The Breakfast was very good. Good Variety

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking was good and safe.

My only complaint was upon arrival the room I requested was not available and was told I had to wait another hour before I could check it. I travelled all day and didn’t want to wait anymore so was offered another room with a different size bed from the original booking. I took the substitute because I wanted to check in as soon as possible. I was disappointed in that fact that the hotel didn’t give me a room similar to the one I requested or better. Rather I was downgraded to a smaller room.

Everything was great.

Only issue was guests in room above us where stomping back and forth across their floor all night. Weird! But not hotels fault.

The pillows are too soft my friend. Need more bedding for cold nights. Office area would be better than the 2 stools and table in order to do computer work.

The location and price.

Breakfast was fine and room / lobby was excellent.

Elevator very slow. Curtains allowed light in the morning when shut that woke me up.

Everything was excellent but mostly the suite which was large giving plenty of room to stretch

When we walked into our room it smelled like a men’s locker room. The smell was bad that we had to spray stuff to mask the smell. We stay here when we need to and we love this hotel because the suite fit our family needs but after this stay I might reconsider.

Beds were very comfortable and room was very quiet

TV didn’t work and although a coffee pot and coffee was provided no water bottles were available to use

Un ottimo Hampton Inn a Chandler, con un grande parcheggio gratuito, comodo per raggiungere Scottsdale. La struttura è molto bella, sia la reception che la sala colazione, così come la camera. Ampia, curata e molto pulita, con un bagno ampio con doccia. Una piacevole accoglienza alla reception per il check in. Comodo l'ascensore per chi come noi aveva valigie pesanti. Assolutamente consigliato.

It’s secluded and quite.

The only problem is the housekeeping after three days we had to ask if housekeeping our room could be cleaned. It would be beneficial to have other options besides pork for breakfast.

Tolle große Suite Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig( für amerikanische Verhältnisse). Viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool.

A very clean and well maintained bldg that is in the medical district in Chandler AZ. It's very easy to get to and in the best part of Phoenix metroplex. I'd stay here again. Rates are reasonable and you get a place that's safe.

The staff that checked us in was nice. His name is Braylin (I may have missed spell his name).

I didn't like that the Air conditioner and heater would randomly come on, especially during to night when we were sleeping. It was cold and disturbing. Other than that beautiful place to stay.

My wife and I have stayed at this location a few times in the past and never had any complaints. the location, property, staff, and everything has always been great. this time was different.

first night was okay, nothing wrong. second night when we came back from out outing, we noticed a leak in the bathroom from the roof. management wanted too move us, which was okay but we had plans for a monster jam event which was a 50 minute drive which we were late for from this whole event waiting for maintenance to come and the front desk to give us updates. and us moving rooms was a nightmare. we "upgraded" supposedly to a king suite, yes it had more room but less beds... and we requested when we checked in less neighbors since we have a toddler that likes to run around. first room we didn't get any complaints, next room we were forced into within 10 minutes we got a noise complaint about him running around.

Breakfast, cleanliness all excellent

We rely on night lights. The two available sites to plug them in happen to be in the little alcove, with wash basin and mirror, leading into the bathroom. Both of the electric socket pairs there were DEAD. One only had ground fault interruption, and it wouldn't allow me to trip it back on. When I presented this problem to the front desk person he extended his apologies and promised to fix it for next time. He appeared to minimize my concern. This whole issue disappointed me.

Braylan at the front desk was amazing! 10/10!!! he was very nice and friendly and helpful with out accommodations. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the staff there that were helpful for whatever you needed! I will definitely be back!

Clean rooms

Front desk check in not available, myself and 2 other customers had to wait for him to come out from the back. The other customer yelled "hello" to get someone's attention. I tried using the phone in the room to call the front desk, never hot an answer. I tried 3 times. I finally used my cell phone and called this location and got an answer. I asked how to adjust the thermostat as the room was freezing, he didn't know and says he could send maintenance ip, this was 830pm I declined as we were ready to go to bed.

I slipped in the lobby restroom because no one put out a wet floor sign. I was lucky to catch my fall but had bruises & soreness. Just because I refused medical attention the hotel waves me off no follow up call something. Medical attention is for people whom are bleeding under stress I didn’t need it. Manger Bobby was not helpful at all no customer service. Still no follow up call something as serious as this the hotel don’t care.
