Spa and pool were excellent. Breakfast was also very good with great selection of food options. Room was really good overlooking pool and with a sea view also. Reception staff very helpful. In general staff in the hotel were very friendly.

Possibly the waiting staff in the pool bar area could have been more attentive. Sometimes we felt ignored and had to ask to.place an order for example. Also bar staff seemed inexperienced. I ordered an irish coffee and it was served without cream. Good bar staff would know to inform customer if they didnt have everything they needed to serve a drink and suggest an alternative.

I came over to Marbella to celebrate my birthday. In the evening, I checked into the hotel, and a lady at reception told me that my room didn't have a sea view and that if I wanted one, I'd have to pay more. I asked to see the room, and it was a corner-side pool view. So I told her that it's not a sea view I would like to pay the extra cost. She became extremely rude after all, her name was Juniper or smth like that. She sent me to my room with a bellboy. The room faced the road, with nonstop noise all night, and she said they don't have any rooms at all, as they are fully booked. Previously, I told her that I have sleeping problems, and what is more important for me is a quiet room. So I was struggling till 5 a.m. in the morning, with no possibility of falling asleep, and, believe it or not, I went to the reception, and there was another shift, a young man. I told him that the room is so, so, so noisy I can't sleep at all, and he immediately gave me another one with hundreds of "sorry" and a nice smile. And he left the message to his manager. So in the morning, the manager upgraded my room to the quiet sea-view room. But that lady was extremely rude and treated me meanly. I wouldn't recommend the hotel because of such awful ladies. Paying 430 euros per night, I expect to be treated well and to be heard. And to make you smile more: I had only UK-type sockets, so I needed an adaptor to recharge my phone; the lady at reception told me they didn't have a spare. But a nice man found me a spare immediately at 5 a.m.in the morning...

The receptionist who was on her shift on the evening 14 of June. She was rude and mean to me.

It wasn’t clean enough, the towels smell bad and the room does not have drinking water you need to fill it from the corridor, the housekeeping does not clean very well. The hotel is overall looks very old

We loved the hotel it was amazing the pool and rooms were excellent . Entertainment staff (David) were amazing . 10/10 however ….

The staff at the pool restaurant were so horrible and so rude to me. I rang the property in advance of my trip to mention that I would like to pay with cash for my drinks . Each time I got a drink at the pool and said I will pay with cash the workers would look at me in disgust and made me feel very awkward . As I was paying with cash each time, they were also adding some of the drinks to our room tab even though I was paying the bill each time. I luckily spotted this after a couple days, would not be nice seeing this while trying to check out. We also did not get change back from the bill (large amounts) numerous times. I had to chase it up 3/4 hours later. This was not a nice way to treat me and I felt upset. Also, at the restaurant at the pool , I was told I cannot eat there due to me not having a t shirt on . I understand this as this was my fault , however 5 minutes later multiple other men sat down at this restaurant no problem even though they were not wearing a t shirt . It was almost like a double standard and I was treating very unfairly for absolutely no reason .

The people are incredibly kind and helpful. I would especially like to mention Anna at the reception! Everything is spotlessly clean, with a lovely fresh scent everywhere.

Stuff where incredible and very helpful. The view from walking into the hotel breathtaking. Rooms outstanding. Bed really comfortable. Felt like a 5 star hotel.

كانت إقامتي رائعة جدًا، والفندق يستحق الإشادة بكل أمانة. الأكل كان ممتازًا ولذيذًا؛ كان بوفيه متنوعًا جدًا ويناسب الكبار والصغار، مع خيارات حلال كثيرة. كما أن تعامل الموظفين كان رائعًا ولطيفًا وسريعًا( بعض عاملين المطعم كانو غير لطيفين). المسبح جميل جدًا، وهناك مسبح خاص بالغرف الموجودة في الأسفل بالإضافة إلى مسبح رئيسي لجميع النزلاء. كما يوجد مدخل خلفي يؤدي إلى ممر باتجاه البحر، وموقع الفندق مميز وقريب من العديد من الأماكن والخدمات، ويمكن الوصول إلى الكثير منها مشيًا. ومن الأشياء التي أعجبتني جدًا وجود رشاش للمياه في دورات المياه، وعندما واجهت مشكلة بسيطة في أحدها، حضر الموظفون مباشرة وقاموا بتغييره وإصلاح المشكلة بسرعة. الخدمة بشكل عام كانت ممتازة. أيضًا توجد مواقف مجانية أمام الفندق، بينما المواقف المغطاة الموجودة أسفل الفندق متوفرة مقابل حوالي 20 يورو يوميًا

كانت هناك ملاحظة بسيطة فقط، وهي أن بعض كراسي الجلوس كانت عليها بعض البقع وآثار أوساخ، وتحتاج إلى مزيد من التنظيف والعناية. بخلاف ذلك، كانت الإقامة والتجربة بشكل عام ممتازة جدًا

All our bikinis & shorts were yellow from the pool. Food at the pool was rather low quality.

