Кондиционер , его невозможно отрегулировать непосредственно в номере, останавливалась в этом отеле три раза и это было проблемой, летом очень холодно в номере, зимой жарко.

Die gute Lage

Winziges Zimmer obwohl wir eine Suite gebucht haben. Toilette defekt, Lichtschalter schmutzig, unfassbar laute Klimaanlage die man selbst nicht abschalten. Alles war alt und sehr abgenutzt.

Location is amazing! Staff is great! Beds and pillows are very comfortable!

Our room was located on the street side, and you can hear the trams go by. If you're a heavy sleeper, you may not hear anything — I'm a light sleeper, so I could hear it, and it bothered me. Breakfast was so so, omelette was for an extra charge 😳

Location is great and it’s a beautiful hotel. Rooftop bar is real nice.

We took cold showers in the morning. There was no hot water.

Absolutely excellent location. Very central and could walk where we wanted to go. Rooftop Bar and restaurant was fun and the service was good. Will definitely return.

Breakfast was ok but not brilliant. Coffee at breakfast not the best but overall that is being hyper critical.

מה שקלקל מאוד את החוויה זה תחנת רכבת עירונית מתחת לחלון שבליל יום א גרמה לרעש בלתי פוסק של רכבות יוצאות. מי שמגיע למלון שיבקש חדר בקומה גבוהה ולא מעל התחנה.

WE WERE IN THEIR TOP Restaurant on the 10 floor and went in for dinner it is an expensive and smart place, but after sitting down no one approached us with a menu or for a drink of water. This happened all the way through the evening no staff to support the indoors as everyone was focused on looking after all clients outside. I was going to send an email to the mangement to say they should have one person to keep an eye out for all the indoor clients. But have not had the time or energy to do that yet

Nous avions réservé une suite pour 4 personnes: 1 seul peignoir, manque de serviettes ainsi que les dosettes de café limites au nombre de trois ( dont 1 décaféiné) pour 4 cela fait très léger, surtout que nous avons demande une tasse supplémentaire car il en manquait et une dosette de café, on nous a donné une tasse et pas de capsule en disant que c'était la procédure...

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Von dort aus konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Dachterrasse ist ebenfalls ein Highlight. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Betten sind super, wenn man eher härtere Betten bevorzugt, wie wir. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr umfangreich.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr schlicht. In den beiden von uns gebuchten Zimmern gab es jeweils keine Dusche, sondern eine Badewanne, einmal mit Abtrennung, einmal ohne. In dem einen Zimmer funktionierte der Abfluss der Badewanne nur schlecht.

Super location - 5-7 minutes walking to Duomo. Friendly staff - we stayed 3 nights and Alejandro suggested 3restaurants for dinner that were great! Excellent breakfast. Room was small with no closet space at all just a few hangers on the wall, no draws or small closet. Very clean room. Very comfortable beds. The Roof top is cool but pretty pricey.

Hotelli oli äärinmäisen laadukas. Huoneet olivat erinomaiset, henkilökunta ammattilainen ja tehokas, aamupala oli ensiluokkaista ja maisemat kattoterassilta oli upeat. Hotelli sijaitsee myös lähellä Duomon tuomiokirkkoa, joten tämä on erinomainen paikka majoittua, jos tahtoo laatua ja hyvät välimatkat nähtävyyksiin.

Huone oli äärinmäisen kylmä, ja vaikutti, ettei ilmanlämpöpumppua oikein saanut säädeltyä haluttuun lämpötilaan.

Die 3 hervorragenden Punkte waren das äußerst freundliche Service, das Frühstück (sehr feine Auswahl in hoher Qualität!) und natürlich die Lage. Die Betten/Matratzen waren sehr angenehm, die Ausstattung hat auch gepasst (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Taps und Tees, jeden Tage eine Flasche Wasser, sogar Bademäntel und flauschige Schlapfen waren im Zimmer). Die Roof Bar ist auch ein besonderes Erlebnis. Super Aussicht über die Stadt (allerdings nicht Richtung Dom)

Leider war unser Bad sehr eng, In einer zu kurz geratenen Badewanne zu duschen finden wir nicht mehr zeitgemäß, hier ist's aber Standard. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und musste in der Nacht abgedreht werden. Was aber sehr störend war, dass unser Zimmer eine finstere Kammer mit einem schmalen Fenster (nicht öffenbar!) in den Hof war, noch dazu nahmen die Seitenvorhänge noch mehr Licht weg. Schade um das Gesamterlebnis. Die Fotos auf denen Fenster zu sehen sind, zeigen ausschließlich Zimmer nach vorne auf die Straße! Also entweder Glück haben, oder drauf bestehen. Insgesamt war der Preis für die Zimmerqualität viel zu hoch!

