Śniadania nie były złe jednak patrząc na miejsce czyli Wiedeń myślę,że mogłoby być nieco lepiej.Czasami po prostu jest za dużo ludzi a mało miejsca na śniadanie oraz filiżanek czy sztućców brakuje w danym momencie ale nie traktuje tego jako duży problem. Myślę, że gdyby hotel popracował nad takimi szczegółami mógłby cieszyć się wyższa opinią

Jakość śniadań mogłaby być lepsza bo znam Ibisa z poprzednich lat. Naprawdę było to wszystko o wiele lepsze tzn leszy wybór i większe urozmaicenie.

The color of the walls in the room (dark green) darkened the room and gave it an unkempt look.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit dem Westbahnhof und den U-Bahnstationen in der Nähe alles sehr gut in Wien erreichbar. Das Frühstücken im Hotel war nicht nötig da es unheimlich viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe gab und diese auch zu einem viel günstigeren Preis. Zum Übernachten völlig ausreichend und Preislich besser als Ferienwohnungen

Die Zimmer sind alt möbliert, auf den Bildern sieht alles viel moderner aus, als es ist. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, da es uns viel zu teuer war und viele Cafes in der Nähe günstigere und bessere Angebote hatten. Auf dem Zimmer hat mir als Frau der Kosmetikspiegel gefehlt und das typische "Badzubehör". Shampoo und Seife wurden vom Hotel zwar zur Verfügung gestanden, aber All-in-One und vom Geruch her eher für den Mann.

The window are not closing properly, we were in 9th floor and still listen the noise.

It was close to westbahn station and had a good view

Toilet had some hairs on the floor from before. Basic necessity such as water bottle or tea/coffee or tissue were not included in the room. Hair dryer was really poor.

Die Lage war gut. Nahe am Westbahnhof.

Das gesamte Hotel war düster. Dunkelgraue Zimmer, dunkle Flure, wenige Leuchten. Völliges Chaos beim Frühstück, unabgeräumte Tische, Personen, die Plätze suchten, Besteck fehlte.

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro ,fermata del tram davanti ,5 min dalla westbahnhof dove il VAB 1 da/per aeroporto fa fermata.

Posizione ottima per spostamenti metro, tram. Colazione ottima, stanze pulite e grandi peccato per i bagni un po’ vecchiotti. Ma sono ritornata con piacere parcheggio disponibile a 23e giornaliere

Pokój w hotelu Ibis był komfortowy, choć trochę dotknięty zębem czasu. Bardzo wygodne były łóżka i bardzo dobre śniadanie. Sala śniadaniowa wieczorem zamieniała się w klimatyczną restaurację.

W hotelu tej klasy powinna być dla gości woda, herbata, kawa gratis. Tego zabrakło.

Einfaches Zimmer, aber sauber. Gute Lage. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, bequeme Betten. Waren im 12. Stock, toller Ausblick über Wien.

Etwas um die Ecke beim Westbahnhof, hat alles gut geklappt, haben gut geschlafen. Buchung und check- in haben super geklappt. Eigentlich selbstverständlich, hatten aber kurz vorher in Wien eine Pleite in einem anderen " Hotel" erlebt.

Φοβερό ξενοδοχείο!!! Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ,όλα δίπλα με το μετρό να πας παντού,έξω ακριβώς τραμ για μετακινήσεις επίσης,σε απόσταση αναπνοής το λεωφορείο του αεροδρομίου και με βραδινά δρομολόγια!!!Είχε 15 ορόφους νομίζω , σίγουρα 12 ,εκεί ήταν το δωμάτιο μας ,υπέροχο πρωινό, λόμπι με καραόκε,ποτά , πολύ καλή διακόσμηση, μοντέρνα!!!Σούπερ τιμή και ευγενεστατοι όλοι στην ρεσεψιόν!!!!

Στο λόμπι έχει μπάρ,πολύ ωραίο .Όμως καθίσαμε στο μπαρ για να πιούμε ένα ουίσκι , απλό ουίσκι και η μεζούρα τους ήταν πολύ μικρή σε σχέση με άλλες μεζούρες στα μπαρ που είναι στον πεζόδρομο δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο της Mariahilf stasse!!! Επίσης πολύ ακριβό!!!! 12€ ενώ στα γειτονικά μπαρ του πεζόδρομου πολύ πιο οικονομικό και μεγαλύτερη ποσότητα!!! Επίσης ξέρανε ότι είμαστε πελάτες μείναμε 6 μέρες και είπα στον barman αφού παραγγείλαμε και δεύτερα ουίσκι,βάλε πιο πολύ ποσότητα,μήπως και το καταλάβει ότι μας υποτιμούν , αλλά τίποτα!!! Πιστεύω ότι το κομμάτι αυτό με τα ποτά στο μπαρ κάτω πρέπει να το διορθώσουν!!! Ακριβά ουίσκι και ελάχιστη ποσότητα.Τα άλλα,τα κοκτέιλ ήταν οκ!!!!

