We arrived very late for check in and front desk was very nice and easiest check in I have ever done.

We did arrive late so it was a little hard for us to get all of our things down for the valet

It was clean, smells good comfortable.

They need to control noise from other visitors. Too much noise, kids playing around and making loud noises

I loved that they had one room big enough for all of us to have a real Bed to sleep in. I loved how close it was to Disneyland

I didn’t like that check in was at 3 and we left the park at 4 just to check in and the room still wasn’t ready we were told it would be another 30 minutes there was only one guy working the front desk so by the time it was our turn to check in it was 4:30 so adding an additional 30 minutes to that would mean our room was 2 hours behind normal checkout. I would not have cared if they would have called or texted me saying the room wouldn’t be ready until 5 because I just would have stayed at the park longer. That was my one and only issue.

It is very close to Disneyland so you can just walk back-and-forth. I can’t do stairs and they did get me a ground floor room and the room was big. It had two queens in a bunkbed and there was six of us so that was good.

Our hotel room was not real clean. We brought an infant toddler 10 month old who crawled and walked in. He just got really dirty, crawling and walking on the carpet there they should clean the carpets more often. Some of the staff was very nice. Some of the staff was a little bit rude.

It is definitely at a walking distance from the disneyland that was amazing after a long day of walking

The parking is not included with the room stay and they will not allow you to check in early to leave just your car and then return for the room key I had to pay parking somewhere else and return and learn that the parking is not included parking is limited.. for that I rather pay 10 dollars more and stay at the Tropicana

I didn’t know we had to pay 30$ plus tax for parking. (They only have valet parking)

The cleanliness, the great customer service and the distance to the park was a plus.

It was pretty clean compared to other hotels we just spent the night so didn’t get to use any other amenities. So don’t really have much to say.

The thing that made me not want to come back is the parking situation I feel that was super inconvenient. That we are not able to check in early for parking we had to park at Disney for our arrival since we wouldn’t be able to check our car in till noon. And then the day of checking out also you’d have to be out by check out if not they charge you $45 to keep your car there. That was the main reason we won’t be going back especially because they don’t mention that anywhere before booking and they mention until after you book. We were hoping to not have to move or use our car during our stay since it was right across from Disney.

Perfect location for a Disney holiday, literally across the road from the park entrances! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable!

We were made to valet park as there were not ‘park yourself’ spaces left however it was more of an inconvenience as our car was parked directly in front of our room for the entire stay but we had to walk to the front to collect keys when needed.

Close proximity to Disneyland. Safe location. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Next door to Dennys and a block from IHOP.

Love how close it is to Disneyland. The gentleman at the front desk was really nice. They had fresh baked cookies for guests.

I requested a change of bedding and they didn't have any extra available. The best they could do was give me two mattress toppers. I also requested additional washcloths and they didn't have those available either.

The parking situation. We had two cars in our party and only one was able to park at the property, for two they were going to charge an extra $70.

The location was just across the street from Disneyland. The room was comfortable, my family loved the bunk beds, no need to share beds. Everyone from the staff was nice and friendly.

The rooms were smaller and the parking situation made me claustrophobic but I understand. Rooms could use blackout curtains and the first floor room could hear every step taken above me.

They parked cars in the parking lot like a car of sardines. In case of emergency you'd need at least 5 cars moved out your way to get to yours if your parked back by the pool.

First off, the front desk staff & parking attendant were very friendly & courteous. Always appreciate smiling greetings both via phone and in person, which shows genuine excellence in customer service & representation of this business. AND the welcome cookies was such a sweet gesture! Room was perfect ~ very clean & accommodating, absolutely loved the welcoming elephant towel on bed which is an amazing touch of class we’ve typically seen on lux cruises! This was our first time staying here for a quick stay, would definitely book again & highly recommend to friends & family. Thank you!

The only downfall was the fact that we couldn’t park here the morning of our reservation, as offered at other hotels including the one right next to you where we’ve stayed previously. Understandably so, however, since your parking lot area is smaller in comparison. Wish you guys were able to use Denny’s parking spaces to offer this :)

When my family for 5 arrived I was told I’d get a totally different room. No explanation as to why. I had to ask the reasoning behind the decision they made. The room I booked was specifically why I chose to book in the first place. I was told the room had a bathroom leak and why it was closed down. I was upset and asked for a discount. Then the front desk said she couldn’t offer a discount for the inconvenience. But her manager would contact me on Monday (we were they on Saturday) and would provide a follow up call about the inconvenience. Well it’s been a month and I’m still waiting for a call back.

Great location, within walking distance of the park, with a Denny’s right next door. Good value for the price.

The mattress and pillows could be more comfortable, and the room doesn’t have blackout curtains. Also, be aware that parking is expensive

Except the fees for parking. It’s like adding another night to the bill. They shouldn’t charge for parking no other hotels do that nearby.

I love how this hotel is right across the street from Disneyland. The beds are comfortable. There are rooms that come with bunk beds it was perfect for me and my family and the price was very affordable.

There isn’t a thing that I didn’t like. The property was great.

I’ve been staying at Del Sol for years and we keep going back because it is reasonably priced, great location and very helpful and friendly staff.

Keep the affordable price, because the quality of the rooms was right in line with the price. Parking is tight, and crowded, but I liked how the valet let me park my own car.

my family and I are very happy to have stayed a Del Sol Inn. we felt welcomed and received texts with needed information prior to arriving. room was clean and we had the beds needed for 3 kids and 3 adults. best part is we only had to cross the street to walk to downtown Disney and the theme parks no driving after checking in needed nor looking for parking it was really great. I am sure we will stay at Del Sol Inn again. we did not get breakfast at the Inn so I cannot comment on it. thank you!

Location to Disneyland

They never cleaned our room and when we asked them to they just vacuumed and threw the garbage. They never changed the sheets once our whole stay and we were there for a week. Also the WiFi code was changed and they never notified us.

Parking lot is small and I had to pay for valet parking because I have a storage box on my roof. Would have been nice to know this before because it was an unnecessary extra charge I had to pay because I could have removed the storage box before hand if I would have known.

parking is terrible they jam you in and you can't park your vehicle your self they charged us 50.00 a day for parking because we had a suburban it's supposed to be 31 dollars a day this is outrageous other than the parking and no breakfast offered it was because of the friendly staff and location across from the entrance at Disneyland that made it worth it

Parking! Accessing the car was not easy with out a valet. To pull it out. Garbage trucks and other big trucks woke me up Every morning! Very noisy and did not sleep well past 4:30 am

The staff is absolutely phenomenal! They went above and beyond for our wedding anniversary that I had surprised for my wife. Everyone there was incredible!

Property is just minutes from Disneyland, walking distance.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t assigned parking for my room. There was no mention of paying additional daily fee for valet parking. We paid so much for our hotel stay and having to pay additional parking fee isn’t right.

Proximity to Disneyland

Valet parking only. The attendants were very nice but I want to have access to my car while I’m there without asking. Cars were parked about 18” apart to accommodate parking aside from hotel guests.
