Swissotel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center

Excellent breakfast and good location. Very efficient and helpful.

On the pricey side. Some problem with English speakers and no facilities for self laundry. The hotel need to advise guests how to get there if taking a taxi or if coming on the train as coming out from different exits makes it difficult.

Die Betten waren überragend

Die Klimaanlage ist zentral gesteuert

It was really good. The room was clean and the design was good. It was comfortable to sleep on the bed. I can recommend this hotel.

A little bit far from the center. However, the metro-station is in 1 min walk.

Personeel

Great location! Subway entrance is by the hotel. Gym is great, spacious and lots of equipment.

Wish they have self service washer and dryer

Le service du personnel et en top

Rien tout était magnifique

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff Had a great stay

The interior design is really beautiful

The sun decks/terraces were closed/ dead

Nice breakfast, modern rooms and interiors. The staff were very helpful. My Alipay was not working properly, and one member of staff even helped resolve the issue using his own money — extremely customer-focused! The spa facilities were also very nice.

It would be nice to have a couple of tea bags available in the room. In the steam room, the steam comes out from underneath the bench, which makes it uncomfortable to keep your legs down. It would also be good to have a better-equipped gym.

Struttura pulitissima, di gran lunga sopra la media qui in cina. Camera enorme, ed un bagno bellissimo. Silenziosa e perfetta.

The hotel is great! Amazing location, great amenities. But what stood out for us even more was the hospitality. They have Great staff. They very polite even when our baggage was too much. We were helped to get a bigger car for the airport where our DiDi app wasn’t giving us the option to. From day one at checkin the politeness and professionalism of each and every staff members was outstanding. It’s a great place to stay

Nothing. All was great

Ligging 👍

The bed is incredible! I never slept that well in a hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful and the breakfast is good and with plenty of choice. Metro station right in front of the hotel and you can also leave the city bikes there.

Nothing, all great!

Nothing

This hotel is in very bad location, far from all attractions of Beijing. From the beginning we were shocked to see an army of managers walking around the hotel but in vain because none of them spoke English and they dont resolve any problems of the foreign tourist. The reception staff was very aggressive and no one spoke English. The breakfast was very poor and the same every day. Water not potable in the batroom and we cannot wash the teeth. The internet was a disaster. We couldn't use Facebook, YouTube, Netflix, WhatsApp, etc. and the TV in the room only showed Chinese and Russian programs. Everyone told us that the Chinese Government blocks these platforms, but when we stayed in Guangzhou, the hotel had its own VPN that helps foreign tourists communicate. The biggest problem we had was with the maid who forced her way into our daughter's room, including the bathroom, saying that she had to clean it or else she wouldn't get her salary. In vain we tried to tell her that we had only just arrived the night before and is not necesarry cleaning. The next day she woke us up at 9:00 again to clean. Then we decided to cancel the reservation at this hotel and ask for our money back. We received it and moved to another hotel.

Sehr gutes Hotel, sauber, sehr freundliche Personal und sehr gut Lage.

Very clean and comfortable

Hotel excelente, moderno, habitaciones amplias y buffet muy bueno.

very like

24-hour gym but steam room closed at 9.30，very rush for us

The modern comfort of the rooms, cleanliness and the hotel location in the city. Good attention from concierge.

The pool was in a hot area, so I did not visit it thoiugh I wantd to relax by the pool.

Clean, location, staff, received a cake for my daughter’s birthday

Very small room, especially the bathroom

I really love this hotel and always stay here. Everything is always excellent.

nothing

Uzasny hotel na europskej urovni. Vsetko krasne ciste, personal ochotny. Ranajky vynikajuce

Incredible location, great hotel

In the middle of everything, metro Station just at the door, brekkie wonderful with the Asian and western flavours, staff very helpful, we asked to the reception how to operate the aircon and in two minutes engineers arrived to my door, easy to communicate with everyone.

Room was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast is very good with ample options and very tasty. The options don't change much over the days but there are so many that you can have a good variety for a long stay. Location is great as it is a couple of metro stops from the main tourist spots and the metro station is literally outside the hotel entrance. There is a supermarket opposite as well as a few fastfood options. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean and very walkable especially in the cool evenings.

Nothing

Great location, clean, comfortable

Super śniadania .

Jak to w Chinach . Problem to język angielski

Great Hotel with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast.

Very nice hotel, great restaurant and bar. The staff were very kind, helpful, allowed us to check in earlier, we enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend it. The rooms were clean, the city view was cool and the hotel was in very good quality/shape.

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic

Nothing comes to mind

Hotel business con personale che parla inglese. Colazione continentale buona. Camera confortevole e pulita.

Nulla

Great location, right next to the subway which made it easy to explore Beijing. Very clean, recently renovated, food was good, staff were friendly and helpful.

I found the bed and pillows a bit soft but that’s a personal preference rather than a fault with the hotel!

Good option, The staff is excellent, the hotel is distinguished by cleanliness and excellent service. The only thing I didn't like was that a swimming cap is required for the bath and you can't buy one from the hotel.

Great location just in front of metro station Reasonable price for 5 stars Nice and clean room. Special thanks for bench inside of shower space

Breakfast was not at the level of my expectations (very few fresh fruits instead of canned fruits)

Clean good location

Nothing really

Bueno me gustó

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

The breakfast

Food was good from IRD. Stuff is very helpful and friendly. As well a lot of different restaurants near the hotel with national food.

Hotel located little bit far from the center.

çalışanları güler yüzlüydü

hizmet, konfor ve kahvaltının yetersiz olmasına karşılık ücreti yüksek

Personal se esfuerzo en como ayudar. No habla ingles o muy poco. Menos español. Pero compensation con actitud

Falta de ingles en el personal. O muy poco ingles.

the breakfast selection is good and the hotel is very clean. its location is also extremely good, as it’s right next to the metro

my aircon wasn’t working, and despite insisting multiple times that it should be looked into, the staff told me it was it’s dependent on the external weather which i didn’t believe.

Clean room, convenient location and friendly staff.
