Loved the views and the breakfast each morning. A few things looked a little old but fine for what we needed.

The 150-200 stairs to go down to your room, up to get back to the main area. Further than I thought from Thira.

Le jacuzzi est top, avec la vue sur la caldeira. L’appartement est très mignon, et très spacieux. Le petit dej face a la mer est un vrai plaisir. De plus, on a le choix entre 3 petits dej! Le petit dej est copieux et délicieux ! Le personnel est adorable et attentionné . Quelqu’un est venu nous chercher au parking, et on nous a monté et descendu nos valises.

Nous pensions avoir une terrasse privée avec une table pour prendre le petit dej, ce qui n’est pas du tout le cas. Il y a bien une terrasse privée, mais sans table, avec juste le jacuzzi. Le petit dej se prend juste à côté de notre terrasse, sur une table commune. De plus, nous pensions que notre terrasse était un peu à l’abri des regards, mais elle est juste à côté de la piscine et d’une table : quelqu’un peut donc s’asseoir à moins d’un mètre du jacuzzi , ce qui fait un peu bizarre. Et attention pour les personnes qui ont du mal à marcher , pour aller à l’hôtel , il y a plus de 100 marches.

The accommodation was good, the room was clean with a nice view, and the breakfast was rather average, but sufficient.

The outdoor seating area was too small, there wasn't much privacy outside, and there was a hot tub that wasn't completely clean.

The location was perfect and staff was amazing!! Loved it so much!

Great location away from the town centre but still a very manageable 10 min walk. Amazing views of the caldera from the pool and our room.

There was a lack of umbrellas and the ones that did exist didn't move - meaning it was quite hard to avoid the heat and sunburn during the midday sun. There weren't always enough sun beds for everyone.

Las vistas merecen mucho la pena! De toda la visita las vistas que más me gustaron fueron las que teníamos desde el hotel. El desayuno me pareció completo, el jacuzzi con agua caliente para la noche era genial y el personal fue muy amable con nosotros durante toda la estancia. Muchas gracias al personal por ser tan atentos y amables con nosotros, se merecen una buena propina.

El wifi funcionaba mal a ratos. Algunos chorros del jacuzzi no funcionaban. Un doble colchón que daba imagen de cutrez. Había humedades y el agua del baño llenaba todo de agua, además de que la ducha tenía muy poca presión. Durante las 7 noches que nos hemos alojado no hicieron las camas dos de ellas y no limpiaron el jacuzzi ninguna de ellas. También siento que faltan tumbonas en la zona de la piscina. Si fuera por la condición de la habitación en sí no repetiría este hotel.

I wish the shower would drain faster, I didn’t even shower for long and it was a flood. But it is very clean and nice so don’t really worry about it:)

Service not sufficient for the price. Ordered beer when we arrived, still waiting for it. Pool bar badly stocked and rarely served. Staff not well trained, barman couldn’t open a bottle of wine with an opener. Room very humid and smelly. Without humidifier not doable. Dirty around mattress. Shower tab sprinkled water everywhere. No proper breakfast on departure, just some things in the room the evening before. We were told no normal breakfast possible at 7:30, but everything was standing ready to serve at the pool when we came out of our room at 7:30??? We thought a cave room would be a nice experience, it’s not our cup of tea. Definitely no 4 star for us

The service was amazing , all because of the staff , specifically Andrea and Beki, both so kind and helpful.

If you're looking for sea views and scenery, the location is excellent. You can easily order takeout to enjoy while eating at the hotel. There's no need to go to other upscale restaurants just to see the sea view. Having swimming pool and you can even see the sunrise and sunset.The distance to attractions is also reasonable, as it's centrally located. It's about a 10-minute walk to Fira and a 15-minute taxi ride to Oia. The area is also on lively streets, and the staff are quite friendly.

Because I live in a suite, the air upstairs is a bit humid. I also think breakfast should be more substantial.It would be even better if it were buffet.

Prachtige juniorsuite, enorm vriendelijk personeel, prachtige locatie op loopafstand van Fira via mooie weg langs de caldera. Manager gaf bij aankomst spontaan uitleg over de bezienswaardigheden en alles was bij hem te regelen. Ontbijt met prachtig zicht op de caldera!

De 136 trappen die je telkens op en af moest om de locatie te bereiken waren pittig. Zeker de laatste dag toen we met de bagage omhoog moesten lopen. Een beetje hulp was welkom geweest. (Ze hebben de bagage bij aankomst wel naar beneden gedragen )

A reggeli tökéletes volt, több féléből lehetett választani. A kilátás fantasztikus volt mind a szobánkból, mind reggeli közben. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt minden alkalommal. A szobát gyönyörűen rendben tartották, mindig makulátlan volt.

Az ágy volt nekünk egy kicsit szokatlan, de ez csak az otthonival összehasonlítva más....

