the location little bit sketchy, surrounde area doesn't look that safe.. we had food with us and we were trying to warm it up and use the macrowaive but we could not do that, they did not allowed..hotel was empety during our stay

The hotel's location is excellent and makes it easy to find food nearby. The hotel is also very clean, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

the staff is v rude, and i get v bad impression about hotel, hotel is totally empty. they give us damaged refund note ! and now i dont know what to do with that

Room and bed is good. The location is strategic with varieties of shops and foods. The breakfast was simple but the taste was good especially the teh tarik.

I had a pleasant stay at GEO Resort & Hotel, Genting Highlands. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable with good amenities, and the mountain weather made the stay very relaxing. The location is convenient, close to Awana SkyWay, Genting Premium Outlets, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. The infinity pool and gym are good facilities for families and couples. The staff were polite and the overall environment was peaceful away from the busy Genting peak. The breakfast had a decent variety of food, and parking was convenient. Overall, it is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and value in Genting Highlands. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

For me eveything all fine with me n me n my husband love it so much but only that for room 1001 the only thing i dont like about its the tv, it didnt work at all n it were so frustating on that issue.

Location, facilities and value for money. The place is surrounded with plenty of eateries and convenience stores. Driving up to Genting is easy and you don’t have to squeeze yourself in the crowded accommodation up above. Facilities are available, we went to the gym for two consecutive days and we enjoyed our stay. Just be mindful with the apartment next to your balcony if you are concerning on privacy, but we left the curtain open most of the time. We didn’t try the food at the hotel but when we were there, they set up some food stalls at the main entrance and we enjoyed the Roti Bakar. Plenty of eateries nearby and some are open until late night. We took the valet parking and parked our car just in front of the hotel with dedicated parking lot for three days.

Nothing all are good. But perhaps staff can be developed further to be more customer oriented, welcoming the guest all the times and don’t wait for guest to approach for greetings. Anyway it is still within average expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at Geo Resort & Hotel Genting over the weekend. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed assistance. We also tried the in-room dining service, and the food was surprisingly delicious. The location is another huge plus it’s strategically situated with easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, and various eateries nearby, making everything very convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Genting.

地点太棒了，周围都是餐馆和便利商店，还有诊所，只是我很好奇为何没有pharmacy 。房间很大，很干净，很舒服，东西也很齐全。能让我73岁的老爸称赞的酒店不多，这是第一间。真的非常满意。酒店其他设施方面我没用到，所以没法客观评价。

Laundry. There is laundry bag n slips in the room, but after I throw all dirty clothes in the bag and call housekeeping they said it takes 3 days bcos they have to send laundry to kl. This causes much inconveniences bcos when I mixed all dirty clothes tgt including wet ones when we caught in rain, after that have to take it out again everything stints. Furthermore the laundry slip clearly stated if I send b4 12 I will get back by 2 next day. There's also expressed that I can get back same day. But all this info is not accurate and it causes much distress to my stay not bcos it takes 3 days to send back laundry but I have dump wet n dry dirty clothes all into 1 bag. I would suggest the hotel to update the laundry timing immediately if they are unable to fulfill the timing.

Gostamos bastante da equipe e do café da manhã com bastante variedade, além do cozinheiro que fazia a massa e os ovos na hora. Foi muito bacana a experiência da massa na hora e a gentileza da equipe.

Wifi do hotel era bem fraco e muitas vezes não funcionava. Nosso quarto teve um problema nas lâmpadas e ficava muito escuro, principalmente de noite, com baixa visibilidade.

Great hotel with an excellent location. Everything was nearby, from shops to food. The gerai around the hotel served delicious local food, and we enjoyed every meal.

Chambre confortable , personnel agréable , les petits déjeuners n’étaient pas inclus nous ne pouvons pas donner notre avis là dessus.

Insonorisation moyenne , nous entendions les voisins mais aussi les voitures jusqu’à 3h du matin faire la course sur les routes de montagne. Un peu cher pour juste une chambre (170€/nuit)
