Breaq Santorini - Margarita Hotel

Nous souhaitons partager notre coup de cœur pour cet hôtel. Idéalement situé entre Fira et Imerovigli, il offre un cadre à la fois paisible, élégant et parfaitement adapté pour découvrir l’île. Mais ce qui rend véritablement cet endroit exceptionnel, c’est avant tout son équipe. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil merveilleux. Tout le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance rares. Du personnel de chambre à la réception, en passant par l’équipe du petit-déjeuner, chacun contribue à rendre le séjour plus agréable. La moindre demande est prise en compte avec beaucoup de soin, d’efficacité et toujours avec le sourire. Une mention toute particulière pour la jeune femme qui prépare les cocktails au bord de la piscine, absolument adorable, dont la gentillesse et les petites attentions ont rendu nos moments de détente encore plus agréables. Le service est vraiment sur mesure, et ce, quelle que soit la demande y compris lorsqu'elle est effectuée à la dernière minute (location d'une voiture, conseils de visites à faire etc..). L’hôtel est également magnifique. La décoration est raffinée, élégante et parfaitement maîtrisée. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails et l’ensemble dégage une atmosphère particulièrement apaisante. On s’y sent bien immédiatement. Notre seul regret ? Notre niveau d’anglais, franchement pitoyable ! 😅 Nous aurions tellement aimé pouvoir échanger davantage avec nos hôtes et profiter encore plus de leurs histoires et de ces petits moments de partage qui font aussi la richesse d’un voyage car au-delà du cadre et des prestations, c’est véritablement l’humain qui nous a marqué. Que dire d'autre ? à part merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et toutes vos petites attentions. Vous avez largement contribué à faire de ce séjour un moment inoubliable. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés… et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Rien, tout était vraiment parfait !

L’hôtel est tout neuf et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bon, et le coin piscine est particulièrement agréable pour se détendre. La chambre était certes un peu petite, mais elle est très bien équipée et parfaitement fonctionnelle. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, avec de nombreux endroits accessibles facilement à pied. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix ! Mention spéciale pour le staff, tout simplement incroyable : toujours souriants, disponibles et aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Ils sont également de très bons conseils pour découvrir Santorin et ne manquent jamais de nous aider lorsque nous en avons besoin. Ça fait vraiment plaisir de bénéficier d’un accueil aussi chaleureux !

What I loved most about the property was the staff. They made our whole stay so easy and comfortable. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we genuinely felt so welcomed and looked after. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive in such a genuine way. The property itself is also beautiful, modern and very pleasant to stay in. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the overall atmosphere. It really felt like a relaxing and welcoming place to stay, and we had a wonderful experience.

The only small disappointment was the size of the room for two people. However, as we spent most of our time outside and mainly used the room to sleep at the end of the day, it wasn’t a major issue for us. One small inconvenience was the lack of an additional mirror in the room. There was a mirror in the bathroom, but having an extra full-length mirror in the room would have been really useful, especially when getting ready and checking our outfits before heading out.

We had a wonderful stay at the Breaq Hotel. The hotel was very clean, modern, and beautifully refurbished. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Thank you for making our visit so special!

It's a beautiful looking boutique hotel, with the most welcoming and friendly staff ever. Beautiful and Lovely comfy rooms. The staff really look after you. Breakfast was really good. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel.

Very clean property. The staff is very nice. It’s like a boutique hotel. They will go above and beyond yo care for your needs. We can’t complain about the service.

We are on a long journey and been traveling for a while now. We have too many suitcases. The hotel doesn’t seem to have a storage room for bags since we have to check out early and our flight is at night 😣.

They arranged pickup from the port which was a nice bonus. The area was not in the middle of the tourist section which was great. Short walk to restaurants and stores. The hotel arranged for a rental car company to drop off and pick up our vehicle at the hotel which was great. Free parking was available behind the hotel. Breakfast was included which was great. Although the room was a little small the huge balcony looking out over the ocean was a real treat. Very safe neighborhood.

Good location. Close to everything. Pool was a good size with comfortable chairs. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with all the essentials. Very clean rooms.

The only negative was the bathroom was tiny.

The location was very good, and there is a free car park behind the hotel. The pool was nice and always clean and Efrem at reception made our stay even better, due to some of his recommendations and was very accommodating and helpful.

Great pool and great staff!!!

Road it was located on difficult to enter and leave. A little loud at night and room smelt like men.

The Breakfast was very good, early risers sit on the balcony and watch the sun rise. The location is great, close to the shopping area, bus station, and a short walk up to see fantastic sun sets. Room was comfortable.

The garden between the room and the pool needed a little attention - possibly grass the whole area.

Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem schnell in Fhira.Supermarkt 2 Minuten entfernt. Busstation ca 15 min. Poolanlage gemütlich und ruhig.Personal sehr freundlich!

Das Frühstück war für 8 Tage immer das gleiche. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und es gibt wenig Stauraum.

