It was dirty! We had to switch rooms 3 times because every room we got was dirty, from bathrooms to bed sheets to stains and stickiness on furniture. Not to mention the fridge didn’t work and everything was outdated.

Location was great, nice to be close to the shuttle to Disney.

Hot tub was down. Old TVs, couldn’t stream anything. Not much overhead lighting.

The main reason I picked motel 6 main gate is because your jacuzzi is the best but it was so dirty and smelled so bad it was just horrible. I did not understand why. It’s always had great jets and super clean and I went for my back pain and could not even get in. I don’t know if I will ever come back. I’ve been coming since they open this place way back in the 90’s your motel is very run down. I did take a picture of the jacuzzi and thought about putting it on yelp. Too much money for one nite for that place for sure. It’s not worth the money. Sorry hope u guys get it together. NEW OWNER -CLEAN IT UP - YUCK!

CLEAN IT UP NEW OWNER ! JACUZZI NEEDS JETS FIXED AND MAINTENANCE ! THE WATER IS SO GROSS. ! THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THE PLACE IT WAS YEARS AGO IN THE 90’s. EVEN PEOPLE ARE NOT COMING LIKE BEFORE CUS ITS VERY DIRTY. ✔️

It was horribly dirty, run down, smelled and felt unsafe.

The sheets were stained, the bathrooms are outdated, and the windows and walls are extremely thin. I could hear the dogs barking in the next room along with rowdy guests arguing outside my windows at 3:30a.

The room was not clean. There was a smashed moth on the wall when we arrived. The floor was dirty and sticky. The mini fridge was not clean and had a spilt liquid at the bottom. The hall ways by our room were dirty and sticky in the floor. The stairs had garbage on them.

I like the fact that the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable for it being a Motel 6 it exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was a little standoffish but it didn't matter because I really didn't have to deal with that much.

What I didn't like is the fact that you pay for your room to stay there and you still have to pay for parking separately it's $25 a night even though you've already paid for your room to stay on the property so I thought that was kind of misleading since they don't tell you that ahead of time on any of the sites.

Black mold in the bathroom. not clean , the bathroom tub had hairs , not enough towels the bed sheets were stained . and to top off the front desk staff is so rude . they charge a parking fee on top of the fact that everywhere around charges a fee and its not even posted on the site motel 6 never charges a parking fee for stay . and I would know bc I work there . and i always stay at a 6.

Liked the affordability and proximity to the Disney parks

A lot of people hanging out outside of the rooms at all hours of the day and night, smoking outside our room, talking, and just being a general disturbance. AC unit was incredibly loud and kept waking us up throughout the night.

It was filthy. We stayed for five nights and had room service once. Two kids were bathing in the hottub and the water was filthy in both the pool and hottub

I stayed here for the second time since I like the location and for their price range. Walking distance to the parks but nothing around the hotel. Big room, free coffee, vending machines for snacks.

The facility itself is not as new nor super clean. But just as good enough for sleeping after the long days at the parks.

Very clean floors and I loved how nice could see the dianey fireworks from my windows of my room.

Property was easy find and easy to navigate.

The toilet paper holder was crooked and the bathtub looked like it was peeling. The door frame with second lock looked like it needed to be smoothed out.

We stayed 3 days and they cleaned are room one day before we left. the day before that they didn’t clean it, I ask the young girl in the office why they didn’t clean the room, she said they cleaned it some other day not every day. That same day I went to the offices to get some clean towels and I hear the lady from the front desk saying to a lady checking in that the maintenance to clean was everyday. So we did like the location but not the maintenance cleaning.

Walking distance and affordable

Room keys were super sensitive. I had to try and it it away from my CC and wallet but still had to stop at the front office to reactive my room keys.

Staff were rude. Didn’t give us a map to our room. Room was dirty. Stains on the bedding. Shower was dirty and brown. Bathroom sink was clogged. Floor had a slimy film on it. Trash under the bed. So it obviously was not cleaned. Outlets on the nightstand didn’t work and there was sticky stuff all over the top of it. Wi-Fi was so slow the TV wouldn’t work right. Walls are very thin so we heard everyone around us and above us all night. We checked out the next early the next morning. Now the manager is saying she has no record of us checking out early like I “claim”. So they are trying to charge us for the entire week stay. The outside is also filthy! They have not cleaned those hallways or stairs in a WHILE! Trash and gunk everywhere.

Its always clean, great area. Never had a problem when we stay here. Love the lil store.

That rooms dont have microwave, have to go downstairs to use the one they have down in lobby. My only complaint...

The property was in a great location with plenty of parking space, the staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

My only complaint was that the room was dark but I could not fault anything else, I would definitely stay here again and I plan to on my next visit to California next year

I had to pay for parking and I wasn't made aware prior to booking. Or at least I didn't see it -

it was overall fine I liked that we were able to enjoy the stay with no disruption or complaints that my smaller kids were too loud. It was comfortable

If you walk to Disneyland. You have to walk in the road to exit motel 6. Once out, there is nice sidewalks the rest of the way. The bathroom door inside your room is a folding door like for a clothes closet .

Restrooms are small and parking pass is hella expensive other locations charge $5 for gate access parking here I paid $24 for a sign to hang in my car

I liked that it was close to dowtown disney and that their was no charge for pets.

1. Lucy the receptionist that was their when i arrived at around 5:45 am on July 2, 2026 was very rude, she didnt even great when we came in, and when we asked her a question she responded very rudely. 2. Your website dosent say that you guys charge for parking other wise i wouldent of booked their in the first place.

Its location was ok.

The staff was not helpful. The guests were terrible. The rooms surrounding us had guests that were up at all hours screaming at each other and smoking and the smoke filtered into our room.

La limpieza no es muy buena. El baño estaba atorado y tuvimos que destaparlo. No había bolsas de basura en los tachos, tuve que pedirlas en el front desk. El piso del elevador es super sucio. Me gustó que había máquinas de hielo en cada piso.

Ubicación, cerca a Disney. Tambien hay cerca una plaza con market, pizza, tacos, donuts, lavanderia.

Hubo un problema ya que se devolvio el agua cochina del baño por la tina de la ducha, por lo que pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación.

Staff is so rude and seems unsatisfied to be at work … you have to pay $23 dollars a night for parking on top of room cost … they don’t have room service if you stay for less than 3 nights so rooms are dirty and there is no towel service you have to walk all the way to the lobby for towels once you run out … the rooms are dirty , the ice machines done work and I think I seen a bed bug . I have photos of it …. I will never stay there again

The floor was dirty and sticky the shelves and top of toilet were dusty the sheets had visible stains there were holes in the the shower curtain the paper cups leaked the bathroom door just wasn't I paid $180 for that room plus $24 for parking they offered soup bowls in the pantry but no utensils wasted #4 there this room should have been $100 or less out the door. Not to mention the coffee was awful as well and no enough condiments provided also loud guests hung out in the pool area a well after 2am making sleeping difficult with the thain walls and windows.

Was not a far walk from Disneyland

Room could have been cleaner, there was dirt & crumbs along the floor, something was splattered on the bathroom wall where my towel was suppose to be hung up. Sheets on the bed had dark black stains on them, also same black stain was on towels. One of the stairs were blocked off, was not able to use them. Ice machines did not work well, ended up going to a store to buy ice. And when we booked we tried to pay for parking & was not able to,then had to pay once we checked in.

The beds and thin walls

I booked a two-night stay at this motel, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to check in on the first night. When I arrived the following day, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled. I never received any official notification or communication about the cancellation, resulting in me needlessly spending time and money to travel to the property. Furthermore I never received any refund for the second night.