I’ve just returned home from the Iberostar hotel in Marbella, and I miss it already! From the moment my daughter and I arrived, we were impressed by the warm and seamless welcome from the lovely blonde receptionist. The staff went above and beyond to provide everything we asked for and made our stay truly special. A special mention must also go to Roberto at the bar—he was professional, polite, sociable, and made the most delicious cocktails! Ten stars for the wonderful staff and exceptional service. We can’t wait to return!

1- الموقع قريب من البحر و قريب بالسيارة من كل مكان ( بورتو بانوس - بوينتو رومانو - المدينة القديمة - والطريق السريع ) 2- الموظفين ودودين وبشوشين ومتعاونين الى ابعد الحدود . 3- مساحة الغرف ممتازة 4- الانترنت جيد جداً 5- اللوبي صغير لكنة انيق والمنظر من القعدة الخارجية فيه للمسبح ومن خلفة البحر منظر خلاب وجميل جداً 1- The location is close to the sea and close by car to everywhere (Porto Banús - Puerto Romano - Old Town - and the highway) 2- The staff are friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. 3- The room size is excellent. 4- The internet is very good. 5- The lobby is small but elegant. The view from the outdoor seating area of the pool, with the sea behind it, is breathtaking and very beautiful.

1- ارضيات الغرف قديمة 2- الاثاث غير جيد و رديئ 3- الملاحف و الشراشف و الفوط قديمة و مستهلكة وليست كلها نظيفة . 4- المكييف غير جيد بما فيه الكفايه احتاج ان اضعه على درجة 16 في بدايك اليوم لكي يصل الى درجة حرارة 22 في الليل !! 5- حجزت غرفة بسعر و عند و صولي دفعت سعر اعلى ب 100 دينار تقريبا !! الغريب ان السعر في البحرين على حجزي في BOOKING.COM كان 2190 دينار وعندك وصولي اصبح 5077 يورو اي مايعادل 2284 دينار !! 6- حجزي كان لفراش كبير و تفاجأت ان الغرفة 2 فراشين منفصلين !! 7- الغرف مافيها عزل قوي للصوت فأصوات الناس اللي عند البركة واصوات الموسيقى و الحفلات تنسمع بوضوح في الغرف . 8- لاوجود لرجال السكيورتي في الليل .. اي احد يستطيع دخول الفندق والوصول الى الغرف دون اي حاجز .. المصاعد تستخدمها بدون اي بطاقة وهذه سلبية كبيرة مع تزايد حوادث السرقات . 9- سعر الليلة 230 دينار بحريني ما يعادل 500 يورو في الليلة المفروض تكون اغلب السلبيات المذكورة غير موجودة . 1. The flooring in the rooms is old and outdated. 2. The furniture is not of good quality and feels quite poor. 3. The bed linen, sheets, and towels are old and worn out, and some of them were not completely clean. 4. The air conditioning is not effective enough. I had to set it to 16°C at the beginning of the day just for the room temperature to reach around 22°C by the evening! 5. I booked the room at one price, but upon arrival I ended up paying approximately BHD 100 more. Strangely, my Booking.com reservation in Bahrain showed a total price of BHD 2,190, but when I arrived, the amount became €5,077, which is approximately BHD 2,284! 6. My reservation was for a room with one large bed, but I was surprised to find two separate beds instead. 7. The rooms are not well soundproofed. Noise from people around the pool, as well as music and events, can be clearly heard inside the rooms. 8. There was no visible security staff at night. Anyone could potentially enter the hotel and reach the guest-room floors without any restriction. The elevators can also be used without a room key card.