Salle de bain, un peu ancienne, rideau de douche, et très petite. C'est le seul point noir de l'hôtel.

Le coin piscine avec ses transats, le petit déjeuner simple mais avec tout ce qu'il faut, la gentillesse du personnel, la literie, la propreté, la proximité de l'hôtel de fira, de la caldeira, de la gare routière.

Hotel qui a besoin d'un bon bricolage (peut être à cause fin de saison). Poignée des portes d'entrée de la chambre et salle de bain qui reste dans les mains.. Frigo dans la chambre qui fait énormément de bruit. Odeur d'égout dans la douche. Rue très bruyante et pas de double vitrage... volet cassé.

Très bon séjour, bon accueil de la part d'Efrem qui est très serviable. Petit déjeuner simple, varié et bon. L'emplacement est bon, entre Fira et Imerovigli mais tout en étant au calme. Stationnement facile à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel.

Everything was perfect. The location was perfect, the breakfast was perfect, and the staff were very friendly .

Deuxième fois dans cette hôtel. Cette fois ci nous avons séjourné dans la suite Lysanthius. La suite est très confortable et la salle de bain est très grande. Les lits des chambres standard sont confortables. Le personnel est toujours attentionné (je remercie chaleureusement Efrem pour sa disponibilité et ses réponses rapides à nos demandes). La piscine est très agréable avec un service de serviette au top.

Nous avons également réservé 2 autres chambres standard où il manquait toujours de place dans la salle de bain. Cependant vous ne trouverez pas mieux en rapport qualité prix à cette endroit.

The convenience to the main city of Fira (two blocks away) and to the caldera (same distance) the pool was a great add on.

This was our second time in a row at this hotel and we really loved it! All the staff was friendly with lots of suggestions about the island and its shops, festivals and other villages. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options - greek food included. Caldera's view and the sunset was just 2' away. Our favourite spot was the swimming pool with its relaxing vibes and the always accommodating Maria :) Also, Efrem, the manager was always on the go for us as he immediately accomodated us when a slight issue arised. On the busiest day of the summer (15/8 as there are lots of festivals around the island) and during the late evening. We really appreciate it! We will come back again soon!

La chambre , la piscine , le petit déjeuner , l’emplacement , tout était parfait nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux sur une île que nous ne connaissions pas ! L’emplacement aussi était au top ! Proche du centre et facile d’accès pour aller sur les plages

I couldnt fault this hotel, we have had thee most amazing holiday of our lives So centrally located just one street behind the caldera/ sunset views , just a 2 minute walk to the caldera edge and all the restaurants, a 10/15 minute walk onwards way to fira and the same the other way to imeroglovi , i couldn’t recommend here enough its been amazing, and the pool area is so so boujee and always enough beds which are so so comfortable, the pool side bar is brilliant delicious cocktails and restaurant quality food - you have to try their chicken gyros The staff are so friendly and offer full advice on the area and trips on checking in but no pressure at all to book anything A definite highly recommend from me

La piscina y la gatita.

Nada. Todo excelente.

La amabilidad de todo el personal, el uso de la piscina tanto antes del check in como después del check out, la limpieza, toda la habitación nueva especialmente el baño. El desayuno fue exquisito había de todo. La pizza Greece de la piscina estaba deliciosa.

La cama no tenía sábana fina para arroparse, estaba directamente el edredón .

Πανέμορφο κατάλυμα στο Φηροστεφάνι, με δημόσια θέση στάθμευσης ακριβώς δίπλα, με υπέροχη πισίνα με μπαρ. Όμορφα, καθαρά, φωτεινά και ευρύχωρα δωμάτια! Πολύ καλό πρωινό,! Οι άνθρωποι πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι!!

La cordialità del personale, la posizione. La suite gloriosa è spaziosa e porta l’esperienza ad un livello superiore rispetto le camere standard piccole ed alcune con il bagno vecchio. La colazione è da rivedere perché scarsa e ripetitiva. Nel complesso però l’albergo può essere una buona scelta per chi desidera una posizione centrale con un parcheggio gratuito vicinissimo per poter utilizzare mezzi propri.

Alcune camere hanno i bagni da rinnovare, gli spazi comuni risultano puliti ma alcuni dettagli delle camere andrebbero puliti meglio.

Lo staff è molto professionale e sempre a disposizione

Per una quadrupla il bagno è piccolissimo e scomodo andrebbe rifatto in Toto

Τέλεια τοποθεσία,πολύ ήσυχα,κοντά σε πολλά μέρη για να πάει κανείς με τα πόδια και δημοτικό (ελεύθερο) πάρκινγκ για αυτοκίνητο ακριβώς δίπλα,φανταστικό προσωπικό απλά δεν χωράνε λόγια για το πόσο ευγενικοί κι εξυπηρετικοί ήταν, μα ένα παραπάνω ο Εφραίμ στην υποδοχή που μας βοήθησε σε πολλά και ό,τι μας πρότεινε άξιζε! Στη πισίνα χαλάρωνες απο τις καθημερινές εξορμήσεις! Τέλος να πω ότι ήταν πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο σε καθημερινή βάση με όλη τη ρουτίνα!

