Wspaniały elegancki hotel, pokoje czyściutkie, prywatny basen był wspaniałym dodatkiem. URozmaicone pyszne jedzenie, fajna plaża z możliwością nurkowania, zajęcia pilatesu. Wypoczęłyśmy wspaniale. Stosunek jakości do ceny wypada baardzo korzystnie

Die ersten 2 Tage keine frischen Handtücher od Strandtücher, tote Fliegen blieben am Boden …keine Handtücher od Desinfektionsmittel im Gym, ziemlich mitgenommene Geräte, kein Flaschenöffner für gekaufte Weinflaschen vom Shop im Zimmer u wurde auch nicht behobennach 2maligem Nachfragen. Dafür alles andere perfekt.

Good size room, the private pool is fabulous, well worth the extra cost. Very clean, the whole hotel has great standard of cleanliness. All staff we encountered were so polite and friendly. The food was a really high standard and great choice. All inclusive is definitely worth it, so many options of good quality food and drinks. Some drinks and waters were left for us as complimentary in the room which was welcomed. There is a private beach very near that is really nice with loungers and umbrellas. When we arrived the towels were shaped into swans on the bed with some flowers added, a really nice touch, I had mentioned it was part of our honeymoon trip when booking. Very comfortable bed. The evening entertainment was great, nice variety, we enjoyed it. Rented a car from George who is in the lobby daily, good price and he gave us good recommendations. Overall a lovely stay 😊

The hotel maintenance men were working around the pool cutting the hedges etc for two of our three day stay, really nice guys and hard workers but it meant we couldn't be out by the pool as much as we wanted to which was a pity, not their fault of course but just wasn't ideal.

La camera con vista mare.. la ristorazione veramente eccellente. La gentilezza dello staff... Nota positiva gli orari della colazione dalle 6.30. L all inclusive è anche troppo x il cibo. La flessibilità alle richieste è degna di nota. La piscina fronte mare è di acqua salata e adiacente c è il bistrot Dell A.I. la palestra è ben fornita e funzionale..

Molte proposte al bar sono a pagamento snche con A.I. Manca un area adults only. E in questo periodo le famiglie sono molto numerose. I ristoranti tematici.. risultano completi.. e impossibli da prenotare. Al nostro arrivo il minibar era vuoto.

אכזב שבשעות עומס לא היו יותר מיטות שיזוף פנויות בבריכות ולא ניתן להוסיף לא מיטות ואפילו לא כסא רגיל. משלמים הרבה אז מצפים שיהיה איפה לשבת בבריכה....

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The private pool was absolutely fantastic and made our holiday even more relaxing and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the food was also excellent, with a great variety and delicious flavors. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

One thing to keep in mind: there are quite a lot of cats around the hotel, so if you are allergic to cats, this might not be the best choice for you.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also great, with everything we needed nearby. Overall, a very pleasant experience and definitely a place I would be happy to stay at again. Highly recommended!

Den privata poolen

Hotellet saknar väldigt mycket för en fem stjärigt hotell. Ingen barnklubb eller någon skrivit över huvudtaget. En väldigt dålig show på kvällen är inte tillräckligt, all inklusive var sådär, maten upprepar sig och personalen visade sig besvärade när jag berättade att jag är allergisk mot gluten. Det var inte prisvärt för den prisklassen.

The resort has beautiful views and the staff was very welcoming. The main restaurant Gaia has a nice selection of delicious meals, the manager and staff at “Gaia” are very friendly. The hotel has a private beach.

Работа бассейна с 10 до 18 часов. Нет большого выбора алкоголя, тот что есть из дешевых. Обед и ужин, голодным не останешься, но всё мясное или перитушено или сухое. Специфические приправы, которые не каждому подойдут. Полотенца для бассейна под залог, 10 💶 за штуку. Азиатский ресторан полное разочарование - самообслуживание, из еды нудельс курица в сладком соусе и не понятная свинина. Итальянский ресторан интересна только равиоли на старт и десерт, не стоит потраченного времени. Подушки ужасные. Кровати раздельные и постоянно разъезжаются .

