booked in the main hotel, the rooms needs upgrading as are looking tired the outdoor area and furniture was dirty and we had to request that it be cleaned but that was attended to almost immediately so can’t complain really

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very cozy, making our stay truly comfortable and relaxing. The main restaurant always offered something new to try, and the food was consistently delicious. The hotel also has several à la carte restaurants, all of which served wonderful meals and created a lovely dining experience. The cocktails at the beach bar were especially tasty and definitely our favorites. The drinks at the pool bar near the main building were a bit less impressive in comparison. The beach is made of fine pebbles, so we would recommend bringing water shoes for more comfortable swimming. However, the sea itself is absolutely stunning — crystal clear and beautiful. We would highly recommend this hotel and are already planning to return again next year.

I liked everything!

If we could rate this hotel higher than a 10, we absolutely would. It’s incredible. From the wide choice of à la carte restaurants (especially Miraflores) to the Lounge 800 area for bungalow pool-view guests, the beachfront, and the entertainment—everything is thoughtfully done. We arrived on opening day, which gave us the unique chance to experience the hotel at its calmest and then gradually see it come to life. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every team member goes above and beyond, always warm and smiling despite how busy it gets. Check-in was seamless, and the upgrade along with multiple bottles of sparkling wine made our anniversary and both our birthdays feel extra special. When my husband unfortunately broke his thumb (not hotel-related), the staff checked in on him daily, which was very thoughtful. A special thank you to Victoria from customer service—she is an absolute star. Of course, you could nitpick a few minor things—sometimes it takes a bit longer to receive your drinks at the beach. At the main bar some orders don’t go exactly as planned, and the evening entertainment is quite short and repeated during our one-week stay. Also, there isn’t much in the immediate surroundings, so having a car is recommended. That said, the effort, and care of the staff truly stand out and make this place special. Thanks to the staff for everything—you made our stay unforgettable. When we return to Rhodes, we will definitely be back.

Staff are going above and beyond. Spiros on reception asked to mention him, and of course I want to mention amazing Olga and Adonia from SPA and Victoriya from guest relations, but if I could I would mention each and every person - they create a truly 5 star experience. Food is fantastic, bungalous comfortable, April is amazing time to visit!

La gentillesse du personnel, le bar principal et sa vue exceptionnelle, les différents restaurants à thème, la variété des buffets dans chacun des restaurants, les cocktails... Nous venions pour nos 2 ans de mariage et j'avais demandé une attention particulière pour faire une surprise à mon mari : nous avons eu une chambre vue sur mer et l'hôtel avait déjà réservé 3 dîners dans les restaurants à thème avant notre arrivée. Maria à l'accueil fait un travail extraordinaire pour satisfaire les clients et l'ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins pour que les séjour soit fabuleux ! Point positif également, qui ne l'est pas pour tout le monde : les travaux d'amélioration en ce début de saison qui montrent que l'hôtel veut s'améliorer et se renouveler! Bravo et encore merci pour ces 4 nuits qui nous ont fait le plus grand bien!

S'il fallait dire quelque chose, je dirais le matelas un peu trop ferme à mon goût mais ça se discute...

What an incredible hotel! So beautifully decorated, such a vibe. Staff are wonderful. The food selection is incredible, so many different restaurants- even for breakfast & lunch. Garden Bungalow was clean and spacious. This is the first hotel I’ve genuinely been excited to return to. What a gem!

I really love this hotel. This was my third stay, and I could definitely consider coming back again because I enjoy the location and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. However, this year I found it very difficult to find suitable options at dinner. Almost all of the dishes contained pork. In previous years, there were always some pork dishes too, but I had never seen the menu so heavily focused on it. For someone who doesn’t eat pork, it was really hard to find food — even for vegetarians, I think it would be difficult. This year, I was honestly disappointed with the food. Other than that, as I said, I truly love the hotel and would stay again, but I kindly ask you to pay more attention to this issue with the menu.

We initially were booked to another hotel and cancelled to come to Eden Roc the day of check in. Eden Roc team facilitated a last minute room booking, greeted us with champagne and settled us down after a rocky first day on the island due to the condition of another hotel we were due to stay at. There were plenty of things to do, places to eat and the people were phenomenal. From the receptionists, to the restaurant and bar staff to the pool/maintenance team they were brilliant and went from saving our holiday to making it one of the most memorable.

Our room was right outside the laundry bay so a lot of traffic outside the room in the morning when the maids did their rounds, nothing too bad though!

Amazing people, paradise view, warm and clean water, nice beach. There were lots of restaurants and bars (also by the beach). The restaurants by the beach gave us the opportunity to have a nice meal, while admiring the incredible view. The waiters and the waitresses were very nice and polite. The people at the reception were very responsive and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily. Our cleanliness grade for this hotel is 10+. Thank you very much for making us feel like home.

Fabulous resort hotel. The private beach area next to the hotel was amazing, with plenty of loungers available. The food was amazing with plenty of choices at all meal times throughout the various restaurants. Fabulous cocktails and drinks in the bar. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the bar and reception. Tsampikos in guest relations was very accommodating, he helped us with booking all the dinner restaurants we wanted to visit and checked to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

It felt like a sanctuary. What truly sets Eden Roc apart is the exceptional staff, especially Eleni and Tsampikos. Eleni radiates warmth and hospitality—she made us feel like family from the very first day. Her attention to detail and genuine care turned every interaction into a joy. And Tsampikos? A legend. His energy, humor, and dedication to making guests feel welcome is unmatched. Whether offering local tips or simply sharing a laugh, he made our stay unforgettable.

Amazing hotel and location - lots of issues trying to book restaurants - then when you get in they are not full - maybe because first week of the season and staffing issues - other than that we had a great week and think it’s very good value for money.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and from start to finish, the experience was amazing. The level of service was fantastic. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I especially want to give thanks to Soubi the Barman who looked after us all holiday. You are a credit to the hotel. The room was very clean and had an amazing sea views from the balcony. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and everything—from the linens to the bathroom—was spotless. The amenities were another highlight. Whether it was the fitness centre, sports facilities, pool or on-site dining options, everything was to an excellent standard. One of the standout features of my visit was the hotel’s onsite restaurants. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, the service was great, and nearly every dish I tried was absolutely delicious. There was only one of the restaurants that we didn’t really enjoy which was the grill. However It’s rare to find a hotel with such a large choice of restaurants that could easily stand on thier own, but these exceeded all expectations. All the staff work so hard and guest relations are always on hand if you require help booking into the restaurant. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay. We will certainly be returning.