Θα ήθελα λιγο πιο άνετο το μπάνιο.

Mi novio y yo estuvimos en Santorini y nos hospedamos 4 noches en este Hotel. Fue una excelente estancia, las fotos se corresponden con las que están en la descripción de la habitación. El personal muy amable, el hotel tenía piscina con bar para beber y comer, el jacuzzi lo limpiaban todos los días al igual que la habitación y cambiaban las toallas. El desayuno estaba bien, para el coste de la habitación y el tipo de hotel que es. En general, mucha tranquilidad y buen ambiente, justo lo que vas buscando cuando sales de vacaciones.

Hubiera sido bueno una botella de agua en la habitación, al menos de bienvenida, llegamos sedientos y tuvimos que andar un rato para encontrar agua.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραίο ειχε πάρα πολύ καλό πρωινό τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ καθαρά κάθε μέρα άλλαζαν σεντόνια και πετσέτες.Το προσωπικά ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και συγκεκριμένα η Μαρία στην πισίνα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική μας έχει δώσει πολύ ωραίες πληροφορίες για το νησί.Ο ιδιοκτήτης ο Εφραίμ ήταν πολύ ευγενικός εξυπηρετικος και η καρδιά του ξενοδοχείου. Συγχαρητήρια για τις πολύ καλές διακοπές που μας προσφέρατε

Много любезен персонал, чист хотел, приятен, хубаво направен, басейна е страхотен, локацията е удобна, има огромен паркинг. Закуската е много вкусна и дори бях забравила моята преса за коса и любезния рецепционист, помоли своя колежка и ми дадоха, бяха страхотни!

La ubicación del hotel y el aparcamiento público han sido muy cómodas. El personal de recepción ha sido muy atento con nosotros.

El baño de la habitación era demasiado pequeño, especialmente la ducha, lo que hacía que fuese algo incómodo. El día que nos fuimos hubiésemos agradecido un desayuno picnic ya que salimos del hotel a las 7am.

L’hotel è molto carino, si trova a due passi dalla caldera e a 10 minuti da Fira. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade gratuito per la nostra stanza e quella che ci hanno assegnata era veramente spaziosa, oltre che confortevole. La piscina è molto ben curata e pulita, il servizio bar ottimo. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e di poterci trattenere in piscina anche dopo il check out, il che è stato super avendo il volo in tarda serata. La colazione è essenziale ma più che sufficiente.

L’host si è dimostrato fin da subito molto gentile e disponibile, e per il nostro soggiorno di due notti ci ha offerto un upgrade alla suite, gesto molto apprezzato. La zona piscina è tranquilla e perfetta per rilassarsi.

Il bagno è dotato di una vasca con soffione per la doccia, ma purtroppo manca una tenda o un box. Di conseguenza, durante la doccia l'acqua si sparge facilmente ovunque.

Salle de bain un peu petite, mériterait une rénovation. Il serait bien de mettre des fenêtres plus moderne pour une meilleure isolation phonique.

Bon emplacement et accueil. Chambre très propre et très confortable avec une belle vue depuis la terrasse (nous avons été surclassé à l'arrivée donc notre commentaire concerne la suite et non pas la chambre réservée)

Location was ideal for the 6 minute walk into Thira. Staff were helpful and the buffet style breakfast was really nice 👌

Privítal nás milý recepčný Efren, ktorý nám dal zadarmo upgrade na lepšiu izbu Suita Deluxe s výhľadom na more. Hotel má výbornú polohu, len 10 minút od rušnej Firi a len kúsok od kaldery, odkiaľ sú nádherné výhľady. Relax pri bazéne nemal chybu.

Het was een goed uitgeruste accommodatie, met zwembad/bar, ruime suite en ruime keuze bij het ontbijt buffet. Het was op loopafstand van Fira, net buiten de drukte van het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel.

1 klein minpuntje was een regendouche in bad zonder afscherming waardoor het snel een waterballet werd. Douche en bad verder wel comfortabel

A spacious and cute hotel. Perfect for those who want more than a hostel style accomodation and want basic breakfast. Perfect location, close to Fira main town where you can connect to otyer towns by bus and behind the hotel have amazing restaurants, rooftop bars and beautiful spots to take photos.

Je confirme l'ensemble des commentaires. Très bien situé. Les prestations sont tout à fait correctes. Le personnel fort sympathique.

Une mauvaise insonorisation. Et malheureusement certains voyageurs oublient de rester discrets afin de respecter le calme des autres voyageurs. Donc, cela peut devenir très vite très bruyant et désagréable.
