Insgesamt gut, ambesten hat uns die Hauskeeping gut gefallen, Zimmer war immer Sauber, Bettwäsche wurden täglich gewechselt, einfach top. Service im Restaurant und Poolbar war gut , sehr aufmerksames Personal . Genug Sonnenliegen am Pool, Dj hat am Pool täglich gespielt, war super und nicht laut das wir uns gut unterhalten können. Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich, nichts auszusetzen.

Beim Einreise im Hotel, wir müssten unseren Koffern die Treppen hoch alleine tragen vom Concierge war nichts zusehen, beim einchecken es wurde nichts erklärt Was eigentlich normal ist bei Gäste die das erste Mal im Hotel sind, das heißt wir müssten selber alles Suchen vom Restaurant und den Weg zum Strand den sehr schwer zufinden war und nirgendwo geschildert war .

Our trip to Marbella was a very special one because it was when I proposed to my now fiancée. And we couldn’t have chosen a better place for this occasion. The hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean and fresh. The pool is even sometimes a better alternative than Marbella beaches. But what stood out most were the staff. They’re always greeting you with a smile and always ready to attend to any request. A special shoutout to Andrea and Ruben who made our stay even more unforgettable, from helping me organize the proposal to helping us with our bookings. We definitely found our favorite place in Marbella! Highly recommended!

We would just like to say what a lovely seven nights we had at Me Marbella. We were welcomed with the most gorgeous smell as we entered reception and a welcome glass of champagne. Having never been to Marbella before, I spent a lot of time on this app researching hotels that ticked our boxes. We wanted a hotel which was five-star, well-maintained to a high standard, offered a good breakfast to include à la carte, nice cushioned sun loungers with a walk-in pool preferably adult-only with waiter service. We hate hotels where people are allowed to reserve sun loungers; it makes for a totally unrelaxed holiday. The more I read, the more hotels I crossed off the list! We were relieved to say that the Me Hotel lived up to all our expectations and made for a lovely relaxing 😎 place to stay. We would return even just for the fact that there was no reserving of sun loungers. Breakfast being served until late added to the chilled vibe of the hotel. The hotel was super busy, but we never once had to wait for a table. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice à la carte and buffet selection. Gluten-free options were also available. Service was quick and efficient. Drinks were great. The hotel lobby bar was great, where we had some good pre-dinner drinks; the team were so friendly and efficient. Our rooms were cleaned to a high standard twice a day. The hotel was really well located. Just a walk out of a security gate at the rear of the property, and there was the beach and promenade, with a short walk of 5/10 minutes down to the port with various restaurants/bars along the way. We used the hotel’s airport transfer service; I messaged concierge before our holiday to arrange our transfers. The service was seamless; our driver was there waiting for us as soon as we came through, it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Thank you, ME Marbella, for a great stay.

We’re currently staying at ME Marbella for three nights in an ME+ Junior Suite with Private Garden. This is an initial review after our first 24 hours and I’ll update it after checkout to reflect the complete stay. Unfortunately, our experience so far has been disappointing. We’re MeliáRewards Platinum members and have stayed at 13 different Meliá hotels over the last 18 months, completing more than 30 separate stays. One property alone we’ve visited six times. This gives us a fairly good benchmark against which to compare ME Marbella. Our arrival was the poorest we’ve experienced at any of those hotels. No welcome drink, no water and no refreshing towel — small touches perhaps, but ones we’ve routinely received elsewhere, including at more basic Meliá city hotels. More concerning was our Platinum upgrade. We were told that the next room category — essentially our suite but with direct pool access — was fully booked and therefore unavailable as a complimentary upgrade. However, during the following 24 hours, the seven rooms in question have appeared unoccupied whenever we’ve passed them. More importantly, when I checked the Meliá app for our exact stay dates, that same room category was still available to book, allowing me to proceed all the way through to the payment stage. Yet we were told it wasn’t available for our complimentary Platinum upgrade. We were, however, offered an alternative upgrade if we paid extra. That has left us feeling particularly disappointed. I’d genuinely like ME Marbella to explain how a room category can be unavailable for a Platinum upgrade while apparently remaining available for immediate paid booking. Initial rating after 24 hours: 7/10. Unfortunately, that’s currently the lowest rating we’ve given any Meliá hotel we’ve stayed at. We still have another two days here and genuinely hope the experience improves. I will update this review after checkout with our final assessment.

