Spartanische Einrichtung im Einzelzimmer, dünnes Kopfkissen, Fenster zum Lichtschacht

Frühstück war gut.Der Pancake Automat war leider kaputt. Die Lage war top zwei Minuten zur U-Bahn.Ubsere Zimmer waren sehr ruhig weil nicht Strassenseite.

Klimaanlage lhaben wir eingeschaltet als wir zurück kammen war jemand im Zimmer und hat sie höher eingestellt und gesperrt lies sich nicht mehr verstellen.

Hotelli vastasi odotuksia. Yhden hengen huone oli tilava ja mukavuuksiltaan riittävä, ilmastointi ja jääkaappi tekivät oleskelusta helpompaa. Sänky oli sopivan napakka. Päivittäinen siivous mukava lisä, muutenkin huone ja hotellin yleiset tilat olivat siistit. Aamupala oli riittävän monipuolinen. Hotellin sijainti oli optimaalinen, hyvät julkiset kulkuyhteydet koko kaupunkiin ihan kävelymatkan päässä.

Vanhassa rakennuksessa äänieristys oli heikko - äänet niin käytävältä, viereisistä huoneista kuin myös kadulta kuuluivat turhan voimakkaasti.

Der Scharm des alten wiener Gebäudes, gepaart mit zeitgemäßer Einrichtung. Dazu die sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nagyon kedves a személyzet, a reggeli 10/10! Sok választék - friss ételek. A kávé nagyon kiemelkedő hotelekhez képest.

Nagyon kevés a konnektor a szobában. Egy kis felújítás ráférne, de ez már csak szőrszálhasogatás.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit perfekter Lage Die Lage des Hotels ist top – nur etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Besonders am Sonntag gab es zusätzlich Lachs und Prosecco, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Sehr positiv fanden wir auch, dass Kaffee und Tee rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung stehen. Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein, aber völlig ausreichend und vor allem sehr sauber. Generell war das gesamte Hotel ausgesprochen sauber. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: Das Hotel könnte an einigen Stellen eine Renovierung bzw. Modernisierung vertragen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Słaba klima pokój zatrzymał się jakiś 20 lat temu z wyposażeniem i udogodnieniami. Poza tym ok...

The location is very good. Train station is across the street with almost all the main lines so all destinations are accessible. The property is very clean and housekeeping is done every morning. All the towels are new and extra white. The breakfast is delicious though they serve the same spread everyday.

Je crois que les rideaux venaient d'être lavés, mais l'odeur de lessive était si forte qu'elle m'empêchait de dormir et me donnait mal à la tête.

Lage ideal, ÖBB + U-Bahn und Mariahilfer Straße (Shopping), alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zimmer sauber, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Frühstück oK, könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein.

Hotel obsługa czystość położenie było super. Śniadania urozmaicone z bardzo dobrą dobrą kawą. Ekspres przy recepcji gdzieś o każdej porze można sobie zrobić napój. Dziedziniec w środku ze stolikami. Plus ,że można przyjechać z pieskiem. Polecam wszystkim i wkrótce ponownie zrobimy kolejną rezerwację.

My room was next to the boiler room and there was some noise. Hotel provide earplug to my room directly so I don't even need to ask them from reception. My room was very affordable, so maybe I can handle this. The room also need some renovation.

Wir haben schon mehrmals im Westbahn übernachtet Personal war wieder sehr freundlich, die Zimmer ordentlich und sauber Haben die ersten beide Nächte im Zimmer 118 übernachtet, hier war die Klimaanlage vor dem Fenster so laut, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten und der Fernseher hat auch nicht funktioniert. Die letzte Nacht im Zimmer 227 war sehr gut.

Yatak çok sertti ve asansör oldukça küçük ve yavaş olduğu için yükle çıkıp inmek zor oldu. Kahve köşesi gece kapanmıştı bazen iş seyahatlerinde geç saate kadar çalışmak gerekebiliyor. Hazır kahve makinesinin belli bir saatte kapanmamış olmasını isterdim.

Great location, very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, reasonably priced, and served in a lovely atmosphere.

The hotel was being renovated during my stay, so there was quite a bit of noise. The elevator was also very old, and sometimes I preferred using the stairs. The hotel and rooms were only partially renovated, and the mattress was not very comfortable. Having to use a physical key was also a little inconvenient.

Super Lage direkt am Westbahnhof. Wenngleich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sind das Hotel und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Rezeptionisten.

Das Frühstück könnte qualitativ besser sein (billige Wurst & Käse), aber es gibt frische Gurke & Paprika.

Lokalizacja wspaniała, śniadania ok chociaż skromne, kawa i herbata dostępne cały czas dla gości w lobby.

