Pan z recepcji nasłał na nas policję, ponieważ wróciłyśmy późno w nocy z miasta i chciałyśmy jeszcze posiedzieć chwilę w pokoju. Przez niego przez cały pobyt czułyśmy niesmak. Obsługa też trochę lekceważąco do nas podchodziła bo na tle reszty gości młode dziewczyny nie bardzo tam pasowały. Mimo lokalizacji, czystości i generalnie ładnego wyglądu nie pojechałabym tam więcej.

Hotel novo e de excelente bom gosto. Piscina muito agradável e localização que permite caminhar até Porto Banus. Café da manhã excelente. O hotel permite o uso da piscina e vestiário com chuveiro após o check out.

Su ubicación está genial, cerca de todos los restaurantes de puente romano. Sus instalaciones son nuevas y cómodas.

No me gustó que hubieron ruidos al lado de nuestra habitación muy temprano. Las personas del aseo hacían demasiado ruidos. No dejaron descansar bien.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it wasn’t too crowded and the food was amazing, served hot and quickly. The staff were very polite, professional and helpful. The location was also perfect in getting around town. Rooms were cleaned. The best part was the private spa room.

Hotel molto bello, internamente ed esternamente. Molto pulito ed ordinato. Stanza spaziosa e comoda, personale gentile, in particolare il direttore. Colazione al top.

La connessione wifi non stabile in tutta la struttura, ma non pregiudica la mia valutazione, rimane un hotel al top.

Well maintained, very friendly staff and good amenities

Le personnel et le service irréprochable ! Le petit déjeuner fabuleux ! Nous avons fait un road trip comprenant 5 hôtels et tous les autres étaient des 5 étoiles mais celui-ci avait le meilleur petit déjeuner, ambiance familiale, accueil chaleureux, parle français, etc.

Pas de vrai restaurant pour le souper

Been there quite a few times. and going back in two weeks. I would have thought going direct to the hotel with my loyalty membership would make it more economical, But booking through booking .com is better value 🤷‍♂️

No está bien ubicado !!! Era confusa La explicación…. Muy lejos del centro de Marbella y había que caminar Bastante para puerto banus ! El ingreso q la playa pública no es a 250 m es mucho más !!! Siiii desde el hotel a la playa en Línea recta es 250 m pero hay que caminar hasta la esquina y desde ahí al ingreso público son 700 m hasta la playa

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Very accommodating for my gluten allergy. Staff took lots of precautions. Room and hotel in general was very clean.

Modern contemporary hotel with excellent facilities. Really lovely staff - especially Xavi who is a superstar and unfailingly cheerful and helpful. Lovely pool area with comfortable and plentiful Sun loungers and a great poop side bar: Food also good. Excellent varied breakfast

Nothing - except there is a busy main road to cross if you want to go to beach. Very expensive on high season.

Personál byl moc ochotný, že nám pro naši 4 měsíční dceru připravil dětskou postýlku, ohřívač na mléko a dětskou kosmetiku. Vše jsme měli již připravené na pokoji. Snídaně byly výborné. Sice stejné, ale byl vždy velký výběr a nikdy nic nechybělo. Celý pobyt jsme si moc užili. Je to moderní hotel, který vám nabídne urcity zážitek luxusu. Skvělá byla velká terasa s lehátky a stolecek s kresilky.

Se vším jsme byli spokojeni, jen možnost pro zlepšení je určite vždycky a všude. Týká se to snídaně. Byly moc super, ale bohužel nebyla možnost nabídky mini nanuků. Bohužel žádná zmrzlina na výběr nebyla. U vchodu na recepci byla, ale vždy připravená voda s citronem a jablíčka, to se nám moc líbilo.

Good quality for the price

Xavi was our server during the weekend- and he was so attentive and professional. Catering to all our needs with such great service, nothing was too much and he really made our stay so enjoyable.

The staff- all of which were so polite, super helpful and very attentive, in particular Xavi. He went above and beyond to make our stay very special- nothing was too much and he really went the extra mile to make our trip perfect

This hotel is a gem. Only 5 mins back from the busy streets yet it’s so quiet and peaceful. Spotless and Modern. Pool area was fabulous. Stay couldn’t have been more helpful.

My only gripe is that there are zero hooks to hang up a towel, dressing gown, wet swimwear etc… in the bathroom area. You have no choice but to leave your towel in the floor outside the shower. Seems bizarre! Otherwise rooms are gorgeous

Breakfast was very good Staff was amazing and this is one of their best points. Cleanliness and size of terraces were very good. Location was in the middle fo the Golden Mile. Not being on the beach itself it was an unbeatable location second to beach location.