Da ima mali frižider u sobi hotel Ibis bi bio savršen.

Wir sind als Familie das fünfte Mal nach Wien gereist. Jedes Mal haben wir dieses Hotel gebucht, da wir überaus zufrieden sind. Seit unserem letzten Mal wurde es umgebaut, wir waren angenehm überrascht, es scheiint noch gemütlicher und komfortabler! Sehr freu freundliches Personal, das meinem Mann zum Frühstück sofort glutenfreies Gebäck besorgt hat - wie immer große Auswahl am Buffet Überall sauber Angehm, dass es im Haus so ruhig ist Auch die Lage des Hotels ist bestens bestens

前台办理入住等了很长时间，只有一位接待员，正在办理一个大家庭的入住。可能是看我们等久了，才进去里面的办公室叫了另一个接待员出来办理我们的入住手续。

Das Personal war stets freundlich und hat auch alle Fragen offen beantwortet. Das Frühstück war gut und es gab reichlich Auswahl! Ich finde es gut, dass nicht jeden Tag durch die Zimmer geputzt wird, weil man so einer Hilfsorganisation hilft!

Leider gab es beim Frühstück nur begrenzt Plätze und man hat etwas auf einen Platz warten müssen. Die Unterkunft sieht auch etwas anders aus als auf den Fotos! Es gab nur bei einer Seite des Bettes direkt eine Steckdose, bei der anderen Seite war die Steckdose sehr weit weg. Man hört von den Nachbarn etwas, wenn dort lauter gesprochen wird!

Fijn hotel, vlakbij Het Westbahnhof en om de hoek van de langste winkelstraat van Wenen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor sightseeing Wenen. Je zit dichtbij het OV, maar wij hebben veel gelopen of een Uber genomen. De kamers waren prima. Wij hadden gevraagd om twee kamers vlakbij elkaar en kregen er twee tegenover elkaar aan het einde van een gang. Dat was erg prettig. Goed ontbijtbuffet, wel heel druk. En je kan tegen gereduceerd tarief bij het hotel parkeren.

Niets. Het hotel voldeed aan de verwachtingen.

Ακριβώς απέναντι από μια στάση του τραμ 18( που πήγαινε στο σταθμό των τρένων απευθείας). Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών από σταθμό του μετρό U4 . Ειναη σε πολύ καλό σημείο από το κέντρο της πόλης! Πλούσιο πρωινό! Άνετα κρεβάτια

Kevés konnektor volt a szobában... Nem volt semmilyen hűtő.... A párna nagyon kicsi volt és kényelmetlen..

Odanın havalandırma sistemi kapatılamıyordu, sürekli çalışıyordu. Üşüdük.

Bedden waren zeer goed. Ondanks de hoge temperaturen was de kamer goed qua temperatuur (geen airco, tweede etage). Ligging prima, vlak bij metro, vlakbij centrum.

Ontbijt was erg chaotisch, veel mensen, weinig schone rafels, regelmatig dingen op, maar wel lekker! Parkeerkosten zijn hoog. Cocktails in de bar waren maar een paar keuzes. Als je een cocktail vroeg die niet op de kaart stond, kon deze niet, ondanjs dat alle ingrediënten voorhanden waren.

Τίμιο πακέτο!!! Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο πλούσιο πρωινό!!!! Η τοποθέσια εξαιρετική!!!!Άνετα δω μάτια , παροχές στο lobby για να περάσεις κάποιες ώρες μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο!!! Ευχαριστούμε το προσωπικό,ευγενεστατοι όλοι!!!

A reggeli nagyon finom volt. A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyszerű. Mindenhova könnyű volt eljutni. A szoba kényelmes volt. A kilátás pedig nagyon szép.

Ottima struttura, posizione ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, camera pulita e spaziosa. Colazione ricca e varia. Sono rimasto soddisfatto nella scelta fatta di soggiornare in questo hotel.

Unica cosa, forse avrei voluto trovare in bagno il bidè.

