breakfast could be better not so many international options, if you like Malaysian local food that is a good option for you but for us no very much .. how to get to GRAB gate was little confused and also to the many market.. 2 gates were counfusing

The raindrop shower is totally not working well. the water supply was so weak. The ventilation in the toilet is so noisy, and the aircond is not functioning well. And the route to rooftop is so misleading.

I had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Garden. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, cosy, and suitable for families. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.The location was convenient and the facilities were good.

If you are driving, this place is great! This hotel is near to Premium Outlet. The unit is extremely clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. Towel and toiletries are are provided. Will revisit this hotel again.

Reached the hotel at 5:30 pm fpr check-in, but was inform that the units were not ready. waited about 45 mins, did try my luck to ask for complimentary breakfast but was not entertained. only agreed extend check out time to 12:30pm despite of complimentary 2 cable car tickets, but was not given upon check in.

Lift demands is more than supply. Lift is alway full. Waiting time is far beyond my expectations.

This was my second stay at this property. The check-in process was quick and straightforward. The surrounding area is pleasant and convenient, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. There is also an outlet mall within a short distance, as well as convenient access to the cable car. There is a grocery store near the reception area on the first floor, which is particularly useful for longer stays. One of the highlights of the property is the facilities on the 41st floor, where there are two swimming pools as well as a gym. The views from this level are beautiful and one of the main reasons I enjoy staying at this property.

Compared with my previous stay, I noticed that the price was considerably higher than last summer, despite booking the same type of rooms. The kitchen-area window also faces the external corridor used by guests accessing the apartments, which reduces privacy. Most importantly, I felt that the overall standard of cleanliness was lower than during my previous stay. Having stayed here before, the difference was noticeable. I still like the location and facilities, but I hope the property can bring the cleanliness standards back to the level I experienced previously.

Strategic location

The bathroom floor is a bit dirty & slippery. And there’s no utensils in the kitchen for us to do light cooking & eat, even though it mentioned on the app can do light cooking. No brooms or mops for us to clean up the kid’s mess.. So, the place it is not so kids-friendly.

Good location near to GPO. Room is clean and equipped with furniture. Breakfast is good with variety of choices. Room service is superb, good value for money.

Slightly difficult to get parking. During check in, no need for all people in your group to come to the hotel lobby because the room is nearer to the parking. Only the representative can go for check in. Having difficulties during check in because the staff mistakenly put our room number on wrong floor. The lift is using old system, have to wait for a long time as it only ascend/descend in one way. Along the way to the parking from hotel lobby, there is foul smell maybe due to loading of garbage around the same area.

The staff should know that when the restaurant at level 5 was crowded during breakfast, they should remain 2 coffee maker instead of 1. The other coffee maker was used to make coffee only (i was not sure whether it was done on Saturday or Sunday). Another observation I notice was that the male staff at the entrance has to ask the waiter or waitress or the chef (instead of standing) to clear the used plate on the table (not enough manpower). This is not a complaint but to make improvements. Thanks Regards Sk

The grab should use Swiss Garden hotel lobby to load and unload of passengers instead of using Windmill Upon Hill lobby.

Terrible attitude- when we called for water, tissue etc. took 1 hour to send. Have all audacity to mention peak period. Bought room with 2 free cable car tickets but front desk doesn't seemed sure. In the end we didn't get. Never going back!!!

The room was spacious! Its also good that they bento for breakfast so we can order room service instead of joining buffet with kids.

Pool for hotel need to share with residence so no towel prepared at the pool. You have to bring your own towel to the pool. Also its so far from our room. Had to go down to the lobby, walk a bit & take another lift. Its so annoying

The hotel overall is nice with good views. The room was comfortable and spacious. However the corridors feel very dated and look more like a housing estate rather than a hotel. There is a good pool on the roof top with good views. We did not use any of the facilites so cannot comment. The distance to Awana skyway is about 10 mins taxi ride.

The Hotel was amazing and the location was also very near to the market and Genting Premium Outlets. Swimming pool was also great.

This hotel is situated within the development Windmill Upon Hills at Gohtong Jaya. There is shuttle bus from hotel to Genting Premium Outlets, but payable. Hotel room is clean, fully furnished with sofa, washer microwave etc. Nice short stay

Nothing to be honest, just price of this room was cheap but overall it's not a 5 star!

Everything - it should be a 3 star residence, instead of 5 star! Room was spacious but quality of furnishing was very basic. Cleanliness was a major issue where they have outsourced this work to cheap labours. Breakfast was very basic and was not fresh on Monday (clearly felt like it was a Sunday leftover). Bed quality was very basic - nothing of 5 star standard. Location was okay, easy to access taxi but be mindful that you have to wait for long time for lift. Staff was very disconnected and didn't bother to even ask how was your stay at the end. Strongly suggest to avoid this place and Booking.com should downgrade this property to 3 star!

The kitchenette has a blind which is apparently translucnet and passerby can see the inner apartment from the outside? Zero privacy because the inner living room could be visible too. The pillows are super uncomfortable

Lift need to tune the control. Waited for almost half an hours for lift during check out. Few lifts just pass and never stop. Control for shower is not functioning well. It will slowly turn off by itself.

Almost everything. The facilities are very uncomfortable- the swimming pool doesn’t have a single sun bed, literally nowhere to relax. The roof top cafe is very uncomfortable and with very poor menu. Smells bad. Not mentioning sauna - it’s simply broken and not working. Very worn out everything. The room itself is much nicer in pictures rather than in reality. It’s clean but that’s all about it. The worst part is that the whole building is facing a huge construction site which is just in the beginning and definitely will take a few years from now onwards of noise and dust. With all such conditions the price is not worth it.

The room seems to be haunted… I felt the bed shakes and something was pressing onto me while I was asleep. Staff weren’t helpful at all. I asked for a hairdryer and they said will bring it up to my room but waited for 2hr and at the end I got it myself.