Dostałam pokój z bardzo wyraźnymi śladami pleśni w łazience i porażajacym zapachem pleśni i stęchlizny, którego nie dało się wywietrzyć. Po poskarżeniu się dostałam nowy, ładniejszy i czysty pokój, jednakże obsługa była bardzo mało elastyczna (musiałam przenieść swoje rzeczy w ciągu wąskiego okna czasu w środku dnia, co wpłynęło na moje plany). Na google opinie o pleśni są niezmienne od lat. Najwyraźniej hotel trzyma jakąś część zaplesnialych pokoi i nic z nimi nie robi, a dobre oceny wynikają z przewagi gości którzy dostają lepsze pokoje. To jest tragiczne zaniedbanie, ktor naraża nawet zdrowie gości.

Alte Fenster, dadurch sehr laut. Die Betten sind recht schmal und auch kurz. Im Aufzug hing ein Schild, dass nur 2 Personen bis ges max 150 kg mitfahren dürfen. Wir haben uns nicht zu zweit rein getraut, da wir beide sehr groß sind…

Majoituspaikka aivan Wesbahnhoffin vieressä, joten sijainti erinomainen. Huoneessa oli taitellut pyyhkeet, vettä lasipullossa ja miniMannerit, oli tervetullut olo emmekä osanneet tuollaisia odottaa tämän hintaiselta hotellilta. Huone oli siisti ja kaikin puolin positiivinen yllätys!

Huoneen oviaukko oli jäänyt rempassa hieman keskeneräiseksi, mutta ei tuo varsinaisesti haitannut.

El hotel está ubicado perfectamente junto a la estación Westbahnhof y tiene conexión con toda la ciudad por metro, bus y tranvía, así como de manera externa a través de la propia estación de tren. El personal fue muy amable y nos permitieron acceder a nuestra habitación antes del check-in ya que ésta estaba libre. El desayuno es muy recomendable, tienen una barra libre con desayuno típicamente alemán el cual es muy sabroso y con buenas cantidades. La habitación estaba reformada y contaba con wifi de calidad, buena tele, climatización, escritorio, armario y el baño, aunque más antiguo, cumplía correctamente con todo lo necesario.

La cama no era doble, sino que eran dos camas unidas y la mampara de la ducha era minúscula, algo de agua se sale sí o sí al ducharse.

La habitación es enorme, el comedor es fabuloso el desayuno está súper bien y la ubicación está fenomenal a un paso del metro y de la estación del tren.

En la ducha que no había champú y que la mampara cubre poco y se inunda el baño y que porque en europa no ponen la televisión en español??? Ya he viajado unas cuantas veces y siempre pasa lo mismo.

Wie schon bei den letzten Aufenthalten sehr nette, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Zimmer und Bad sind immer sauber. Bei jedem Besuch merkt man, dass wieder etwas verbessert oder erneuert wurde. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Die Lage direkt am Westbahnhof ist ideal zur Erkundung von Wien.

When we arrived, the staff initially seemed friendly. However, their attitude changed completely after we complained about the extremely loud industrial noise in our room. The noise was a constant, heavy mechanical thumping — “dum, dum, dum” — that made it impossible to relax in the room even during the afternoon. I cannot imagine anyone being able to sleep through it at night. After a long discussion, we were moved to another room. It was only slightly quieter and still completely unsuitable for sleeping. When I complained again, the staff simply told me that no other rooms were available. I politely requested a refund because the hotel had failed to disclose that the rooms were affected by constant industrial noise. I can tolerate normal traffic, trains, people and other ordinary city sounds, but this was far beyond anything reasonable. Booking.com also contacted the hotel on our behalf, but the hotel refused to issue a refund. Their apparent policy is simple: take the guest’s money and let them leave if the room is uninhabitable. We had reserved and paid for three rooms, and all three were affected by the same noise. The other two rooms faced large outdoor air-conditioning units and received almost no natural daylight. In one bathroom, a door leading outside was even wedged or sealed with newspaper. Everything in the hotel appeared worn and poorly maintained. In the end, we had no choice but to leave and pay for another hotel, where the staff actually knew how to treat their guests. This was the first time I had ever stayed at a hotel that was unable to provide a reasonably quiet, usable room and still refused to refund the money. Avoid this hotel. There are many better options nearby, offering lower prices, friendlier staff and rooms in which you can actually sleep and enjoy what you paid for.