Le prix et la chambre pour un hôtel aussi cher je m’attendais à bcp mieux pour la chambre . pas de grand lit pour un couple mais 2 lit coller .. douche un peu ancienne À la fin du séjour lors de notre départ on me conte 100€ de plus pour une prestation non effectuer j’ai bien fais de vérifier donc penser à bien regarder la facture finale

La ubicacion es excepcional , renté una bicicleta en el hotel y pude conocer toda la costa de la ciudad. El hotel esta muy proximo al puerto de Banus , un imperdible en Marbella . El hotel no esta en la primera linea del mar pero el acceso a la playa es muy amigable , altamente recomendable

Quizas podria mejorar la restriccion horaria para la cena que era solo hasta las 10:00 PM , cosiderando que oscurece a las 9:30 podria ser un servicio hasta las 11:00 PM

The location of the hotel was excellent for what we were looking for - not too close to Puerto Banus but also not too far!!! The hotel has excellent sea views. Very clean. The food we tried - lunch and breakfasts - were excellent.

Nothing in particular that we could say, however, possibly the only point is that the hotel is pricey, however, considering it was the peak season, the location and level of service, you could argue that the price may be reasonable.

Mooi uitzicht!

Gedateerd, badkamer opnieuw betegeld maar alle oude meubilair en kranen terug geplaatst. De vloer was ook niet super proper. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen maar onduidelijk en niet toereikend. Het brood van de dag voordien werd getoast in de oven. Hier mag je niet op besparen… Ik las hier al eerder opmerkingen over maar er wordt blijkbaar niets aan gedaan.

O hotel é ótimo, não é na praia, mas tem acesso fácil. O café da manhã é muito bom, a piscina, academia e SPA tudo muito bom.

Alguns funcionários precisam tratar melhor os hóspedes, atendimento deixou a desejar. Exceto a Sra. Ana, essa sim, uma funcionária à altura do hotel.

Проживання було дуже комфортним. Просторий чистий номер з усім необхідним, ліжко зручне, прекрасний вид з вікна. Близько до моря. Гарне розташування, можна пішки прогулятись до гучного Пуерто Банус або проїхатись в інший бік до старого центру. Їжа смачна та різноманітна, персонал готелю дуже привітний. Багато місць для відпочинку, хоч на сніданку видно, що людей в готелі немало, проте це взагалі не відчувається. Нам все сподобалось.

Ogólnie hotel na 4 oceniam. Natomiast wg mnie pokoje wymagają już remodelingu jeśli chodzi o standard i komfort wypoczynku. Zdjęcia trochę się różnią od rzeczywistość spodziewałam się tego samego. Łazienka powinna być zamykana w całości nie tylko do toalety czy do prysznica.

Rendkívül kedves a személyzet. Nagyon figyelmesek. A tisztaság makulátlan. A reggeli választék rendkívül gazdag és minőségi. A pool tökéletes. Mind a víz hőmérséklete, mind a tisztasága. A luxus Puerto Banús gyalog 15 perc alatt elérhető. A szoba megfelelően tágas és az ágy is kényelmes. Naponta 2x cserélnek akár törölközőt. Családoknak akár kisebb gyerekekkel is ajánlott.

A szálloda előtti tengerpart elég egyszerű. Nincs kiépítve. A part nem csak homokos hanem inkább apró kavicsos. A víz nem volt a legtisztább. A környéken nem igazán találtunk szép strandot.

Lokalizacja , 15 min spcerem do PB, b miła obsługa, czystość, jedzenie, zwłaszcza śniadania, możliwość przedłużenia pobytu o kilka godzin w dniu wylotu.

Brak sali zabaw dla dzieci i ew animacji dla dzieci. Basen na początku czerwca mógłby być podgrzewany, bo woda była zimna. Bardzo skromna w czasie naszego pobutu zwłaszcza w weekend oferta dodatkowych sktywności i atrakcji dla gości na terenie hotelu. Ogólnie zwyt wysoki stosunek jakości do ceny.

Lokalita

Personál na recepcích Rozbitý čip od dveří v pokoji. Na opravu se čekalo hodnu. Špinavý nábytek. Velmi malý výběr k snídani.

Super Lage direkt am Meer, große schöne Zimmer und sehr gute Ausstattung, symphatisches Personal.

Frühstück war nichts Besonderes, allenfalls Mittelmaß.

The property is clean and smells good. The staff are amazing. David and Francesco were very helpful through out our stay at the resort.

