Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Jeden z moich ulubionych noclegów. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Byliśmy z 2jka dzieci w tym jedno trzyletnie, wiec trzeba było pilnować, bo barierki dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Natomiast wszystko zgodne z naszymi oczekiwaniami. pomimo małej przestrzeni w pełni umeblowane, kuchnia bogato wyposażona, klimat mariny, wieczorem można zejść i zjeść. Obszerny parking tuz obok łódek. Na Giblartar piszo ok 15min

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026We loved our little boat, so much fun to be on. The boat lay out was perfect and great that we could sleep with the patio doors open straight out onto the water. The bar/restaurant boat situated along our dock really enhanced our stay. Cold beers in the afternoon in the armchairs and freshly made pizza dough delicious. The staff were all super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back to stay again!
Just a small thing (and no fault of Boathaus). If you were hoping to get a view of the rock of Gibraltar from the upper boat deck you will be disappointed. Building work has now blocked this view. This, in no way, spoils the stay as the view onto the marina is lovely 🥰

La casa flotante es muy completa y no le falta absolutamente nada: máquina de café, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, ducha con mampara, dos televisores… Está equipada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia muy cómoda. Además, tiene una fantástica azotea, perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. Una experiencia diferente y muy recomendable. ¡Nos ha encantado!

Hałas uniemożliwiający nocny odpoczynek. Domek graniczący z deptakiem i restauracją zbiera wszystkie odgłosy. Jest niejako takim ekranem wyciszającym dla pozostałych domków.. Pierwszej nocy hałasy do północy. Drugiej (z wtorku na środę) wesele do 02:30. ;DJ i kapela, wszystkie szklane drzwi porozsuwane). Obsługa przepraszała ale nic poza tym. W ramach wyjaśnień przekazano mi, że impreza spontaniczna i stąd nie posiadali informacji. Bardzo nieudolne podejście na zgłaszany problem. Niby zrozumienie i przeprosiny ale równocześnie uwaga, że tylko zgłaszane uwagi przeze mnie Sąsiedzi wrócili do domków :po 01:00 (jedni) , po 02:00 (drudzy) więc raczej trudno było liczyć na ich uwagi co do zaburzonej ciszy nocnej. Ostatecznie zwrócono nam koszt drugiego noclegu ale fakt pozostaje faktem - nie było szansy nocnego odpoczynku przed kolejnym etapem podróży! Skoro już przekazuję negatywny głos nich będzie on kompletny. balustrada na tarasie ruchomą. Już same dotknięcie jej palcem sprawiało, że się ruszała. Nie stanowiła najmniejszego zabezpieczenia czy wsparcia w przemieszczaniu się po schodach na taras. Przy sufitowym oświetleniu dziury ale to tylko taka wizualna uwaga. Miało być dobrze a wyszło źle. Szkoda bo wybraliśmy to miejsce z uwagi na dobre oceny. Poza tym wybraliśmy termin poza weekendem właśnie dlatego aby uniknąć większych imprez jakie czasami zdarzają się w marinach. Gwarancja ciszy nocnej - nie ma racji bytu! Zasugerowałam aby wynajmujący zweryfikował koszt wynajmu domku graniczącego z deptakiem/ restauracją.

Franchement c'est vraiment quelque chose a faire, les enfants ont également adoré. Les lits sont confortables nous avons tous bien dormit. A faire!!!

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Boat Haus to bardzo fajne miejsce. Wszystko w łodzi jest, kuchnia, własna łazienka, TV, na dachu taras ze stołem i krzesłami oraz zadaszeniem, rower. Apartament zadbany. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Zdalny dostęp, instrukcje ok. Można skorzystać ze śniadań i pobliskiego baru oraz innych ofert. Dobre wi-fi. Łatwy dojazd, parking bardzo dobrze zorganizowany, Miejsca nie powinno zabraknąć. Do granicy z Gibrarterem bardzo blisko. Warto tu wrócić.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Man kann zu Fuß nach Gibraltar gehen oder die alten Fahrräder ausborgen und über die Grenze radeln. Zum Abendessen ist es nicht weit zum Hauptplatz von La Linea. Das Hausboot ist gemütlich, besonders schön ist der Sonnenuntergang vom Dach!
Es wird sicher nach jedem Aufenthalt geputzt, allerdings fehlt eine genaue Reinigung. Die Zusatzdecke ist leider nie zu uns gekommen und das tropfende Waschbecken wurde nicht repariert.

The boat was a bit tired on top was Astroturf which was torn. It wasn’t very clean and the shower was very poor you had to hold it in one hand as it didn’t fit on the hook properly and it just trickled out

Not enough room for four people, overall not so clean, the kitchen was quite dirty, and all the furniture needed renovation. WC very small and water while showering went inside the cabin.

A minha senhora diz que podia ter uma agua no frigorífico... nao sei... eu é mais cerveja e tinha um barco ao lado que cendia por isso nao tive sede.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Das Boot war sehr schön eingerichtet. Am Abend hatte man vom Dach des Bootes aus einen wunderbaren Blick ringsherum. Man war schnell zu Fuß in Gibraltar. DS Frühstück war sehr gut und viel.Leider gibt es das Frühstück immer erst ab 9.00-9.30.
Das Bad war schon sehr eng und klein. Aber für 3 Nächte hat es gut gereicht. In der Küche gab es keine Rollos so das das Nachbar Boot voll in unser Boot schauen konnte.