Camera essenziale senza frigo e cassaforte

Ottima posizione, con sole 3 fermate di metro (stazione vicina all'hotel) si raggiunge il centro. Hotel super accogliente e ottima atmosfera. Stanza essenziale ma comoda e soprattutto pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

L'aria condizionata nella stanza non si poteva regolare in maniera ottimale e la coperta era un po piccola rispetto alla dimensione del letto

Hotel situato fuori dal centro ma la fermata metro è a 300mt quindi in 10 minuti si è in Stepanplaz. COLAZIONE SUPER. camere accoglienti, climatizzate e letto comodo. la nostra camera era proprio sopra la fermata del tram che, per altro, non avevo menzionato e a finestra chiusa non si sentiva niente. lo staff disponibile quindi consigliatissimo. unico punto dolente il cambio biancheria visto che viaggiamo sempre con il nostro amico a 4 zampe (Romeo) e mi e stato richiesto un aggiunta di 15 euro a notte che ritengo giusta ma non è stata fornita né il cuscino e ne una crocchetta nulla quindi non giustifico il fatto che per dover riasettare e rifare il letto, qest' ultima è una cosa che mi urta moltissimo al rientro in camera una stanza rifatta ti fa sentire in ferie o ancora peggio il cambio biancheria da bagno che pe altro avevamo lasciati a terra perche' sporca al nostro riento era ancora a terra,preciso ce alla nostra richiesta ci è stata fatta pervenire immediatamente ma penso che almeno 1giorno si e uno no vada sostituita a prescindere.Un consiglio rifare un letto o sostituire la biancheria deve essere la norma e non a una richiesta. Comunque l' hotel nel complesso merita

Hotel has a direct proximity to public transport, being close to a main station. My room was facing the street, but it was still decently quiet at night. It was spacious, had a comfortable bed, and working air conditioning. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast had a large selection. The staff was overall welcoming, just a little too eager to clean off tables during breakfast when I only got up to get more coffee and not done yet. Wifi was working fine. Overall, I had a decent stay, matching the price & category of this hotel.

Apart from a very small bin in the bathroom, there is no way to dispose of trash properly in the room or in the corridors. This is inconvenient during a longer stay if you are not always going to eat out. The hotel feels outdated (except lobby/bar). I personally find very dark green as a wall colour in a hotel unfitting, making the room feel dark. The carpet looks really old and dirty.

Das Zimmer war wie immer groß genug, sauber, Klima war optimal eingestellt und wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf die Kirche vis-a-vis. Genügen Handtücher, Föhn, und Kleiderkästen. Die Lage ist natürlich optimal, ein paar Schritte in die Maria-Hilfer-Straße und zum Westbahnhof. Außerdem eine Trambahn die uns bis direkt vor das Hotel fuhr.

Im Günter waren wenige Gäste aber das Personal brauchte viel Zeit bis wir den Drink bekamen. Mein Drink war eine dünne Erdbeerlimonade mit viel zu viel Eiswürfel. Der Preis von 10,--Euro war auch zu viel. Die Klimaanlage war zu kalt eingestellt.

Accoglienza, disponibilità del personale. Struttura ben fornita, con servizio di autonoleggio, ATM, distributore di bevande, deposito bagagli e una grande sala dove si faceva colazione, si poteva pranzare e cenare e si organizzavano anche serate tranquille con dj set.

Nella stanza non c'era il frigorifero.

Dramatyczne śniadania nie polecam wykupienia . Codziennie to samo śniadanie w dodatku zimne. Brak miejsc na stołówce dla rodzin 5-cio osobowych . Brak informacji na temat płatności parkingu . W moim przypadku była to duża kwota dopłaty.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ καλό και πάντα εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και μεγάλο, με ωραία θέα. Το πρωινό πλούσιο.

Die Lage war wirklich super!

Zimmer schon alt und nicht sauber, obwohl es gesagt wurde, wurden nur die Bade- Handtücher gewechselt aber das Zimmer nicht sauber gemacht. Bad alt und richtig klein. Würden in diesem Hotel nicht mehr Urlaub machen.

Nic mi się nie podobało. Pokój jak nora pomalowany na bardzo ciemne kolory, brzydki zapach, wykładzina tak brudna że już chyba jezdnią za oknem bardziej czysta. Jedynie obsługa miła i śniadania bardzo duży wybór.

Kolor ścian bardzo ciemny, przez co pokój jak nora. Wykładzina brud i smród 🤮

Both were broken Got moved to two new rooms, they also had broken air conditioning Finally got two more new rooms that did have working AC but one had a broken door lock Only compensation offered for this few hours of wasted time was one drink token to use at the bar which we thought was pretty poor

I allmänhet rent och trevligt.

När de har systemet att det bara städas när gästen ber om det så förutsätter man att det städas ordentligt. Tex byter glasen som är använda och fyller på med toapapper på toan så man slipper be om det när det tar slut.

The location is excellent. Westbahnhof is right at the intersection just 3-4 mins walk and the tram station is right in front of the hotel. Also the shopping street Mariahilfer is 2-4 mins walk and there are great deals if someone wants to shop from Vienna

Room facilities were mediocre. There was no coffee machine and no safe/locker in the room. It was important for me to have it. Also the AC was barely able to keep up with the heat wave. It’s a very big hotel, so lot of people join morning breakfast. Probably difficult to keep the breakfast area clean due to large crowd. Hence the breakfast was very unappetizing.