A complete disappointment. This hotel operates a systematic overbooking scam on families. Upon arrival, we were told our original rooms were 'unavailable' and were forced into a shared suite with zero privacy. After speaking with two other independent families during our stay, we realized the hotel uses the exact same script on other guests to force downgrades. On top of that, the rooms are dated and poorly maintained (peeling paint and visible wear). Definitely not a 5-star experience. Beware of their room games אכזבה מוחלטת. המלון הזה מפעיל עוקץ רישום-יתר (אוברבוקינג) שיטתי על משפחות. עם ההגעה, נאמר לנו שהחדרים המקוריים שלנו 'אינם זמינים' ונאלצנו לעבור לסוויטה משותפת עם אפס פרטיות. לאחר ששוחחנו עם שתי משפחות עצמאיות אחרות במהלך השהות שלנו, הבנו שהמלון משתמש באותו תסריט בדיוק על אורחים נוספים כדי לאלץ שנמוך חדרים. בנוסף לזה, החדרים מיושנים ומתוחזקים בצורה ירודה (צבע מתקלף ובלאי נראה לעין). בהחלט לא חוויה של 5 כוכבים. תיזהרו ממשחקי החדרים שלהם.

This is a fabulous hotel because the staff are so committed to providing a top level service and make sure you enjoy what they appreciate is your hard earned and much needed holiday. It is exceptionally clean, food is good quality, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. I recommend a stay here and will be returning.

Food was nice and the all inclusive nature of the resort made things easy

We turned up after messaging if our room was ready early as transferring from another 5 star hotel and told yes, so got a taxi to arrive and find it was not, so put in another lower graded room. This was at midday, we didn’t get into our actual room until past 6pm as they allowed the previous guest to check out at 4pm, despite our paid and booked check in time being 3pm- there was little care for this inconvenience. The gym on site is in a terrible condition, damaged equipment, rusty, poor air con- definitely not a 5 star resort like Ammades all suites where we had come from- would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice gym. Some of the entertainment was a bit low ball, and generally the resort was packed with guests. Luckily we had a private pool royal suite, but if you’re looking for the peace and standards of a 5 star, this is not it, very disappointing. It’s probably more aligned to a mid range 4 star package hotel type report.

Very clean, spacious, a lot of room at the pools which was great! Selection of food was brilliant for value of money.

Location wasn’t great for getting out, not a lot close by but not that the hotel can do much about that! More options at the reception bar for drinks. Main evening bar was very small, not big enough for the hotel guests. Male manager in main restaurant was very rude and unfriendly. Sauna was not included in stay had to pay which was disappointing as didn’t know in advance.

Поехали отпраздновать день рождения жены на пару дней — отель приятно удивил вниманием: сделали апгрейд номера и подарили бутылку шампанского. Территория огромная, ухоженная, с красивыми видами и уютной атмосферой. Питание достойное — разнообразие блюд и отличное качество. Отдельная благодарность персоналу за заботу, внимание и помощь в организации цветов — всё было на высшем уровне.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort. We stayed in a Junior Suite with Private Pool. The cleanliness of the room, the resort and facilities were great. We mainly used the main Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and evening meal and the food was always excellent and the choices amazing with something for everyone. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, our room was kept spotless and all the staff and cooks in the main restaurant worked extremely hard. A special mention must go to Argiro and Stergias who made our holiday extra special and memorable.

