Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Hotel was great. Food was good. Service was great. Kids love the place cause it's not too cold for them to take a plunge in the pool. Facility was well taken care.
Nothing to do with the hotel. It was tip top. The road that leads to the hotel has constructions left & right. So watch out for very deep potholes. Despite it to be a bit far off front the main road. It was pretty safe as there were many residential around there.

The pillows were not comfortable; the breakfast was buffet on some days and a la carte (with free flow though) on others; grab wait is usually longer. Lots of construction nearby - new apartments and shops.

عزل الغرف جدا سئ. تسمع أصوات الناس في الغرف المجاورة وتسمع أيضا أصوات تقفيل الأبواب الخارجية المجاورة ولايوجد عدد كافي من العمال لكي يلبوا مطالبك سريعا وموقع الفندق جدا بعيد عن المرافق الحيوية وجدا صعب تحجز قراب بياخذ من وقتك كثير وضخ المياه غير منتظم بالنسبة للحار او البارد

1.Poor sound proof. Room 1004 can hear very loud engine/machine sound, whole night very difficult to sleep, have to request to change another room in 2nd and 3rd night. Very high floor still can hear loud dog bark. 2. The rubber on the toilet door are damaged. Water spell out to toulet floor when bath. 3. 908 basin water flow are super slow. And the 4. The water temperature are inconsistent. Suddenly very hot and very cold. 5. Price has been increase significantly compared to few years ago. With this price, can get better hotel or airbnb nearby. 6. Construction around the hotel area. The air are polluted. The road are very bumpy and no light on the road at night. 7. Pillow are super high. First time sleep the pillow with such height and very uncomfortable.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026I thought this was a real hotel, but the staff's behavior was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. They required a 100 Malaysian Ringgit deposit per room, but when we checked out, they refused to return it. No matter how much we insisted, they denied ever taking the deposit. The service was terrible. The rooms were missing basic amenities such as soap and towels. We had to call the front desk multiple times, and even then, we had to wait a long time before anyone brought them.
We accidentally broke a regular drinking glass in the room, and they charged us 50 Malaysian Ringgit for it. We even showed them that a similar glass costs no more than 3 Ringgit, but they refused to listen. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they spoke to us disrespectfully and were extremely rude

Our stay was a little pricey considering it doesn’t include breakfast. Pillows were not comfortable and I didn’t have a good night’s sleep because of this . Also the shower temperature kept changing intermittently which was a bit of an inconvenience

I recently stayed at SCAPES and unfortunately found the experience lacking in several key areas. The noise levels were quite disruptive, as I could hear conversations from the corridor, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. Privacy was also a concern due to the lack of sound insulation. Additionally, accessing the hotel was inconvenient because of the smaller, uneven road, and the absence of street lights from the main road made driving back after dark feel unsafe. While the staff was friendly, these issues significantly impacted my overall experience, and I hope management addresses them for future guests