De locatie in het centrum was prima, alles bereikbaar op loopafstand zo ook de metro. De rooftop was mooi maar duur. Ontbijt was prima.

Perfekte Lage um im Zentrum alles gut zu erreichen. ÖPNV direkt vor dem Hotel. Frühstück sehr gut, exzellenter Service. Dachterrasse mit Bar und Restaurant sind ein Highlight, die Preise orientieren sich allerdings an der Höhe und der tollen Aussicht.

Le bruit dans les chambres est insupportable côté route. Il est impossible de dormir avec le bruit des tramways dans les chambres situées dans la partie basse de l’hôtel et pour la chambre au 9eme étage ( chambre luxe!!) le bruit généré par le Restaurant, juste au dessus ne vous laisse pas plus la possibilité de dormir….

Rooms don’t match the pictures, the base room that we booked had pictures of a nice modern bathroom. Old, black mould thrugh out, water not contained in the shower. I could go on and on

My room was spotless, the fixtures modern, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the proximity to the Duomo a winner.

While its proximity to the Duomo is a plus, it is not near any convenience stores or sit down restaurants.

Excelente localização, de frente para o acesso a estação de metrô, além de uma excelente proximidade com os principais pontos turísticos de Milão... atendentes simpáticos, tudo perfeito.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter le centre ville très proche (~ 500m du DUOMO à pieds) en étant dans un quartier plutôt calme et donc moins bruyant. L'hôtel est agréable, luxueux. Le petit-déjeuner est de grande qualité. L'accueil est parfait.

En revanche, petite déception dans la chambre où on ne peut pas couper totalement la climatisation qui est relativement bruyante et la VMC continue à fonctionner la nuit avec un bruit minime mais persistant. LA salle de bain est spacieuse mais il n'y a pas de petit meuble pour ranger sa trousse de toilette, c'est dommage. Pour le petit déjeuner, la climatisation était réglée trop fraîche dans la salle de restaurant.

The location was close to the Duomo and other venues I wanted to explore.

The room was shabby and disappointing. The cleaners were still in it cleaning when I was given the key. The furniture was scratched and chipped. there was a large splash on the inside of the room door. It looked like a cup of coffee had been thrown against the door, just below the handle, and had not been cleaned effectively. So, my impression of the room was not very clean, uncared for, and well below my expectations. Really poor quality and not at all like the photos posted on the website. The shower (in the bath) didn't work well either, water splashed all over the bathroom floor when I showered.

I liked Cleanness, & location.

I didnt like that the rooms were very dated for that price, and I didn’t like that they requested me to pay the city tax and I didn’t like when I requested a European adapter for my phone charger the front desk replied that they sell them to guests for €15. and one of the house keeping staff while cleaning my room one day they went through opened my luggage although my suitcase was zipped with all my personal belonging inside and also went through my room cabinets ,although i reported to the front desk they tried to claim that maybe i left my clothes or a mess of my belongings all over the room. But i actually keep all my things organized and away of the house keeping staff because i dont like anyone messing with it. And finally; Rooms overlooking the street are very noisy as the Tram passes in front of them at all times and the room windows do not insulate against sound. One more thing.. shower head leaks. The worst of all, All TV channels are dubbed it italian :)

I did not like a cleaner being in my room on check in washing her face in my sink. Leaving it wet and her black hair on my bathroom floor. When I approached the staff and attached the picture evidence in an email. They called me a liar.

This is my second visit to Milan, and I stayed at the sane hotel, still great. I love this hotel, and whenever I arrive to Milan I’ll stay in it. Best location close to everything. Nice breakfast and great staff.

The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was quite good with a decent variety of choices. A huge plus was that they upgraded our room, which turned out to be very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