Guten Tag, wir haben am 20.09.25 gebucht vom 25.09.25 bis 02.10.25. Und es war einfach der Hammer dass wir das beste Zimmer (Aussicht usw.) erhalten haben. Aussicht auf den Hafen von Rhodos, wo wir diverse Kreuzfahrtschiffe auch mit Feldstecher beobachten konnten. Da wir einen Privaten Pool hatten konnten wir uns sehr gut entspannen und das Essen war auch sehr gut. Wir waren zum 2ten Mal hier und wir wurden gleich wiedererkannt. :-) Und jeden Mittag wurde für uns (wie das letzte Mal) den Tisch im inneren vorne links für uns reserviert. Einfach super klasse dieser Service. Leider konnten wir uns nicht persönlich bei Ihr verabschieden, aber ich hoffe, dass sie das auf diesem Weg so lesen kann. Da wir nur im Zimmer oder im Hotel unterwegs waren, kann ich die Umgebung nicht beurteilen. Wir haben kein Auto gemietet. Sonst einen Transfer in die "Hauptstadt" macht auch keinen Sinn wenn gleich 3 Kreuzfahrtschiffe am Tag und noch weitere Segelschiffe am Hafen andocken um Rhodos zu erkundigen. Pool Top, Personal Top und unser Zimmer ist eh der Hammer. Bitte leitet diese Nachricht an die sehr nette Frau (leider kennen wir Ihren Namen nicht) vom Gaia weiter wo uns wie VIP behandelt hat. Sie ist einfach Super. Wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüsse

My wife and I have just returned from the Kresten Royal and had a truly wonderful holiday. The hotel is ideally located, just a short drive from the airport and close to Rhodes Town. There are also a few local bars within walking distance. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade to a junior suite with a sea view. It was a lovely gesture and really set the tone for our stay. As we arrived just before midnight, we were driven to our room in a large golf buggy, a thoughtful touch, as we would have struggled to find it in the dark otherwise. The hotel itself is spotless. The cleaning team clearly work tirelessly to maintain such high standards. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming, no matter where we went. One thing we particularly appreciated was the relaxed vibe around the pool area, there was no need to rush out early in the morning to claim a sunbed. No matter what time we arrived, there were always plenty available, which made our days by the pool much more enjoyable. The food in the main restaurant and pool bar was good, with a nice variety that changed daily. Our only small suggestion would be for the food to be served hotter, which would have made the experience even better. We’d also like to give a few special mentions: Pool Bar: Tea and Kostas were incredibly friendly and a pleasure to chat with. Main Bar: George and Petros are absolute stars. No matter how busy it got, they served everyone with a smile and such professionalism. Their knowledge of the drinks was impressive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel is very lucky to have them, they really made our holiday memorable. For fun, we even nicknamed George “Naughty George” after he got my wife a little tipsy one evening! All in all, we had a lovely time at the Kresten Royal and would happily return in the future.

במקרה שלנו סוויטה על בריכה פרטית..חדר מהמם אבל כנראה בתקופה של סוף ספטמבר לא מומלץ כלל ..הבריכות קרות מאוד. כמו כן להזמין ארוחה באחת המסעדות במלון פחות מומלץ עדיף ללכת לחדר האוכל.

Liked the private pool aspect of the hotel, however it wasn't positioned in the sun so was a little cold, even later in the day. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and plenty of space for everyone.

If it wasnt for paying for an upgraded room and having our own pool then we'd properly have had a worse time here. I agree with a lot of the reviews, this is not a 5 star hotel more like 3. Cocktails were absolutely rubbish and just thrown together and tasted horrible! Upon check in we were given zero information and were just handed a map. Prior to our arrival we emailed the hotel asking if we could pay for late check in and they offered us a late check out at 4pm at no extra cost. I asked the guy about our check out time when checking in and all he said was don't worry. 2pm came on our last day and a group of housemaids were knocking and we informed them we have late check out. We then received a phone call stating that we had to leave as new lodgers were waiting and the late check out was based on availability despite having an email clearly stating that we could check out af 4pm. We weren't ready at all to leave as we hadn't quite packed and had just gotten out of a shower so at this point we were rushing. By the time we checked out the staff at the check in desk were pretty unfriendly and it felt like after all the money we had spent for the week were now unwelcome. Horrible! The food was so so average and we dreaded breakfast, lunch and dinner by the third day! Most days were the same food but made differently. The main restaurant staff weren't great either. Forgot our drinks on every sitting.