We booked and paid for three rooms. Although the staff were pleasant when we arrived, their attitude changed the moment we complained about the rooms. All three rooms were affected by a loud, constant industrial thumping — “dum, dum, dum” — which made it impossible to relax, let alone sleep. This was not ordinary traffic, street or railway noise. It was an extremely disturbing mechanical sound that continued without interruption. After repeated complaints and a lengthy discussion, we were moved to another room. It was only marginally quieter and still completely unacceptable. When we complained again, we were told that there were no other rooms available. Since the hotel was unable to provide a reasonably quiet and usable room, I politely requested a refund. The hotel refused. We then contacted Booking.com for assistance, but the hotel rejected their refund request as well. In other words, the hotel kept our money even though we could not reasonably stay in the rooms provided. The condition of the hotel was equally disappointing. Everything appeared old, worn and poorly maintained. Two of our rooms overlooked large outdoor air-conditioning units and received almost no natural daylight. In one bathroom, a door leading outside was propped up with newspaper — something I would never expect to see in a professionally managed hotel. We eventually left and paid for another hotel, where we were treated with courtesy and given rooms in which we could actually sleep. This was the first time I have encountered a hotel that could neither provide an acceptable room nor take responsibility by offering a refund. Their approach appears to be: once they have taken your money, your comfort is no longer their concern. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of hotels nearby with better prices, friendlier staff, better-maintained rooms and a basic understanding of how paying guests should be treated.

We came to the hotel. At the begining personal was nice. After we complain about the industrial noise in the room, they started their bad behaviour. Noise was very loud and it was like "dumdumdum.." all the time. It was impossible to be in the room in the afternoon and I can't imagine the nigh. After a lot of talking they replace room. It was slightly quieter but I can't imagine to sleep in such noise. After I complaines second time, they told me that they don't have any room left. I politely asked for money refound as they didn't write that there is an industrial noise in the room. I can tolerate trafic, human noise, train, etc, but this was too much. I asked booking for help, but hotel refused refund also to booking. So their pocy is take a money and you can leave. At the end we went to other hotel where they know how to behaviour to their guests. It was first time that hotel wasn't able to give me a normal room and refuse money refund. I need to mention that everything is worn. I reserved and paid for 3 rooms. Other two has also the same noise. View on both was to outside airconditions almost without daily ligt. Bathroom has door to outside supported with a newspaper. Avoid them there are a lot of hotels nearby. You will get better prices, friendlier staff and you will be able to enjoy room you paid.

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Westbahnhofs ist ideal. Ich blieb nur eine Nacht und hatte kein Frühstück.

Bardzo miły i kameralny hotel z dobrym śniadaniem. Dla dzieci frajdą była maszyn robiąca pancakes. Mimo że hotel blisko dworca to w pokojach było cicho. Klimatyzacja z jednostką ścienną typu split w każdym pokoju to duży plus bo układy centralne hałasują w nocy. Obsługa miła i nie było problemu z miejscem parkingowym w garażu obok hotelu. W lobby dostępny ekspres do kawy jednak kawa z niego nie zbyt dobra, dużo lepszą kawę robi ekspres na stołówce. Dodatkowym plusem była oddzielna toaleta od łazienki.

Wirkte schon etwas abgewohnt. Lift ist auf jedem Fall sehr renovierungsbedürftig (zufuß ist man schneller und manchmal war der Lift schon bei zwei Personen überladen (klingelte)).

Check in war vor offizieller Check-in-Zeit möglich

Bad und WC ohne Fenster wäre nicht so schlimm, wenn die Entlüftung funktionieren würde

Pokoj dla 3 osob, duży, wszechstronny. Dostępna klimatyzacja, słabo dmucha i chyba nie można zmienić ustawień, ale mimo że było bardzo gorąco na zewnątrz to radziła sobie bardzo dobrze (mieliśmy ją włączoną non stop). Dostępna jest też mała lodówka. Toaleta w oddzielnym pomieszczeniu niż łazienka. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko dworca Westbanhhof, z którego można metrem dojechać do centrum w kilkanaście minut. Oprócz tego pociągi, tramwaje, autobusy. Bardzo dobre śniadania, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, a w niedzielę jest nawet prosecco :) Mogliśmy również zostawić nasze bagaże po wymeldowaniu i wrócić po nie za kilka godzin

Brak wentylacji w łazience i toalecie. Głośna i ruchliwa ulica, lepiej spać z zamkniętymi oknami i włączoną klimatyzacją

Konum çok güzeldi. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Yine olsa yine gideceğim bir yer. 24 saat ücretsiz çay ve kahve hizmeti mevcuttu. Metronun dibinde olması bizim için avantajdı. Rahatlıkla tüm Viyanayı gezdik. Lidl hemen karşısında olması da iyiydi. Oda temizliği de harikaydı.

Gözlerimiz odada giymek için otel terliği aradı ancak yoktu. Suyu sürahide değil pet şişede kişi başı şeklinde olmasını isterdim hijyenik açıdan. Bir de tuvaletteki çöp kovasını sevmedim. Peçeteyi atmak için komple kapağa değmek gerekiyor. Ben böyle şeyleri önemsediğim için pedallı çöp kovasını tercih ederdim.

Foarte aproape de metrou și tramvai, ceea ce facilitează accesul. Mic dejun foarte bun, mașina am putut să o lăsăm în garaj până la ora 14 după check-out.

Nu ar strica modificarea ușilor de acces în camera. E combinație ciudată și dă impresia de vechi, deși camerele sunt moderne și confortabile