No complaints because we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return some other time

Błąd w zakwaterowaniu do pokoju o innych parametrach niż rezerwacja. Wszytko jednak zostało szybko wyjaśnione i naprawione. Serdeczne podziękowania za zaangażowanie personelu :)))

Якщо ви проживаєте на 2-му поверсі ви будете чути 24 години на добу гул від джакузі, що стоять в номерах над вами. Це катастрофа з якою ніхто нічого не робить. Плюс до того дуже погана звукоізоляція.

La zona piscina troppi lettini appiccicati

Сніданки та персонал були просто найкращі! Дуже чисто, гарний сервіс, номер в нас був 139 і з нього був неймовірний вид на затишну та гарну вулицю, в готелі тихо і гарна шумоізоляція, басейн великий, завжди є або ді-джей, або скрипаль на сніданках, безкоштовна йога. Номери нові та зручні. В готелі багато простору та світла. Розташування чудове бо близько до всього, навпроти супермаркет та Boho club, до Пуерто Бануш пішки по набережній лише 15 хвилин. Це було найкраще перебування за останній час

Трохи застарілий хол, де знаходяться номери, але це не псувало загального враження. Це не перша лінія, але до моря йти 3 хвилини.

Loved everything about this hotel! We upgraded to one of the rooms with the shared jacuzzi pool and that was worth it - the main pool was very cold. The buffet was amazing. The members of staff were so friendly. Brilliant singers in the evening. Beautiful decor

أعجبني الموقع و كذلك توفر مواقف مجانية امام الفندق و الفطور رائع و تم ترقية الغرفة بعد مادفعت مبلغ امام الغرفة كانت موقعها سيئة سابقا وكل الشكر لموظفة الاستقبال ANA على حل جميع المصاعب والترحيب ..

طريقة تعامل الموظفين الاستقبال مع العرب بالاخص ان انا جاي بالطريق من المغرب وتعب و رفضوا حتى ادفع الحجز لطفله عمرها سنتين ورغم كل فنادق العالم و اسبانيا تعطي الاقامه مجانية لاطفال سنتين وطريقة التعامل سيئة الى اني طلبت الإلغاء وارجاع المبلغ ولا مانع لدي من خصم ليلة واحدة ولكن بعد ماعرفوا اني مشهور في التواصل الاجتماعي و إماراتي ومحامي وعندي اقامة في برشلونة وقلت لهم بخرج وبتكلم في الفندق وتدخل مديرة ANA و رحيت بي وعملت لي ترقية مع مبلغ طبعا و عدم احتساب رسوم إقامة طفلة وتغير الغرفة والمساعدة بكل شي وحتى استئجار سيارة .. نصيحة احفظ جميع الايصال و لا تدفع حتى ترى الغرفة بالاخص اذا كنت عربي ..

Die Lage ist einmalig - nur wenige Schritte bis an den Strand. Gepflegte Anlage! Wir nahmen ein Upgrade wahr und buchten eine der 4 Penthouse-Suiten. Diese sind aussergewöhnlkich: Gross, hell, riesige Terrasse mit Sonne von morgens bis abends und uneingeschränkter Meersicht. Der Whirlpool ist nachts nicht gerade leise (Getriebegeräusch 24h), aber genial! Zimmer und Hotel sind sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich!

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, alles frisch und sehr fein. Die anderen Mahlzeiten sind nicht überragend. Einziger Nachteil der Dachterrasse/Penthouse: Den ganzen Tag über hämmert der Bass von der nahegelegenen Strandbar.

Konumu çok iyi marimaya yürüme mesafesinde. Sabah kahvaltısı çok zengin özellikle çocuklu aileler için uygun Odalar konforlu, balkonlar çok geniş ve kullanışlı Temiz bir otel

Çocuk havuzunun kenarı sürekli ıslak ve oynayan çocuklar koşarken sürekli düşüyorlar. Orada havuzun çevresine ıslak zemin kaydırmaz bir şey kullanılmalı. Bu şekilde ıslak mermer zeminde değil bu madde üzerinde koşar havuzdan çıkan çocuklar.

Der Pool, der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse (extra gebucht), das Frühstück, das freundliche Personal, der Service, die gesamte Hotelanlage, usw. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, man ist fast sofort am Strand und direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, sodass man problemlos zB nach Marbella Center fahren konnte. Puerto Banús erreicht man ebenfalls innerhalb von ca 15 Min Fußweg am Strand entlang.