Très bel établissement avec une vue à couper le souffle Notre chambre familiale était grande. Sa petite terrasse surplombant la caldera était incroyable ainsi que la jacuzzi. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et incroyable.

La terrasse de la chambre n'est pas 100% privée car elle sert aussi de passage pour aller vers la piscine ou d'autres chambres, mais ce n'était pas dérangeant. La piscine est minuscule et le bar à coté n'est pas très accueillant, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une magnifique soirée.

Only thing was the stairs for getting luggage up. But obviously there would have been stairs in Fira Santorini. But it was a good workout for us all 😝

We arrived on July 10th, which also happened to be my husband's birthday, and we were delighted to receive Room 107. First of all, a huge thank you to Christina Taliouri for the complimentary room upgrade – it was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location is stunning, the views are breathtaking, and the rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The entire staff deserves a perfect 10/10. From the moment you arrive, you truly experience the warmth of Greek hospitality. A special thank you to Andreas, an incredibly hardworking person who always welcomed us with a smile and was ready to help with anything we needed. The housekeeping ladies and the receptionist were also exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, rich, and varied, and having it served on our private terrace every morning made the experience even more enjoyable. Out of the six hotels we have stayed at during our visits to Santorini, this was by far the best choice. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for making our holiday so memorable!

Great location as all the reviews say-you are right on the heart of it. Very close to restaurants and amazing views. Great shower and good quality free toiletries.

The steps -as other reviews say, there are a lot, and there isn’t a clear way of asking them to bring your luggage and so we carried ours down but they did help bring them back up which was great. The room doesn’t have any comfortable seating in it so you just end up sitting on the bed. The outside seating looks great but it’s style over substance and not comfortable. So overall there is nowhere other than the beds to sit and relax. The coffee and tea tray were poor quality. Breakfast at the room was very poor. Really cheap ingredients, no choice of tea or coffee fresh fruit was very nice but the baked goods were cheap supermarket products. Given the price charged for the rooms they really need to improve this. Just do a good quality Greek breakfast and improve the quality of the ingredients that are offered. Overall we would think twice about returning unless these things were improved

This was our third visit to The Mill Houses and they didn't disappoint. We had a lovely breakfast brought to our room each morning. The staff were attentive and friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Firostefani and walking into Fira only takes minutes. The views are exceptional.

Un lugar es exactamente lo que soñas ver al estar en Santorini. El jacuzzi frente al mar, viendo los atardeceres con vista a la caldera son increíbles, no necesitas salir del complejo para que sea una estadía perfecta. La atención de Iro hace toda la diferencia, resuelve cualquier duda, pedido, realmente agradecidos por su atención. El desayuno griego y americano es riquísimo y súper abundante, se agradece a Andrea que también ayuda en todo. Las habitaciones y servicios son exactamente como se ven en las fotos. Caminando llegas a la capital de Fira, donde hay restaurantes y negocios. ¡Súper recomendables, los volvería a elegir sin ninguna duda!! Gracias Hebe y Mario

The view from the hotel was outstanding but the weather on our visit was not great.

Il faut anticiper le choix et l'heure

Information à connaître avant de réserver : les studios 111, 112 et 113 sont, grande surprise, sous un restaurant (le Mylos). La fenêtre de la salle de bain de la 112 donne directement dans le restaurant. Nous avons subi le bruit de la musique, de la chanteuse, du rangement des chaises et des bouteilles au dessus de nos têtes jusqu'à 2h. Le studio 111 a 2 fenêtres sans volet, lumière dès 6h du matin, donc nuit de 4 heures. Le lendemain, la réceptionniste nous a proposé de nous changer de chambre mais nous n'avions plu envie de rester.

The location was good, close to some main restaurants and gift shops. The breakfast was okay, did its job but wasn’t anything amazing. The hotel had great views but almost every hotel in Santorini does.

Our room was far away from reception. The staff cleaning closet was right next to our room which is okay but we had staff constantly hovering over our room. I had a massage service booked and the therapists needed help carrying their table, I had to listen to the staff member tell them to Cary it themselves because there is two of them, wasn’t professional and it doesn’t hurt to be helpful.

I loved our suites. Extremely spacious and elegant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kelly at the front desk was very kind and upgraded our suits and added a jacuzzi . The view of the Chaldea was fantastic. The breakfast was good. It was so fun to navigate the path to arrive to the suites. I would stay here again.

Potentially the most beautiful place I've ever stayed! The view from my hotel room was magic. Marina and Kelly were the most gracious hosts. They went over the top to make sure we were comfortable. We traveled with a rented car and got to see the entire Island. Next time We travel to Santorini we'll stay in the same spot! October is the perfect season to visit Santorini as the weather is beautiful (not too hot) and there is little tourist traffic. Bring good shoes as most of Santorini is at elevation, however, staff will be available to move luggage to and from your room. It is important to stay in contact with staff before arrival so they can help with your luggage and other logistics.

