Great location, right in the city center, walking distance from places we planned to visit. Staff is very professional and friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Would chose to stay here again when in Milan.

Die Lage ist einfach super. Alles ist locker in Reichweite und für weite Strecken ist die U-Bahn direkt vor der Nase. Zimmer war geräumig und entsprach der Beschreibung. Das Frühstück sticht jetzt nicht besonders hervor, war aber ganz ok. Auch das Restaurant war weltklasse. Die haben sich die Sterne wirklich verdient. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sauberkeit des Badezimmers. Dieses ist schon mit deutlichen, ich nenn es mal Gebrauchsspuren gezeichnet. Die Bar hätte auch etwas länger offen haben können. Schon vor 22:00 Uhr ist hier Feierabend. Wer also den Dom bei Dunkelheit fotografieren will (sehr lohnenswert) und dannach gemütlich noch in der Bar den Abend ausklingen lassen möchte, bleibt auf dem trockenen...

Very disappointing experience – poor service and extremely noisy room We booked our room through booking and upon check-in, the hotel told us they were upgrading us to a bigger room. Unfortunately, the “upgrade” turned out to be a terrible choice because the room was located directly next to the bus and tram lines. The noise was extremely loud throughout the day and night, and we could barely sleep. When we asked reception if we could change rooms, we were told that room changes could only be made before 12 p.m. because otherwise the hotel would “lose the sale” of the room to other customers. We found this response extremely disappointing. There seemed to be more concern about selling the room to another guest than about taking care of an existing paying guest who was unable to sleep. After repeatedly asking, they eventually said they could change our room around 4–5 p.m. By that point, we already had plans outside and had lost most of the day waiting for a solution. In the end, we decided to stay in the same room and simply put up with the noise for the remaining two nights. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The woman managing the breakfast area was extremely rude and unwelcoming. From the moment she saw us, we felt that we were treated differently because there were only two of us and were given an unpleasant seating arrangement. The coffee machine was not working, and there were no eggs available. Instead of trying to make the situation better, her attitude made the experience even more unpleasant. We also had an issue with room service. We were told at reception that room service was available until 10:30 p.m., so we called at around 10:15p.m. to place an order. We were then told being rushed while trying to order saying “we’ll close in a few minutes” while we were trying to ask for best sellers, and there was 15 minutes left.

Sehr guter Service in allen Bereichen, von der Rezeption bis zur Küche. Sehr vielfältiges und reichhaltiges Frühstück, das Restaurant bietet gerade abends einen tollen Ausblick. Die Lage ist super für eine Städtereise, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und eine Haltestelle der Metro Linie 1 ist direkt vor der Tür.

La ubicación es perfecta para caminar por el centro histórico, el personal que nos atendió en recepción maravilloso, en todo momento nos atendieron muy bien, que si necesitamos algo que se lo dijéramos, nos hablaron en español, en fin el personal muy atento y servicial desde el señor que te abre la puerta, el de recepción como el personal que atendía el desayuno. En el cuarto de baño la bañera está alta y tiene solo una puerta de mampara, tienes que ir con cuidado al ducharte porque sino el suelo se puede llevar fácilmente de agua . La TV tiene muchos canales pero no encontré ninguno en español.

We had a wonderful stay. Davide at reception was excellent and gave us very helpful advice on how to make the most of our short time in Milan. We also greatly appreciated the upgrade to a Junior Suite while celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. A special thank you also to Ernesto, the General Manager, who kindly arranged macarons for us to enjoy that evening. It was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable!

Great location so close to Doumo cathedral and shopping street, also Brera area just near by walking distance. Safe area to walk and live. They did upgrade our room which was so kind from the Hotel side. Room was big and had everything you would be needed, small toiletries set up in the bathroom was so useful. Breakfast was 10 out of 10 so many options and variety will suits for anybody ,complimentary prosecco for breakfast was amazing Add On to all the experience.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, simpáticos. As instalações são simples, mas muito bem cuidada, limpa. A localização é excelente, perto das embarcações que fazem passeios no lago, próximo à estação e ao centro histórico. Como é uma cidade muito bonita.

Smutsigt och slitet, inte värt pengarna, lyhört, som om man sovit ute bredvid spårvagnen, en del av personalen var inte så trevliga och frukosten var inget speciellt.

Good location and in general nice hotel

Sound isolation is poor. At 1am you could hear residents from above jumping and moving chairs. Impossible to sleep. Called reception and they responded with attitude. Not a nice experience. Breakfast is good, but not the best as advertised.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Schloss ist gleich beim Hotel und jede Sehenswürdigkeit von Milano ist zu Fuss wunderbar zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr zuvorkommend, vor allem auch zu unserer 14 Monate alten Tochter.

Der Lift ist sehr klein und hat mit Kinderwagen oder grossen Koffern nur Platz für eine Person. Auch hat es nur einen Liftaufzug zur Verfügung, obwohl das Hotel doch relativ viele Zimmer bietet.

Немного уставший от времени отель, но чисто и расположение просто топ, метро у входа, легко пешком до основных достопримечательностей, ресторанов, магазинов. Завтрак прекрасен. Соотношение цена/качество идеально. Смело рекомендую

J'ai adoré l'ambiance de cet hôtel très bien situé et dont le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et professionnel. Le petit dejeuner est très qualitatif et le dîner au restaurant était très agréable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Beds were not comfortable. Bathrooms are relatively run down compared to the condition of the rooms. We had the misfortune of an extremely rude Housekeeping woman and the person who checked us in but the rest of the staff were fine.

Otelin altında bulunan restauranta gittik ordaki hanımefendi bizi kaba bir şekilde geri çevirdi otelde konakladığımızı söylediğimiz halde..Hizmet vermediği saat olsa bile bu şekilde görgüsüzce davranması hoş değildi..Teşekkür ettik ve çıktık..Ayrıca otelin asansörleri inanılmaz dar bu sekılde bir otele yakısmıyor

Lovely staff who went above and beyond. We arrived after a big flight from NZ early and they made every effort to accommodate us early so we could freshen up and get the most out of our day in Milan. Then when we got back in the afternoon we had fresh towels again. Extra attention that’s really appreciated

The hotel is very centrally located, 3-5min walk to the Duomo, along with other beautiful sites. The room was huge, very clean, slippers and robes were provided. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

La Clim ne marchait pas malheureusement

Fantastic location. Spacious room. Vanity kit with a wide range of materials. Fully-equipped fridge. Breakfast was adequate.

Bathroom door knob does not work properly. Furniture and walls were scratched and worm out. Nonexistent view.

Réceptionniste était fortement sympathique et nous a donner de bons conseils pour aller dîner, en toute franchise et sincérité. Nous avons été aussi upgraded sur une Junior Suite (plutôt sympathique niveau espace), par contre… quel bruit !! L’emplacement était tout simplement top, à quelques minutes de la Cathédrale du Duomo et Brera (quartier pour les restaurants). Le petit déjeuner était assez varié, simple mais varié.

Le bruit de la circulation (bien que nous étions sur une junior suite) les voitures, le tramway dès 5h du matin, c’est réveille assez pénible… Peu d’articles de toilette ; il faut demander à la réception ce don on a besoin. Ni table de repasser disponible… Difficulté à ouvrir la porte de la chambre, il fallait l’enfoncer avec l’épaule…
