Novotel Brugge Centrum

Very comfortable rooms, clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and a prime location smack in the old town

Location. Breakfast. Parking nearby.

small room for a family of 4.

Situación

Situación

Vriendelijk, hygiënisch en trendy hotel

Tapijt in de kamer

Tolle Lage

Amazing location could not be better. Nice staff. Very comfortable bed. Spacious and beautiful room with the toilet apart from the bathroom which was very convenient.

Some little things that are not in line with the pricing policy of the hotel such as - door handles of the toilet and bathrooms that are not well screwed and therefore loose - window that can barely be opened - no minibar Not what you expect when you pay this price (237€ for a night).

Mooie nette kamers, met leuke sfeerlampen

/

We love Brugge we use to come 2 or 3 times a year but we hadn’t been for few years and we decided to come back this year and it was very nice.

In general, it was clean and cozy. Locationwise also was not very far from the center. It was nice that public parking was next to it.

The main issue was the pillow. it was not very convinent to sleep on it. We did not use breakfast service as I think 26 Euro per person is too expensive.

Tout

Rien

Buen desayuno

Loved my stay

Breakfast pricy at 26euro, should have options for people who just want tea&toast

Posizione, pulizia e buona colazione

Location excellent, guy on reception so helpful.

Breakfast way too pricey at 26euro so didn't avail, when I only eat toast in the morning. Should have different option for people who only eat little.

Great position and nice hotel. Decor was good and good facilities such as the pool. Food was really nice and a mention for Piotr for being a great host at dinners.

That is if you arrive 20 minutes before the end of breakfast time you are dealt with quite rudely by some staff. This is a buffet and no need to be rushed when we were not late. Also the sofa bed is not a bed as it is rock hard.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Brugge and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance, including the Market Square, restaurants, and the main attractions. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. One feature we really appreciated was the complimentary water fountain near the lobby. It allowed us to refill our bottles whenever we needed, which saved us from buying bottled water several times a day. It’s a small touch but very thoughtful and environmentally friendly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay.

There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. The Google Cast feature on the TV didn’t work during our stay, and unfortunately it wasn’t fixed even after we reported it. Also, the breakfast toaster was quite slow and didn’t toast the bread properly. Replacing it would improve the breakfast experience.

Extrem gutes Frühstück. Perfekte Lage. Top Personal.

Osoblje i lokacija fenomenalni. Sami vrh

Thought it was very pleasant and friendly staff

Very clean and tidy

Good facilities, nice clean rooms, friendly staff

They should arrange for more places for bike parking

Posizione, camera, tutto perfetto.

Hotel davvero stupendo.

Camera pulitissima, silenziosa, letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Posizione strategica e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Personale gentile e preparato.

Location access generally for disabity

Difficulty in finding hotel by car and parking. Left my vehicle elsewhere and had to to take a taxi.

Great location, clean and very helpful and welcoming staff

Acoustics were not good, two guys above us had a big fight in the early hours so it was hard to sleep as so loud!

Clean rooms, good location. Good quality shampoo, shower gel and hand wash

Very small toilet rooms

konum merkezi, otopark uygun ve hemen yaninda, oda buyuklugu yeterli, kahvalti uygun ve cok iyi, personel cok yardimci, odalar cok temiz, fiyat/performans super

Localisation, le personnel et les équipements

Le prix du petit déjeuner 26€

Zeer netjes, goede bedden

Toilet zeer klein en krap. Zetelbed voor kind smal.

Super emplacement

Loved the hotel- have never stayed anywhere with such a friendly, warm and cosy feeling lobby. Great location and lovely quiet pool.
