Our room smelt of smoke and was old and dated

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as we had requested, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything we needed to start the day. The location was also perfect and made exploring the city very easy and convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our stay. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

A deposit was supposed to be taken, but when they learned I wouldn't be using the hotel's services, they overlooked it.

La struttura è elegante e accogliente. Nella hall dell’hotel mancano sufficienti poltrone per gli ospiti che attendono.

La posizione lungo la linea 2 della metropolitana, comodissima. Lo staff della sala colazioni, gentilissimo, e il servizio colazione, con una scelta incredibilmente ampia. Il passaggio diretto verso il centro commerciale U-Town, molto utile specie in caso di pioggia forte.

Lo staff della reception potrebbe essere più gentile. Una presa in grado di far funzionare un asciugacapelli in bagno sarebbe molto più comoda invece di doverseli asciugare in camera.

Номер сьют был неожиданно очень большим с двумя санузлами. Завтраки великолепные, локация супер удобная, прямой выход из отеля в торговый центр , вокруг много ресторанов , близко к центру и многим достопримечательностям, рядом станция метро

При выезде не дали конверт с инвойсом 🤷🏻‍♀️

The location is amazing as it’s connected to a mall and it’s close to different restaurants, cafes and many other shopping malls. I would like to thank Kay who works at the breakfast buffet. As a Muslim who eats certain kind of foods, Kay went above and beyond to make sure that the chef prepared breakfast that my family and I could eat. I truly appreciate this gesture. Also, the check out is at 2:00 which is a plus. الفندق نظيف و مريح و موقعه ممتاز حيث انه ملاصق إلى مجمع تسوق و بجانبه مطاعم و مقاهي مختلفة. الموظفين لطيفين وقد طلبت من احد الموظفين الذين يعملون في مطعم الإفطار و اسمه كاي إذا كان من الممكن من الشيف ان ينظف المقلاة و أدوات الطبخ ليصنع لي و لعائلتي الإفطار حيث أنني مسلمة و ينبغي ان يكون الاكل حلال و الأدوات نظيفة و قد ساعدني بكل رحابة صدر. وقت الخروج كان الساعة الثانية وهو شيء ممتاز.

The Hotel was in a great location. Next to a huge mall. The rooms were regularly cleaned and staff were amazing and very helpful.

Language was a problem as many did not understand English. But they were always ready to help by using translators on their phone.

L'amplitud de l'habitació. Que té banyera i dutxa . El buffet d'esmorzar és força complert.

Ens han cobrat un extra del 25% del preu estipulat. Ens van dir que al sortir hi hauria un retorn d'aquest 25% però, a hores d'ara, encara que no ens l'han retornat i no sabem a què es deu aquest increment.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is modern, stylish, and clean. It‘s located just 3-4 metro stops from the Forbidden City, making sightseeing incredibly easy. The buffet had a wide variety of both Western and local Chinese dishes, so there is always something new to try. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Beijing!

Quarto era bem pequeno, a reserva aceitou 3 pessoas em 2 camas de solteiro, pudemos nos virar, pq estávamos em 1 casal +1, acabamos deixando assim para não gerar custos adicionais com outro quarto.

The property was clean and well maintained and very central to the shopping malls and other facilities.The staff were very helpful when we arrived we got Kyrie Liu who checked us in and there was some problem when we booked on the website but solved it and upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost which was very good of him .Then on the next morning Musa Yang helped us a lot to set up Alipay so we could do our payments in China and catch Didi.we really appreciate their help and would go back to this hotel again.

The lighting in the Bathroom near the mirrors are a bit poor which makes it hard to shave or do makeup.

Остановился в Crownee Plaza и остался очень доволен. Начну с локации — расположение удобное, недалеко метро и основные достопримечательности, при этом в отеле спокойно. В номере и общих зонах идеальная чистота, что для меня всегда важно. Отдельное удовольствие — завтраки: достойный выбор блюд, есть и европейские опции, и азиатские, всё свежее и вкусное. Персонал приветливый и внимательный. Особенно хочу поблагодарить девушку на ресепшен Mia Dong — профессионал своего дела. Встретила с улыбкой, быстро заселила, ответила на все вопросы и создала ощущение, что тебе здесь действительно рады. Обязательно вернусь и рекомендую отель всем, кто ценит комфорт, чистоту и хороший сервис.

Good size room adjacent to a shopping mall.

Limited seatings in the lobby and designated smoking area is without cover which is very awkward during rain.

This Hotel is located in a quiet and safe area of Beijing, I walked around the hotel and found plenty of stores, ATM, and restaurants. A big Mall (Shopping Center is next to the hotel). You are just 15 or 20 minutes by taxi to main city atractions (Forbidden city, Lama Temple, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace). The hotel has an excellent gym and a swimming pool. Superb breakfast buffet. Served on the 6th floor. Dinner available too in the evening. Special thanks to Mia Dong in reception desk, she was super helpfull and kind. I stayed in the 16th floor.

I originally stayed at The St Regis and it was horrible. Switched to Crowne Plaza and it was so much better, and cheaper! Only bad thing is that they never pick up the phone for in room dining. 100% of the times I had to go down to the restaurant to place my order.

The location was right inside a mall which was convenient. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was big enough to get ready inside.

The staff who picked the phone for guest relations and answered in English was rude and judgemental.. We stayed 3 nights. When we checked in the shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion etc were all empty and not refilled even after the room was cleaned the next day. The bedsheet was torn. The items were replaced only after complaining at front desk.

I had an excellent time there. Highly recommended!

- Good location (on average 20 mins by taxi to all main site seeing locations + subway station within walking distance). - Hotel has direct access to the mall with plenty of restaurants and shops. - Good breakfast with mix of European and local cuisine. - Rooms are large enough and windows can be opened. - Comfortable beds.

- English is not well spoken, but manageable with translation apps. - We had three rooms booked and in one the room cleaning was mediocre (bed not done, coffee not refilled) - Lobby area lacks sitting options.

We had a wonderful three‑day stay at the Crowne Plaza Beijing U‑Town, all the staff were helpful and Mr. Troy Hou in particular, he went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. He surprised my little boy with a panda toy, and decorated the room with a child‑friendly theme. These thoughtful touches made our stay truly memorable. He also helped us smoothly extend our stay by an extra night, which we appreciated greatly. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The swimming pool is a lovely bonus - spacious, well‑maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants in U-town shopping center. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt genuinely cared for, and we would happily return. Highly recommended.

Не понравилось отношение персонала при заселении. В отеле останавливаюсь не первый раз и к постоянным гостям надо относиться иначе, а не давать уставшим после долгого перелета людям самый худший номер на низком этаже с видом на стену и кондиционеры и с двумя отдельными кроватями, при том, что мы путешествовали семьей и говорить, что других номеров нет. И только после того, как мы отказались от него, другой номер вдруг нашелся . С нормальным видом и одной большой кроватью. Разочарованы. И -2 балла за это. А год назад отношение сотрудников было просто замечательным…

Great location, very clean and great staff

Большой и чистый номер, удобные матрасы и подушки, уборка каждый день. При заселении подарили чашку фруктов, очень мило 😀 Совет - ходите на завтраки до 8 утра , так как ресторан открыт для посещения с улицы, с 8 до 9 много людей приходят на завтраки.