Mattresses were a little soft. Food in restaurant menu could be little better in quality.

Gyönyörű szálloda, gyönyörű lokáció, kb. 5 km-re Marbella központjától, de mi ennek ellenére, hihetetlen élveztük az elhelyezkedést, mivel a közelben található szerintem a legszebb tengerpart szakasz, sokkal szebb, mint ami Marbella központjában található… ez kb. 10 perc sétát jelent… a szálloda maga gyönyörű szép, a szobák nagyon igényesek, az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt és még napozó teraszunk is volt, a takarítás minőségéről semmi rosszat nem tudunk elmondani, gyönyörű volt minden, a reggeli meg kifejezetten változatos és finom volt... bőven megérte az árát.. a kiszolgáló személyzet is mosolygott segítőkész volt stb. Szállodában található medence és kellemes, talán lehetne egy picit több árnyék, hogy el lehessen viselni a nagy meleget, de maga a medence nagyon kellemes volt.

Talán a kávé minősége, illetve, hogy, ennyi ennyi pénzért ilyen áron már lehetnének a folyosón szűrt víz automaták vagy legalábbis lehetne ingyen az palackozott víz....

Hotel má skvělou, strategickou polohu, vše udržované. Hezká zahrada a bazén. Vypíchla bych slečnu a mladíka v bazénovém baru, byli moc fajn. Určitě bychom se znovu vrátili. Moc dobré snídaně.

Když mi obsluha u snídaně, odnášela prostírání během jídla. Nevhodné a neslušné, když byla jídelna skoro prázdná. Jeden rušivý element urputného servisu. Jinak všechno super.

El personal tan amable, tan profesional. Siempre te reciben con una sonrisa. La limpieza y cuidado de las instalaciones, todo impecable , la sensación de bienestar y lujo al momento de entrar. Cuidan los detalles y hacen sentir al cliente tranquilo y seguro para que sólo se preocupen de disfrutar. Es un acierto seguro

No poder quedarnos más tiempo, fuimos para ver un concierto. Si tenemos la oportunidad de volver tenemos claro donde alojarnos.

While I accept that the hotel cannot control construction on a neighbouring property, I feel that management should advise guests of construction work. Our balcony was covered in a layer of dust which resulted in an inability to use the balcony for the entirety of our stay. We requested to be moved room on our arrival and on three other occasions. We were advised that it was not possible when we asked but that the hotel would revert the next day as guests were changing on a daily basis. The hotel never attempted to contact us or assist in any way. On our departure we were told we should have gone back to them , which we did three times, all to no avail. Finally the management acknowledged that his team needed more training!!!

El desayuno algo flojo y falta de personal.

The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It really feels like a brand new elevated hotel. You won't be disappointed in this respect.

The food/bar options felt a bit limited. The bar was staffed lightly so it was difficult sometimes to quickly get what you needed.

Everything was perfect, very pleasant, well located hotel.

The cleanliness was on point! Smelt fresh and spotless. The staff were friendly, the food and the variety was amazing.

Leider hat uns das Hotel nicht überzeugt. Die Ausstattung war sehr minimalistisch und wirkte insgesamt wenig hochwertig. Die Musik am Pool war sehr unangenehm, der Poolbereich selbst sehr langweilig und nichts Besonderes. Das Essen an der Bar hat uns ebenfalls nicht geschmeckt. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht.

The reception staff are very friendly, as are the restaurant manager and the girls working at the pool bar. The room is spacious, with a large bed and a large terrace. We were lucky that our terrace overlooked the pool, and the view was beautiful. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and only about a twenty-minute walk from Puerto Banús.

The only downside was that the bed linen is not changed unless it is specifically requested.

Pillows are amazing we slept so well and the Cleaniless standards was outstanding.

Building noise was quiet bad

The bathroom was small. Layouts not good for 2 people but huge shower.

Das wir etwas außerhalb wohnen war bekannt also eigentlich nichts zu beschweren. Wir sind auch schnell an der Strandpromenade gewesen. Aber mir haben ein paar lokale in der Nähe gefehlt. Aber das wars auch schon....

Liked everything, but I always advocate for more labelled vegan options at meals.

Amazing staff, great breakfast. Hotel was really clean and the scent of common area and walkways is amazing. Really nice pool area and garden. 5 minutes with car, and 15 minutes with bike to Marbella town center.

I had a nice stay at this hotel overall and the place looked clean. However, one annoying issue was that every time I took a shower, the water leaked outside the bathroom.

Unfortunately, I also had to leave a bad rating because after coming back home, I ended up with many bites and I strongly suspect there may have been bed bugs in the room. This is also super expensive. Please be careful and make sure this is checked properly.