Two nights here in August, solo trip. Good location — close enough to Puerto Banús and the old town to drive anywhere in minutes, but quiet at night. Pool area was relaxed, music in the background rather than in your face. Clean room, helpful staff, solid breakfast. Used it as a base for getting around rather than staying put, and it worked perfectly for that. Recommended.

Breakfast was excellent. Service was attentive and fast. Rooms are big and clean Pool was nice.

We stayed at the Me Marbella for 1 full week in August 2026. During our stay there we truly felt welcome and safe. The hotel is located in Puerto Banus just minutes of walk away from the iconic Puerto Banus marina. It’s also fairly close to Marbella old town and the famous La Cañada mall. You can easily get there with a taxi for approximately 10-12 €. The atmosphere in the hotel is fantastic! The whole staff truly made our experience even more special with their kindness and helpfulness! A huge thanks to all of them! The hotel opened its doors to the public in 2025. The whole complex is new and full of modern and high quality furniture . Also the food in the hotel is AMAZING! The breakfast buffet has everything you can think of! The rooms are spacious, clean and have a beautiful balcony with a breathtaking view! With all of the necessary amenities you truly experience full comfort. Despite the fact, that the hotel is fairly close to all of the clubs and parties in Puerto Banus, there was absolutely no noise during the night. We had our windows open the whole night and didn’t experience any difficulties sleeping. This hotel really stands up to the 5-star standard. You really get experience you are paying for. Overall we would rate the experience and stay at the Me Marbella an 11/10! We are surely coming back to the beautiful Costa del Sol to visit the hotel again!

Loved it, from yhe seconds we arrived the team couldn't have been more engaged. Kudos to Emilio who is an incredible brand ambassador super chap! Roberto was also very friendly and helpful. Everton member of staff who passed out bed said hello, such an amazing culture. We will certainly come back, thank you Me Marbella ❤️

This was a mixed experience. The positives - Great central location in Puerto Banus, the port and centre is only a 10 minute walk away. Hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff generally helpful. The negatives - Breakfast is very poor. The food is average probably below average to be honest, and the whole process is chaotic. We have had to wait 30 minutes for a table and another 30 for coffee to arrive. The staff seem overwhelmed and unable to deal with requests, often saying they need to get a college who never appears.

Impressive hotel with amazing friendly personnel. In particular, John managed an incredible Cocktail Workshop. Very knowledge and kind. We learned a lot with him.

It was comfortable, enjoyed breakfast too. Had an issue but Alejandro and Ana were extremely helpful in assisting!

Exceptional stay at ME Melia Marbella I had an absolutely perfect stay at ME Marbella. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, every single detail was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful, the room was spotless and comfortable, the pool and facilities were excellent, and the entire property was exceptionally well maintained. What truly made my stay special was the service. Andrea, the manager, was absolutely exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, professional, kind, and genuinely available whenever I needed anything. She was practically on call for me 24/7, and I always felt that my comfort and happiness were her priority. That level of personal attention is very rare and made a huge difference to my experience. I also want to mention the entire front desk team, who were consistently warm, welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I enjoyed the hotel so much that I literally barely left it during my stay — I had everything I needed right there. Every detail, from the room to the service, pool, atmosphere, and staff, was excellent. Thank you especially to Andrea and the entire ME Marbella team for making my stay so special. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel. ❤️

The room was clean and and room size was fine but it was small for a junior suite, pool was nice there was and adults pool and a families pool, Breakfast was good. The welcoming on arrival was nice and checkin was fast.

I didn't like the service there was no water in the room and every time had to order water for three times to receive water in the room, the service on the pool was slow maybe because of the high season.

ME Marbella strikes the ideal balance between luxury, style, and a relaxed atmosphere! The location couldn't be better, Just a short walk from Puerto Banús, making it easy to enjoy the marina, restaurants, bars, and beaches without needing a taxi. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to start the day, and the pool area was the perfect place to unwind with great music and attentive service.