Kelly and Marina are amazing hosts - so kind and friendly and always helpful. The accomodation was next level amazing and the breakfast was delicious and bountiful. The view is something incredible. There a many steps down to the property but the wonderful Abdul and Andreas help with your luggage and meet you to take you to the property. Our stay here was nothing short of magnificent and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Santorini. Thank you for the hospitality and brilliant experience.

⭐ Beautiful stay with a difficult ending.- The hotel is truly beautiful. I was traveling alone and wanted to relax, so I booked the Luxury Room with a Jacuzzi, which I absolutely loved. It had a charming atmosphere; I was welcomed with a bottle of wine and very kind staff. They helped me at all times, and one of the gentlemen even assisted me with my luggage, for which I gladly gave him a tip. However, unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed at the end. The transportation that the hotel organized for me ended up being a very bad experience: the driver changed the agreed price, shouted at me, and behaved rudely, which made me feel unsafe and frustrated. It was a very uncomfortable and disappointing situation, especially because I was traveling alone. Even so, I want to thank Kelly, the hotel receptionist, who was very kind and genuinely cared about me. She tried to help me during that incident and even afterward, making sure I was okay, and she also filed the complaint with the transportation company. Her empathy, attention, and professionalism in taking care of guests during difficult moments were very important to me, and I’m truly grateful for that. I loved the hotel, and the staff were excellent. I really value their kindness and the human touch I received. I only recommend that they be more careful with the external transportation companies they work with, so that no guest has to go through a situation like that, because a bad provider can ruin an experience that was otherwise wonderful.

• S’agissant d’une chambre troglodyte, AUCUNE VUE depuis la chambre 103 (mention de « studio avec vue » vendue dans le descriptif est donc mensongère). La seule fenêtre donne sur la terrasse et un espace technique (cf photo) La chambre 103 n’a pas de terrasse et/ou de balcon privatif (mentions de « terrasse » et « balcon » sur l’annonce ne sont donc pas du tout respectées) • Pas de tête-de-lit, ce qui ne permet pas de s’appuyer sur son oreiller, on se fatigue très vite les cervicales pour lire ou être assis dans le lit • Comme la terrasse est petite, seulement 4 chaises longues (souvent occupées) dans les espaces en commun • Liner du sol de la piscine décollé, c'était la fin de saison, ce sera certainement réparé pour l'année prochaine • La « piscine » est plutôt un petit bassin en forme de haricot pour barboter et se rafraichir qu’une piscine pour nager

The view was great. We loved the fact it was away from the crowd, had a nice intimate feeling.

Our room (109) was the smallest room we ever stayed. The shower ceiling was so low my husband couldn’t take a normal shower. The window doesn’t close properly in that room and when we mentioned it, Kelly said not to worry about it. The birds on the tree next to us woke us up every morning at 6:55am so we had to get up every morning to shake the tree. People around us felt the same about the amount of noise these birds made. The pool had a weird bottom, like it had some strange plastic. I’ve never felt something like that before.

Un lugar de ensueño desde el cual podes apreciar toda la belleza de la caldera. No hace falta moverte del hotel para ver el atardecer desde el mejor lugar. La atención fue excelente, desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Primero nos sorprendieron con un upgrade de habitación, teníamos un jacuzzi justo frente al mar con unas vistas espectaculares. Cuando nos fuimos, como nuestro vuelo salía temprano nos dejaron parte del desayuno preparado del día anterior para que no lo perdiéramos. Todo de 10, ojalá podamos volver pronto!

The staff were very friendly, and everything ran on time. Kelly, the property manager, was extremely responsive she answered at any time of day and checked in on us a couple of times. The room had a beautiful view, and we enjoyed the hot tub.

מלון סוויטות מפנקות עם נוף עוצר נשימה והכי יפה באי. השירות היה מדהים של כל אנשי הצוות, אדיבים ושירותיים מאוד עזרו לנו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים וגם פינקו המון על חשבון הבית. המיקום מושלם קרוב מאוד רגלית לפירה ולכל העניינים אבל נמצא במיקום שקט, פרטי ונוף מדהים מדהים. אהבנו מאוד בטוח שנחזור!! ממליצים בלי שום ספק!!!!

The property has 159 steps from the pool area where our room was to the road. Fortunately staff carry suitcases up and down. The Main Street is pretty with nice Resturant’s over looking the sea but walking is difficult very steep.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war traumhaft. Schon beim ankommen wurde ich herzlich vom überaus gastfreundlichen Personal empfangen - mit einem erfrischenden Getränk und wertvollen Tipps zur Insel. Der Service war während des gesamten Aufenthalts außergewöhnlich - aufmerksam, herzlich und zugleich angenehm unaufdringlich. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die beste Aussicht. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für Erholung, und dennoch ist das lebendige Zentrum von Fira ca. 10-15 Min fußläufig entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Indubbiamente sulla posizione della struttura non possiamo dire nulla a riguardo. Panoramica. Con una vista bellissima a strapiombo sul mare.

