Fantastic location, very central and a few steps away from the Duomo and the shopping. Breakfast was also very good and good variety of quality products. The staff at the reception were great, helpful and polite.

Nothing

Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, 1 minute walk from the Duomo. The bed and beddings were so comfortable. The room was clean, the design of the hotel and the room is cool and the staff were always friendly.

Excellent location and very quiet considering it’s in the hub

Breakfast was ok but very cosy

What a perfect location and beautiful hotel. Literally steps from the Duomo. The staff was exceptional, being there at every moment to ask how they could help. It’s an expensive room, but worth every penny and more.

The room was spacious the bed very comfortable the location right next to the Duomo

Exceptional location just a few steps from Piazza del Duomo, great room and professional and friendly staff that proved extremely helpful with all our requests - including my need to find a quiet space for a work-related call after we had left the room. Relaxed elegance and class: I cannot reccomend this hotel enough!

Location location Location perfect

Bar too small

Absolutely loved my stay at Room Mate Collection Giulia! From the moment I arrived, the service was great and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location honestly couldn’t be better. You’re right in the heart of Milan, just steps away from the Duomo, Galleria, shopping, restaurants, and pretty much everything you want to experience in the city. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and has a really nice atmosphere. After spending the day exploring Milan, it was a great place to come back to. Great hotel, great service, and an unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Milan. Highly recommend!

Excellent location; a bit noisy outside, but the soundproofing was perfect. The price is not as low as I would like; however, the hotel is worth it.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and in an amazing location. The staff were attentive and could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The concierge Andrea was just exceptional, helping us to find restaurants, coffee shops, local lunch venues to ensure we experienced a truly authentic Italian holiday.

Five stars. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Duomo, and the rooms were spotless every day. But what really makes Room Mate Giulia special is the staff. Absolutely fantastic: warm, helpful, genuinely kind, and somehow part of the holiday itself. By the end of our stay, it felt less like a hotel and more like being welcomed by friends. Milan has plenty of great hotels. Room Mate Giulia has something harder to find: people who make you want to come back.

Stylish , clean, pleasant

All was good

Services was great the location is very good very near to duomo the reception was very nice and helpful specially RACHELE AND PIETRO

Nothing everything was satisfying

The staff was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and great recommendations. Rachele and Sara were particularly terrific. The location near the Duomo and La Scala opera house was a delight. The breakfast had an abundance of delicious choices.

Nothing.

Great location, close to the Dome, museums and shopping streets.

Felt quite busy, eg check-in procedure took quite some time, although staff was friendly.

Great location, clean & comfortable spacious room and awesome staff!

Nothing!

Sinceramente, nada a apontar. Talvez a falta de sumo de laranja natural no pequeno almoço.

Loved the location, literally next door to Duomo and Galleria shops, the fun modern styling, super comfortable bed, and quiet conditions…despite being so central. Special call out to Rachele at the desk who’s warm smile and positive attitude made the check in and check out process smooth.

A peaceful retreat in the heart of Milan. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful from the bellboys and concierge to the restaurant waiters. The hotel was beautifully maintained and spotless, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like home after a busy day exploring the city. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Beautifully designed hotel, very helpful and welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, and excellent location.

All was great

The interiors are so nice ...simple and clean

Good not excellent

The central location is great for exploring Milan, the room and hotel were clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff at the reception and breakfast area were polite and helpful, we really appreciated their hospitality and are looking forward to returning to this property.

There was some construction in the street under our window, but that isn't the hotels fault and it should be over soon.

Couldn’t get a better location in Milan. Right beside the Galleria. It was beautiful.

Location, cleanliness, spacious room and gym facilities.

The front desk charged me twice which they admitted was an accident but was frustrating as I needed to wait for the refund to be processed.

Best location of any hotel

The room service food was pitiful and expensive, consisting of frozen pizza and canned pasta.

The staff was absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive and always ready to help. A special thank you to Andrew, the concierge, who took such great care of me, helped with restaurant reservations and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and perfectly located.

Nothing — I really enjoyed my stay.

Great staff, very friendly. Hotel location is amazing, right in the action next to the Duomo & fashion area. Perfect for a quick city break.

Breakfast is expensive for the quality.

great hotel, great service, especially Andre the recepcionaist that helped us allot.

Location & staff Air-conditioning

No seating sofa in the room Iron should be available in the room

the recepsionist Andrea was amazing and helped us allot.

Elhelyezkedés

Korábbi évekhez képest jóval drágább ár érték arány

confort, emplacement, décor, accueil

petit-dej un peu trop cher

Hersey çok başarılı. Duomo nun kalbinde. Diğer taraftan sessiz ve konforlu

Friendly and helpful staff. Very cool, comfortable, and cozy designs. Rooms are very cozy and comfortable. Location is excellent

Nothing

Fabulous position.

Location , stuff, Room , beds were very comfortable

Our shower, it was slippery and the some of towels wasn’t good , not new

Great location , the staff were super friendly and very helpful ! Definitely staying there again !

The hotel is in an excellent location - a few steps away from the Duomo and the Metro - 10 minutes away from the Centrale Station. The staff was very kind; they left us a chocolate. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of options. Our room was comfortable with a very large bed and a real bed for our son (not a sofa bed).

I can't recall anything that I disliked - the only thing I can say is that the street was closed and it was really hard to get the Uber when we were leaving - definitely not the hotel's fault - but the hotel staff helped us to walk 50m with the luggage.

Emplacement
