Great location, clean place and super friendly staff.

The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

The room was clean but we did find some hairs on the shower wall, indicating it was not properly cleaned.

Centrally located. Friendly and professional staff. The rooms have a separate seating area and entrance which makes the room spacious. And I could sit on the couch instead of the bed to have my coffee and read a book.

A great hotel with a great price. Breakfast is nice though selections are quite limited at this hotel. We had a king suite and the room was very nicely laid out, however, it wasn’t as clean as expected. Overall, our 3 day stay was enjoyable and we’d book again. Great front desk staff! So friendly.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The area was quiet and conveniently located just a few minutes from Chandler Fashion Center and other attractions we enjoyed visiting. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was exceptional especially the evening crew. They were very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Too much noise early in the mornings. Each morning, sometimes as early as 6am, maintenance or cleaning service activities began, and the noise woke all the kids up.

My stay was wonderful! The front desk and kitchen staff are so accommodating and professional. Wagner is a very kind and professional gentleman.

I would have liked oatmeal for breakfast. Even if it were just the instant packets. Overall our stay was great

Pretty good stay. Loud on the first night, but fine the rest of the time. Had to keep extending our stay and staff was very cooperative.

Whats not to love. Staff was on point. Breakfast was good. Loved the homie room. Pool was lovely, nice and private. Bed was comfortable.

The pool wasn’t open, was under construction. I booked room by pool with patio and workers were noisy every morning of my stay. That was my only dislike. Also I had hoped breakfast would include turkey or beef options, everyone doesn’t eat pork.

Sometimes you can hear the people in the rooms next to you or in the hallways. The rooms need a white noise machine or fan to drown out noise.

I loved how clean the rooms were and how spacious the living area was for the kids. The shower was warm with good pressure and the bed was very comfortable. We especially liked the decor and how many room amenities there was waiting inside the room. We were most impressed by the complimentary breakfast and how nice the food display was, along with plenty of breakfast options! Great time over all with our kids.

Unfortunately when we got there the pool was closed. Also, a minor complaint, we were disappointed there was no ambient light in the bathroom around the mirror edges that you see in other Hotels. Also with King size rooms we also had wished there was an overhead shower rather than a one sided mounted one or at least shower heads on both sides. Im sure lots of couples like me with their spouses look forward to a couples shower. Just a minor thing but we do get that option at select Hotel 6’s and The Hyatt is far more prestige than that.

In the heat of December it's important the A/C works, and we were grateful. Apparently, I forgot to take photos, but our room was on the first floor near the back of the hotel, which has a keyed entrance. We even had a patio door that opened the courtyard pool area. Breakfast was on par. Dutch Bros next door was clutch for early morning sport watching. Too bad we didn't have enough time to check out the mall across the street.

Looked like a brand new in and out. Large rooms, great bed. Silent. Better breakfast than eg. HIE. Great attentative staff. Close to airport and Las Colinas bars and diners.

The hotel is very nice, easy parking, rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is diverse, did not get bored of the menu in two weeks of stay.

Pool was being renovated during my stay so it could not be used.

We were on a family vacation from Australia and stayed for a few days planning to help the kids adjust to the time difference. On arrival we were informed that the pool was closed which was the main part of our plan for these days to entertain the kids. Had we have known about the pool closure we would not have stayed at this hotel.

The location is perfect, across the street from a mall, shops, restaurants, Target and a Walmart. The rooms are spacious the patio in front of the pool was even great. I recommend this hotel.

The TVs in the room did not work. Bathroom sink would not drain. Not enough information was provided about how to work the TV. No channel guide. The pool was not functional due to renovations. They could have told us that in advance. Kids were very disappointed.

We arrived pretty late in the evening and wanted a late night snack but all snack service was closed at 10pm. It would have been nice to have a vending machine. The pool was also closed for mantinance.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp with beautiful surroundings. The buffet breakfast was good with much variety. We had a comfortable bed and pillows and a quiet room.

Great stay, spacious rooms, friendly staff, next to the mall. Breakfast was a bonus and no parking fees, we definitely will be back!

The breakfast options are plentiful and tasty. Fresh food is constantly being brought out. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Swimmimg pool is not clean

The room itself was very big, had enough room for a family of 5, it was very clean, ac was cold, water pressure was strong got hot quick. The location was great close to everything. The staff was very friendly from checking in to asking for extra towels. I would definitely stay here again. The pool was a nice size, water was clean. The breakfast was okay, could add a little more options, but food was still good.

Thin walls let in every single noise from the adjoining room and/or hallway. Doors randomly slam and/or squeak. Breakfast is very very lacking. Service was fine, room was decent - hotel would be comfortable enough without all the noise, but it was not a restful stay.