Della struttura non ci e’ piaciuto la grandezza , la Predisposizione e la Pulizia delle camere. Dalle foto presenti sul sito di Booking e dal sito web della Struttura ovviamente sono state inserite fotografie alterate in post produzione. Le stesse aumentano di gran lunga la luminosità e la bellezza delle camere quando di fatto non rispecchiano la Realtà. Altra cosa che non ci e’ Piaciuta, e’ stata la colazione. Pensavamo avendo pagato più di 300€ a notte di ricevere una colazione non dico Reale ma quasi. Invece al nostro arrivo c’è stato Richiesto di avere una scelta doppia. O Colazione Greca o Americana. Abbiamo optato per la iella americana. La stessa veniva portata direttamente dallo staff della Struttura davanti alla balconata della nostra camera con vista sul mare. Per 7 giorni non e’ Mai cambiata. Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto per 7 giorni una spremuta di arancia che veniva spremuta il Giorno prima dallo staff e conservata nel loro frigo di fronte alla piscina. Dal sapore discutibile molto meglio quelle comprate al Supermercato. I cereali o Cornflakes erano stati aperti da giorni , e la consistenza era ed e’ Stata per tutto il periodo della nostra permanenza molli o semi molli. Due cucchiai di Yogurt bianco in una scodella e Qualche cornetto con burro e marmellata servito a Parte con qualche fetta di pane. Almeno quelli erano buoni. La pulizia della camera e della nostra piccola piscina privata da rivedere totalmente. Capelli neri in piscina, capelli nella camera , asciugamano viso con delle evidenti macchie marroni ( vi lascio immaginare ). E il bagno Pieno di muffa. Voglio precisare una cosa per chi mi legge. Non sono il Classico leone da tastiera rompi P……e che vuole puntualizzare su ogni cosa. Anzi…. Sono molto Tranquillo che lascia passare un sacco di cose. Ma era la nostra vacanza, Io di mia moglie e della nostra bimba di sei anni.

Desayuno fantástico, muy variado y cantidad generosa. Pudimos elegir el tipo de desayuno: americano, griego o healthy. Todo ello con unas vistas increíbles a la caldera. La piscina con vistas a la caldera, en una zona super tranquila y perfecta para relajarse. Los atardeceres desde el hotel espectaculares, preciosa puesta de sol desde la piscina, no necesitas ir a otro lado para disfrutar del sunset. Ubicado a escasos minutos andando de Fira, paseo muy agradable si quieres ir a cenar a Fira, una zona con más restaurantes y ambiente para la noche. Hotel con pocas habitaciones por lo que había poca gente y no se escuchaba un ruido. La habitación muy amplia, cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Baño tipo cueva y ducha amplia. El baño tenía secador de los buenos, lo cual se agradece. Hicimos el check out a las 11am pero nos guardaron las maletas hasta por la tarde y nos dejaron quedarnos en la zona de la piscina y disfrutar del hotel hasta por la tarde que salía nuestro vuelo. Muy agradecidos. La atención de Kelly maravillosa, super amable y atenta durante toda la estancia, así como de Andreas.

Por poner algún pero, la ducha no tragaba muy bien y se inundaba un poco el baño a la hora de ducharte. Había unos pequeños mosquitos como de color marrón en la zona de la piscina y en la habitación.

Locația e superbă și ușor accesibilă. Am fost preluați de la șosea de un domn, care ne-a ajutat cu bagajele până la locație. Acolo, la recepție, ne-a așteptat Kelly, care mereu a avut zâmbetul pe buze și tot timpul la dispoziția noastră. Am primit și un upgrade de cameră, a fost absolut perfect. Micul dejun delicios, camera perfectă, personalul prietenos. Nota 10! Mulțumesc!

Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Blick auf die Caldera, nichtzuletzt die Sonnenuntergänge sind wunderschön. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Bereits vor Anreise hat sich Kelly (Managerin) rührend um unsere Anliegen und Wünsche gekümmert. Vor Ort haben sich im Service Juri und Andrea liebevoll um uns und die anderen Gäste gekümmert. Reinigung sehr gut - tolle Mitarbeiter!!

Distance to breakfast/reception

The view was stunning, the staff were very careful and thoughtful and proactive. The accommodation was very clean also outside, the fact that we received towels and there are a lot more things.

There was increased humidity, the pool was a bit smaller that the photos, the cutlery could be better cleaned.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Views are amazing from all sections of the hotel. We loved our breakfast outside our room overlooking the caldera.

The views are magnificent from the balcony of the honeymoon suite. Great place to wake up and have breakfast!