Dear General Manager, I am submitting a formal complaint concerning ME by Meliá Marbella’s refusal to allow me to use the seating facilities expressly advertised as part of the hotel’s adults-only pool area. The hotel’s official guest application describes the facility as: “A magnificent adults-only outdoor pool surrounded by a sandy area and Balinese beds.” It further presents the area as a space: “Designed for leisurely enjoyment.” Despite these explicit representations, I was not permitted to sit in the advertised area. I was also given no possibility whatsoever to reserve, obtain or otherwise secure access to a sunbed, Balinese bed or equivalent seating. This was not a situation in which all available beds were merely occupied at that particular moment. The hotel offered: * no reservation system; * no booking channel; * no waiting list; * no transparent allocation procedure; * no realistic method of obtaining a place; * and no equivalent alternative. Most importantly, no regulations, access conditions, reservation policy, eligibility requirements, additional charges or other restrictions concerning this area were presented to me at any stage. In particular: * no such restrictions were disclosed before I completed and paid for the booking; * no regulations were included in the booking conditions or confirmation; * no regulations were provided during check-in; * no written rules were presented when access was refused; * and no prior warning was given that I could be prevented from using the advertised area while having no possibility of making a reservation. The hotel is therefore attempting to rely retrospectively on an internal policy that was never communicated to me, never accepted by me and never formed part of the pre-contractual information on which I based my booking decision.

Really great hotel that has been newly refurbished. Very convenient location with lots of good restaurants and cafes on Banus. I have stayed there a couple of times and you always get well looked after. Great break- thanks.

Lo único que creo que debe mejorar es el servicio de Room Service, tanto la presentación de los alimentos, como la comida en sí, y la rapidez del servicio. La restauración del hotel es excelente, salvo este detalle.

Our 3rd time back at this hotel since Sept 2025. We love the location, our garden room is exceptional. The hotel creates an amazing ambience with great DJs. We love the music, all of the staff are always friendly, extremely welcoming and helpful especially Mamen who we love, she is exceptional in the way she remembers everything and how she treats everyone

In May 2026, I was in Spain staying at the Hotel Hacienda del Mar, part of the Meliá group. I took the opportunity to visit Hotel ME Marbella, also part of the Meliá group. What a pleasant surprise; I received a warm welcome there from Andrea Filovà and her right-hand man, Ruben. It is a beautiful hotel—pure luxury, with a stunning pool and lovely seating areas. I also enjoyed some excellent food and drinks. Highly recommended!

Its our first time in Marbella. The hotel was great in terms of location, atmosphere and the room (specifically toilets) and the staff was friendly and considerate. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

My second time in the Me Hotel. Easy and smooth arrival, early check-in wasn’t a problem for a team. I needed an upgrade as the room I booked was on the ground floor. Modern, brand new and well equipped room. We had a good quality sleep, spacious bathroom with walk in shower and fluffy towels was a great addition to our short stay.

This was our first family vacation in Marbella, and we were all the more delighted to stay at the beautiful, new, and modern Melia Hotel in Puerto Banús. Me Marbella is our favourite location and once we go to Marbella we always visit our favourite hotel. Location is excellent, near Puerto Banus and beach. Also all staff is very nice and special thanks to Andrea who make our visit always special. We appreciate great food and Cava for breakfast.

Location is very good. Rooms are quite good as well. Atmosphere was not vibrant even on a friday. I was expecting a lot more. Paying for parking in such expensive property evsn when you are a guest is also not called for.

Rarely do things exceed my expectations but this newly refurbished gem of a hotel absolutely did. We have been to this hotel many times over the years and always loved it and its staff but the ‘up-do’ is literally next level, not Red level, NEXT level. It’s a triumph of beautiful design, stunning rooms and as always with Melia wonderful staff. A shout out to Victoria, Lupe, Carlos, Adrian, Andrea, Ruben and the chap (did not get his name) that made our delicious coffees everyday, each and everyone of them make the hotel what it is. Thank you so much, we will be back in September. Also thank you to Isobel (at the Sol down the road) a wonderful guest experience manager, such a pleasure to catch up.