leider hatte die Bar bei der Rezeption nicht offen für einen Begrüßungsdrink leider sind die Betten viel zu weich; und die Schlafcouch leider auch sehr durchgelegen Kühlschrank könnte täglich mit allen Getränken aufgefüllt werden (wenn schon All-In) Terrasse Zimmer: 4 Sessel wären toll sowie ein normaler Tisch (Gartentisch) damit eine Familie z.B. Spiele spielen kann Getränke: leider wenig internationale Getränke; Cocktails oft viel zu stark gemixt; kein Crash-Eis bei Mojito Gläser und Geschirr tw. schon in die Jahre gekommen Restaurantmanager hat oft mit Personal vor Gästen diskutiert (passt nicht und sollte er anders lösen) Leider kein Außenbereich beim Restaurant (nur Wintergarten) und die Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen

We had the room with the private pool so that was really great. The location was good and easy to get to Rhodes town. Views were beautiful.

A few things: - Lock on the room door was very flimsy and felt unsafe. - food and drinks were just ok. Loads to choose from but not the greatest quality. - staff weren’t always the friendliest but maybe a language barrier. Didn’t explain what is included in our package and their app is outdated where it explains the package. - room was old and there was mould in the bathrooms. - shower gel bottles were broken. We asked to fix it but no one came about. Didn’t bother asking again so just bought what we needed. - we left the towels on the floor once indicating that we would like them changed and by the looks of it, the towels were just folded back in place.

We had a wonderful stay there with our extended family to celebrate my in-laws 70th birthdays. Great service everywhere, nice rooms, very good food and drinks, nice amenities. There were plenty of sunbeds available, even later in the mornings. This resort is very clean and well maintained. Make sure you go to the Aura (Greek) a-la-carte restaurant for dinner. It’s not an adult only resort but it’s a quiet one. They had aqua gym during weekdays but wouldn’t try to convince you to join, which I really appreciated. Special mentions: - Susanna and the buffet manager (sorry I forgot his name): they went above and beyond to ensure we made special memories - Michael Angelo from the spa: he was unbelievably kind and offered my mom one of the best massages she’s had - Alexander: exceptional service at the Aura restaurant and buffet

L'architecture de l'hôtel m'a véritablement ébloui, elle est tout simplement superbe, et les chambres sont d'une beauté exceptionnelle. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent, surpassant même nos attentes, et nous avons l'habitude des établissements 5 étoiles. Ici, le service est vraiment à la hauteur de nos espérances.

L'odeur des canalisations dans ma chambre était plutôt dérangeante.

Schöner Urlaub, unweit von Rhodos-Stadt. Zugang zum Meer über eine kleine Bucht zwischen den Felsen. Ein Mietwagen ist hier absolut sinnvoll. Paar Kilometer zum flachen Sandstrand in Faliraki. Essen im Hotel sehr gut.

Overall- nice resort

I paid for a Royal suite but on arrival told that it is not available anymore, so had to go to a different room which was not as nice as Royal suite. Customer service was not great and the general manager never called me back to discuss my concerns. Not happy. Also, bring your own iron, as they have only 2(!) irons for the whole resort and you can only have it for 15 min or so before they take it back!

We chose a suite with a private pool and it was absolutely lovely. Certainly one of the nicest hotel rooms I have had the good fortune to stay in. Well worth the money.

There is nothing that I wish to identify as unsatisfactory, for to do so would unnecessarily detract from what is a lovely hotel.

L’hôtel en lui même était très jolie avec beaucoup de potentiel

Les serviette de piscine il faut donner une caution de 10€ et aller les chercher au spa qui ferme à 18h. Les serviettes dans les chambres ne sont pas propres (décidément ils ont un problème avec les serviettes). Le fer à repasser est à louer… Le personnel est vraiment incompétent. Des fourmis dans les chambres. Pas de télévision en face du lit (ils ont ramené une petite télé).

Queue au restaurant et après attente retrait du buffet petit déjeuner et expulsion On est en vacances mais on est Pas à cinq minutes quand même !! Mais bon on peut comprendre les contraintes d organisation interne …