Toaleta nie przyjmuje papieru toaletowego, jakoś tak dziwnie. Trochę ciężko trafić z parkingu do wejścia na molo, przydało by się zdjęcie mapki w instrukcji.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Kalandos élmény, 2 gyerkoccel fantasztikus. Máskor is szívesen választanank ezt a szállást. A szállásadónk Barbara nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A szállás setatavra van a gibraltári határtól, amely gyerkoccel is könnyedén kivitelezhető. Van egy bázishajo, ahol kis étterem/bár üzemel egész nap, kis snakeket, pizzát lehet napközben is falatozni.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile. L'idea di dormire su una houseboat è già di per sé speciale, ma questa struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli: gli spazi sono progettati con grande attenzione, l'arredamento è moderno e accogliente e si percepisce la passione che il team mette nel creare un'esperienza unica. La posizione all'interno della marina è tranquilla e suggestiva, perfetta per rilassarsi e vivere un'atmosfera diversa dal solito. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche i servizi offerti, le istruzioni dettagliate per il check-in e la disponibilità dello staff, sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutare. Un valore aggiunto è stato anche il locale della marina, ideale per bere un ottimo cocktail in un ambiente piacevole. È una sistemazione originale che consiglio senza esitazione a chi desidera vivere qualcosa di diverso dal classico hotel. Se torneremo in zona, sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.

Pues tuvimos mala suerte con el barco. Estaba un poco decrépito. Otros se veían restaurados. La terraza de arriba las tumbonas estaban rotas, el sofá y las butacas de arriba les faltaba cojines, era una tortura. La cerradura digital daba problema para abrir , con la angustia que bloqueaba al quinto intento. El interior estaba viejo y sucio.

Vrata su bila pokvarena, kako smo ih otvorili, više ih nismo mogli zatvoriti. Imali smo cijelu noc svjetlo. Pojeli su nas komarci. Zaboravili smo punjac za sat. Vise puta kontaktirali osoblje, ali bezuspješno. Rekli su su javiti, ali nisu.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026This place is very conveniently close to the Gibraltar border (10 minute walk). The parking is also good although you have to pay extra if you're leaving the car there after checkout. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizzas served there were good. The top deck of the boat house was really nice and our little one loved hanging out there.
The single worst part was the toilet: you can't put paper in the toilet and the toilet wasn't properly fixed to the ground. The bathroom is tiny. The mattresses were really hard and on the small side for a tall person. Breakfast was expensive, we ended up skipping it.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026We loved it - so much fun and with secure car parking. Clear check-in instructions. The boat was well equipped with a hot shower. We enjoyed the roof terrace and it is a minute from the border to British Gibraltar. La Linea beach is quite close as well.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It was the only minus. I would hesitate to stay again, without confirmation of rectification of this. Also, things were a bit tight with the bed out. I also put neutral for the staff, as we did not see any

Bien por que se trata de un día de parada en el trayecto pero debieran destacar mas que se duerme en sofá cama para montar y desmontar y muy incomodo especialmente para dos personas.

We had the boat with fold down bed which was not comfortable , boat felt small and claustrophobic. I have to say it was like being on a caravan holiday and wouldn't do it again but no disrespect to the owners , just not for us .

Todo perfecto , la cama cómoda, la terracita de la casa flotante una maravilla , y el persona excelente tube un problema en la reserva q no me di cuenta y ellos se pusieron en contacto conmigo para decírmelo y me abonaron el error , nos encanto la experiencia , pero sobre todo a mi hijo de 10 años , Gracias. Si volvirse por la zona repetiremos seguro!!!

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Lage: liegt fussläufig zum Grenzübergang zu Gibraltar; Sauberkeit: ok; Ausstattung: ok, auf dem Dach des Bootes ist eine Sitzgruppe, auf der man schön das Frühstück und das Abendessen genießen kann, Essen kann man im „Küchenschiff“ bestellen, Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer, der Felsen von Gibraltar ist leider durch eine Wand eines Lagerhauses verdeckt; Parkplatz auf dem Hafengelände.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Fantastische plek op het water met uitzicht over de haven. Het contact met de host werkt online zeer goed en onze motoren stonden veilig op slot op het parkeerterrein. Eten laten bezorgen via de eetboot en dat was erg lekker. Het was een super leuke ervaring en een echte aanrader.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Super location and a fantastic little boat house in an ideal location for visiting La Linea and Gibraltar a short walk away. Love the fact there's effectively a restaurant boat on this pier for breakfast or evening meals/drinks too!
The boat was clean, although felt it could have been a little cleaner in the shower, as well as some sheets on the bed, otherwise, it was a charming little place.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026We booked very last minute and everything was perfect. There was a bike to use & the parking was free. There was everything you needed & added bonus was 1972 restaurant that did take aways & even delivered it to your boat.. Lovely sunset from the roof patio.
The only problem was the double bed was very uncomfortable, but what you would expect from a caravan or mobile home equivalent.