This was the second visit to this location in 10 months. The property is well maintained, rooms are clean and comfortable. My beef is with Management and Housekeeping. Last trip housekeeping started knocking at 8.30am and I left feedback about knocking so early . This time I stopped by the front desk after breakfast, requested, and was approved for, 2pm checkout. Yet Housekeeping started the annoying key knock at 10.30am. There wasn’t a “Do not disturb” door hanger in the room.

Spacious suites, clean, good breakfast and great service. Location is very good, only 15 minutes to Airport and walking distance to Mall.

Hot tub wasn’t any warmer than the pool the first room we got we had to leave because the bathroom door was broken. Went to the front desk and they told me they would come look at it in the morning. I was not OK with that. I like to have a door on my bathroom housekeeping never came in till like four in the afternoon and when they did the first night, they took our old towels didn’t leave us any new ones or any coffee or any of the other things that should’ve been done beds weren’t made etc.. I have so many things to say.

I am a Hyatt Rewards Member, I booked my room directly through Hyatt over a month prior to check in, received confirmation of stay, & attempted to do online check in the day of arrival & the system told me my room was not ready. Later that day (prior to 7pm) arrived at Hyatt Place & informed the hotel was overbooked in the room type I had reserved was sold out (I was completely agreeable to an alternate room type) & that I was being “walked” (bumped) to Home 2 Suites in Gilbert, AZ. (Hyatt Place did not have the courtesy to notify me of their lack of rooms prior to my arrival.) I was given a letter to take to Home 2 Suites (a 10 min drive away) to supposedly cover the cost of my first nights stay. I inquired if the Hyatt Place had availability for the remaining 2 nights of my 3 night reservation & I was told they did not. In my effort to figure out what I was going to do next I determined the Home 2 Suites had one remaining room for that night and no availability for the remaining nights if my trip. The Chandler, AZ area seemed to be very busy as I struggled to find any availability for a 3 night hotel stay. Meanwhile, I observed 2 other guest parties arrive at the hotel, check in & be assigned rooms. It was all very perplexing! Eventually the young man at the front desk took pity on me and assigned me a room, for which I was very grateful! Thank you so much Javy! The next morning when I was near the front desk at breakfast, I heard staff discussing that the night I had checked in they were oversold by 3 rooms, so I was not an isolated case. As for general comments on the hotel: the exterior is well kept, pool area stocked with towels & clean. There’s plenty of parking, but could be better lit on the backside of the building. The complementary breakfast was mediocre. The upper level hallways were overdue for vacuuming when I arrived & never got vacuumed during my 3 night stay. My room was large, mattress was very comfortable. The HVAC vent was filthy above the bed. My window was unlocked. The fridge & coffee maker were unplugged behind the console. Unfortunately the fridge took several hours to cool down, so I ended up tossing my food. There’s a lot of road noise & I did notice police across the street one night. Overall, my stay was ok, but the start was stressful. I recognize hotels can oversell, but notification would have been appreciated so I could have time to research other options.

Clean, updated, and friendly hotel! I will stay here every time I visit the Phoenix/Chandler area. Very convenient with the mall across the street also!

The pool was nice for the kids, they liked it a lot. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious enough for us.

If you’re going to book through the app, expect the price to be more than the app is stating. I booked the room for 294 but was charged for 344 at the property, the front desk clerk didn’t tell me why the price increased.

We checked in the first night with a reservation for two queens and a pull out sofa to fit the kids. The person checking us in apologized that they did not have a 2 queen room but would make it up to us by giving us two rooms with a king each and a sofa bed each. Kids really got to stretch out. Well, we thought it was for the entire stay as the clerk said nothing different. Surprised the next day to get texts asking when we would be ready to move all our things to a 2 queen room. Pointed out the inconvenience and that we were not told we'd have to move the second night. Manager apologized, offered cookies to the kids and some happy hour drinks for the adults, and in the end gave me Hyatt points to boot. The funniest irony is that we ended up moving into the room between our two rooms so we could keep the patio access to the pool area. Rooms were comfortable enough, and the 2 queens would have been considered plenty of space if we hadn't been spoiled the first night. Beds were comfortable if a bit firm. Breakfast was good with the usual breakfast bar options of scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, breads, etc. Well located near the mall and the freeway. Would have been great to have a larger refrigerator and we stacked up to get into the bathroom, but it was a good stay. The manager really did a good job to smooth over the need to move.

Honestly this hotel is no different from your typical Hyatt Place, in terms of room designs and service expectation. The location is possibly what attracted most people, as it is right next to a Wells Fargo and a major shopping mall. You don't really need to drive if you are here for a short day or overnight. I had an extended overnight and just decided that I want to skip the typical airport hotel and be closed to a shopping mall and something that I can do without driving. The walk to the Chandler Fashion Center is not as straightforward as I like but is easy enough. The service is friendly and the breakfast, while not extravagant, is passable for a Hyatt Place. It is a good Phoenix hotel and I will not hesitate to stay here again if I have a lengthy overnight.
