Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Zo wie zo de mensen in de eetzaal waren heel erg behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. We hebben met veel plezier daar ontbeten en diners gebruikt.
Toch wel de kleinere kamers waar geen stoeltje stond. De hele tijd op bed zitten is niet handig voor vooral oudere personen

Kind and Helpful personal in Novotel (ibis and Novotel working in cooperation) - it means if you need smth and ibis do not have it, you can always go there and staff will be glad to help despite of their working time is end. Also the Breakfast is in the Novotel. In ibis on the first floor is free coffee machine, and machine with snacks (not free). Regarding the room, the room looks like on the photo. There are no small fridge in the room or mini bar, but you have cattle with tea and coffee. We also have a bottle of water, just only one, we were 2, so I guess someone just forgot it and cleaner leave it in the room. We have small room, I can say it was clean, we have broken lamp near the bed only, the bed was comfortable, it was very quietly in the room. Hotel is open 24h, simply check in and check out .
Very small room and bathroom,totally not for big amd tall people. When you seating in the toilet you extremely close to the wall 😂😂😂

Het toilet, geen ruimte voor je benen. Dwars zitten was nodig en zeer oncomfortabel. Donkere kamer met donkere muren en alleen een klein raampje voor lichtinval. Weinig lampen, waarvan 1 bedlampje het niet deed.

Co w przypadku Brugii ma duże znaczenie (są problemy z parkowaniem). Obiekt ładnie wkomponowany w zabytkowa strukturę miasta. Mieliśmy bardzo ładny pokój. W pokoju zestaw do kawy i herbaty. Można również zrobić sobie kawę i herbatę w holu hotelu.
Wszystko było ok.

The fact we were informed 2 hrs after checking in they no longer take dogs, despite having stayed there numerous times with our dogs previously. They left us with nowhere to stay in Bruges at a moments notice! Customer service rubbish!!!

Chambre 68 très bruyante. La fenêtre donne sur une rue pavée. Le bruit des voitures s’entend de la chambre. De plus, c’est un rez de chaussée et les employés font la pause sous cette fenêtre. Enfin, on entend chaque voisin qui rentre ou qui sort à cause des portes qui claquent fort.

Bed was uncomfortable as mattress topper kept moving. Staff met at check in helpful but seemed very unhappy to be asked how to do it. It was late evening, first time doing self check in and tired!
